Die Gastfreundschaft war herausragend. Wir wurden nach einer langen, stressigen Anreise herzlich empfangen. Unsere Gastgeberin hat uns super unterstützt und wir haben viele wertvolle Tipps für unsere Zeit in Thailand bekommen. Beim Zimmer hat uns die geräumige Liege auf dem Balkon am besten gefallen.

It's a perfect place to stay in Kamala. The area is quiet but close to the centre with shops, restaurants, and to the beach. The hotel is brand new, our room was spacious and cozy. The swimming pool was a great place to relax. The owner is nice and helpful.

The lady who owns the property is wonderful, always greeting us, very attentive, helpful, caring and all the positive words I could think of. I was travelling with my elderly parents and purposely booked a deluxe room that had easy elevator access for them so they wouldn't have to use the stairs. She upgraded us to the ground floor pool access deluxe suites so parents could have easy access. She demostrated to my mother how to safely get in and out if the pool showing a lot of care. That's just one example of how tuned in she was to guest needs. Thank you so much! They don't serve breakfast but you can easily access food and if you book the deluxe rooms you get to make yourself breakfast. The rooms had direct access to the pool, a mini kitchen equipped with a sink, cooker top, cooking utensils, microwave oven, kettle larger fridge than most hotels and a toaster. We saw a big hotel car park too. Location was good between the main street and the beach. Lots of halal eateries nearby. I recommemd Amena's halal food by the beach. Many 7-elevens and massage parlours in walking distance as well as a Big C and Tops.

Nothing to do with the hotel but there are some "overly friendly" dogs (not the hotel's) that are not kept on leash on the path to big C who like to interact with people. We normally do not mind dogs but one of almoat pounced on my elderly mum. Just be on the watch out when you walk out to big C if you do not like dogs :)

This small hotel run by Ju and Zen is super cozy. They are really great and help you with anything you need – questions, problems, where to go, what to see. Besides being awesome owners, they are just really nice people. The rooms are big and have everything you need. The pool is clean, and the whole place is so peaceful after the busy streets and beaches. We really loved it there!

We had a wonderful stay at VIVACE Hotel in Phuket and I honestly can’t recommend it enough definitely a well-deserved five stars. The room was spotless and well-maintained, making it ideal for families who are looking for a clean and quiet place to relax. This is not a party spot for teenagers, but rather a calm and peaceful environment that suits families perfectly. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly always ready to assist with anything we needed, no matter how small. It made a big difference and added a warm, welcoming touch to our stay. They are genuinely generous and hospitable. One thing that really impressed us: after checking out, we realized we had forgotten something in the room. Without hesitation, they sent it to us by motorcycle straight to the airport! That level of care and service is rare and truly appreciated. They also offer daily laundry service they’ll collect your clothes and have them washed and returned the very next day. Everything came back perfectly, and nothing ever went missing. The location is also super convenient. On one side, you have Big C Market (like Walmart), 7-Eleven, and a few pharmacies all within walking distance. On the other side, it’s only about a six-minute walk to the beach. Overall, VIVACE Hotel is an absolute gem for families looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended!

Идеальная локация ! Море, магазины, кафе Дель Мар ) - всё под рукой !!чистота , порядок, внимательный заботливый персонал ! Спасибо вам большое ! Для меня только один был минус и он довольно значимый - это слышимость между номерами . Ночью поздно возвращались соседи и слышно буквально каждое движение , даже как пищат кнопки сейфа . В какую то из ночей приходилось стучать в стену , потому что дверьми хлопали так ,что невозможно было спать .

Einfach perfekt diese Unterkunft. Sehr geschmackvoll, sehr großes Zimmer, top sauber und sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Ein kleiner Familienbetrieb, sollte man sowieso unterstützen. Schöne Anlage. Wir hatten ein daybed auf der Terrasse mit Deckenventilator. Kann man auch nachts gut drauf schlafen. Der Strand Kamala ist schön, aber schon ein bisschen touristisch. Es gibt dort gute Restaurants

Staff (Zen) is amazing, such a sweet and helpful host. We received so many recommendations on things to do and places to eat! Kamala Beach area is much more low key than the crazy busy Patong Beach or Old Town areas. Hotel room (deluxe studio w/balcony) is perfect for a couple, lovely pool and housekeeping daily, wifi seemed solid until a storm passed through. Walkable to Big C for groceries, tons of restaurants. Need to use Bolt to get to any other areas including the island snorkel trips, elephant sanctuary, Old Town, Temples, etc. Worth it for the quieter location. All in all.... WONDERFUL!

