Le standing de l'hôtel est incontestable. Malheureusement la chambre avec vue (ce que nous avions demandé) n'est absolument pas isolée et le trafic incessant des longtails (jour et nuit) nous assomment avec leur bruits de moteur laissant penser que quelqu'un passe la débroussailleuse devant la fenêtre. du coup pour le repos on repassera ... problème aussi de clim qui s'éteint la nuit toutes les heures et la chaleur réveille dans la foulée donc obligé de rallumer la climatisation pour avoir une température supportable pour dormir. Dernier point les singes.... aucun avertissement de la part du personnel alors que ces derniers attaquent lorsque nous voulons rejoindre notre chambre. Il serait intéressant de faire un minimum de prévention sur la posture à prendre en cas de rencontré. Nous avions réservés une seule nuit (étape) dans cet hôtel qui s'est avéré le plus cher de notre séjour et nous sommes bien contents finalement de n'avoir pris qu'une nuit. Dommage car l'emplacement et le standing de la chambre sont vraiment top.

Einfach ein absoluter Traum zu einem unschlagbaren Preis, wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade mit riesen Terrase und Meerblick im Rimley 2 bekommen. Das Abendessen war jeden Tag lecker und die Kokosnüsse die besten auf der Insel, Sehr bequeme Betten und kostenfreier hin und Rücktrasnport mit dem Longboat inkl. Wunderschöne Strände direkt am Hotel und der Sharkpoint nebenan. Unvergessliche Enspannung pur. Eine Traumanlage bei der es an nichts fehlt.

A destacar a localização do resort. O resort tem praia privativa e localiza-se mesmo junto a praia. É um sítio paradisíaco. Os quartos são enormes, confortáveis e com tudo o que era preciso. Foram buscar e levar ao cais no longtail do hotel. Foram dias fantásticos

Oli kuin mökkiloma paratiisimaisella saarella. Huoneen ilma oli raikas eikä siellä haissut mitkään parfyymit tai ilmanraikastimet eikä myrkyt tai home. Henkilökunta olivat ystävällisiä ja avuliaita. Kaikki sujui ongelmitta ja mukavasti. Oli mukava saada vene kyyti satamasta tullessa ja takaisin lähtiessä veloituksetta. Hyvä palvelu! Muuten mentiin kylille kävellen hienoa rantaraittia pitkin. Otathan huomioon, että Phi Phillä ei rakennuksia ole tehty kuten Suomessa, joten pikku muurahaisia/kusiaisia saattaa kipitellä märkätiloissa, ei ne pure. Ei ollut torakoita tai mitään muuta inhottavaa, paikka oli siisti. Ei valittamista, voin suositella ja tulla itsekin uudestaan! Kiitos.

Amazing place, surrounded of nature. We didn’t heard anything from the parties in the town, the hotel is very quiet at night.

To you to travel to the town on foot you have to walk about 25 minutes, during the walk you will encounter steps to climb/descent and in some parts is flat.

El hotel es fantastico, esta en una playa preciosa cerca del pueblo. Hay unos 15 minutos caminando al pueblo, a traves de playas preciosas. Por la noche no se puede ir pq no hay luz en el camino, pero la cena en el hotel esta muy rica. Recomiendo el masaje Thailandes (masaje de presion) en el hotel, la masajista un 10. Me dejo como nueva! Todo Perfecto, volveria sin duda alguna.

Solo que añadan mango en la fruta del desayuno. Lo unico a mejorar.

Lights on exterior building didn’t work. Had to climb to third story in pitch black. Check in was disorganized. Had to wait 30 mins cuz staff forgot about me. Had to wait five hours to get coffee sent to my room. No food service between 11-12. Breakfast was not good. Only time I saw the receptionist smile was the day I was leaving. Honestly I felt the same way.

Amazing environment, surrounded by the jungle. The room was big, fancy and very romantic. Everything was made with wood and natural materials. The shower was huge. There was a big terrace with a table and a hammock from where we could enjoy the sound of the waves. There is a private beach just in front of the restaurant and they provide free beach towels every day.

We booked a room with sea view but we didn't get the view we were expecting as there were trees in the front covering most of it. The location wasn't ideal. To get to the centre of the island you have two options: either you walk around 25 min on a jungle trail (not great by night) or you pay to get there by boat. Long Beach is less than 10 min walk but the path is a bit steep and not recommended by night as there are no lights. Unluckily we had a terrifying experience in the room. During our first day there we found one of the venomous "Giant Asian centipedes" in one of our clothes bags. We called the reception and they sent a guy to get rid of it. He checked the whole room and said that there were no holes from where it could have gotten in, so it had probably been brought in with the new wardrobe arrived the week before... This event ruined our stay as we were constantly scared about finding other insects and we couldn't enjoy the room as we were expecting. We tried the hotel restaurant once and we thought it was not the best and a bit more expensive than other restaurants on the island.

