Localização excelente, uma vista incrível e o apartamento consegue captar a vida do Porto. Ampla casa-de-banho. Janelas que isolam muito bem o som. De manhã entregam o pequeno-almoço à porta sempre de forma muito simpática e o pequeno-almoço é absolutamente divinal, com bastante variedade e quantidade

Um dos window shades estava avariado e teve que ser fechado e aberto à mão no próprio rolo porque não tinha a corrente para o fazer. A situação foi reportada e responderam prontamente a lamentar e que iriam resolver a situação.

A localização é excelente. A cozinha está bem equipada.

Falta de cabides junto à banheira. O autocolismo fazia imenso barulho a encher.

Manglende aircondition, vindblæserne virkede ikke, kun med varmt luft. HovedDøren virkede ikke, den drillede os med at åbne hver eneste gang vi skulle ind. En gang blev vi nødt til at ringe for at få en til åbne. Manglede antal Service til 4 personer Vi oplevede oversvømmelse på gulvet efter et bad, og vi skrev det til “personalet” og de skrev bare vi skulle tage en moppe og så fik vi ekstra håndklæder dagen efter først. Første dag fik vi kun 3 styks håndsklæder Gardinerne var hængt op i plastikposer. Fjernsynet virker ikke. Ingen bagage opbevaring selvom de skrev der var en. Anbefaler ikke dette sted til andre.

Great location, basically fully in the center. Apartment is nice looking, great views from the window and has an elevator in the building.

It's an old apartment, very rustic with old floors and arrangements. The boiler kept beeping all day and when somebody walks in the living room, you hear every step they take everywhere.

Fantastisk beliggenhed og udsigt. Rigtig god og rigelig morgenmad. Rullegardiner i spiseafdeling virkede.

Virkelighedens lejlighed matcher ikke helt billederne. Udlejer burde gøre opmærksom på at sengen er forholdsvis kort. Gardiner og solafskærmning manglede ved soveafdelingen eller var ubrugelig, så lejligheden bliver voldsomt varm på en solskinsdag og man kan føle sig eksponeret for indkig. Køkkenet rummede tilfældige antal kopper, tallerkener osv og således kun en enkelt frokosttallerken. Der var et enkelt viskestykke men ingen karkklud/køkkenrulle. Ej heller xtra affaldsposer, så vi kunne tømme skraldespanden. Dørlåsen til lejligheden er meget vanskelig at betjene og er i så dårlig stand, at den bør skiftes. Det var rent held at vi kunne låse os ind og det krævede hver gang mange forsøg. Vi gjorde opmærksom på disse forhold, da vi ankom. Og vi fik en karklud dagen efter.

Extremely noisy location right into the night, honking sirens etc… Very basic apartment that was advertised as luxury Black mold on wall near bed, where the towel rack should have been were just holes in the wall, pretty rope wall had obviously fallen and is now just holes in the ceiling Small uncomfortable bed Shower half wall was missing its seal and so the bathroom floods when you shower, when we mentioned this we were told there is a mop in the kitchen Kitchen light was strobing I took photos and sent these comments directly to the property and received a very generic “thank you for letting us know”

Con mucha diferencia el Anfitrión estaba en todo momento pendiente (por waus) pero mas que suficiente y la ubicación es buenísima. El piso bien y hay un aparcamiento muy cerca Parque Alfandega que me costo 48 horas 35 €, es exterior pero tiene sombra

Ubytovacie inštrukcie boli poskytnuté iba v elektronickej forme, čo pre starších cestovateľov môže byť komplikované a stresujúce. Neponúka sa iná alternatíva. Apartmány sú v dosť dezolátnom stave, pomerne zle vybavené, chýbajú odkladacie priestory. Postele nepohodlné, úzke, prikrývadlá spoločné pre dve osoby, čo malo byť predmetom upozornenia pri rezervácii ubytovania. Problémy boli s toaletami v obidvoch apartmánoch. Najväčší a veľmi podstatný problém v apartmáne pre 4 osoby bol, že rozkladací gauč nebol vhodný na spanie, a predovšetkým na spanie dvoch dospelých osôb!! Pri ležaní bolo cítiť pevné časti konštrucie gauča!! Na spanie absolútne nevhodné, úzke a nepohodlné!! Táto skutočnosť by si zaslúžila výraznú zľavu z ceny!

The house is very well located and quite spacious, but overall it felt neglected and not as well maintained as expected. The photos make the apartment look more cared for and decorated than it actually is. The main issue was the lack of comfort when sleeping: 1. The apartment is very close to a busy road, and the old window doors do not block the noise well, so a lot of traffic sound comes inside. 2. There are no shutters, and the blackout curtain is old and damaged, which lets a lot of sunlight into the room early in the morning. There were also several signs of poor maintenance. For example, the toilet seat lid was broken, which is a small and inexpensive thing to fix, but it had clearly not been taken care of. Overall, the apartment has good potential because of its location and size, but it would benefit a lot from better maintenance and attention to detail.