You need cash for just about everything around town. Hotel sign needs a refresh for Bolt drivers to see as hotel itself has an unassuming exterior. I found the mattress and pillows on the hard side (two twin beds vs one bed was a bummer as well)

Чистый и уютный номер, где каждый день меняют полотенца и делают уборку. Хочется отметить камерность отеля и душевную атмосферу в нем. Непременно выбрали бы повторно данный отель. The hotel was very clean, with a lovely swimming pool. The staff were amazing, helping us with local attractions to visit, booking cabs to the airport. We felt very welcomed. Everything you need is local with a lovely beach 5 minutes away and a nice selection of restaurants nearby

Everything. From the moment we arrived Zen and Ju made us feel very welcome. They were most helpful with any enquiry. Hotel spotlessly clean. Pool area so quiet. We loved our stay here. Highly recommended.

Everything! Our swim up room was outstanding- so relaxing and peaceful. Zen was an amazing host who helped us organise a diy trip around the island and our transfer to Ko Phi Phi. Zen was always available to help us and went above and beyond throughout our entire stay. We are so grateful. The hotel is a 5 min walk to Kamala Beach

We were expecting a loud room, because the area surrounding the hotel is loud. But where the hotel is located is quiet. We only were there one night but we slept incredibly well. The reception/manager was so kind, helpful and professional. The room was clean. AC worked very well. It exceeded expectations.

C'est un très bel hôtel à taille humaine, loin des complexes où la cohue prend le dessus sur la tranquillité. Le personnel est vraiment très prévenant, la réceptionniste se met en quatre pour vous, très disponible et réactive sur WhatsApp, elle vous donne toutes les informations indispensables à un bon séjour à Kamala. La piscine est très agréable et peu fréquentée, les chambres sont très spacieuses et super propres...on se sent à la maison.

Wunderschönes Hotel an der hübschen Kamala Beach. Lage ist perfekt, mitten im Geschehen und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wunderschönes Poolzimmer zu traumhaftem Pool. Wir würden an der Kamala Beach immer wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

The staff at this hotel were wonderful --they helped us in every way enjoy our stay. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The beach is just a few steps away and area restaurants are easy to reach.

We stayed in a detached building on the property that didn't have much of a view. We would have preferred to stay in the building overlooking the pool

Excellent service from the two ladies who run the hotel. Very comfortable bed, but a bit hard! Well equipped room and balcony- no breakfast at the moment but the hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from supermarkets and restaurants.

Everything!! I liked everything!! The service is the nicest most customer-friendly we ever had! Our flight back home was very late (23:55). The manager gave us a late checkout without extra payment, and allowed us to use the swimming-pool and other facilities the whole day. The room, more like a studio, had everything we needed. The location is a few steps from the beach, and is very quiet. We enjoyed every second of this beautiful hotel, that is run by two extremely nice ladies. Best of luck for all the projects you have.

Detta boende är verkligen något utöver det vanliga – en fantastisk och härlig plats att bo på, beläget i ett lugnt och fridfullt område, med ett härligt lugnt och vackert pool område. Trots den avkopplande miljön är det bara ett stenkast bort till både affärsgatan och stranden, vilket gör det både bekvämt och praktiskt. Värden var otroligt vänlig och omtänksam, och hade verkligen tänkt på allt för att säkerställa ett så komfortabelt och behagligt boende som möjligt. Det var tydligt att de ville att vi skulle känna oss som hemma. Ett exempel på detta var att det fanns extra madrasser till sängarna i olika hårdheter och mjukheter – så att alla skulle kunna hitta den perfekta komforten för en god natts sömn. Värden gjorde verkligen sitt bästa för att vi skulle trivas och känna oss väl omhändertagna, och det märktes verkligen. Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse och kände oss omhändertagna på varje sätt. Det var verkligen ett boende som överträffade våra förväntningar på alla sätt och vis!

