This is my second time I stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, very convenient, extremely close to subway station (1 block away), plenty of food places,

There's cockroach in the room, and the TV is not very good to use, the wall is musty

L'appartement est vraiment top. Au calme. Il est très lumineux la terrasse avec le jacuzzi c'est le top. Il y a de minimum d'accessoires dans la cuisine mais cela suffisait. Ça aurait été encore mieux s'il était plus près du centre ville.

새벽까지 밖에서 술마시고 떠드는 목소리가 숙소 안으로 다들어와서 잠을 잘 수 없음. 바닥, 침구, 베개에 머리카락이 있음.

ホテル自体は古く周りも少し賑やかでしたが、乗り換えに便利なのと シャワーが壊れた時の男性従業員の対応が夜中にも関わらず丁寧で親切で安心しました。

The staff is unprofessional and doesn't speak English, It was very cold, I stayed for 5 nights and there was no cleaning at all, I felt very uncomfortable staying at this hotel, I will not stay at this hotel again and I will not recommend it to anyone.

The staff were really helpful with getting ourselves situated in the room after check-in. They even lent us a plug adapter since the room only had the round European style outlets. The rainfall shower head was really nice, but be careful with the hot water. The coffee machine in the lounge was also a convenient service to take advantage of. The neighborhood seemed nice and lively. There were a lot of different restaurants and drinking places available in the area. Having NetFlix in the room was also a great bonus to relax with at the end of the night.

The bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable. I wasn't able to sleep comfortably on it at all. We probably could have played ddakji on that bed and won. The room wasn't setup for 2 people and they only gave us one bath towel and one face towel to shower with. The bathroom door was broken and wouldn't shut. Nor would the closet door. The room only had one chair and the small table had a lot of chipped paint all over it. It probably should be replaced. It was also really easy to hear anything that was going on down the hall in our floor even with both of the room's doors closed.

It’s a scam the pictures on the website are not real and there was a water leakage in my room, looks like a motel more than a hotel

It’s located 5 minutes walk from subway station.

The bath tub drain seemed to be blocked and mould was present in the shower which could have been removed with spray.

A nice coffee lounge by the lobby with free use of a coffee machine and ice machine. The essential things like the bed, bathroom and towels are clean and good quality. A good TV with Netflix and YouTube. Also a good location.

There are signs of scratches and dents in the furniture, and some old stains on the walls.

Building looks beautiful from outside, reception area looks good. Helpful staff.

Everything. Dirty room, dirty bathroom. Tiny room. Broken doors. Stinking room. Broken table. Broke refrigerator.

The location is best

The room is spacious and the bed and pillows are comfortable. The air conditioning is amazing especially in this hot summer

There were a few bugs every now and then that I needed to deal with. The location is a little far from the central tourist areas of Hongdae and Myeongdong, but it’s not bad going to Gangnam. The hotel area can feel sketchy at night, so I returned to the hotel early and avoided late nights.

Everything was ok, but we didnt like that the Windows were not transparent - to have some sunlight, the Windows needed to be opened, even if it was hot outside.

It was conveniently close to the subway.

The room was dirty and old. There were terrible stains on the toilet as well. I booked two rooms but they looked nothing like the pictures and it was generally just an awful stay. There was a leaking vent in one of the hallways and being in the room was extremely uncomfortable.

In itself a well-located hotel with good rooms. Was fine for 2 nights on my own.

The place kind of seems to be falling apart... Water dripping from the ceiling in the corridor (8th floor) the whole 3 days i was there and, unsurprisingly, smell of damp. Things broken in the room so nowhere to hang towels for example. Bathroom in lobby filthy. It seems money is not being invested in the upkeep of the hotel.

청결하지 않음. 드라이기 헤드와 손잡이 고정 안되고, 테이블 흔들거리고, 샤워기 고정장치 없음, 베개커버 지저분하고, 티비 리모콘 작동 잘 안되고 곳곳에 먼지 많음, 현관문과 창문 여닫기 힘듦, 뻑뻑함.

The location of the hotel was great. The staff was friendly, it was clean, and the price was reasonable.

Nice place, good location from Wangsimni, fast walk to metro. Basic but worth the price. Really nice staff.

커피등 무료식음료 코너가 있어 좋았지만 방온도가 조금낮아 추웠슴

호텔과 모텔의 중간 정도...발레파킹 프론트 직원 모두 친절함. 주변 소음도 적고 냉난방 냉온수 모두 잘 작동됨.

그냥 그래요.. 청결상태가 조금 그랬습니다.

모텔보다 조금 나은 수준임. 커피포트에 이물질 있고 침구류 상태 그다지 좋지는 않음

왕십리 번화가에 위치하여 위치상으로 너무 좋았습니다. 주차는 주차타워여서 이점은 참고하시고 이용하시면 좋을 것 같아요. 화장실 문이 잘 안열리는 것 빼고는 좋았습니다:)

컬리넌은 다른지점도 많이이용해봤어요. 카운터 안내는 깔끔했고 좋았습니다. 다만 청소가 제대로 안되어있었어요. 베드 컨디션은 좋았지만 구석에 먼지가 뭉쳐서 굴러다닌다던지 하는게 많았어요. 욕조에 물때도. 청소가 좀 아쉽습니다.

