Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Wir haben uns in allen Belangen sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer mit Dusche sehr gut ausgestattet und mit Traumblick auf die Küste. Alle waren sie freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ausreichend und oberlecker. Wenn wir wieder in der Ecke, sind, dann ist Yellow Rose unsere erste Adresse.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo B&B, siamo arrivati poco prima di cena ed essendo distante da ristoranti abbiamo chiesto di poter cenati direttamente in struttura e dato che c’era un altra coppia di italiani abbiamo cenato insieme a loro. Pagando un supplemento Il proprietario ci ha preparato un pasto completo buonissimo con anche il dolce. La stanza ed il bagno avevano tutto il necessario. La colazione è ottima e molto ricca, ci ha preparato l’irish breakfast. C’è possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Vicinissimo a Downpatrick Head e Ceide Fields.
È stato tutto perfetto!

De badkamer was privé maar op de gang. Jammer genoeg had onze kamer geen uitzicht op zee.

Steve nous a accueilli avec son humour et sa bonne humeur, que nous n'avions pas oubliés. Excellent petit-déjeuner. Promis la prochaine fois on essaie de rester plus longtemps.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Krásný rodinný penzion na krásném místě. Pokoj byl pro 4 lidi spíše malý, ale útulný. Majitelé jsou skuteční starousedlíci. Pan majitel navíc celožitovní námořník a rybář, takže jsme moc litovali, že jsme neměli více času s mím pohovořit.

Das Bett ist für zwei Personen sehr klein gewesen. Auf Grund des kleinen Zimmers hätte aber auch kein größeres Bett rein gepasst.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026De b&b lag om een mooie en rustige locatie. We hadden 's avonds nog niet gegeten toen we aankwamen maar hadden zelf iets mee om te eten. We konden gebruik maken van de dining room voor ons avondmaal.
We hadden een kamer voor 3 personen geboekt. Er stond slechts 1 stoel in de kamer en geen nachtkastjes. We moesten door de gang om naar de badkamer te gaan.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Sehr abgelegenes B&B in dünn besiedelter Gegend, mit schönem Atlantikausblick von der Haustür. Ausgesprochen nette, offene Gastgeber, interessiert an persönlicher Kommunikation. Wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Meerblick, es gibt aber welche, von denen man auf den Atlantik blicken kann. Luxusbestückung mit vielen frischen Handtüchern! Gutes Frühstück mit Extras nach Wunsch.
Etwas wenig Abstellmöglichkeit im Zimmer, ein kleines Regal oder ähnliches wäre sinnvoll.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Eileen and Steven were gracious hosts and were always pleasant, accommodating, and lovely to speak with. The full Irish breakfast in the morning will keep you full all day as you explore the surrounding countryside. We didn’t realize quite how remote it was around here and there weren’t any places open for dinner within thirty minutes on a weeknight. Luckily when we got there we saw they offered an evening meal for 20€ which was also wonderful and well done (though I felt bad not having given warning so next time I would call ahead).

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026The view and breakfast made up for the small space of the room. It was a one night stop over and we enjoyed the view of the ocean and sheep from our room. There were puppies and cats to feast our eyes out too! Lovely host who were warm and welcoming.
There wasn't enough hanging space to air out our clothes. More hooks would have been great.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le dîner en arrivant proposé chaleureusement par notre hôte, ainsi que les échanges. Une adresse a conseiller en dehors des lieux trop touristiques. La région ne manque néanmoins pas d intérêt.

They gave us great pointers about what to see and where to go, accommodated our arrival time even though we were three hours late, told hilarious stories, and made excellent breakfast. We were lucky as well and got to hold the newborn puppies of their two dogs. A wonderful family and a great place to stay. Attached are pictures of one of the puppies, a view of the ocean just down the road, and some of the sheep friends you can find all around the area.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026Qu'avez vous aimé !!!??? A oublier...Je déconseille fortement... A notre arrivée, l'hôte ne savait même pas qui elle accueillait.. Chambre exiguë.. impossible d'ouvrir les valises sans les mettre sur le lit... Accueil très minimaliste voire inexistant... Pour le soir, il fallait rentrer avant minuit sinon porte close...sachant que le lieu de restauration le plus proche est à 30 mn... Réveil matin maison à 7h...Le chien qui aboie devant la fenêtre...Et pour finir, le petit déjeuner...Avec le café, une tranche de pain de mie toastée coupée en deux par personne, quelques fruits, des céréales et c'est tout .... Seule la vue était à la hauteur... Très décevant, l'accueil et la qualité des hébergements en Irlande nous avaient habitué à beaucoup beaucoup mieux !!!!

Really enjoyed my authentic Irish experience with this home and family. Make sure you take a walk up the road at sunrise (or sunset). Very pretty.