Ich war schon in vielen Hotels, aber so ein unglaublich freundliches Personal habe ich noch nie erlebt! Jeder war so herzlich und zuvorkommend, dass man sich vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt hat. Wir haben außerdem viele tolle Tipps über Phuket bekommen, die wir gerne umgesetzt haben. Sogar beim Checkout hat uns die liebe Dame bis zum Auto begleitet! Auch das Hotel selbst war sehr schön und herrlich ruhig – genau so, wie man es sich für einen perfekten Urlaub wünscht. Der Kamala-Strand ist nur etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt, und in der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants sowie Supermärkte wie Tops und 7-Eleven. Für mich ganz klar: das beste Hotel in Kamala! Ich komme auf jeden Fall.

Fomos muito bem recebidos. O espaço estava muito limpo, muito bem cuidado e é super tranquilo.

We had a pool side unit which was gorgeous, well appointed, very comfortable bed and the pool right at the front door. This hotel is very new and clean and a short walk to the beach but as amazing as the room was, what truely was sets this place apart from the rest is the brilliant staff, they could not make us feel more welcome if they tried, they transformed our stay from great to truely memorable!

Nothing really, the only thing I could mention is the lack of a restaurant which is still being built but there are so many good local restaurants a stones throw away that it was not an issue.

Super Lage, ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand, ruhig gelegen, super nettes freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, gerne wieder.

Nur als Anmerkung, da es umliegend viele verschiedene Lokalitäten gibt. Wir hätten uns über die Möglichkeit eines Frühstücks gefreut aber wie gesagt, es gibt genug in der Nähe.

The owners Ju and Zen were fabulous. They helped book trips, taxis, recommended great restaurants and it was an honor to have met them. Spotless beautiful hotel in a very convenient spot. We could not have wished for a better place to stay.

J'ai passé un super séjour au Vivace Hôtel. Très bien situé près des commerces et de la plage mais en retrait de la route et donc au calme. Très belle chambre, propre avec un balcon et vue sur la piscine. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et au petit soin pour tous leurs clients. Encore merci pour tout Ju 😊

Sehr sauber, ruhige Lage. Zimmer sehr groß, super liebe Gastgeberin. Sehr hilfsbereit. Auf den Balkonen steht ein großes Day bed, wo man hervorragend sich ausruhen kann. Eine Oase der Erholung.

The location of the hotel is great & accessible to beach, bars & restaurants. Ju & Zen... were fabulous hosts always going the extra mile to ensure that our stay ran smoothly, & giving us lots of recommendations of places to visit & places to eat. Rooms were great, cleaning exceptional, pool area also clean & spotless. A wonderful place to stay.

Das beste Hotel auf unserer Reise 😊 so herzlich wurden wir noch nie empfangen 😊 es war so schön. Am besten war der Wäschservice. Wir konnten die Wäsche im Wäschekorb im Zimmer lassen und am nächsten Tag war alles frisch gewaschen und getrocknet wieder da 😊 vielen lieben Dank ❤️

This hotel has a soul. It feels like home. The staff is lovely. They make you feel at home.

Vivace is a very nice hotel. Best in the Kamala Beach and very walkable to main beach and road. Ju and Zen are two of the best hosts I've ever met in my travels. And our room was sparkly clean, modern, with nice room amenities and oh my word, the bed and the rain shower were heavenly.

Quiet little gem, off the noisy bars but still within walking distance. Couple of rooms only, not your resort style of hotel but if you look for the following, you will be happy: -supet friendly staff -clean rooms, very clean -150-200m to beach, along the way you'll pass by shops such 7/11 so you won't die while walking :) -don't expect a big pool with DJ etc, simply enjoy this hotel as a quiet & hidden gem -eateries within 100m, or 200m depends on what you like -for the single mens: party district within 200m, just in case I would recommend this hotel to 100%..thanks to all the staff working there!

Un hôtel fabuleux, c’est beau, propre, très calme, la chambre est grande, la piscine est fabuleuse, le balcon est vraiment super avec un gros fauteuil pour se reposer et un ventilateur pour avoir moins chaud et repousser les moustiques. Le ménage est fait tout les jours. La localisation est pratique c’est pas loin de la plage et des restaurants. L’hôtesse d’accueil est fabuleuse, tellement gentille et agréable ! Merci beaucoup car elle a fait nos réservations pour les excursions et notre transfert pour la suite du voyage.

Nice, quiet hotel behind the busy beach street but just 100 m away. Great room with everything you need. Fantastic and friendly staff that was very helpful and quick in responding to any question. Nice with the private staicase to the swimming pool. Good restaurants nearby.

