Great pool, spa, gym & BBQ area. Lovely grounds which were maintained nicely.

The ants - there is an ant problem which was obvious as soon as we walked in. We stayed for 4 nights and did not have enough basic supplies for 4 days (dishwasher tablets, ice, tea, coffee etc). When paying this much for accommodation, we expect the room to have the basics supplied each night (as we are paying the same on night 4 as we did on night 1). The driveway needs maintenance and some basic maintenance is required inside the villla also. These small details detracted from the stay for us.

The pool and spa areas lovely. The view was glorious. The kitchen was very well provisioned. Bed and pillows suited us.

Villa 2 needs maintenance. There were no staff on site so when the blinds didnt work, the 2 tv’s didnt work, the instructions to the safe weren’t for the brand so we couldnt use it. No instructions for the combined washer dryer yet a sign asked us to read the instructions! Despite our best efforts our clothes were washed 3 tines but not dried. I messaged the contact number twice no response. We literally bumped one of the owners day 2 who said she’d get all fixed. She had got my text but hadn’t responded - unacceptable! One rainy afternoon I went to the onsite gym - good weights equipment but no treadmill and the stationery bike was so rusty the seat set for someone about 6foot plus wouldn’t move so no aerobic workout. One of the dining room chairs had a hole in it, the blanket in the lounge had a huge hole and rips in it. The access ‘road’ is narrow gravel and due to the amount of rain was starting to slip away on our 3rd day. No lights for night driving - very dangerous. For nearly $600 a night the above not acceptable.

Beautiful property with excellent furnishings. Very comfortable and roomy. We especially appreciated the good selection of teas, filtered water, local information, heated bathroom floors and towel racks and all the thoughtful touches to make our stay special. The views were amazing, and each unit was positioned for privacy. I wish we could have stayed longer!

The location was difficult to find. Do NOT use Apple Maps… it led us on a lengthy wild goose chase. Google Maps gave us the correct directions, but more detailed information from the manager (perhaps with a map) would have been helpful, as would a readily accessible contact number for help.

It had a pool but the spa was full of strong chemicals. The villa was tidy and spacious.

We were staying for 5 days and was disappointed that the two bedroom apartment did not have a washing machine because we were there for 5 days and needed to wash our clothing and bath towels. Yet the one bedroom had a washing machine. All villas should have access to a washing machine. Without a washing machine we had to use the same bath towels for 5 days. More bath towels were needed for 4 people. Also the shower knob in the ensuite was broken and kept on coming off every time we turned it on. It needs to be repaired.

The location, nicely tucked away in a location surrounded by wineries. The view from our villa was scenic. The facilities available on site were fantastic.

You will need your own transport to move around. We knew this before we booked.

Secluded and private with a great view, very peaceful. Great amenities, clean, tidy and comfortable.

The long gravel driveway could do with some maintenance, the potholes were hard to navigate.

Amazing location, so private and quiet. Stunning view.Villa was modern,clean had everything you needed. Bed was so comfy. Heat pump when it got a little chillier in the evenings. The heated pool was such a bonus being able to swim outside in May! The spa was gorgeous heated to 40 so nice to use after a swim. The gym also great well equipped again so clean and modern. We would definitely stay there again. 🤩

Absolutely exceptional stay. We were absolutely pampered. Perfect for wanting that privacy, the views were beautiful, the accommodation was wow factor and had everything you needed. The extra detail of treats just topped the experience. We were in the spa and pool all the time. The gym facilities were great. Waking up to the sound of native birds, weka walking around was very special. Beautiful surroundings. Andrea and Vicky were so lovely to deal with. They accommodated our requests. Thank you from four friends who will be back next year. Best trip ever. Ngā mihi kōrua 🙏

Maybe having clean linen and bed made each day. But this is hard when we weren't out of the room until 1/2 pm each day. Might be something to organize via txt to confirm a time in the morning.

Loved this spot, great set up, hot tub in the winter, need a car - but need a car to explore Waiheke properly anyway!

quiet, beautiful, serene. The best antidote to stress is to stay at Villas Waiheke. The facilities, the surrounding environment and the beautiful design of the villas make the stay unforgettable.

