Reviewed Sep 15, 2026This hotel is clean and comfortable, making you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in. The staff are always smiling, very polite, warm and friendly, making you feel right at home. What made my stay even more pleasant was the complimentary coffee and tea in the hotel lobby, along with unlimited bottled mineral water for guests. This hotel is definitely worth recommending! I would be happy to stay here again. 😊

The bathroom tiles. It may be practical for anti slippery but not for standing long on it. Floor is wet all time.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026The check-in was fast and the reception was very pleasant and helpful. Although it is a small hotel, it fully satisfied our needs with all the necessary amenities such as personal items provided (toothbrush, shower cap, bedroom slippers, coffee/tea, hairdryer, etc. There was no restaurant in the hotel but there were several within walking distance of the hotel. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting with family and we were a very short distance away from the Home.
There was nothing that we did not like and we were happy with the hotel for the price we paid.

I wish the parking was free. I have stayed at other hotels with street parking where there’s a staff that will help to place the parking coupons for free. Room had a strange musty, mould swell that came from the bathroom. As a light sleeper, I did not manage to sleep due to the sound of traffic coming through the window and outside our door. The sound is so loud that my wife thought the windows were open.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Excellent Service: I really feel like this hotel is punching above its weight. The front desk service was fantastic right from the start. When we first got to our room and the door felt a bit stuck, the staff proactively followed up and checked on us immediately to ensure everything was okay. Efficient Layout: While the room itself was a bit cramped, it was designed well and everything felt easily reachable and convenient. Unique Bathroom: One standout feature was the toilet, which had a really unique epoxy tile design.
Main Road Noise: The noise level from the main road was quite loud inside the room. Window and Door Quirks: Beyond the initial sticky entrance door, I actually had to makeshift the window handle a bit myself just to make sure it closed tightly enough to help block out that traffic sound.

Reviewed May 9, 2026Very clean room and toilet. Very comfortable beds and linen and chair. Bottle drinks, coffee and tea and kettle all provided. Wash basin with an elegant mirror outside the toilet. All towels and toiletries provided. Clean and functioning lift is available. No problem with heavy luggage.
Maybe the view facing the main road is a bit boring.

The staff at the front counter was rude ..we stood there for 5 minutes with no greetings..we arrived 12 midnight to stay over to attend a funeral the next day...the front desk guy was looking at the monitor without even asking us anything as if we were staying for free.
