Hotel is very convenience for travelers who wants to be close to airport. Is very quiet, all the employees are very nice and friendly. They make you feel welcome.

I wasn't given the Queen room that we booked, instead it had two double beds.

en mi estancia tuve en una de las noches de alojamiento alguien abrió mi habitación, al ver que estaba encendida la tv cerraron de inmediato, reporte y me indicaron que revisarían la situación para no repetirse

Si bien tuve problemas en mi check in, porque no encontraban mi reserva, el personal lo resolvió amablemente. El hotel anuncia que cuenta con transportación hotel- aeropuerto, pero al solicitarlo me indicaron que desde hace un tiempo la camioneta está en mantenimiento. Esto debería ser corregido en el anuncio.

Fui cobrado novamente pela acomodação. A booking não enviou o voucher para a acomodação, tentamos por duas horas resolver e não tivemos sucesso. No final das contas tive que pagar duas vezes e preciso do reembolso. Fora isso tive constrangimento com a situação.

Staff were very friendly. Spoke English very well and accommodating to request. I would stay here again!

We spent a night only since we landed late and at night. Breakfast was fair, supermarket just in front and the area is peaceful and well maintained with many places to eat. Parking 80% discount, 20 pesos

Breakfast could be improved just a bit more and to have at least a tablecloth to put your plate. AC was noisy

My stay at Hampton inn Cancun was pleasant, with comfortable rooms and good amenities. However, what truly made the experience special was the exceptional service from the front desk staff, JuanPablo and Julian. Their warm, professional, and attentive approach went above and beyond, making me feel genuinely welcomed and valued. They were quick to assist with any request and always had a smile. Highly recommend this hotel, largely thanks to their outstanding hospitality!

Unclean room we had to move, and that room was also dirty.

We always stay at the Hampton the night we arrive in Mexico, before going the next day to Isla Mujeres. There's gated parking, several restaurants nearby, friendly staff, and reasonably priced. The queen room is our favorite ~ very comfortable.

The hotel is within walking distance of multiple shops for pretty much all of your needs. There is also a shopping mall right across the street. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Hampton Inn!!

The Hampton Inn at Cumbres is a standard, functional, simple hotel. The location is convenient to the airport. It has the basic things one needs, a comfortable mattress, good shower with hot water and good pressure. The staff is courteous, but check in and check out are painfully slow processes, even when everything was already arranged and paid online in advance. But I find this normal throughout Mexico hotels of all classes. The rooms and furnishings in the Hampton chain in Mexico are typically not as nice or luxurious as in the USA. So if you are a USA Hampton regular, you will notice some small differences. However, the cost in Mexico is also significantly less than in the USA, so it all works out fairly. The neighborhood is a collection of businesses including Starbucks, Walmart, a nice Brazilian steakhouse, a fantastic wine bar that I enjoyed, a Chili's, and some other things appealing to the Mexican middle class. It's all closed off and entry/exit is through security gates, but taxis, vans and Ubers easily pass through, no problem. If you want a place to sleep and have a quick ride in the morning for your flight, it is a solid choice at an affordable price. And you can enjoy a good meal by walking only a few meters from the hotel.

I had not realized that parking was not free. It wasn't expensive but having to pay every time I left was a pain.

The hotel is a 3 start the room were decent, bathroom shower could use some cleaning. Beds were comfortable. The room Has space to open your luggage. It’s far from the beaches and getting an uber back is really expensive.

The hotel is situated in a nice location surrounded by various amenities however this must be the worst Hampton by Hilton I've ever stayed in. The receptionist was okay however the room facilities and breakfast options weren't great. The next day they happened to not replace our towels and left us without any towels after coming back from excursion. I had to call twice to resolve this issue. The tap was missing a sink plug, the toilet didn't flush properly, and the shower base had mould in the corners.

We liked the location, and the staff, and the cleanliness of the place. We had issues with the air conditioning and clogged bathroom, fortunately they fixed it right away.

Overall it was ok. It took much longer as I expected to check in as there was one one person behind the counter . Room was ok and wasn’t too bad in terms of cleanliness but bedsheets were terribly old and felt scratchy and rough to the touch. It was very itchy

Closeby there is Walmart, Sam’s club, a few restaurants. The hotel charged additional tax beyond what was paid as total amount to Expedia. The hotel staff said it’s local tax. That was unexpected!

Great experience! Did bracelet making with Alan Roger and neftali. Everyone was very patient and helpful. The bracelets were so color and something to remember ur trip with. I love the colors and having the experience of making something with friends. The other hosted activities were well thought out and exciting including water aerobics and line dancing.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast buffet was really good.

They only had breakfast with no option for lunch or dinner but there were plenty of restaurants around.

This isn t your best option even for a quick stop around Cancun. Just reserved 1 night before taking my fly the next morning. The Hotel is far from everything, reception is unpleasant, breakfast a disaster. Consider only if this is your last option.

Passable for a night, I was here on business. It's the sort of place where when you return to the hotel for several days you start to feel a little sad about it. Room furniture is old, rooms are superficially clean but need deep cleans once you focus your eyes. Breakfast is basic hot table eggs and various buns. Internet lags regularly. Gym was okay but no wipes or towels. Things seemed in short supply - cups, towels, toilet paper, etc., but replenished when you ask. Pluses. Staff is courteous. It's best feature is it's in a shopping center with restaurants, a Walmart Express grocery and Starbucks.

Great property for a short term stay. The staff was amazing. Only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast offered it was subpar.

We love the hotel and the gated parking is important to us, as we travel with bicycles on the back of our car.

The only thing we always have trouble with is getting there. One wrong turn, and it takes a while to remedy that. Even with our phones GPS on, it's difficult.

Bed was too soft so didn’t sleep much. We reserved a room with two double beds but received a room with one double bed. Very uncomfortable to share a double bed. Another reason we didn’t sleep much. Otherwise, nice area with several choices of restaurants & shopping within walking distance.

The shower area waa dirty.

It used to be a great option for the value of the night but this time it was clear they have not invested a penny in this location for years. First, I had to change the room because the AC in my first room did not work, the second room had torn sheets and there was an old toothbrush under de sink which made it clear that the cleaning was very poor. I was so disgusted I had to buy a pair of flip flops to walk around the room and shower. The complementary breakfast was worse than the room, even the water was worm that made me suspect it was water from the faucet and not drinkable water or at least they did not invest a few dollars to have a decent dispenser, you can imagine the juices… If that was not enough the Gym had no towels for the sweat or wipes to clean the equipment, discussing. Last, one of the 2 elevators did not work half of my 4 day stay so several times I had to wait 8 plus minutes to be able to go up or down.

The room cleanliness was terrible. I spent 2 nights there and used 2 boxes of tissue for noise due to my allergies cause of mildew and dust.
