L'hôtel est très bien situé. L'ensemble du personnel est très sympathique mise a part peut-être au petit déjeuner il manque un petit sourire à la jeune femme. Un 20/10 au barman de la piscine et au perosnne à la réception. Hôtel propre, parking pratique, grosse amélioration de la nourriture au petit déjeuner bravo.les 2 bons de bienvenue

The location of the hotel is excelent as in 2 minutes walking distance you are by the sea at a very romantic scenery. The staff was very polite and eager to listen and help in any way they could. The size of the rooms were decent and the breakfast ok.

First and foremost what I would like to emphasize is the that 4 stars hotel in Cyprus are NOTHING like this, I ve stayed in a 3 star hotel in Limassol which was much better than this one. Cleanliness of the room was bad. Sheets were clean BUT covers were stained, sofa in the room was stained, bathrooms weren't very clean, bathroom mixer was broken, water was leaking from the shower making a mess. Toilets were very small and uncomfortable. 1st room we stayed in had an issue with the A/C from the moment we got there and 2 days later it started leaking, stuff was very cooperative and switch us to an identical room next to it which had other issues that I described earlier.

Excellent pool and poolside area. Great variety at breakfast. Staff were so welcoming and helpful.

The hotel is built into a hillside, so there were many steps. This didn’t bother us, but might be a problem for some. We booked a superior sea view room. Our first room had a partial view of the sea. We asked to change rooms and our second room was perfect with a view across the bay. I’d recommend you specifically ask for a full sea view , if that’s what you’d like.

Το προσωπικό ήταν άψογο η άνεση και το περιβάλλων απόλυτα υπέροχο θα ξαναπάμε 100% αν βρεθούμε και πάλι στην περιοχή .

Location was great and the room with the view did worth the extra fee. The food selection at breakfast was great with several hot or cold, savoury or sweet options.

The beverages (coffee and juices) at breakfast can definitely be improved.

Leider hat unser Aufenthalt unsere Erwartungen überhaupt nicht erfüllt. Besonders für ein 4-Sterne-All-Inclusive-Hotel war die Qualität enttäuschend. Das Essen war qualitativ nicht besonders gut. Viele Speisen waren schnell leer und wurden teilweise nicht mehr nachgefüllt. Selbst Wasser war nicht immer problemlos erhältlich. Außerdem waren wir überrascht, dass verschiedene Cocktails an der Poolbar trotz All-Inclusive nicht inklusive waren. Auch der Zimmerservice bzw. die Reinigung entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Die Bettwäsche wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht regelmäßig gewechselt. Das Badezimmer war zudem sehr klein und unbequem. Insgesamt hatten wir weder beim Essen noch beim Service das Gefühl, in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel zu sein. Für ein All-Inclusive-Angebot hätten wir deutlich mehr Qualität und einen besseren Service erwartet. Leider würden wir dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen

Un hôtel mal entretenu qui vieillit mal exple : la douche et les WC fuyaient. La salle du petit déjeuner sans climatisation, les sets de table sales, l'offre du petit déjeuner très moyenne. Un hôtel coincé dans la rue principale avec un accès difficile et dangereux. Un accès au parking difficile (rues très en pente et très étroites, et il y a un gros trou dans la terre à l'entrée du parking qui peut aisément abîmer le devant de votre voiture). L'hôtesse à l'accueil qui semble être la manager peu aimable, rien à voir avec l'accueil crétois. En conclusion, un mauvais rapport qualité prix. Hotel envisageable pour 1 ou 2 nuits mais pas plus, sinon vous ferez une erreur en le choisissant.

Posizione centrale e camera con vista spettacolare sul mare. La qualità degli arredi e in particolare del letto e della biancheria. Personale molto disponibile e gentile, ha superato le mie migliori aspettative in rapporto al costo che ho trovato particolarmente economico. 4 stelle super meritate. Molto bello il terrazzo con due lettini, due tavolini e due comode sedie.

Alcuni piccoli dettagli sulla manutenzione in generale, piccole cose che si potrebbero sistemare con un minimo impegno, esempio il montante della doccia che non era ben fissato, alcune parti arrugginite che si potrebbero pulire, il buffet della colazione non particolarmente ricco, una o due varietà di frutta e colazione pensata per turisti nordici. Qualche dolcino in più ci poteva stare così come sarebbe migliorabile la qualità del caffè.

