He kept letting people in while we were waiting with our cases, he then grabbed our suitcase by the wheel and it broke off…we still have another state to travel to & then home - now with a broken suitcase. No apology nothing It was very rude There was something going on outside the hotel til early hours of the morning - we could here it all night Also the beds are so hard - awful to sleep on I’m glad it was only one night