Ingen morgenmad, supermarked indenfor 200 m. og Hotel 75 m. rundt om hjørnet med morgenbuffet til den første morgen. Forholdsvis gode madrasser, køkken med alt hvad du skal bruge hvis du selv vil lave mad. Elevator til folk der er dårligt gående. Super beliggenhed med alt indenfor 500 m.

Meget ringe toiletpapir, vi købte selv en bedre kvalitet.

The apartment needs renovation. There are holes in the walls where radiators were installed, water spills out of the bathtub during the shower, and the kitchen outlet doesn't work. It's incredibly noisy at night

We had difficulty unlocking the door when we arrived at 1.00am. It could do with updating. The geyser in the kitchen kept bipping every 10 minutes even during the night.

La ubicación extraordinaria, frente al Palacio de la Bolsa, céntrico y a un paso de los lugares más emblemáticos de Oporto. El desayuno era espectacular, abundante y de calidad, pero lo mejor de todo el personal. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la Wifi, y no pararon hasta conseguir que funcionase correctamente

Nunca las cosas pueden ser perfectas, siempre se puede mejorar, pero no hay nada reseñable de importancia

Éramos 4 para un apartamento muy pequeño, nos faltó un poco de espacio. Las camas pequeñas.

El alojamiento está fenomenal ubicado y el personal está pendiente desde que reservas.

Pero… la casa un desastre… bastante sucia, el cerrojo de dentro de la puerta roto, la ducha para cambiar de la manguera a grifo roto, la mampara no llega a la bañera y se sale todo el agua por el baño aunque tengas cuidado, la taza del water rota de un lado y cada vez que la usabas se movía hacia un lado siendo tremendamente incómodo… la calidad y mantenimiento del alojamiento deja mucho que desear. Ya lo siento porque el personal era muy agradable, pero no lo recomiendo para nada.

Apartamento a necessitar de muita manutenção. Uma das janelas sem estores, e o seu cortinado "blackout" mais pequeno que a janela e sem blackout. A casa de banho a necessitar de uma revisão, pois a água do banho vem para fora, alagando, a tampa da sanita necessita de ser substituida, e existem furos na parede tanto da casa de banmho como no apartamento que deveria ser tapados.

Tudo . Serviço óptimo desde o momento do checkin até ao momento de sair do alojamento. Inclusive por motivos de consulta médica tive de prolongar o checkout por mais 1 hora e foram super atenciosos e permitiram ficar mais 1 hora ( sem qualquer custo )

La ubicación y atención del personal. Estaba limpio y había varios radiadores y calentadores eléctricos.

El mobiliario e instalaciones un poco descuidadas,como agujeros en el baño,desconchones en las paredes,no había tapones adecuados en bañera y lavabo , estor roto(no podía subirse),mucho ruido del exterior(poca insonorización para una zona tan transitada) y el termo del agua emitía un pitido constante día y noche.

Es insalubre. Sucio, viejo y mal oliente. Una auténtica vergüenza. Un timo lo mires como lo mires. No me puede quedar ni una sola noche, de hecho tras entrar e inspeccionarlo, tuve que abandonarlo inmediatamente de lo desagradable que era el odor y la falta de limpieza.

A fuir absolument!!!!! Les photos ne correspondent absolument pas à la réalité! Elles doivent dater du début de l’aménagement. Le logement n’est pas en conditions d’être loué en l’état, encore moins à ce prix-là! C’est un scandale!!! J’ai attendu 20min devant une porte bloquée avec une poignée branlante. Un employé devait intervenir en 10minutes; j’ai attendu 20min. C’est un client qui a réussi à ouvrir la porte dans l’intervalle en forçant bien et en refermant la porte, elle s’est bloquée immédiatement après à nouveau. Je devais ressortir avec le risque de ne pas pouvoir rentrer à nouveau et la réponse de l’établissement est qu’ils ont un service intervenant 24h/24. Il n’est pas acceptable de devoir appeler un employé à chaque fois que nous voulons rentrer dans un logement. L’interrupteur de la lumière du couloir est abîmé, heureusement qu’il y en a un deuxième. Les coussins était complètement tachés et l’employé a proposé simplement de les retirer. Le matelas est très sommaire, inconfortable, et le store intérieur est vieux et jauni par le temps! L’hygiène était plus que discutable! J’ai refusé de rester dans le logement en demandant un remboursement intégral et ne suis absolument pas satisfaite du refus de l’établissement ! 84 euros… C’est du vol!!! Quel recours a Booking?! Sincèrement, Booking devrait avoir la possibilité de vérifier les logements mis à disposition sur leur site! Heureusement que le deuxième établissement était au top! Mais ça fait très cher pour une nuit de passage à Porto. Je regrette sincèrement de ne pas avoir pris de photos! J’ai fais une vidéo de l’impossibilité d’ouvrir la porte, mais je ne peux pas la télécharger dans cette évaluation! Sois-disant que c’est un soucis en lien avec la mauvaise position de la clé: absolument faux!

