Panphuree Residence

We came in after 11 PM. The shuttle picked us up and dropped us under a covered entry to the hotel. It was raining heavily, but we stayed dry. Service was great, to the point I felt a little guilty. We were shuttled back to the airport at 7:30AM, so not much to report, except first impressions. Not a place I would choose to vacation, but for convenience to and from the airport, I would highly recommend. It was less than 10 minutes travel time. They have it down with shuttles every half hour. Beds were comfortable. The tile floors and halls were a little unusual, but all worked well. We had breakfast upstairs at the pool level, not fancy, but quite nice.

Decent room at a fantastic price - if you have an early flight this is a brilliant option

Close to 7eleven, restaurants, laundry, airport and taxi services. Bed was comfortable but shower water was lukewarm.

Friendly staff. Relaxed vibe for a pleasant family stay.

If your wanting a place to overnight either before or after a flight this is a great hotel.

Great - close to the airport.

I liked it because it was close to the airport and lovely staff. I did not like my hot breakfast that was cold every day. Outside evening meal dining area under a gazebo needs a path that is even and sealed so your feet do not become water logged.

All good for an overnight stop…upstairs bed was great for 18 year old kid

The staff are very nice and attentive. The driver picked us up on time from the airport. It only took 5 minutes to get to the hotel. The staff helped bring our luggage to our hotel and rooms. Approximately 10 feet away from the hotel is a laundrymat that is open 24 hours for self service. I didn’t like the food options for breakfast but that's okay because there are restaurants, a pharmacy, and a 7 eleven store that is approximately 5 minutes walk away. There is a beautiful beach that is 6 minutes drive away too. The hotel was accommodating and nice enough to drive our family to the beach and drop us off during their hourly shuttle. However, we need to find our own ride back to the hotel, which is fine. The other hotels that I stayed in has a bathtub that is high so it was hard to get in and out of the bathtub. This hotel only has a shower stall. It also has a complete glass door that opens and shuts, thus water doesn't go all over the place when we shower. I wanted to swim in the rooftop pool. Sadly, we were so busy visiting places in Phuket that I didn’t get a chance to swim in the rooftop pool. I give this hotel a 5/5 stars.

Perfect airport hotel. Great free shuttle service. Very clean, modern and value for money. Comfortable bed. Included buffet breakfast adequate. Excellent facilities with pool and on site Spa.

This was a decent hotel. Nothing terrible or bad about it. We stayed for a day and the staff was kind. We enjoyed our stay. It’s more of a rest your weary head in a decently clean place more so than anything else.

The rooms are very clean, bright and spacious, and very affordable. The pool is well maintained and dining options are not disappointing. Staff are always happy to make your stay as comfortable as possible and nothing is a problem to them. My husband and I have stayed twice at the lovely Pamphuree Residence and will definitely return. Close and handy to Phuket Airport - another happy bonus! Thank you to all the helpful and cheerful staff!

Room was clean , and the room was small

The room was nice. The air-conditioning worked good, the building had an elevator, but removing the key when you leave, it’s not a good idea for the air conditioning. The only real problem I found with this place was the girls attitude at the desk. She was not very friendly or hospitable.!

Excellent stay very beautiful hotel very clean food lovely staff very friendly & best of all the pool & most comfortable bed since I’ve stayed in Thailand, perfect end to a fabulous 2 week holiday very sad to be leaving beautiful people ❤️

Very clean, staff were excellent ,very helpful and friendly.Restaurant in the hotel was awesome with the pool.Walkinh distance to shops.Safe at any time.We enjoyed the variety of food options at the shops and also did late night walks for snacks.Hotel also gave us transport options.There is a laundry opposite the hotel.

Good overnight stay

From the moment I checked in the woman at the front desk was extremely rude. I was supposed to have breakfast included in this stay as advertised by Expedia but that did not happen. I checked in anyways and checked out 20 mins later because the hotel room was absolutely disgusting. Stains on bedsheets, holes in pillows, dead bugs everywhere and mold on the walls. When I checked out the front desk lady started being really nice offering breakfast and to switch rooms but I had already booked another hotel and am SO GLAD I did.

Terrible experience. I stayed for less than two hours before leaving for another hotel. The bed appeared dirty, and I even noticed blood stains, making it impossible to sit or lie down. I was also concerned about the possibility of bed bugs. Definitely not a place I would recommend. The reception people didn’t even ask or care when i told them i m checking out

Friendly staff but inconvenient location

Convenient for the airport which is the only reason to stay here. The area around the hotel is unsightly and there are very limited dining options. That said, the hotel was ok. Room was a good size, decent aircon and a comfy bed. Breakfast was not the best.

We stayed for one night to be near the airport for an early morning flight , it was clean and comfortable and has a nice pool on the rooftop

Staff they are very nice very friendly, but the whole property is not that much clean and comparable by different place. I’ve been there but overall they are very nice and property is good to stay there. I will go there again.

Hotel is very close to airport, shops and restaurants. It has a nice pool/bar on the top and a bar/restaurant in the garden. They provide a free transfer one way from the airport. There is a free hourly shuttle bus to the beach (40minute walk). The rooms are big & super clean. The staff are very helpful, great place for a couple of nights or airport layover. Highly recommend.

Amazing hotel. Right on the beach front. We heard no noise at all from the beach club in our room.

The reception staff were great, as was the cleaning staff. The bed was wonderful for a good night's sleep, very comfortable. Free bottles of water daily. My only negative is the service in the bar/restaurant. Service is almost non existence. If you dont want to wait for ages its best to go order when you walk in.

Excellent hotel for an airport hotel. Extremely spacious super comfortable beds and a lovely pool on the rooftop. Very average breakfast though.