Notons les bons points : - Chambre incroyable et confortable (suite réservée), literie exceptionnelle. Frigo, bouilloire avec caafé soluble et thé fournis - Salle de bain un peu petite en rapport à la chambre, mais toute option (toilettes intégrées) - Terrasse équipée et grande face à la mer (option prise à la réservation). Belle vue agréable. - Piscine un peu petite pour un hôtel de cette taille...notamment pour les enfants (je préfère la mer donc pas concerné en propre) - Petit-déjeuner avec moult choix, qualité correcte sans plus. - Localisation de l'hôtel proche de tout à pied et pour autant pas de bruit - Un parking gratuit à disposition des clients - Un personnel à l'accueil toujours disponibles pour conseiller et répondre aux sollicitations (parfaite langue anglaise)

Allez, pointons du doigt les petits désagréments: - Ménage de la chambre: au mieux 2 minutes par jour, présent sur les lieux pour le confirmer (lit simplement refait et café/thé remisés). Le mouton de poussière du 1er jour était là avant nous...et après nous...tout en ayant grossi entre-temps et fait des petits. De même, les tasses/verres sales peuvent s'agglutiner sans que cela ne dérange personne... - Petit-déjeuner: quand un produit manque...il ne sera pas forcément remplacé...et il faut attendre plus longtemps que le temps mis pour petit-déjeuner.

Το δωμάτιο είχε πολλή υγρασία σε εμφανή σημεία στον τοίχο και μύριζε. Το κλιματιστικό έσταζε πάνω στα κεφάλια μας και στα μαξιλάρια του κρεβατιού. Δεν είχαμε 2 μέρες ζεστό νερό και κλιματιστικό λόγω βλάβης (μας παρέπεμψαν να πάμε σε άλλο δωμάτιο μόνο για να κάνουμε μπάνιο και αυτό όταν εμείς ρωτήσαμε τι συμβαίνει με το ζεστό νερό, δεν υπήρξε καμία ενημέρωση εκ των προτέρων).Η ποιότητα του πρωινού κάτω του μετρίου, με όλα τα προϊόντα να είναι κακής ποιότητας. Η καφετιέρα ήταν παλιά με κακή ποιότητα καφέ. Ζήτησαν 7€ επιπλέον χρέωση (με σημείωμα που άφησαν στο δωμάτιο) για να αλλάζουν πετσέτες κάθε μέρα. Η καθαριότητα του δωματίου ανεπαρκής.Δεν συμπλήρωσαν ποτέ τις συσκευές για υγρό σαπούνι χεριών και σαμπουάν σώματος τα οποία είχαν τελειώσει τη 2η ημέρα διαμονής μας (μείναμε συνολικά 10 ημέρες).

La localisation est top aussi bien de l'hotel dans la ville d'elounda que la ville d'elounda comme point de départ pour visiter d'autres endroits de Crête. Le personnel de l'hotel était très agréable. Nous avons eu une fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain (en fait un tuyau déboîté sous l'évier) et quelqu'un est intervenu très très rapidement. Nous avions demandé à être côte à côte avec une amie et notre demande à été respectée. La terrasse devant la chambre était très agréable. Que dire de la vue du petit déjeuner... Lequel était d'ailleurs de bonne qualité. Le frigo dans la chambre était aussi très appréciable.

La propreté laissait vraiment a désirer dans les chambres. Le ménage était fait à peu près surtout au niveau de la salle de bain et de la propreté des sols. Certes, quand j'ai demandé on est revenu faire la chambre mais il est décevant de devoir demander quelque chose qui devrait être fait de manière normale sans qu'on ait à le demander. Notre chambre était remplie de moucherons dans la salle de bain. Par ailleurs, pas mal d' installations sont anciennes (pour ne pas dire vétustes) et mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement.

L'accès au parking. Les repas du midi trop pauvres en choix en comparaison avec le matin et le soir. Manque un peu d'entretien dans la chambre au niveau de la salle de bain et des robinetteries.

The lads at the pool bar were affable and helpful. The half board option was affordable and the views from the restaurant and the room were great if over rooftops.