Awesome location and friendly staff, felt relaxed right away, was relaxing in the hammock nearly the whole day. You are away from town so no Party people etc, thats also why i booked it

Not really a hotel Problem You hear the boats all day but its because thats like the Taxi there, If you want stuff from 7/11 etc its a bit of a walk but of course ok due to the Location, would definitely recommend

Niestety, ale warunki były bardzo słabe. Domek przy plaży caly pobyt z zapachem stęchlizny mimo ciągłego wietrzenia i klimatyzacji. Ostatniego dnia zapach z kanalizacji lub odpływu prysznica nie do zniesienia. Przywitał i ulokował nas pracownik zionący alkoholem. Sniadania bardzo słabe, nawet te na zamówienie. Domek po zameldowaniu z tysiącem komarów, cały wieczór spędziliśmy na tym, żeby sie ich pozbyć, tak jakby od dawna nikt w nim nie mieszkał (mimo ze później nigdy juz ich nie było. Wszędzie non stop słychać hałasujące łódki.

El lugar es precioso. Los bungalows son los más bonitos que hemos visto nunca. El personal muy amable. Las habitaciones limpias y ofrecen un buen desayuno.

Hay ruido continuo de los barco-taxi, pero esto es más bien un problema de la isla que del resort.

Wow. Our upgraded room was amazing. You feel secluded but the town is actually only a 15-20 minute walk on a path.

It is everything you want your Phi Phi vacation to be like. Built in the jungle, private beach, solid restaurant. I only left the hotel twice in 4 days. The vibe was excellent.

Ci è piaciuto tutto: la camere nei bungalow di legno, la spiaggia privata semi deserta vista la bassa stagione, il mare, la massaggiatrice sulla spiaggia, il ristorante ottimi pasti thailandesi a prezzi ragionevoli, la colazione varia e abbondante, il personale gentile e disponibile, le scimmiette che ti vengono a trovare sul balcone, i varani che girano tra le casette. Talmente ci è piaciuto che abbiamo prolungato la permanenza di tre giorni per festeggiare i mie 50 anni. Ci ritornerei subito.

On a été upgradé dans une magnifique chambre, le personnel était super serviable et arrangeant. Un emplacement idéal, à l’écart du centre de l’île tout en restant facilement accessible (à pied y compris). Petit déjeuner et restaurant au top du top !

Great rooms into the nature at 20 minutes by foot from the town. Staff was incredible, pick up and drop off from and to the pier by long tail boat included. Great service for luggages transportation. Amazing private beach and all services available if needed.

La struttura è caratteristica e molto vicino a long beach (anche se l’accesso non è semplicissimo) Ci sono stata anche 5 anni fa e la struttura era molto più accogliente e curata nel minimo dettaglio. We had a wonderful stay in the beachfront villa. It was peaceful, beautiful, and the perfect place to relax. The room was spotless, and the reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The center of Phi Phi is about a 20-minute walk away, but the quiet location was absolutely worth it.

The rooms are cosy, this is a nice distance away from town but you can get the longboat or walk (we walked) and really enjoyed that it was out of the main town. Had long beach just 5 mins walk away, the rooms themselves were comfortable with nice bathrooms, would recommend to anyone staying in phi phi!

Het is een fijne accommodatie. We sliepen in een prachtige kamer in een heel mooi houten gebouw. Het privé strandje is echt heerlijk, prachtige blauwe heldere zee en mooi wit strand. Je kon een zitzak pakken om in te luieren en er waren badhanddoeken beschikbaar. Het restaurant erbij maakt het ook heel prettig. Lekkere gerechten en drankjes beschikbaar.

Het ontbijt buffet viel ons wat tegen. Gerechten werden niet warm(eieren, pannenkoeken ) of koud (fruit en yoghurt, boter) gehouden waardoor het niet meer lekker was.

We were upgraded to two beachside cabins with Seaview. The rooms were like you'd expect for a honeymoon resort but at a fraction of the price! We loved how the resort was far enough away to be tranquil but close enough to walk into town easily. The food was great and there was even live music.

