The Yeats County Inn Hotel

Really nice hotel, staff very nice, friendly and pleasant. 8 in our party with 8 motorcycles. Rooms were good, bit of road noise but didn’t bother me or my son sharing our room. Breakfast was great. Car park large easy access. Would recommend to others without hesitation.

Excellent VFM, very friendly staff went out of their way and even drove me to the airpirt when my taxi didnt arrive, fanrastic will recommend to friends and family.

We arrive a little outside of the reception hours, and they worked worked with us on that. Honestly, the bar downstairs was open and was great after a long day of travel.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und sauber. Das Bad ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber hey, man kann nicht alles haben. Günstig und sauber war mir wichtig. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Abendesse war sehr gut, so wie auch das Frühstück.

The Yeats staff were exceptionally friendly. The food was good. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean. We stayed a week , sadly only 1 comfy chair in our room which could do with a new cover. The room was hot when we arrived and the window wouldn't stay right open. We found a stick and that helped..if you're used to traffic noise then no worries, we aren't, But the Hotel did provide ear plugs. Maybe with the weather getting increasingly warmer Yeats would consider a Fan for each room. So overall a clean , comfortable and friendly stay. Thanks

The Traffic noise, which considering the location, can't be helped. Lack of comfortable seating.

Roadside noise was the only downfall. Definitely need triple glazing along the road. The sheer traffic noise on the N17 is a busy road. Hotel was kind at providing ear plugs, although this was a sure sign night sleep was going to be light. Earplugs are ok for adults but not for kids.

Some staff cleaning in particular didn’t reply to any of us when we said hello on arrival to our rooms - met on the corridor outside our rooms . Thought that was strange as they all were English speaking ..

A little noisy with passing traffic

Struttura che svolge a pieno il suo compito ovvero sosta di passaggio. Forse stanze un po datate specialmente i bagni ma tutto pulito e funzionante. Si mangia benissimo!!! Approfittatene.

L’accueil, le cadre et le repas étaient parfait !

Il n’y a rien à dire. Les équipements et la décoration ne sont pas très modernes mais la chambre était ultra propre et il y avait tout ce que l’on peut attendre d’un deux étoiles avec la qualité des repas et le confort d’un 3 étoiles.

It was in a quiet location even though it was on a main road. The staff were very friendly and the food was great.

Liked my stay at the years county inn hotel. Was relaxed and great location and my breakfast was what I wanted and really good breakfast, really enjoyed it. Gonna book here again few weeks time as my 60th birthday.

It is on a busy road and the route was difficult when travelling by bicycle . The menu was adequate but lacked imagination

The room was quiet, all the necessary amenities were available. There was little interface with staff, which made the experience very intimate and serene.

On the last day, it took a bit of time till warm water was coming out of the shower, and even then it only got to be lukewarm.

Handy for visiting friends & location to airport. All staff go the extra mile with customer service & friendly.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were tasty (but not included with the room, which we knew in advance). There was a lift which was nice since not all the places we stayed were handy-accessible and my aunt has mobility issues.

The hot water took forever to come through the pipes. So much so that my aunt let it run for 5+ minutes and then we called the front desk. He came up and ran it for another 8ish minutes and then it was fine. Within 10 minutes of my aunt finishing my mom went to take a shower assuming the water would be hot still and it took another 5+ minutes for the water to warm up again. It just felt very wasteful.

Good location, rooms were spacious and clean. Food was great with plenty of options available.

It was in a great location. The food was brilliant and the staff were attentive. Mick, the owner, actually helped us connect with some distant relatives as well, which is really going above and beyond!

I always stay here on the night before flying home from Knock, it’s the perfect location. Staff are friendly, food is excellent, I always have the roast and it would feed me for two days, huge! Big breakfast too. I wasn’t flying until 15:20 and asked if I could stay in the bar area until 12.30 when I checked out at 11, I was immediately told I could keep my room until 12, which I did and had a quick coffee downstairs before I left. I booked a double room, but was given a family room with an arm chair, so a relaxing evening in comfort.

So friendly and they couldn't do enough for you.

A very convenient location.. Comfortable bed.

The check in process.. There was no reception so I went in the bar/restaurant and said to the only member of staff I could find after a few minutes "I've booked a room for this evening." . She said, "What's your name?". And went and handed me a key. There was no such thing as a welcome or a How are you ? Or "If you need anything let us know". Nothing. Not a good first impression. I also didn't like the fact there was a bath in the room but no plug so you couldn't actually use it. I know showers are more economical but having a. bath in the room that you couldn't actually use just seemed mean.

It was almost impossible to sleep due to the buzzing noise of an electrical equipment near to my room. The room it self is ok, a bit old fashion but not a big deal. I am not recommending their restaurant, one of the worst burger I ever eaten.