Would have been nice with a small bar/cafe/restaurant at the hotel. Now it is just a place you go to sleep and not much to hang out or read a book.

Ideally located , not directly on the beach so quiet at night (no noise from bars and restaurants), Kamala beach is at a 5 minutes walk from the hotel, as is a local market and a supermarket. Staff has been really friendly and excellent at helping us in any activity we wanted to try (renting a scooter and go to the waterfalls, booking tickets for Muay Thai at the stadium)

It had all the amenities you could need. Excellent location, a few minutes walk from the beach, shops, bars etc. And best of the all the hotel owners were amazing, they were so attentive, you felt like a guest in their home. Not many rooms so they could focus on each individual guest. Unfortunately the rooms that opened directly onto the pool weren't available when we booked, but they looked amazing so we would definitely try and book those next time.

Nothing that we didn't like exactly but the pool isn't in the sun so if you are looking for somewhere to sunbathe by the pool then this might not be the perfect place for you. The beach with plenty of sun isn't far!! We prefered the shade anyway.

Fantastic quiet hotel in a brilliant location close to supermarket and beach is only 10 minute walk. Ju and Zen are the most amazing ladies who look after every customer with such care. Ju even insisted on driving us to our next hotel. Housekeeping is excellent 👌

Nothing except really sad that we only stayed 1 night as already had another hotel booked. Really wish we had booked Vivace for our whole stay in Kamala. Big big thanks to Ju and Zen.

Die Besitzerin war sehr herzlich, hat uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben und hätte uns sogar selber zum Pier gefahren als wir kein Taxi bekommen haben. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. Die Lage war Top, nicht weit zu den Restaurants, Einkaufsläden und zum Meer. Der Pool war sehr schön, etwas kleiner aber für eine Abfrischung genau richtig.

Absolute Empfehlung ❤️ Wir sind super happy, dass wir diese kleine Ruheoase gefunden haben. Zen und Ju sind einfach klasse. DANKE

Ju and Sen are lovely people and provided outstanding service - they will go the extra mile for you no matter what happens. Their advice for activities was spot-on, even recommending I go with Klook for one day trip when their contact couldn’t come up with a good price during the busy New Years season. (Outing was excellent.) Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, clean. Great location. Minor issues/questions addressed promptly. We arrived late, and Ju walked with us the short path to the beach/restaurants to make sure we had our bearings. Highly recommended.

Отличный номер, мне бесплатно повысили категорию, спасибо сотрудникам отеля! В номере чисто, хорошая кровать с мягким матрасом, чистое белье, удобная ванная комната с душем. Тихое место, уютная и зеленая территория, в 5 минутах ходьбы от пляжа. Сотрудники отеля любезно отвезли меня в другой отель, такого сервиса я еще не видел! Если бы можно было поставить не 10, а 20 за сервис, я бы поставил.

The location was pluses and minuses. It's quiet, and short walking distance to the beach, a street of restaurants, and a large grocery store. However, it's a beach town and there's no view.

Peaceful, clean, and really lovely staff. Helped so much with recommendations for where to eat and visit and very accommodating for a late check-in due to a delayed flight. There is also a small salon on the premises and the hairdresser did a great job. The location is just a few minutes walk away from Kamala beach and restaurants/shops.

La increíble amabilidad de la Srta de recepción, lo más atento que he visto en mi vida. Lamento no recordar su nombre. Las instalaciones muy bonitas, la habitación enorme, aparte cocina completa, moderna, súper limpio, terracita muy agradable para tomar el fresco por la noche. Muy cómoda habitación. A unos metros de la playa y a pocos pasos de un supermercado muy variado y de una farmacia. Un pequeño oasis.

On coastal side of city. 5 min walk on a dirt trail to main grocery store without crossing the busy main road. 10 min easy flat walk to beach with good signage on back quiet streets. Immaculate new Swimming pool with salt water and jacuzzi jets. Plenty of palm trees and overhang for shelter from sun and rain. Super Friendly Staff speak and understand English (very rare) provide coffee drinks and fresh organic fruit. Comfy bed in a 2 room apartment with outdoor porch with 4 chairs and table and ceiling fan. Mosquito repellent provided. One room has kitchen, table and shower which can be separated from sleeping room.