Todo, la ubicación y su entorno. La habitacion makmai es una pasada, bonita, limpia y muy comoda. El desaryuno esta bastante bien y la comida del restaurante del hotel muy buena. Destacaria la mujer de los masajes en la misma playa del hotel, espectacular. Si tienes suerte puedes ver varanos y monos rondando buscando algo que llevarse :D fue una experiencia muy buena El camino desde el pueblo hasta el hotel es un bonito paseo de unos 20 minutos, muy recomendable. Tienes la opcion de ir en longtail. Esta incluido cuando llegas y cuando te vas del hotel Del personal del hotel destacar a Apple, una mujer encantadora y simpatica

Het huisje was top. Prive, luxe en kwaliteit. De service van het personeel, de kwaliteit van het eten en de organisatie maakt van dit bezoek een zeer fijne en warme bestemming.

Buiten het hotel om loopt er een pad naar de stad. Dit pad is NIET geschikt voor slecht lopende mensen. Buiten dit om viel er echt helemaal niks tegen.

What a cool place to stay! Either a short walk into the main part of the island or they have a boat a scheduled at different times of the day. Room was wonderful, had an excellent view and was very comfortable. Restaurant was tasty and the beach wonderful. Loved hearing the ocean at night.

Smokers on the beach and restaurant. Not necessarily the hotels fault but it's so gross id love for them to make it a no smoking area.

Notre première chambre en bungalow était en mauvais état, Clim HS et chambre vraiment petite. Le personnel de l’accueil a accepté de nous surclasser gratuitement et nous avons eu un vrai belle chambre spacieuse avec une magnifique vue mer ! Je vous recommande vivement de choisir une chambre supérieur et non un bungalow.

Un peu éloigné du centre ville, il faut marcher 25 min sur un petit chemin. Après il faut soit faire le choix soit d’être en ville soit d’être isolé avec une magnifique plage (long beach) au pied de l’hôtel au calme.

קיבלנו חדרים מאודדד אבל מאודדד מרוחקים מהילדים. ממש יוצא בצד השני. ועוד ליד אתר בניה מזעזע!! נוף מדהים אבל מזה שווה כשקודחים לך בראש. ביקשנו להחליף חדר נאמר לנו בטענה שאין חדרים פנוייים. למרות שבדקנו בזמן אמת בבוקינג והיו המון חדרים פנויים. היינו צריכים להוסיף מזרון אצל הילדים ולעבור לאחד החדרים שלהם. ולא קיבלנו החזר על החדר שלא הינו בו. לא יפה לא מתאים. ארוחת הבוקר בגדול מספקת לא היה מפריע ליותר גיוון באוכל. אנא ממכם בעלי הריזורט בחייכם תעשו או שתבנו רמפה נוחה לרדת עם המזוודות מהחדרים לכיוון הקבלה. לא יתכן שצריך לשבור את הגב בשביל לעשות צ׳קאוט

Het resort is groot met waanzinnige mooie houten gebouwen die verspreid op de heuvel zijn gebouwd. De prive baai is de kers op de taart. Dit resort heeft alles wat je nodig hebt om een paar leuke dagen op Koh Phi Phi te hebben. Het eten is ook echt goed 👌🏻. Het personeel is zo leuk en behulpzaam. Echt waanzinnig 🙏🏻

The room was very nice, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was really good, and the beach at this hotel is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. What is probably the hotel's biggest advantage could also be a drawback, depending on what you are looking for. The hotel has an amazing private beach, so you are away from the noise and crowds of the city. However, the city can only be reached by longtail boat or by a 20-minute walk. This was not a problem for us, as we prefer staying in a quieter place. The restaurant food was very good, the portions were generous, and the prices were fair.

Es una pasada lo bonito que es. La ubicación es espectacular, de ensueño. Estuvimos en la casita c5 por dos noches y me hubiera quedado muchísimas más. En 20 min por un caminito precioso llegas al centro de PhiPhi, lo recomiendo muchísimo, son unas vistas que no olvidaré en la vida!

Incredible private location - a real tropical paradise. Rooms were lovely, even provided a mosquito swatter - it’s definitely needed though! They have a free private transfer boat into the Centre of phi phi but it is tide dependent. Some of the staff are lovely

5 minutes after we arrived we realized we were in the bad books as we didn’t tip the staff who carried bags to our rooms- we simply had no smaller cash on us. Plus we tend to tip at the end, after service. After that the two guys wouldn’t even look at us, never mind offer to help. They actively avoided us for our few days there. There are rules posted everywhere which makes it feel like you’re in school - “don’t do this or you’ll be fined that, don’t do that or you’ll be fined this…” it kinda takes away the paradise feel. Cleanliness was hit and miss. The room was pretty much spotless but the communal dining, bar and check in areas felt really grubby and even a simple sweep could’ve made them feel so much better.

