Centrally positioned with good selection of restaurants near by. Not far from the airport or bus station. A cheap grab taxi ride away Helpful friendly staff.

Reviewed Jan 28, 2026Super location within walking distance to the waterfront and markets. I had a couple of days in Brunei between stays here, and the staff very kindly held on to my big luggage safely so I didnt have to take it with me. Great value.

The property has a very strict check-out policy with no grace period. I requested a short extension of 10–15 minutes but was declined. Additionally, the rooms are not very soundproof, and I could hear intimate activities from neighboring guests

WiFi is not good. Keep disconnecting. Room is small but for one person ok. Cupboard doors difficult to open and not enough hangers to hand clothes and too high to reach.

Reviewed Jan 31, 2025The amenities of the room are nice and included a refrigerator. The staff was friendly. WiFi worked quite well and the location is decent.
I had stains on my sheets when I checked in and asked for them to be changed. It took four hours and me asking three times for the sheets to finally be switched to clean ones. The floor and walls of the room have also have stains on them. Overall the price seems a bit high for the quality of accommodation you're getting. I still had an overall comfortable stay.