Debería cuidar un poco más los apartamentos, no es normal tener la cerradura estropeada e incluso indicar por escrito que no cierres la puerta con llave o será difícil abrirla, esas cosas simplemente hay que repararlas, si o si, no hay alternativa lógica.

The location was great, very close to the river for shopping and restaurants. The hop on hop off bus passed directly by too.

We were disappointed as it promised a river view, but one of the blinds was broken and had been fastened down instead of repaired, meaning that one terrace was unusable, missed the view but also the opportunity to open the door for a breeze. Facilities were ok, holes in the wall in bathroom had been stuffed with toilet paper, chipped dishes and no plug in bathroom.

The Location Of This Apartment Is Perfect, 100yrds To The River And Close To All the Tourist Stuff, The Tram no1 Stop & The Hop On & Off Stop no 10 On The Red Line.

We Had Issues With No Hot Water, Water Pressure, Leaky Shower That Flooded The Bathroom Floor & No Curtains So The Light Came In At 6am - The Management Company Did Sort The Water Our Over 2 Day's Of Our 3 Day Stay, But It's Just Fustrating That We Had To Waste Time Arrnaging This, And There Wasn't Any Curtains or Blinds In The Bed Area... There Response To This Was That It Wasn't A Hotel But A Short Term Apartment Let, But Still, Why Wouldn't The Owner Put Blinds In... No Refund Was Offered Due To These Issues Which Has Resulted In The Low Rating - I Can Understand Issues Happening I Travel A Lot But Nothing Was Offered Due To The Inconvenience & Me Having To Chase To Get It Sorted Whilst Trying To Enjoy Our Holiday!

The location was fabulous. The view was great. It had a lift.

The bathroom was shocking. The shower didn't need a cubical because it leaked so badly that the bathroom flooded and stayed flooded for the entire stay. So not possible to go into the bathroom with shoes on. One of the chairs in the room was so badly broken that it was lethal to sit on it. What was suggested as a pull out bed was a bench. It was so difficult to get into the room with the key that it took 45 minutes of trying various ways before we got in. The noise from the street was so bad that it was impossible to sleep. It went on all night until 6am. No TV.

Someone met us with key

Balcony doors not secured because latch broken. Wind kept slamming door open and allowing rain inside. Shower leaked water outside tub area and toilet next to it so constant wet conditions. Sofa stained and just felt dirty. Shade over one door not working. They were “appreciative “ of the information when notified.

Location was great. Would definitely come again, provided the issue mentioned below is sorted out.

Having to collect the key from an office we would have struggled to find if we had not been dropped off by the taxi driver. Also, told when collecting the keys that the lock on the front door was temperamental. Make sure you put the key in, in a certain way, don't lock the door or you may not get it open again. We struggled with it on a couple of occasions and on our final night could not get in. had to contact the police at first (and fire brigade). In the end did make contact and a member of D& S Services turned up and opened with a master key. The front door needs the lock replacing to avoid this stress.

The apartment is in need of many repairs eg: Blind In bedroom not working Door to balcony opening catch not working Lots of holes/repairs needed in bathroom. Shower - Faulty shower tap. TV not working

The breakfast was great because I made it. Location was good.

One door looking at the plaza was broken and the other looking at the plaza had a broken blind and we couldn’t see out. I know it is not required but there were no dish towels or paper towels or spices/oil. Not even salt and pepper.

The apartment is in a really great location right near the river. The staff are so lovely and brought us extra towels and laundry capsules.

The apartment is much older than the photos suggest. The shower bath leaked during use - half the bathroom flooded after we used it (picture attached). There are holes in the bathroom walls plugged with toilet paper. The bed is a fold-out small double bed which isn’t particularly comfortable. The apartment advertises a fully stocked kitchen but just note that there is no oil, no salt or pepper, and no supermarkets in the area (apart from mini-markets) so it is difficult to cook.

For a city center it is quite quiet at night.

In the bathroom, after a shower, the entire floor is covered in water, the socket in the bathroom does not work, like many in the entire apartment. The bed is small, the base creaks and moves on the floor. The blinds are very dirty, full of holes, open halfway. The bottom of the walls is moldy. In the kitchen, half the dishes were dirty; the frying pan was completely impossible to use, as were the spatulas. The door to the balcony is broken and cannot be opened. The clothes dryer is crooked. We reported the problems to the company immediately and were offered cleaning, which only took 7 days. Nobody answered me before. Only light cleaning was done. The sockets were not repaired, the frying pan was also replaced with a defective one. This is not our first time in Porto; for the same money you can find other accommodation, and definitely not from this company.

The blind in the bedroom area was broken and was supposed to be fixed but didn’t get fixed. They knew it was broken in advance of our arrival but didn’t do anything to get it fixed before we arrived. It would have been great as there was another balcony behind that blind