Everything! Staff, location, food. The highlight was the walk from the hotel to town with breathtaking views and the rooms hidden in the forest.

O quarto foi sem dúvida dos mais bonitos e confortáveis de toda a viagem!

Toda a zona circundante estava em muito mau estado e com bastante falta de limpeza. O pequeno almoço também deixou muito a desejar.

The location was amazing, the rooms were really cool (especially the hammock), the staff were very friendly, the breakfast options were good.

Lots of mosquitoes! The water has a funny smell and taste. The beach is quite rocky when the tide is out, this could be communicated a bit better.

TODO fue ESPECTACULAR. Después de haber conocido muuuchos hoteles en diferentes países, puedo decir que este se convirtió en mi favorito. La habitación no es lujosa, pero es sumamente cómoda y tiene todo lo que necesitas. Tuvimos vistas al mar, hamaca, hasta el baño tenía vista al mar. Desde allí escuchaba las olas del mar, nos visitaban gaticos, la vista es hermosa, se siente como en medio de la jungla, pero no tan alejado (caminamos dos de las noches hacia el pueblo y fueron unos 20 minutos señalizados, iluminados y en buen estado). Del pueblo son unos 20 minutos y a Long Beach como 5 (aunque el camino de esta última es un poquito más complicado). La atención fue espectacular, todos en el hotel eran muy amables. La comida estuvo deliciosa. La playa es privada, puedes usar los puff y sentarte tranquilo a admirar el paisaje. Llegar en Longtail al hotel lo hace aún más mágico. Te dan una pijama típica, que es muy cómoda, y que puedes usar para sentirte más a gusto. De verdad que fue tan bueno que tuvimos que extender nuestra estancia. Y si pudiera, me quedaría al menos un mes porque fue un descanso real. Gracias 🫶

Todo nos gustó, sin embargo, la atención del primer día de la persona del longtail fue mala y no tenía cuidado con las maletas. Al regreso ya todos fueron amables, quizá fue solo ese día que no estaba de buen humor.

מקום מבודד נהדר, בחוף מבודד יפה. שידרגו לנו לחדר עם נוף נהדר לחוף לונג ביץ' הסמוך עם מרפסת מקסימה.

לטעמנו, זה לא ריזורט. אין facilities משמעותיים. הגישה עם כבודה היא אך ורק עם סירת לונגטייל מהרציף המרכזי. בגלל זה, אין גמישות מבחינת התנועה לשאר האי - אבל בגלל ששהינו רק במקום, זה לא הפריע לנו כלכך. החדר היה מרוחק מהחוף באופן יחסי, עם טיפוס לא קל מבחינת המדרגות והדרך התלולה, וזה לא קל למי שיש לו קשיי התניידות. המזגן והוייפיי מופעלים רק כששמים את המפתח לחדר בתושבת בקיר בכניסה - כלומר, אתה מזיע למוות עד שהמזגן מתחיל לפעול ולוקח לוייפי 10 דקות לעלות חזרה. כשהגענו, הוייפיי לא עבד ולקח מספר שעות לתקן אותו + היה אוסף משמעותי של חרקים בנקודה מסוימת בחדר; הזמינו מידית מדביר שטיפל, אבל החדר היה מחניק מאוד בגלל החומר הכימי + נגמרו הסוללות בשלט למזגן. ארוחת בוקר בינונית ומטה. גולת הכותרת - כשרצינו להזמין דרך המקום מעבורת ליעד הבא, נקבו במחיר מסוים. חזרנו למחרת להזמין וגילינו להפתעתנו שהעלו את המחיר - כששאלתי למה, אמרו שבודקים רגע, ותוך דקה חזרו עם המחיר המקורי. ניסיתם להרוויח עלינו עוד כסף? למה ?

الكوخ جميل بس المشكلة ف الطلوع ع الجبل الغرف فووق .. ولكن مطل للبحر وراحة نفسية وتعامل موظفين تلفندق جداً راقييين يستحق يوم واحد فقط

The room was spacious and the decor was nice.

Incorrect information given by staff. We were told they would arrange a boat to take us to the pier if you wish, went to book one a few times during our stay and was told none available and not possible.. be advised it is a walk to the main part and it is up and down with large steps… wouldn’t recommend walking at night.

Staff,service,no taxi, challenging climbs, no room service

Un emplacement idyllique, que du bonheur de la plage à deux pas des bungalows au petit déjeuner copieux et très bon avec des tables les pieds dans le sable. Un peu éloigné du centre mais le trajet se fait à pied sans souci et une navette de l'hôtel nous récupère à l'arrivée du ferry.
