Konum , odaların temizliği Yardımsever personel

I absolutely hated the stay. Even went about raising complaints to booking itself. Yet not much was done about it. It ruined the whole trip itself sadly to say.

Place was very unhygienic, construction materials lying out in the balcony, damped walls very smelly rooms. Broken walls and ceiling. Balcony door was very unsafe as it opened just by a slight pull after locking. Many, many other issues was raised with bookings. But sadly, not much done about it. Most probably, bookings raised these issues and claimed back from hotel as they know clearly it was wrong but didnt do much for me, hence for the feed back so they i.e booking knew this was against health and safety but still ignored it. But not good for me as consumer, all evidence was provided as requested, but even then they didn't do much as they probably took it themselves. Sad very sad. Still waiting for response from them.

My stay at Orange Airport Hotel was genuinely enjoyable. The hotel has a stylish, modern design that gives it a boutique feel, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room had all the essentials for a relaxing stay. Its proximity to the airport is a major advantage, especially for short trips or early flights. The staff performance was outstanding — they were friendly, professional, and always attentive, making check-in smooth and ensuring all requests were handled quickly and efficiently.

They had parking spot

It was not clean enough.

It was close to IFM fair space, it was safe, clean and affordable.

It could have been a bit more clean, the windows couldn't be open only on the top position. Still, I think it was great value for money.

很好

I wasn't too expensive.

The room is beat up and different from the photos. No electric sockets near the bed. Only USB and it wasn't working. Missing electric switch cover at the bed. Beds are old and sagging.

Everything was good. Especially the staff was very kind ,making you feel welcome (extra point for Hamza) and they knew English very well also the location was very good

Tam olarak fiyat performans. Temiz , sıcak duşu var. Çalışanlar özenli

Tuvalet çok sıkışık dar alana yapılmıştı. Başka bir problem yoktu.

Location

Bathroom smell. It is pungent. I think the ventilation system is faulty.

This place looks more like a bug-infested dump than a hotel. I’ve never seen such unsanitary conditions anywhere. It’s disgustingly dirty. The floor is sticky. Many things in the bathroom are broken. The smell is unbearable. The foul odor from the bathroom spread through all the rooms. It’s unclear how they were given three stars — they don’t deserve even one.

The location and the staff

It was not clean at all.

Location,staff

Cleanliness of toilet and bathroom

My private items are 12.15 o'clock, it was not pleasant to take the reception to the reception before I returned to the hotel and touched my belongings without permission

Very awesome hotel with very kind and respectful staff, I want to give an extra star to the staff Sedat who helped us a lot in the 19 days we have been in the hotel, and the boss was very helpful and nice, looking forward to coming back to Orange hotel, thank you for your service Orange hotel

nothing

I like hotel room staff everything is good

Very central affordable family hotel

příjemní recepční

kouř z cigaret ve společných prostorech hotelu, nedostatečné možnosti zatemnění v pokoji

Location and AC

Could do with a bit of love and upgrades

Neat n clean

This place had spiders crawling in the rooms. the wifi was cut and they said it would come back the next day we were here (which it didnt)

Ortalama derecede konaklama

Friendly staff. Good location. Close to all communications. Service corresponding to the price

Provider utilities for its price

Smoke smell
