Lo malo es que el estacionamiento es insuficiente y cuando llegas tardes depues de las 11 de la noche, batallas porque ya no hay espacios, considero que deberían de tener un convenio con algun estacionamiento cercano que nos brinde el servicio a la hora que lleguemos.

NO PUDIMOS HACER CHECK IN UN POCO ANTES DE LAS 3 PM. CUANDO LLEGAMOS A LA HABITACION, NO ESTABAN NUESTRAS MALETAS Y ME TUVE QUE BAÑAR DESCALZO. TUVIMOS QUE HACER UNA FILA LARGA PARA QUE NOS ENTREGARAN UNICAMENTE NUESTRAS TARJETAS DE ACCESO.

Reviewed Mar 14, 2026Buena ubicación sobre la Avenida Carranza lo que permite conectarse con el Centro Histórico a través de transporte público o caminando. Habitación amplia, cómoda y espaciosa con excelente señal de WiFi. Personal atento y servicial. Desayuno aceptable.
En relación al desayuno había poca reposición de los alimentos. Deberían fiscalizar al personal de limpieza, la misma es muy superficial.

Reviewed Feb 24, 2026La ubicación del lugar porque está en un espacio muy céntrico, turístico y con muchos servicios y restaurantes cercanos.
El personal era algo serio, para nada groseros, pero no se mostraban entusiasmados, empáticos o amables, simplemente parecía que hacían su trabajo, y eso se agradece obviamente, pero se agradece más que se entusiasmen ante tu estancia, sobre todo cuando visitas SLP como turista.

Reviewed Jan 7, 2026Ich bin Vielreisender. Aber so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Vor acht Jahren war ich für einen Monat in diesem Hotel. Damals sehr zufrieden mit den Umständen vor Ort. Allerdings war es diesmal das Gegenteil von Zufriedenstellend. Die Kopfkissen mit dem zu kleinen Kissenbezug nur zur Hälfte bedeckt. Die Gardinen zum Boden hin völlig verdreckt. Der Drehstuhl im Zimmer komplett abgewetzt. Sperrmüll. Die Teppiche in unserem Gang mit großen Flecken. Wirklich sehr schade was aus diesem Hotel geworden ist.

Nettoyage sommaire (beaucoup de poussière sous le lit, cheveux sur les tablettes). Stationnement sous terrain manque avertissement de la proximité des élévateurs de voiture : pneu crevé au contact d’une paroi durant la manoeuvre. Je n’étais pas le premier apparemment.

The internet was great, we had a video conference and they allowed us to be in a private salon. Breakfast was great and the staff so friendly and they were so attentive to our needs, they even gave us coffee for our trip. Gym was great, the shower and towels, tv and overall service, we loved it!

Reviewed Dec 22, 2025Un buen hotel ubicado muy bien, sobre Carranza que es la arteria principal de San Luis Potosí. El hotel es muy bueno, aunque las habitaciones me parecen demasiado pequeñas. Sin embargo, el personal es sumamente cortés y disponible. Aconsejado para una parada de trabajo.

Es un hotel que acepta mascotas Pero las habitaciones y las instalaciones no están adaptadas para ellas, me sacaron de mi habitación para poder hacerme la limpieza que ni la hicieron bien y me dijeron si no la hacemos ahorita tiene hasta las 3 si no ya no se va a poder. En el baño había un fuga y nunca la arreglaron

Reviewed Nov 18, 2025Me gusto muchisimo que derivado de una mala experiencia con el aire acondicionado en un hospedaje anterior, me recompensaron regalandome el desayuno buffete para mi y mi familia, eso habla muy bien del hotel por mantener contento a sus clientes.
No me gustó que la iliminación que está detras del respaldo de la cama se refleja en la pantalla de la televisión, impidiendo ver con claridad la pantalla ya que se veía una raya de iluminación que era el reflejo de la luz detras del respaldo, y no habia manera de quitarlo.

El aire acondicionado se prendía a cada rato, la regadera no funcionó bien, el servicio de limpieza muy deficiente, no dejaron shampoo, ni jabón para la regadera, no suficientes kleenex, etc.

La primer noche no tuvimos agua caliente en la regadera, hablamos a recepción y nos dijeron que esperáramos 20 minutos y estaría listo, el agua caliente tardo 40 minutos .

En las habitaciones que dan a la calle se escucha mucho ruido del bar que está enfrente, donde cantan en vivo. Así que es difícil conciliar el sueño.

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado en pleno verano. Desconectarlo el teléfono de recepción. Tuve que bajar 3 veces en la noche para pedir refacción No dieron solución. Los empleados groseros. El estacionamiento una mierda. Me rayaron el auto. Cero recomendable. Hay muchos hoteles mejores en la ciudad.