It’s tired and the location is ridiculous. The car park is up an 70% incline on a worn dirt track at the top of a single track road and the road at the reception is very busy. The beach in Elounda leaves a lot to be desired. Wouldn’t call it a beach to be fair. The pool area is small and worn out. The food was monotonous if not of the very worst quality. The rooftop bar was only open on Saturday in August which was highly disappointing. The architecture was unappealing and there were many steep steps with pleasant but mainly unrewarding views. Inadequate parking for guests at check in. A phone in the bathroom was broken and constantly on engaged tone which was annoying and unsettling.

The location is perfectly central to the bars, restaurants etc. The hotel itself is incredibly clean, the main asset the hotel has are the staff, especially the staff working on reception. Whoever their manager is I hope you're incredibly proud of them as they are absolutely superb.

If I had to criticise something I'd say that the breakfast choice can be a bit monotonous.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι παλιό και ελαφρώς ανακαινισμένο. Το μπάνιο στο δωμάτιο ήταν παλιό και μύριζε. Η καθαριότητα ανεπαρκής τόσο στο δωμάτιο όσο και τους κοινόχρηστους χώρους. Το πρωϊνό πολύ μέτριο σε ποικιλία και κακής ποιότητας. Το προσωπικό δεν είναι εκπαιδευμένο.

Breakfast was the same every day, it was hard to find something to eat. The bathroom was not its own room, there was just a door but it was open space above it. So not nice to smell the odour coming from there.

Everything and every single person working in this hotel is awesome,I honestly felt like home . Thank you everyone you are all so kind ,helpful,the food was excellent,the pool and the pool bar amazing,and the view is breathtaking. Hotel manager is an excellent person ,kind respectful,and customer comes first . Thank you everyone from the room service up to the maintenance guy. See you again next year.

Posizione per spostamenti ad Elounda. Vicinanza a zona con ristoranti. Sala colazione con vista mare. Personale della reception e accoglienza molto cortese e disponibile, mentre nella zona colazione una giovane cameriera non è stata troppo gentile.

Parcheggio suggerito da struttura è pubblico, non asfaltato e si raggiunge facendo una ripida salita con strada molto sconnessa. La struttura utilizza su Booking fotografie molto ritoccate. La piscina vista in foto non si conferma tale in realtà: con uno stile e arredo malmesso e decisamente meno bello. L’hotel nel complesso necessita di una miglior manutenzione ad esempio corridoi, zone comuni, bagni (pomelli doccia)

Ne dőljetek be a Booking.com-on látható fotóknak! A szálloda egyértelműen nem felel meg a 4 csillagos színvonalnak. Sajnos a karbantartás hiánya az egész szállodában szembetűnő, ami teljes mértékben a vezetőség és a tulajdonos hibája. A szobánkban nem működött a légkondicionáló. Rendkívül dohos szag volt. Víz csöpögött a fejünkre, amit az első napon kijavítottak, de a légkondicionáló továbbra is csak ventilátorként működött. A harmadik napon újra csöpögött a víz, és ezúttal nem javították meg. A WC-ajtó nem záródott rendesen. Ha bezáródott volna, egy nagyobb testű ember nem fért volna be… A függönyök nem húzódtak rendesen, és ami még rosszabb, festékfoltok borították őket. A reggeliről inkább nem is szólnék. Minden mocskos volt… A kávéfőzőt nem tisztították meg – ki tudja, mióta volt már ilyen állapotban… Az egyetlen ok, amiért nem távoztunk már az első éjszaka után, az volt, hogy a medence környéke kissé megmentette a helyzetet. A szálloda jó helyen van ebben a kedves kis tengerparti városban. Igazán kár ezért a szállodáért, mert olyan kevés erőfeszítésre lenne szükség ahhoz, hogy minden vendég igényét kielégítse. Ez biztosan nem a személyzet hibája – ők kedvesek voltak. Kizárólag a karbantartás hiánya kényszerít arra, hogy ezt a szállást színvonal alattinak minősítsem. Kár érte.

Road to the parking lot is extremely bad bcs of hill. If you are not experienced driver when all locals park at the streets while you want to reach parking, you were not be able to park there at all.