전체적으로 괜찮았는데 잠옷이 없는게 좀?샤워기 고리가 없는듯?

서비스는 친절하고 조식이 없는 곳이라 로비층 스낵바에서 간단한 토스트를 먹을 수 있어 좋았습니다. 욕실도 낡긴 했지만 잘 정비되어 있었고 구비된 물품도 쓸만 했습니다. 왕십리역과 가까워 편리했고 주변에 편의점과 식당이 많아 식사를 사먹을 수 있습니다. 하지만 객실 시설이 모텔 수준이고 조명이 어두워서 책을 보기에 불편했습니다. 금연객실에 들어갔는데도 복도에서 담배냄새가 많이 났습니다.

良かったところ：駅および空港バス停留所から徒歩3～5分ほどの立地でとても良かったです。モーテル（ラ〇ホ？）のようですが普通にツーリストホテルとして宿泊するのに問題ありませんでした。浴槽が大きくお湯につかってゆっくりできます。トイレもウォシュレット付きでした。(Nice location 5 min walk from the station and the airport shuttle station it is apparently a motel or love-hotel but fine to use as a tourist hotel a big bath tub and toilet with bidet) 悪かったところ：部屋に使用済みの避妊具が落ちていて気持ち悪かったです。また床下暖房が付いているのですが、熱いのでフロントに敬して欲しいと3度お願いしたのに消えなくて嫌な思いをしました。韓国語は問題ありませんが、スタッフの英語はあまり流暢ではないので根気よく話さないといけないと思います。(A used condom was on the floor when we came it was disgusting also we asked to turn off the floor heater 3 times but the staffs did not they speak no English or less so you better have a basic Korean communication skill for dealing with troubles)

There were moths, bugs, hair from previous stays. Place smelled of cigarettes. Stains on the bed. The front desk was helpful but they ended up moving us a few times because the other places were so dirty.

새벽2시가 넘어서 30분 넘게 건물 안인지 밖인지에서 공사소음이 들리는데 프론트에 연락했는데 바깥소음이라네요. 건물방음 상태가 최악이라는거고, 자정 가까이 되어서 체크인 했는데 대실이었던 방을 준 건지 방문 앞에 배달음식 놓여져 있고 침구류도 정리가 제대로 안 되어 있었습니다. 체인호텔이라고 해서 방문한건데 최악이네요.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. Extremely ugly, old, and cheap decorations, very small window, blurring lights, dust everywhere.... , worse than $30 motel but cost me $130+ , don’t believe the pictures, they are cheating.

Good location for what we needed. Complimentary water, coffee, and beverages were very welcome in the Korean summer. Bed was hard as a rock. Window was darkened with opaque film rather than blinds, so while dark for sleeping, it didn't allow for natural light. Bathroom lighting was extremely poor. Lots of little drain flies persistently appeared in the room, likely from plumbing from the bathroom. Lamps, side tables, and other furniture were extremely dusty.

元はラブホテル？　天井全て鏡貼り、窓はスモーク貼られ、部屋の照明が暗すぎ、その為化粧すりのに窓を開けて太陽光を取り入れて化粧した。　毎日掃除入らない。床がホコリだらけ。 フロント従業員の対応はとても親切でよいが もう利用したくない。

최악의 호텔입니다 외관만 호텔이지 여인숙보다 더러움. 여기저기 먼지가 쌓여있고 금연방에선 담배찌든냄새, 찌린네가 진동합니다 선전할려고 올려논 사진은 완전 사기 조작입니다.

모텔촌에 있는 모텔입니다. 조명빛 어둡고, 모텔을 검은색 페인트로 도배해둔 곳인데 먼지도 많고 최악입니다. 이 가격이면 다른 좋은 비지니스 호텔을 예약할 수 있습니다.

지저분하고 시설도 고장나있는 상태로 방치. 집기들이 다 지저분해서 손도 갖다대기 싫었음. 매우 별로

酒店實際位置跟Holets.com顯示所顯示的位置完全不同。

The hotel was booked on the location only. This was NOT located close to City Hall as shown in the map but 15 minutes driving by car east. This is Hotels.com fault. Hotel itself was just OK.

The hotel was fine but the location on the map Expedia provides is not close. It still has the wrong location. It's about 4 miles away from there.

엉뚱한 위치 정보로 너무 많은 시간을 길거리에서 소비했어요 ㅠㅠ 정확한 위치 설명이 필요합니다.

객실내의 담배냄새가 어떠한 방법으로도 해소되긴 힘들다는 생각이 들었습니다. 그래서 이곳은 호텔이라기 보다는 모텔로 전환하여 싼 가격에 제공되는 휴식처였으면 합니다.

Just visited Seoul to attend conference. In Seoul, I looked for other Hotels but Hotel Cullinan attracted me because it was near to my conference place and they were providing some good services. However, I feel difficulty in conveying my message to the staff as they don't understand my Questions. If you are proficient in Korean then Hotel Cullinan is best choice otherwise you'll face problem in communication.
