Rooftop pool was great

Room layout wasn’t too comfortable. To few towel hangers, not enough shelves for our things, no free power sockets near bed.

Apesar de termos posto o sinal, nem sempre o apartamento foi limpo, ou a limpeza só chegava quando já estávamos de volta ao apartamento. No primeiro dia de limpeza ficou uma toalha de limpeza, molhada esquecida no quarto. A garrafa de água nunca foi reposta.

O quarto não estava preparado para 2 pessoas, faltavam toalhas, café, água…entre outras coisas. Para os preços praticados, acho que podiam melhorar muito.

Er was maar voor 1 persoon handdoeken. Verder een volledig uitgeruste keuken en een soort nespressomachine, maar geen koffie aanwezig. We konden dus geen koffie maken op onze kamer.

Logement spacieux, bien équipé, confortable et très propre. Un service de ménage quotidien. Le personnel au petit soin et très accueillant. Un petit déjeuner au format buffet très bien garni, de quoi satisfaire tous les goûts.

Mauvaise gestion de l’espace piscine… L’eau est beaucoup trop chauffée et ne permet pas de se rafraîchir durant les fortes chaleurs. Le personnel ne faisait malheureusement pas respecter les règles affichées à l’entrée (plongeons, cris, jeux de ballons dans la piscine, éclaboussures, …). Une zone fumeur serait la bienvenue également.

I loved everything about the property, location, comfortable, facilities and the staff were lovely.

Oplata za parking, słabe monotonne śniadania jak na hotel 4 gwiazdkowy, codziennie były zabierane reczniki kąpielowe i basenowe i po minio 2 interwencji na recepcji ręczniki te były w losowej ilosci przynoszone do nas raz 3 raz 1 raz 2 a potrzebowaliśmy 4, co chwile ginęły kieliszki, łyżki, szklanki z pokoju, po mimo .dostępności pokoi sprawdzanych na booking.com nie chcieli mi przedłużyć doby o 2 godziny, nie było mydła w płynie przy umywalce tylko w kabinie prysznicowej

O hotel em si e a vista são muito agradáveis

A única coisa que posso apontar é mesmo ter uma garrafa de água para beber e ser água da torneira, de resto tudo impecável

Це було гарно, зручно, достатньо чисто , приємно вражені сніданками ( чомусь очікували лише каву та випічку, можливо через маленький ресторанчик). Все було смачно, і в достатній кількості. Однозначно рекомендую.

Єдиним нюансом був дивне користуввння гаражем.... постійно телефонуєг на рецепцію щоб тобі відкрили для виїзду чи в'їзду. Можливо краще б було користуватись якимись картками чи чимось таким.... але це суб'єктивна думка. Гараж хорошиц лише цей нюанс)

Sengen var veldig hard og liker å ha to dyner/teppe, istedenfor en på deling.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist optimal. Das große Einkaufszentrum ist gleich in der Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Check-In und das Parken sind sehr unkompliziert. Man kann bei Ankunft direkt in die Tiefgarage des Hotels fahren, ein Ticket lösen und dieses dann an der Rezeption für 8 Euro am Tag bezahlen. Der Pool auf dem Dach bietet eine tolle Aussicht aufs Stadion. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend und schmeckt gut. Man kann mit dem Aufzug direkt von der Tiefgarage bis zum Zimmer gelangen.

Unser Zimmer war sehr dunkel eingerichtet und die Beleuchtung im Bad war für uns nicht ausreichend hell (kein Fenster im Bad). Es ist alles auf chick eingerichtet, allerdings lassen die schwarzen Hochglanztüren der Küche und der Schränke die Fingerabdrücke der vorherigen Gäste erahnen. Es ist nicht alles funktionsfähig gewesen. Beim Bedienen des Toasters ist die Sicherung rausgeflogen. Die Leselampe am Bett war lose angeschraubt und fiel daher dauernd runter. Am Bettteil war noch das Kaugummi-Papier der anderen Gäste geklebt. Das Fenster lies sich nicht ordentlich schließen, weshalb es nachts aufgrund der Geräusche der Stadt recht laut war. Auch am Pool waren alte Kaugummireste in den Schienen der Nachverkleidung zu sehen. Hier fehlte es leider an Sauberkeit.

