Reviewed Jun 16, 2023We reserved two rooms for a family of four for 4 nights. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The beds were very comfortable! We enjoyed the fresh room every day after a long walking tour. Breakfast is free and has lots of selection. It has a tour information desk offer online tickets booking with no extra fees. Whenever we had any questions or concerns about the tickets (wherever we were) they were always answered my phone. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay with them.

Reviewed Nov 17, 2018Beautiful Chinese hotel, well decorated and rooms have everything you need. Huge included breakfast. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would have gave 5 stars until check out. I understand that the young lady behind the counter did not speak English but a smile is an universal language.

Reviewed Oct 22, 2018Restaurant service staff were rather impolite. Far cry from Pullman Hotel’s excellent service. Otherwise, the hotel can be better.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2018Een zeer groot luxieus hotel.

Reviewed May 30, 2018Hotel was very convenient to airport very nice hotel for the money. Hotel staff was very polite and helpful the room was clean with good hot water for a bath after a 16 hour flight. We changed rooms and my wife left her purse in the room unknowing, while getting settled in the new room their was a knock on the door. The housekeeper found her purse and returned it, the purse contained credits, ID and several hundred dollars all which were there. This could have been a very bad but this differently shows the honesty on the hotel staff for this I give them an A+.

Reviewed May 3, 2018The breakfast is not good enough. if you are not too early you cannot find many items on the table. Genreally speaking refill is not good enough; except for Chinese food. items like bread, fruits, milk and etc easily finish. Don't argue with the Chef also for hot fried eggs. He makes a lot of them and put them on the table to be warm. The hotel is clean and nice and beautiful and room spacious enough. Wifi was good also.
