Tranquil location but right next to the main street, also a delicious restaurant next door. The staff were really nice, especially the owner. 100% would recommend.

Water pressure wasn't the best for the shower and tap.

It was a lovely quiet location, yet just off the main strip but couldn’t hear any of the road noise. Could just hear the birds and the animals which was lovely. Nice little bungalows, suites my needs.

La localisation est super, à 2 pas de la plage tout en étant dans un endroit très calme. Le restaurant juste à côté a un super rapport qualité/prix. Et nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’utilisation de la douche en libre service en fin de journée alors que nous avions rendu le logement le matin même et déposé nos bagages à l’accueil.

Pour ouvrir le coffre fort il faut enlever les clés de la lumière…

Ubicación. Esta centrico pero al estar en una calle paralela a la principal, se evitan los ruidos. Sales a la calle principal y estan todos los restaurantes, tiendas, locales varios. Mucha vida. La playa queda bajando unos 5 minutos. Espacioso. Buen tamaño de la habitación. En la entrda tiene espacio con su mesa para sentarte a desayunar o simplememte leer. Muy agradable. El baño no esta del todo bien. No solo porque es viejito, mas bien necesitaria mejor limpieza. Tiene nevera. Muy util para guardar comida y lo que te haga falta. El aire acondicionado funciono bien.

We stayed twice, using 4 different bungalows. Stay 1; bungalow 3/4. Efficient air con. Better bathroom drainage. WiFi reached rooms. Nice quieter location. Ao nang is a little expensive (and like Benidorm) so better value when elsewhere. Rated with this in mind as we felt this was still expensive for quality. Nice and professional staff though. Good tour price also.

Second bungalows lower down (5/6) WiFi reach intermittent; our bathroom couldn’t drain. It felt expensive relatively for what it was. But again quiet enough.

We had an issue with the air conditioning and they came and cleaned the filters and it was great after that.

The location is great, 2 minute walk to the strip but it was very quiet. Right next door to a great family restaurant. We also were able to organise our trips from the hotel.

We liked the staff and location, and the tour services provided were good as well.

The family room bungalow bunk beds you could feel the springs in the mattresses and the triple sliding glass door was very difficult to securely lock.

The area was perfect and the staff were lovely and very helpful! It was hidden so it was nice and quiet at night even though we were very central. We also arranged a tour with them and it went very smoothly. The bungalows are very spacious and private which is nice 😊

I didn’t like the bathroom. There were little ants always in our sink and the shower head had mould on it. The towels smelled damp and I found rubbish in drawers left by someone else. I think it needs a deep clean and it would be perfect.

La maison familliale était un peu "vieillotte" mais ok. L'électricité est facturée en plus et la clim n'est pas très efficace. Le canapé en bois n'est pas très confortable mais ça reste des détails. ;)

Excellent logement que je recommande à 100%. Idéalement situé à 5min de la plage et accès direct aux nombreux restaurants et magasins. Le bungalow était très propre et jolie. On se sent coupé du brouhaha de la ville, entouré de nature tout en étant à 2 pas du centre!! :)

Le calme quoiqu’en disent certaines personnes. Surtout que c’est la deuxième fois que nous sommes allés dans cet hôtel. Les excursions que propose l’établissement sont très favorable.

Lugar perfeito para sua estadia em Krabi. Apesar de perto dos comercios e fsstas, o local é silencioso e agradavel! O quarto é enorme, confortavel; os funcionarios sao super atenciosos! Se vc tem duvida: pode ir sem medo!

Cute little bungalows, simple but everything there what you need. Perfect location just 5 min from the beach. Restaurants around the corner, tour offerings at reception. Bathroom is spacious, aircon works properly and fridge is available.

Owner told my wife to “F%#* off” multiple times and very aggressive and threatening behaviour in front of our young children when he didn’t like some basic feedback (only that we knew about the separate electric bill, but never experienced it before). Would have been reported to police but we had to get onto transfer bus. Should be banned from booking.com. Also sheets in bed torn along with sand and hairs. Pillows dirty. TV has no stations.

Organisation des excursions au top , ce qui est confortable avec les enfants. Toutes commodités sont à proximité.

Tout était bien

Nous avons passé 5 jours absolument merveilleux dans cet hébergement à Krabi, et nous ne pouvons que le recommander à 100 %. L’emplacement est parfait : à deux pas de la mer, des restaurants, des commerces et de toutes les commodités, tout en étant situé dans une petite ruelle calme au bout d’un chemin isolé, entouré d’arbres et d’un très joli jardin. C’est à la fois central et paisible, ce qui est vraiment idéal. Mais ce qui rend ce lieu exceptionnel, ce sont surtout les propriétaires. Leur accueil a été incroyablement chaleureux. Ils sont d’une gentillesse rare, toujours disponibles, toujours prêts à aider. On s’est sentis comme à la maison dès le premier jour. Ils nous ont même offert un délicieux plat, une attention qui nous a beaucoup touchés. Nous avons également organisé plusieurs excursions avec eux, ainsi que notre transfert vers une autre île, et tout s’est déroulé parfaitement. Ils se sont occupés de tout avec beaucoup de sérieux et de bienveillance. Je voyageais avec mes deux fils adolescents, et nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité, à l’aise, presque comme en famille. C’était vraiment un séjour inoubliable. Un immense merci pour votre accueil, votre générosité et votre gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Les excursions sont un peu chères quand on sait qu’on peut louer un bateau en privatif pour 2500 baht à prendre au bout de la plage de Aonong Avec Anawin avons payé 2800 baht pour un bateau partagé avec quatre autres personnes de plus le stop sur les îles étaient tellement courtes que nous sommes rentrés à 15h !