Vu la construction de l’hôtel à flanc de montagne , il faut prendre 2 ascenseurs différents pour sortir de la chambre et il y a un peu d’attente…

Hotel niestety nie wygląda w rzeczywistości tak jak na zdjęciach. Pokoje były zaniedbane, brudne i unosił się w nich nieprzyjemny zapach. Ręczniki wymieniano co trzy dni, a na uzupełnienie mydła i żelu pod prysznic musieliśmy czekać cztery dni, mimo kilkukrotnych próśb. Śniadania codziennie były praktycznie takie same i niestety niesmaczne. Ekspres do kawy wyglądał na bardzo zaniedbany, a sama restauracja również nie sprawiała wrażenia czystej, przez co jedzenie posiłków nie było przyjemne. Hotel zdecydowanie nie spełnił naszych oczekiwań ani standardu, którego spodziewaliśmy się po obiekcie 4-gwiazdkowym.

Après notre demande, un changement de chambre a heureusement été accepté, mais la nouvelle était très petite. Le plus gros problème reste la propreté. La chambre a été nettoyée uniquement à notre arrivée, puis plus aucun ménage n’a été effectué durant notre séjour. Les serviettes ne sont changées que tous les trois jours, alors prenez-en soin. Pour un établissement de cette catégorie, c’est difficilement acceptable. Le personnel est très inégal : certains membres sont accueillants et professionnels, tandis que d’autres donnent clairement l’impression que le client les dérange. Concernant la restauration, c’est une véritable déception. Le petit-déjeuner est de très faible qualité. Les jus de fruits et les boissons chaudes proviennent de machines qui semblent dater d’une autre époque, avec un résultat peu agréable. Les repas sont répétitifs, sans variété et, malheureusement, peu savoureux. Quant à la piscine, au vu du manque d’entretien constaté dans les chambres, cela ne met pas vraiment en confiance concernant son nettoyage. Enfin, il faut savoir que l’hôtel comporte énormément d’escaliers, ce qui peut être contraignant selon votre condition physique ou si vous voyagez avec une poussette. Elounda est un village agréable et paisible, mais il est très petit. En une journée ou deux, on en a largement fait le tour. En résumé, malgré un très bon emplacement, le manque d’entretien, la qualité médiocre de la restauration et des prestations globalement en dessous des attentes ne nous permettent pas de recommander cet hôtel.

Location, room, spaciouse balcony with an amazing views over the bay and Spinalonga island just amazing.

We got a sea-view room and we got one in block D. Rooms is quite big for 2 people. Wifi is reliable and fast. Staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast is included and was generally okay with many warm plates options. Pool area is nice. Excellent location in downtown Elounda where you can walk for drinks/food every evening. Parking area appreciated (did not find it as challenging as others, but as Greek am used to odd places). Beach/pool towers provided.

- As others report, the hotel needs some maintenance which would make it better, e.g. in our room some of the switches did not work, let alone some pillows had stains which is a sign of not optimal cleaning - The coffee machine for breakfast was broken on our last day and generally was low quality. - The pool area closes at 18.30 which is very early and it was always very busy, therefore it does not live up to expectations.

Στο πακέτο του all invlusive που επιλέξαμε υπήρχαν πολύ λίγες επιλογές στον βραδινό μπουφέ αλλά κυρίως στον μεσημεριανό. Στην πραγματικότητα υπήρχε μόνο ένα φαγητό για να επιλέξεις.

Μεσημεριανός και βραδινό φαγητό, πολύ μικρή ποικιλία. Το ίδιο στα γλυκά και στα φρούτα.

Το πάρκινγκ είναι στο χείλος του γκρεμού να προετοιμαστείτε για αυτό ! Άμα έχετε χαμηλών κυβικών αμάξι δεν ανεβαίνει . Κατά τα άλλα όλα καλά !

La piscine est sympa, tout comme l’emplacement de l’hôtel ! C’est un hôtel moyen, bien mais ne pas s’attendre à quelque chose d’incroyable comme sur les photos … Le personnel à l’accueil est très agréable.

Le contraste entre les photos et la réalité de l’hôtel qui est beaucoup moins «Luxe» que ce qu’il paraît. Les installations sont vieillissantes, la salle de bain par exemple n’est pas à la hauteur de ce qu’il paraît. Des installations rouillées, odeur de remontées d’égout dans la douche … N’attendez rien du parking de l’hôtel, il est hyper difficile d’accès et tout petit, il y a plus de chance d’abîmer sa voiture au vu des pentes à monter que de réussir à trouver une place …

Da italiana, poca scelta per il cibo dolce e consiglierei di evitare i biscotti nei piatti del buffet perché perdono fragranza e croccantezza.

