Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Convenient stay for us who like using plate to eat because they prepare it in the cabinet. Other than that, the hotel prepare 3 different size of towel to use and it actually helps a lot.
If you are a light sleeper, u will be disturb with the vehicles sound and also the noise of people talking outside. Also, you have to spend more money for the parking if you are driving. They don't prepare a parking for the stayer.

The best part is its convenience like Imago Mall is just a 3–5 minute walk away, while laundry service, Orange convenience store, and 7-Eleven are all within less than 3 minutes walk. Everything you need is right nearby, perfect for shopping, meals, and daily needs. Highly recommended...

Air conditioning could be improved as it was not cold enough. Although the air conditioner issue wasn’t fully resolved, the maintenance staff was very nice and helpful, and provided a standing fan.

The room that we stayed was not the room that we expected . TV provided was not function (no channel). The microwave was also not function. The smell of the room & toilet was a damp or moldy smell. The room wasn't worth the price we paid.

Reviewed Mar 8, 2019The bed is great med firm and found out brand used is Serta. Given 4 pillows and 1 extra pillow as well. Pillow is of better quality too. it's our first stay and it's relieved and pleasing to be able to stay into a hotel that allows ample rest for us after a week of hectic travel. Short walking distance to Gleneagles & the malls nearby. One to pick on is the sound proofing is bad as we could hear loud and clear walking and stamping sounds across the corridor.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2018The rooms are on level 3 and near the main road and hospital. Didn't have a good night sleep because of that. The room has bad sound-proofing too. There are people/other residents slamming the door, running and shouting at the hallway in the middle of the night. The staff don't seem to care. Table/cabinets have visible stains. Toilet has visible mold/fungus spots. But the only plus point is that it is near a shopping mall, making it convenient to grab a bite or do some shopping.

Room bath towel & Pool tower size are small.Request to get extra towel was charged eventhough during the booking we already mentioned 4 paxs (2 adults,2 childs) & only 3 towel given.

The tiles, though new yet full of mould... My pillow smells bad and the i had itchiness all over my body on the first night of my stay. But our kids love the pool... Would love to come back if they make improvement on the above issues...

Really bad experience for me who is not Kota Kinabalu local folks and not familiar around. I had to drive blind round and round riverson area. Recommended for no car guest but not recommended to stay in guest with car.
