That I cannot go swimming in the pool.

The size of the room, staff was excellent.

It is close to our appointment venue.

Room is very dated. Bed is poorly made the matress made for a rough night sleep, in dire need of new one. Box spring had no cover in our room and the rooms that i could see in. Bathroom needs an update to, toilet seat looked like they used sandpaper to clean it.

Property was not I expected loud noise from vehicles passing thru and the worst the air condition was making a loud noise ended up pulling the plug so I could catch up some sleep. Buffet breakfast was ok to the person in charge kindly check your plates and coffee cups there’s chip on it not hygienic.

Room was spacious and clean; breakfast was sumptuous!

The staff in the reception charged me twice because the machine was not working properly. They didn’t refund me until now. They said they will refund in 10 business days but it’s almost a month already has passed. I tried to ring them but the one who answered me said they will ring me after hours as she will ask an update from someone.

The position of the hotel

We saw a live mouse in our room 2 different times. We called reception, they sent their people.But Suddently they didn't catch it. I can understand, but this can not happen in hotel room like that.

The lack of prior notice that they're shutting off electricity between 1-4am, severely disturbing my sleep, especially amidst extremely hot weather. The noise from vehicles outside is unbearable.

It was all right, but you could say it doesn't have an outside window. The only window that opens to the inside of the hotel, facing the windows of other guests, meaning no daylight or fresh air, which wasn't great. It advertised having a massive 70% sale, but when I looked at the brochure in the hotel, their room prices were 50% of what the advertised before-sale price was, making you feel that you get a £100 room for £25, where if fact you got a £50 room for £25. Still a good deal, but a deceitful practice which I don't like. Polite staff, good breakfast and nice swimming pool area.

Breakfast buffet made the stay worth it.

Aged hotel needs updating. Shower area had lots of mold. Key to room didn't work all the time. Had room service let us in several times. Airport shuttle not available until after 8am.

The staff were helpful and friendly; the towels super-soft as were the pillows. Breakfast had a good selection and with a 6am open time, it suited me just fine. A good ambience all round - will stay there again

Bed comfortable, quiet sleep, room not too small, balcony a bonus allows fresh air, AC working not too noisy, breakfast quite good catering to both western and Filipino

Property is a little tired, glad I got a discounted price when booking

Veldig skitten gym. Dårlig utstyr. Få en pullup bar og squat rack. Veldig mye folk på jobb, men fortsatt treigt med drinks, håndklær, vask av rom. Ikke så veldig bra vask heller.

Great peopke. This hotel is a bit tucked away from all the action. That can be good. Limited traffic noise. There is a new mall opening at the end of the road on the waterfront along with several restaurants. Be prepared to walk a bit in the heat without full sidewalks. My so called Superior room didn't have a window. It was a bit like an inside room on a cruise ship. Good shower and a nice sized room to compensate. Nice breakfast buffet. Pool could be so much nicer if given a good clean.

Staff ratio to guests is unusually high. Normally, this would be a good thing. Except when it isn't. I counted nine staff in the pool side restaurant at lunch - for only two customers. What happens? Staff stand around, or in this case, sit around and chat. Service was actually bad because no one was paying attention. It took forever to get a menu, have plates taken away and get the bill. I don't blame the workers. I blame management. Where was the manager? How can the workers learn their jobs when there is no one to train them? To teach them proper manners and service?

The property had a very nice clean feel and friendly staff.

The decor was dated needs re-painting walls doors paint coming of the doors some of the furniture badly marked,ripped net curtain, bathroom mastic dirty around the joins just a really worn out decor which is a shame it lets the hotel down.

Great location, staff were helpful and lovely, AC worked well but was a little loud, beds comfy.

The breakfast had a lot of great filipino options but not so many international breakfast options like english and american breakfast or vegetarian options.

The place is in a good location. The staff was friendly when I checked in and also when we checked out.

We got to our room and had the wrong room key and the room door was unlocked. There were no towels and water kettle in the room. We had to call 3 times to get towels and then only 2 shower towels were brought up, nothing for the floor, or your hands. Also the shower head was about 50% clogged, could use a good soak to clean the openings on it.

The shower water very slow flow. The aicon very noisy.

Smells like dust.

Omg! There is no hair dryer and had to deposit before you can use. The worst hotel we’ve stayed in and paying high amount!!!

Great breakfast buffet. Different main courses and selection every day. Nice pool and exercise room. Emergency generator for occasional power outages was a great asset. Supplied complete power for Air conditioning and all other needs.

Excellent staff,restraunt and breakfast. Not perfect , but at the price point it's a high value Hotel. Yes, I would definitely recommend to a friend.

I think it's a SE Asia tropical climate issue, but there were a lot of bugs , as was the case in EVERY Hotel I've stayed at in the Philippines.

The location and the cleanliness

I guess the buffet menus..not a lot of choices…and the buffet area, if you will dine inside the restaurant when you get out from there your clothes and hair stink… the smell of food is sticking in your clothes🫢

Das Pool, aber der Restaurantsbetrieb war sehr lethargisch. Free Airport-Shuttle.

Frühstück war lieblos und minimalistisch, obwohl genügend Personal herumstand. Ich habe ein superior Zimmer gebucht, aber ich möchte nicht wissen was ich bekommen hätte bei einem standard Zimmer. WiFi funktionierte in den teureren oberen Etagen gar nicht, dafür war es um so heisser. Klimaanlage war fix da die Remote-Batterie flach war.

When I got out of the shower I noticed there were no towels.

Convenient for the sea front and ferry terminal . Decent last minute price when we were stranded by Typhoon Uwan. Clean with efficient air conditioning.

We had unwittingly booked an internal room so couldn’t open the curtains ! Book a room with a balcony if this is an issue for you