It is nicer to stay in Patong. If I knew now I would have paid extra money to stay in Patong. The room is so small for 4 people. Would not recommend it at all.

Difficult to walk to and from hotel. Staff in the dining area were very unfriendly and rude. Inconvenient as it was more than 30 min walk to Nai Yang Beach and night market.

Really great hotel for one night because we were arriving on a late flight. Good size room. Lovely pool. Gym had views of the planes taking off. Breakfast very nice. Very quick check in. Free transfer worked easily there was a driver waiting in the pick up area for us.

A nice room with a very large and comfortable bed, especially for the price. Complimentary airport shuttle was good. Restaurant is ok. For a short stay before or after a flight it’s pretty good.

We loved the extra bed in the loft in family suite! The stairs were quite steep, but it added a fun element to our family trip.

I stayed here with my husband and children 2a 2c. And it was a fantastic place to stay nice and close to the airport as we had an early morning flight the next morning. The whole hotel is beautiful. The roof top restaurant and infinity pool is amazing. The staff and their service was top notch, and they offer free rides to the airport if you need. I wish we could have stayed there longer.

Location is close to the airport but the surrounding area is less than desirable. On arrival, a few hours before check in, there was somewhere to put my bags but no offer to use facilites until I'd checked in later; they did allow this 2 hrs early though so credit where it's due. The hotel staff were ok, nice enough, but certainly not as friendly as you find in other locations. My trip was out of season so weather was variable. The room was nice enough, clean and AC worked. TV was small but everything you needed was there. The pool is quite nice and there is a little bar up there which has reasonble views. This would be a good place for a quick stop if times aligned perfectly but honestly, I'd not stay in this area again, taxi's are so cheap (from the fixed price booths at the airport) so no point in staying really.

This place is beautiful and luxury for the price is the best .I will use them again in the future.

It is very convenient for short overnight stay by Airport.Quite and comfortable rooms.Being close to Airport we never noticed any noise.One way free shuttle is also very convenient.Good breakfast.

Functional hotel, good for an overnight stay if you have an early flight as the airport is only a 5 minute drive away. Two bed suite was clean and spacious although a few ants noticed in one corner. Not many amenities in the vicinity and we struggled to find a place to eat that was open at around 9pm. Pool is small. Overall, hotel is soulless but good value for an overnight stay.

I could not fault this hotel. Exceptional for the price. Clean, tidy and modern. A must stay for anyone who wants a hotel close to the airport.

The staff was very friendly and cooperative, always on their toes. No problem with the Hotel, particularly, but to develop tourism, the government should encourage Staff should now few international languages for Comfert of BEST as well as host, though they all were trying their best.

This is very nice option to spent one/two nights after a long flight or before your journey, when you want to beat the traffic and not get stuck on the way to or from your final destination. 7/11 shop is couple of hundred meters away. Roof top nice swimming pool and descent size rooms. Breakfast is good and free shuttle to Airport is what you need.

The hotel was exactly what we were looking for with a night close to the airport with good facilities. The only area that was a struggle was communication with the hotel beforehand was very slow and left us worried we wouldn’t be able to get the airport pick up. It all worked out fine in the end though

It was convenient place to stay. Clean quiet and nice pool with bar.

Terrible experience. The only good thing about this hotel was that they had the booking ready and did not take long to check-in. The staff at the pool was a friendly and helpful. The pool at the roof top was relaxing. We could not get a second key for the room. The front desk clerk said they are fully booked. I tried to book another room through Hotels.com and to my surprise there were 3-4 other room types i could book. The loft going up the stairs to the second bed is not comfortable at all. I hit my shins going up and down the steep stairs. If your not 5ft and under, you will hit your head on the ceiling. At night i went down to the front desk to ask for another roll of toilet paper. The front desk staff said he does not have the key to supplies closet. If you are the only staff working at night, then you should have access to whatever hotel guests need.

My husband and I enjoyed our short but lovely stay. The hotel is clean, staff members are kind and very helpful. The airport is literally 5 minute walk and give you plenty of time to get ready. But since we have a bunch of luggage, the staff was kindly enough to give us a free ride to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel.

Rooftop pool area is small. Breakfast should not be there, they have an outdoor area that is unadvertised and would be perfect if weatherproofed. The WiFi is horrible. The sockets in the room can't keep an adapter plugged in. The floors everywhere need cleaning. .

It was ok for a quick overnight stay. I felt like I was back in a college dorm. Limited food options even though they have a full menu. Pool area is small so secure your spot early. Staff was not as friendly as other hotels I’ve stayed at in the area.

Very rude staff, and very unfriendly and unlike other Thai service, from reception, shuttle bus driver, breakfast staff (one driver is very nice tho and cleaning ladies as well)

It’s very clean

Prachtige kamer. Alles mooi en proper op rustige ligging. Goed voor overnachting voor vlucht of zelf langere tijd te verblijven. Vriendelijk ontvangst. Verrast van het nabijgelegen strand en Sirinat National Park, waar je perfect langere tijd kan blijven als je de andere drukke stranden van Phuket wil mijden.

The property is ok, check in took along time! Lots of back and forth to get in our rooms. Rooms were simple an fine. It’s a cheap hotel near the airport so that’s what your getting. Pool was fine. Food in restaurant was basic an not great. Searing area etc very dated. Reception is nice but other areas need to be updated.

Emergency fire alarm suddenly ring for almost 30 minutes and try to call Hotel services counter but no one pick up the phone for almost 7 times. Feel very uncomfortable for a single lady like me.

Good place to spend a night near the airport. The property is in good condition and seems newly built. There was no noise and the staff was helpfull and organized my transport from and to the airport very promptly and conveniently at no cost.