Номер убитый, грязный. Туалет и душ даже словами и не скажешь, но было максимально противно там мыться, стены грязные. Душ забивался и плохо смывался, сантехника убитая, которую давным давно надо поменять! Еда максимально не понравилась. На обед практически ничего не было, а из мяса свинина. Спорное очень решение, потому что свинину многие не едет. Выбор максимально скудный, фрукты погнившие. На ужин и завтрак нужно было с самого открытия, потому что потом есть будет нечего.

Ήταν πολύ φιλικοί όλοι στο ξενοδοχείο, πρόθυμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν και γενικά είναι πολύ όμορφος χώρος και εσωτερικά και εξωτερικά...

Χρειάζεται λίγο οργάνωση το poolbar σε παροχές καφέ και φρέσκων χυμών .

Food. All Inn was VERY poor. Very limited drinks and food was not tasty. We had to go out for good food. Pool environment was durty.

Το προσωπικό και ιδίως της υποδοχής αλλά και οι καμαριέρες ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό. Ιδιαιτερα ευχαριστούμε τον Κωνσταντίνο τον FOManager..Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ προσεγμένο και η πέτρα στο εσωτερικό του ήταν μια όμορφη νότα στο διάκοσμο. Τα amenities πλούσια και τα μπουρνούζια με τις παντοφλίτσες ανέβασαν την ποιότητα της διαμονής μας..

Στο μπάνιο ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός ο διαχωρισμός των χώρων. Παρά ταύτα μια έξτρα κεντρική πόρτα που θα απομονωνε την κρεβατοκάμαρα θα έδινε περισσότερη ιδιωτικότητα και άνεση στους χρήστες του χώρου. Το ένα από τα δύο μαξιλάρια θα ήταν καλό να είναι λεπτό και μαλακό ώστε να μπορεί ο καθένας να διαλέγει αυτό που τον βολεύει καλύτερα. Αν μέναμε περισσότερα θα το ζητούσα και είμαι βέβαιη ότι θα μου το παρείχαν.

Personnel d'accueil, resto buffet déjeuner et souper très pratique ,piscine, stationnement privé. La qualité de l'hôtel. tout était parfait. Le personnel d'accueil t'accompagne à ta chambre car c'est un peu compliqué car l'hôtel est à niveau dans la montagne alors 3 ascenseurs pour le dernier niveau. À 5 minutes du centre ville à pied et de bons restos sur la promenade mer.

De beperkte keuze van het buffet bij vooral middag maar ook avondeten! Ook zou het wel handig zijn dat er een menu zou zijn voor wat je allemaal van drankjes bij de all in zou kunnen nemen.

The hotel was in a great location to the harbour and Elounda bay. Great access to the main street, restaurants and bars. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room had a lovely view of the sea and Spinalonga, with a balcony and additional garden with sun loungers. The buffet breakfast was excellent, very fresh with plenty of choice and the restaurant had lovely views of the harbour and sea. The pool was clean and had comfortable sun loungers, the grounds were well maintained. The hotel had lifts as there were several floors and this helped with getting luggage to the rooms. Overall the hotel was generally clean, airy and the reception area was welcoming.

When I chose this 4 star hotel I looked at all the facilities it had to offer. This included a spa, gym, rooftop cocktail bar, reception bar and pool bar. As this was a special treat for my friend this offered us additional facilities to treat ourselves and have a greater experience. Although the pool bar was open, albeit at 10:30 there was limited food available, only half stated on the menu and no cocktails were available. The pool opening hours were 10:30-18.30 which is too late, and after a couple of days they changed the opening time to 9:30. You were able to lay on the sun beds earlier however could not get in the pool until 9:30. The rooftop cocktail bar was not open and when we went to find it, the furniture was stacked up, the area was very dirty and abandoned, there were no signs this would be open in the near future. We were told the spa was not open and again looked unused and that the gym would not be open this season. The reception bar was almost empty and not inviting to sit in. Our room was cleaned daily but not thoroughly and we only had one change of towels, which I had to ask for on day 3. As I based my search for a hotel that provided other facilities and they claim they are a 4 star hotel based on the facilities available it was very disappointing that several areas were not available to us. If I was aware of this I would have chosen a cheaper alternative accommodation that provided basic services and saved some money. I am interested in how a hotel retains the 4 star rating if all the services and areas are not available to all customers from the beginning to the end of the season. The cost of the week was based on the hotel facilities and type of room and board, this should be the same for all hotel residents who have access to all the facilities. I have never had issues with any accommodation I have booked through booking.

