Osoblje, sobe prostrane i ležaj udoban, doručak solidan.

Može biti urednije!

I liked the lay out of the room

A few items where damaged. The table was broken and unstable which I reported. The towel rack in the shower room was weak and actually fell down. We waited a while for room service. I ordered a chicken / meat pitta bread meal for lunch. It came with toast, there was no transparency about the pitta bread not being available it still cost the actual price which was 30 euros. Staff didn’t have a pleasant attitude about making it right

The staff were helpful and kind mostly, bed comfortable, fast service

The food could have been better for the price, and the room was a bit dusty Cleaner was also loud and someone took cash from my purse…

Hotel staff is welcoming and room & breakfast are super good. Hotel is 21 mins walk away (Less than 2 kms) from CNR Expo Center. Valet Parking is free and quick.

Nothing, all good.

NA

Beautiful building, good 24/7 reception, nice bedding, shower, and air con.

- Found Bedbug in first room - Wi-Fi was terrible and unusable for work on 7th floor - Gym was tiny and minimal equipment, very dated - Spa staff didn't wait at reception, had to find them even when calling in advance, more interested in being on their mobiles then actually assisting, ended up turning the gym lights on myself even when I called ahead. - Cleaner knocked on the door when the do not disturb light was on, seemed annoyed that we didn't want her services.

Well equipped room, super staff, good breakfast.

Nothing in particular.

Beautiful hotel and great rooms. Really nice staff and good breakfast.

The area is not that great but if you want to be close to the airport it helps.

Everything was perfect. The room was spacious. The amenities were great. They even had a welcome plate of fruits in the room. Nice simple touch. I’ve been to many 5 star hotels in Istanbul but this one beats them all considering the price that was paid. I was really happy with my stay and I’ll definitely visit again. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night and I had to leave very early in the morning so I couldn’t review the breakfast and other amenities.

Nothing. Everything was spotless

Close to loads of local shops and restaurants. The staff were extremely helpful. They have a very good breakfast available.

Surprisingly the quality of the toilet paper was not good. Also, the room was not equipped with an iron, we had to ask the reception to provide us one!

Bathroom was so old and dirty. My personal opinion - It's not 5 starts hotel.

The staff were really helpful and offered a great service. The rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast had some nice hot and cold selection with a live counter for eggs. The location was perfect for the Expo we went to attend. Overall we had a good experience and value for money. Will definitely return back on our next business visit..

Personnel efficace et disponible !! Ménage au top !! Proximité des commerces.

Very attentive and kind service and attention. Comfortable rooms. Generous breakfast.

Better to avoid rooms facing the main avenue.

Overall staff amazing especially the chambermaid. Lovely lady. Needs to be given credit for her hard work

We had room. Service for breakfast was not covered. Cheese and meat was hard and inedible

i really enjoyed my stay here . the hotel looks better than the photos and the room are new fitter and haut standing. the location is near public transportation also near a lot of restaurants and shops . the stuff was very helpful and friendly its a definitely a good 5 stars hotel . the housekeeping lady was so friendly and nice also the cleaning providing was top notch i recommend definitely and would come back again

all good

Room was spacious clean and well ventilated

I'm not sure this was the room I actually thought I was going to get infsct I didn't see this room on any advert on booking. Com

Mega gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including complimentary tea and coffee. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. We would also like to thank the reception staff and the housekeeping team, who were always kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.

There are a few points that we believe could be improved. During our stay, we spent an entire day without air conditioning because it was out of order. Although the issue was eventually resolved, it caused significant inconvenience. Another major issue was the strong smell of cigarette smoke. We frequently noticed guests smoking in the emergency stairwells and in the apartment bathrooms. The smoke spread through the building and entered the bathroom of our room, eventually reaching the bedroom as well, including during the night. As non-smokers, we found this very unpleasant and disruptive. Finally, we expected that a five-star hotel would offer room service until later at night. On one occasion, shortly before midnight, we placed an order through the hotel's app, but we never received any confirmation or update. After waiting for quite some time, we had to cancel the order and leave the hotel to find a place that was still open, as we had been working until late and were unable to order dinner earlier. We believe the hotel should either extend its room service hours or, at the very least, promptly inform guests when orders cannot be fulfilled.

Housekeeping is doing good job,I don't remember her name there was one uzbek women and Turkish women, sincere smile, willing to fulfill my request they made my stay comfortable, very big thanks to them.

Front line staff ,they never say Good morning or Good evening,I didn't feel 5 star service from them,I didn't do anything wrong but I think when the hotel carry 5 star they have to be more friendly and smile.

very good for the price very comfortable

No air conditioning

This hotel has excellent staff members like Salih from the reception and Efe from sales. Communication is direct and clear. The hotel has free parking spots reserved for guests, has spotless rooms and great ammenities. We enjoyed our stay here. This hotel offers early check in and at the same time late check-out (14:00) which we gladly used.

Hotel needs renovation,I would recommend for staff to be flexible in Front Office,we are here for surgery of my husband.

It’s very close to the exhibition hall; it takes less than 10 minutes to get there by taxi, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I’ll be back when the next exhibition opens.

Well located, clean and nice staff

Great hotel and facilities

A fantastic hotel in Istanbul and the first stop on my trip. The room was perfectly equipped and spacious, as was the bathroom. It had a fully stocked minibar and great air conditioning. The breakfast was phenomenal, and the staff were absolutely wonderful and helpful. This was a truly beautiful experience at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend it to everyone.

My room had windows facing a busy street, and the soundproofing wasn't very good. Next time, I would probably choose a room facing the courtyard instead.

Everything

I liked everything

The room was clean and spacious, with regular housekeeping. Everything worked properly, and the breakfast was tasty. I would especially like to mention the polite and helpful staff. Everyone did their best to make my stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible, and I really appreciated that.

Moscow clock in the lobby. Considering the current situation, it felt inappropriate and disappointing.

Everything was good. No complaints.

A little too far from the major site. Tough if you have children with you.

Very nice hotel, extremely accommodating with great staff and cute rooms. Our house keeper Fathiye did an excellent job and was incredible kind and welcoming! Would absolutely stay again!

The room was clean and nice, view was also nice

Area around the hotel is about weird so better don’t go for a walk at the evening

Personalet venlig og smilende .

Sengetøj må gerne skiftes . Den blev skiftet kun 1 x i 5 dage . Kaffe og the kopper må gerne være mere rent