Relaxed friendly and lovely hotel. Like a home from home with breakfast and room service. Perfect for families. The pool area is an added bonus and perfect for relaxing after a full day of sight seeing.

Close to Benfica stadium and a supermarket. Also, its in a residential area, so its calm.

Nothing to mention

The property was clean and there was a good selection for the breakfast. There was enough variety to eat healthy and fuel ourselves for the day. Lara, the receptionist, made sure we were comfortable and she was very responsive. I loved that we could easily chat with her on WhatsApp.

The shower was a little tricky to use and was not intuitive. Highly recommend getting them to show you how to work it.

Super accueil pour nous, notre fille et notre chien. Personnel sympathique, équipements pour notre chien (coussin et gamelles) et notre fille (lit parapluie, chaise haute et baignoire). Emplacement proche aéroport et stade.

Opravdu milý a ochotný personál zvláště se nám líbil seštní bazén.

Localização muito boa funcionários simpáticos . Piscina a vista espetacular . Café da manhã muito bom também .

Hotel situé juste en face du stade de benfica dans un quartier calme (sauf les jours de match). Pdj très bon, il n'y a pas de milliard de chose mais suffisant pour nous. pancake, oeufs brouillés, pain, fruits, mini viennoiserie .... La piscine sur le rooftop avec une vue sur le stade, magnifique et en plus l'eau est chaude. Hotel moderne et chambre spacieuse (appartement).

Le montant de la taxe pour les chiens, 25 euros par jours, c'est abusé !!!

Todo el apartamento increíble, la ubicación cercana a la capital, parking privado para el coche y el personal estupendo, piscina climatizada. Ojalá repetir de nuevo

The room was really nice, the rooftop pool had nice views of the Benfica stadium and was a refreshing break from the sightseeing in the height of summer. There was also a restaurant downstairs that served burgers, which was quite handy as we had hungry children when we first arrived.

We had asked for a cot, which didnt arrive until day 2.

Ruim appartement dichtbij het Benfica stadion en een groot winkelcentrum.

Het appartement is echt aan een opfrisbeurt toe. Je zag op verschillende plekken forse waterschade. In de badkamer vieze kitranden en kalkaanslag. En op veel plekken kleine beschadigingen. Doet toch af aan de luxe beleving die je denkt te krijgen. Verder waren de bedden hard en niet comfortabel. Maar dat zal iets Portugees zijn, op meerdere accommodaties door het land waren de bedden hard en oncomfortabel.

Das Frühstück war maximal mittelmäßig. Keine Haferflocken, kein Naturjoghurt (nur süße Varianten),keine Milchalternative, Pencackes waren gekauft, oft keine Marmelade im Glas, alles sehr eng, da der Büffetraum sehr klein war für die Hotelgröße.

Limpieza nula Personal de limpieza encarado y mal educado, imponían su hora de hacer la habitación, sino se enfadaban y contestaban mal. Y no recogían ni basura ni ponían las toallas necesarias. Las solicité jabón de manos para los dos baños y sigo esperando. Igual al siguiente huésped ya se lo han puesto Zona de desayunos muy pequeña para la gente que había. En el parking la gente no respetan las plazas de minusvalidos..... Y un sinfín de cosas

- manque un micro-onde - L’eau qui est rentrée dans la chambre par la fenêtre sur forte pluie (on vois sur la couleur ao sol que c’est n’est pas la première fois) - L’eau qui a du mal à descendre et goûte ao sol dans la salle de bain (une balance pour le poids placé en dessous de l’évier qui ne fonctionne pas vu l’eau qu’elle se prends) - Manque de quelques couverts dans l’appartement

Nous avions un appartement avec deux chambres, une cuisine équipée(machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, machine à café,frigo..) ce qui était très appréciable. L’hôtel n’est pas loin du stade du Benfica, il y a quelques minutes du centre commercial Colombo. il y a ben une belle vue au huitième étage là où se trouve la piscine nous avons également apprécié le petit déjeuner.

Ce serait juste un petit bémol en fait au niveau de la luminosité de l’appartement c’était un peu sombre et comme les meubles sont déjà sombres, c’est un peu dommage. Ensuite dans les armoires il aurait préférable d’avoir des étagères.

On voit que le ménage est fait cependant une attention supplémentaire doit être apportée sur les tapis, mais aussi les façades noires, des armoires et de la cuisine J’ai détesté la présence des tapis dans la chambre, d’autant plus que ces derniers était vraiment pas très propre, ce n’est vraiment pas hygiénique il y avait des taches. Les coussins peu confortables.