Στο πρωινό αρκετά από τα σκεύη και τα ποτήρια, ενώ μόλις είχαν βγει και θεωρητικά ήταν καθαρά, είχαν λεκέδες και βρωμιές, το προσωπικό αδιαφορούσε να κάνει σωστή δουλειά.

Wat een prachtig hotel! Vriendelijk personeel, prachtige ligging, fantastisch zwembad… alles was tiptop in orde, wij hebben genoten :)

Spacious room, good location, and lovely design. Breakfast offered a good variety.

We paid extra for a sea-view room, but you had to lean out from the corner of the balcony to actually see the sea. The cleanliness could be better, as some areas looked quite worn out. Breakfast was the same every day and didn’t include any local dishes. Also, while some staff were excellent, others seemed indifferent and not very willing to assist.

We splashed out on a Superior Double with Sea View which had a fantastic view of the bay, see photo. The room was well equipped but had a very strange bathroom setup - see comments below. The room, being at the top of the hotel was also close to the pool and parking. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options, although those options didn't really change. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Always with a smile and a 'hello'. The hotel is ideally located close to the town centre with a good range of restaurants and boarding points for boat trips, including to Spinalonga Island which is well worth a visit.

The bathroom! You really need to know the person that you're sharing the room with! The bathroom had no door at all. It was open plan with 2 sinks, a separate toilet and shower behind semi opaque glass doors. However the glass door on the toilet didn't shut and there was no way of making it close. The toilet also has the challenge of a very loose and wobbly seat! I did mention it to staff and they said it would be fixed but never was. I also heard another guest tell someone else that they had a similar 'dynamic' toilet seat. The bathroom looked great in photos but it was rather a case of 'design over function'. The hotel is built into the hillside over 8 floors with 3 sets of lifts, all to get the best out of the views. However it can take a while to get used to and can become wearing over a week. The car parking was also a challenge! It would be very helpful if you were a qualified rally driver. To reach the car park you drive towards the main town square, find a left turn up a steep hill. Take a left turn up an even steeper hill then quickly turn right, then left to reach a plateau on the same level as the hotel pool. All doable but a challenge!

The location of the hotel was great! It was just a couple of minutes away from a range of restaurants and bars, and a short walk from the lovely beach. There was also a small shop directly opposite (it's prices were slightly higher than some of the larger supermarkets in town but convenient). We liked the separate toilet/sink and shower room. We were given shower gel, lotion and conditioner. The buffet breakfast was also nice with a variety of hot and cold breakfast items as well as juices and coffee/tea. The staff were lovely - so polite and friendly, and were able to answer any questions we had.

We only visited the pool once as it was a bit dirty and we couldn't relax peacefully as we kept being attacked by houseflies whilst trying to lounge on the sunbeds. The lift didn't work on several occasions, and we found it a bit confusing trying to get to certain areas of the hotel as it wasn't very well signposted. Our room was small (not much floor space) - there was nowhere to store our suitcase so we had to keep climbing over the bed to get to the other side of the room, or risk banging our ankles against the bed (which happened multiple times) if we tried to squeeze through the gap that was there. The frosted glass bathroom door made a very loud scraping noise every time it was opened or closed which made going to the toilet in the middle of the night disruptive.

The water was lukewarm for 3 days which meant showering was not pleasant. Also they ran out of tea bags 4 days into our stay and did not get any again until we left at the end of the week!

The staff were incredibly friendly and exceptionally helpful when I made a terrible error and booked for the wrong week. This was sorted and they didn’t charge me for another night - which they could have. The sea view room was compact but didn’t need to be bigger however my daughter’s garden room was massive! The hotel was clean and welcoming. Staff were all smiling and helpful There was a really good choice of foods for breakfast

Very minor negative - The swimming pool area was not as welcoming as I had hoped and there wasn’t any shade to sit down and enjoy a drink in.

Great breakfast, room is very spacious, a/c is great, bed is comfortable, pool is great, locois perfect- close but not too close to the center.
