Lighting is a bit dim and there is a faint smell of cigarette smoke even when the room is considered non smoking room. The carpeting is not smooth so there is a chance of tripping.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Lage sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße, perfekt gelegen in Gehreichweite zwischen Shopping und Restaurantviertel, und zwischen zwei relevanten Metrolinien. Tolle Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Seoul Tower.
Das Frühstück war vollkommen in Ordnung, aber auch nichts besonderes. Die Zimmerdecke scheint mir niedriger als in anderen Hotels (hat mich nicht gestört).

Staff not friendly. I asked for a room far away from the lift when I booked, as I am staying for 4 nights. They gave me a room right next to the lift. I asked to change and they said no - as this room is “next to the lift, not opposite to the lift. “So they think this still counts as “far away from the lift”. Then the other staff said there is no other room left. I asked whether they can change us to another room the second day. He said ok. I hope they would proactively offer us this solution. My room price is not cheap. The room next to the lift on the lower floor ends up having mosquitoes getting in through the door or lift and I got bitten. Luckily i only got one bite. Not sure about my family. Staff should be better trained. It is my second time to this hotel. Disappointing service. But the room on the second to fourth night is good. No mosquitoes.

Camera spațioasa, curata, liniștita cu un pat mare și confortabil. O mulțime de restaurante mici in imprejurimi cu mancare delicioasa, cafenele si magazine alimentare. Spalătoria de la subsol si spatiul exterior de pe acoperis, cu vedere la turnul Namsan, au fost cu siguranța placute.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Loved its relative proximity to transportation between three stations - Euljiro 3-ga Station, Chungmuro Station & Myeongdong Station. Not close enough to be rated excellent .. but located relatively close to convenience stores, restaurants, cafes and other such essentials. Walking distance to Myeongdong (Line 4) although the connectivity from Euljiro 3-ga (Line 2 & Line 3) was better. So we ended up walking that way more often than not. Walking distance to Cheonggyecheon (Stream) too. Our Family Room was generously sized for 3 people but the only thing that was puzzling was what seemed to be a protrusion covered by what seems to be a black "tennis ball" that I kept stepping on or tripping over. Once you get the hang of it .. you will learn to ignore this issue. The laundry room in the basement and the outdoor space on the rooftop with a view of Namsan tower was definitely a nice to have. I am not sure why but the bathtub and WC had a tendency to get easily blocked (I stayed in the hotel twice over a 10 day period and I encountered similar issues twice in different rooms) .. but to give them credit, the housekeeping team will get it sorted out once you report it without any delays. The ability to store luggage for free when we checked out the first time and checked in again a few days later solved a lot of headaches for us.
Nothing of particular dislike to note. It's not exactly 5 star but then it's not 5 star prices either so you get what you pay for. If you're not a seasoned walker, it's around 10 mins walk to the nearest station which may seem close or far to you. There were 2 lifts / elevators that worked efficiently. Soundproofing seemed OK also. When occupancy is high, you may experience a slight delay in getting up and down but there's only 16 floors so it wasn't that big an issue.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Loved this hotel! It's centrally location in Myeong-dong, but not directly in the crazy crowded streets and markets. The room was spacious with room for two large suitcases. The AC works well and windows can open for fresh air. Basement has laundry, iron, microwave, and a filtered water machine. There's also a small gym and rooftop deck. Plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely come back and stay here again for our next visit to Seoul!

We had stayed there for 10 days with 9 times of breakfast, having the same type of food. So, I took my chance to ask the staff there if they might change it or not. He said, never. It was not really an international standard. So, not much choices for kids or adults. This is probably the greatest let down....in this hotel.

Reviewed May 30, 2026Location is great and about 5 min to the subway for line 2 / 3 / 4 depending on where u go. Or u can take the bus at the main road towards the Cathedral. Lots of cafe and restaurants nearby which is a plus. Also not far to the Nansam Seoul Tower.
The standard twin room is a bit small and no space for the storage and no charger around dressing table. Make it not that convenient. Besides, the paper like slipper quality is bad.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Lage war für uns perfekt. 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt (Taxi) und ca 1 Stunde vom Flughafen Incheon (Taxi). Hängt natürlich sehr vom Verkehr ab, also immer prüfen. Tempel, Shopping Street, Märkte alles fußläufig erreichbar. Bus und Metro 5 Minute Fußweg. Gegend sehr sauber und sicher. Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, perfekt für zwei Personen. Betten waren sehr bequem. Personal ist englischsprachig und freundlich.
Die Klimaanlage ist ein wenig laut aber alles noch im Rahmen.