משפחה 5 נפשות קבלנו דירה מפנקת גדולה עם מרפסת שמש הכל חדש יפה ומטופח ונקי. יש חניה צמודה למלון תת קרקעית זולה

1 אין לובי, עמדת קבלה קטנה - יותר מלון דירות מאשר מלון. 2 אין שליטה במיזוג! רצינו המלון כי יש בו מזגן, מתברר שהיחיד ששולט במזגן זה הקבלה. בלילה מכבים פתאום נהיה חם בחדר. בתחילה קבלנו דירה שהמזגן בה לא עובד, ואז העבירו אותנו לדירה עם מזגן עובד, אבל לדוגמא כשחוזרים מהבריכה קפוא לנו ואין לי שליטה על המיזוג רק לקבלה 3.

Excellent facilities and location.

La ubicación. Con el gran centro comercial muy próximo, junto con la estación de metro.

El precio. Hubiera sido más acorde (según las instalaciones y lo que ofrecía la estancia) costando, como mucho, 900 euros. Eso considerando que éramos un matrimonio con dos niños.

Lovely staff. Very helpful with fluent English. Metro nearby. Plenty of Uber and very affordable too. Best way to travel in and out of city centre. Colombo Shopping Centre is fantastic and a short walk away.

Area around hotel is very residential and uninspiring.. Fine if you are happy to be outside the central Lisbon attractions. Not brilliant if you are seeking old Lisbon. Water and coffee pods on arrival not replaced once used. Shower was very very hot and difficult to adjust the temperature.

Loved the location, the atmosphere was very comfortable and relaxing, the staff was very friendly!

Het zwembad bovenop het verblijf was echt top! Mooi groot, een ideale plek om te zonnen en te zwemmen zonder de rush van de stad. Je ziet het voetbalstadium. Echt top. Mooie ruime kamers. Als je vroeger bent kan je ook gebruik maken van het zwembad en daar zelf je wat verfrissen in een ruim toilet met douche. Ideaal als je bijvoorbeeld vroeger ben of pas 's avonds moet vertrekken, voor of na toegang tot de kamer.

Ontbijt kon beter, heel basic, vrij druk, niet super gezellig. Ook niet zoveel plaats, gewoon geen zo'n aangename plaats om wakker te komen met middelmatige koffie en fruitsap...

Zwembad was heel fijn. Personeel was vriendelijk. Ontbijt was heel goed. Locatie is goed.

Le petit dejeuner! Rien a manger et le restaurant trop petit

Soggiorno davvero ottimo in famiglia, due adulti e due bambini. Struttura in posizione tranquilla, lontana dal caos del centro e comodissima anche per chi ama il calcio, essendo accanto allo stadio. Appartamento molto confortevole e dotato di tutto, compresa la lavastoviglie, comodissima con i bambini. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la pulizia quotidiana e il cambio degli asciugamani, un plus non scontato. Personale della reception gentilissimo e colazione davvero ottima e varia, con tantissima scelta. La rooftop con piscina è stata fantastica per i bambini e per rilassarsi. Abbiamo persino seguito tutta l’eclissi dalla piscina: un ricordo bellissimo!

Nous étions venus il y a 7 ans et le séjour avait été super c est pourquoi nous avions réservé à nouveau dans cet hôtel. Le canapé lit était cassé, nous n avons pas dormi de la nuit et vu que nos enfants dormaient nous avons dû attendre le lendemain pour changer de chambre. On ne nous a pas expliqué le process pour sortir du parking donc nous avons dû faire des aller retour .

La vue su le stade de la LUZ ( Benfica), proche de deux stations de métro, une literie agréable et tout était prêt dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner était très bom et varié.

L’emplacement est idéal pour les activités et l’hôtel est moderne avec tous les équipements possibles.

J’ai trouvé compliqué de me laver le visage car le robinet est trop allongé. De ce fait, il y avait tout le temps de l’eau sur toute la surface plate. Il est dommage que la salle de jeu et la salle de sport ne soient pas dans l’hôtel pour davantage de sécurité mais il est vrai que le quartier est tranquille. J’ai trouvé la poubelle de la chambre est trop petite,