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja wszędzie cisza spokój a 200 m dalej same centrum. Bardzo pomocna obsługa. Wszystko pomogli załatwić łącznie z organizacją wycieczki po wyspach.

Good location, makes you feel you are somewhere else and not so close to the mainstream which is so busy.

Cleanliness could be way better, same as most places I stayed in Thailand. The bathroom, which more or less is hidden without any photos anywhere, is in need of a refurbishment, and clalening should be better- there were many stains on the wall tiles that could be removed just with a tissue which suggests they don't even wipe these. AC also was old and noisy!

Un Havre de paix dans la ville ! Au milieu de la verdure à quelques mètres seulement de la rue principale mais d'un calme absolu! A 300 mètres de la plage. Chambre très grande et très agréable. Le patron parle français, est d'une gentillesse extrême et sait très bien nous conseiller. Il propose de superbes excursions à prix intéressants. Le personnel au top. Bon petit déjeuner en supplément. J'y reviendrai les yeux fermés

L'emplacement et le personnel sympathique. Le petit déjeuner en supplément qui était disponible sur place et très correct alors que nous ne nous y attendions pas. Le cadre ou sont les bungalows et surtout tout proche de l'agitation et au calme.

Je n'ai pas pour habitude de mal noter. Peut-être que seul notre bungalow dysfonctionnait. En arrivant nous avons constaté que le lavabo (qui tient plus du lave main) était bouché. Ils sont venus très rapidement donc réactifs. Après ils ont dit qu'ils reviendraient le lendemain car il manquait une pièce. Certainement un simple joint. Nous sommes restés 4 jours avec le lavabo qui coulait sur nos pieds à chaque utilisation. Visiblement nous n'avons pas le même calendrier. La cuvette des wc était cassée ou desserrée. Elle brinquebalait dans tous les sens. Je ne l'ai pas signalé car c'est le rôle du personnel de ménage qui ne peut pas passer à côté. Le débit d'eau chaude de la douche était également minuscule. En règle générale je comprends qu'il n'y ait pas de photos de la salle de bain. C'est le parent pauvre. Quant aux joints périphériques ils étaient noirs. Nous avons fait appel au service de laundry. C'est la première fois en Thaïlande qu'il revient aussi mal plié et était aussi froissé. Et nous ne prenons jamais l'option de repassage. La télé, même si c'est moins important, elle ne risque pas de fonctionner car elle n'est reliée à aucune antenne. Donc elle ne sert que d'ornement. C'est dommage car ce ne sont que des accumulations de petites choses et d'un très gros manque d'entretien. Il suffirait peut être d'un peu moins d'appât du gain pour faire vraiment bien. En bref, beaucoup trop cher pour ces prestations. Même si tout est cher à Ao Nang.

The location is good, the staff is great. Yes, it's inexpensive but you get what you pay for - not a whole lot of comfort and not a very clean room. The place desperately needs face towels and hangers.

I booked a double-storey, 3-bedroom bungalow in Krabi, for 3 night. The stated occupancy was a maximum of 6 people. However, we were 9 in total: 4 adults, 5 kids (17-yo, two 13-yo, 11-yo, 9-yo). They are kids and small in size, and even at home we sleep with our kids, so we believed the house was sufficient. There was also a note about extra payment for additional cot and paying electricity usage, which we were prepared to pay. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was insulted by the owner in the office. He raised his voice in front of his staff and my driver, who was helping to explain in Thai. He said that I was “not frank” and indirectly accused me, in a loud voice, of cheating / not frank. Immediately after that, he came out and stood in front of my family members and announced loudly that the room was for 6 people but I had booked for 9, saying that my family members needed to know that I had made a mistake and that he could not do anything. This was very embarrassing, especially in front of the children. After a few seconds, he said that, due to his “good faith,” he would allow us to stay, provide an extra bed, and charge us later, which would be informed afterward. He said he helped us because we were muslim and coming as a family. The house condition was just okay, an old bungalow. We paid electricity by meter. The staff said that even if we used full lighting, fans, and air-conditioning, it would not reach 100 baht per day. However, we stayed 3 nights, and although we switched everything off during the day, the charge was still high, around 480 baht. During checkout, they gave us a business card, and the owner still made an insulting joke: “If you come with 9 people, don’t say you are 6.” The owner’s attitude was very bad. He could have simply discussed the extra charges with me privately without purposely letting everybody know. We are a well-off Malaysian family and could easily pay any price he wanted to charge; we are not poor people.

It is obvious that we were unfortunate with our placement, as we were accommodated in the very last building. While the property itself has a beautiful territory — which likely explains the many positive reviews — our personal experience was extremely disappointing. Directly beneath our building, wastewater from the laundry of a neighboring hotel was constantly being discharged. The continuous noise and the terrible smell around the house made our stay very unpleasant. I couldn’t even sit outside and enjoy the views, which is something you naturally expect in such a setting. Guests should be clearly informed about such serious inconveniences in advance. Fortunately, we had booked only one night — otherwise our entire vacation would have been ruined. In my opinion, this situation shows a lack of respect toward visitors, especially since this issue could and should be addressed or managed in a better way.

The staff members were very kind and helpful. It is handy to have an onsite travel agency at the reception too. The location is perfect, close to all shops, cafes and beach. While it's right in the Ao Nang center, the bungalows are away from main road and provide very nice, calm, green environment. The cats were the highlight for me - so cute. :)

The bungalows need a little refresh / maintennace, bur nothing major.
