The sound proof is bad as got waken up by the door slam; the toilet is not spotless, stains are everywhere; staircase access only and not so accessibility friendly.

And are present there at the reception every time we need something. At first I felt upset because we got a room on the 2nd floor not 1st because I booked late. But the view of our 2nd floor room was superb. 100% satisfied.
Nothing, I like the antique wooden interior of the hotel room. Perfect for Kluang trip, I can feel the heritage.

Reviewed Jan 27, 2025I stayed a night at Capital O Rail Hotel. The hotel is sufficient for a quick layover and offers plenty of car parking space, which is convenient for those driving. Its location above a café is also a plus, making it easy to grab a bite without venturing far.
While I had expected the hotel to be closer to the railway station, it is about a kilometre away, which was a slight disappointment given the town’s railway history. The room itself was decent and functional, but the wash basin cabinet was in poor condition, with visible timber rot due to wetness. Proper maintenance in this area is needed to ensure a better guest experience.

There was a water leak in the toilet & water accumulated under the sink. Feet get wet every time I use the sink. Staff was aware of the problem but leak was not resolved during the 2 nights stay. Guess I was expected to bear with the problem. Park your car on the road at your own risk. No guards at night. No fridge in the room. Can hear traffic noise late at night. Not suitable for light sleepers.