Everything was clean it was quiet the view was beautiful- we were in number 2 - most enjoyable.

The stay was very comfy and quiet. We enjoyed the the fact that the Villla has the essential needs we required for our stay on Waiheke. Good shower pressure and bed was firm as how we liked it. Had the chance to enjoy the pool and spa which was a lovely bonus. Will definitely come back:)

Location is high up on the island. There’s nothing within walking distance so arrange transport. The views are spectacular and the pool and spa are incredible.

Blinds on main room triple windows needed for sunny afternoon/evenings. From approximately 3 pm until sunset, we couldn't sit at the table or lounger without being blinded. (14-15 Feb 2024). Also, the reflection of sun in TV made viewing difficult.

Awesome facilities, especially our villa and the swimming pool. Clean, modern, private, great hill top view.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, but if you’re the type that wants to be in the center of the action, this isn’t for you. It’s secluded and peaceful. No hustle and bustle around this place.

Stylish interiors, extras you just don’t get everywhere which really make a difference eg lovely olive oil, decent amount of milk, good coffee, pool towels you don’t pay extra for etc The beds are SUPER comfy with gorgeous bed linen, lovely bath products etc

We loved this place, so calm and peceful with amazing views. It is quite isolated and we didn't have a car but that suited us fine to just kick back and relax.

Lovely accommodation in a beautifully secluded spot. Well equipped kitchen, really responsive, friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend.

Excellent property, excellent size for a couple with impecable taste in decoration. The unit is fully equipped (AC, complete kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, pool, terrace with comfy chairs, etc). Super comfortable, you have all the things you may need. The breakfast was exceptional, with variety and plenty of goods been provided when you include the breakfast option. It is located on the top of a hill in quiet and relaxed area. The views from the property are breathtaking, valley, vines, bay, the city far in the horizon. Location has fast access to the village in Oneroa (15-20min) and close to beaches, wineries and nature reserve. Check in / Check Out process is very practical and smooth. Special note to the hosts and their hospitality and flexibility taking care of dietary restrictions when providing the goods for breakfast. Very good access, all paved roads except for final 800m of good condition gravel road. One thing to take into consideration: if you are driving, use Google Maps as it points properly to the exact route to the address, while in Waze it happened that it took us through an alternative route that does not get to the property.

We loved everything!!!

Really well appointed, spotlessly clean, spacious, amazing pool and manicured grounds. Every detail has been thought about, right down to the stocked kitchen on arrival. Peaceful location.

Absolutely loved our stay here at Villas Waiheke. The One Bedroom Villas is beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us and was nice and private. Communication from the hosts was 10/10.

We could of walked to the batch winery 15 mins max. Next time maybe. we will be back. So quiet, and amazing views. Need a car yes, but we got a local taxi to onetangi and ki maha amazing night. Everything you need is here, would love to return in summer to use the pool area to it's full potential. Our stay was perfect. Even had local wildlife visit often Sophie!

Nothing, close to airstrip but never heard a thing. Off road track may present a problem for some.

It was so beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. The sunsets were absolutely stunning and the setting idyllic. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a high quality and peaceful place to stay.

Dont let the distance put you off. Taxi ride there and then you are only a 10 min walk to Batch winwry and explorer hop on hop off stop. 30 min walk down hill to the beach and another restaurant (get a taxi back up as steep!). Walking distance to the ecozip. Most fantastic veiws of the island. The pool grounds and hot tub are great. Excellently equipped new gym.

This is a very quiet and cosy place far out in the nature! Except the nearby airstrip you’re solely surrounded by nature. Ines communicated exceptionally well. For this place a car is highly recommended to get around. Only weakness was the unstable wifi which stopped working completely at the end of our stay.

Unflexible with check in and check out times (2pm , 10am respectively). Does it take 4 hours to clean a small villa? If you charge the price of a 4-5 star hotel in an international city, the hospitality mentality to expected to go with it. Failed greatly on this.
