Excellent location staff and services. Upgraded our rooms locations due to renovations. Prompt service

Renovations were taking place that caused some disturbance. Shower leaked into main bathroom area due to short shower curtain. The AC unit needed maintenance as it was putting out a fowl musty oder from stagnation. The windows did not have screens so we could not open them without risk of flying insects entering the room. We did not get a key to the lockbox. We were not informed of renovations /closures taking place at time of booking.

Quiet, clean

Inspite of hanging Make Up Room Shield , our room wasn’t cleaned. Misinformation in ordering food. For those who wants night life this aint for you, curfew at 10 pm.

I love that they accomodate all our dogs. We brought all our 7 shih tzus and booked the family suite.

Not too congested and they have an outdoor kitchen for cooking or grilling. They also have videoke where you can sing your heart out, a mini bar and billiards area.

Le chauffe eau de la chambre est tombé en panne mais nous avons profité d'un surclassement pour la nuit suivante.

We wanted to get close to the ocean so that was good. Staff were great it was further away from San Juan surf area than i thought after i had ooked.

We felt the property was very dated with its decor etc it would not cost a lot to reinvigorate it some what. Also a refresh on the restaurant menu otherwise it was great. Just let people know it is a fair way away from Mona lisa point if you are there to surf.

Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Money We checked in around 1:00 in the afternoon, and from the moment we entered the room, it was a huge disappointment. The room was in terrible condition—unclean, poorly maintained, and lacked even the most basic essentials like toilet paper, towels, and toiletries. We were told the missing items would be provided later, but instead of getting everything at once, staff kept knocking on our door every hour delivering things one by one. It was disruptive and made it impossible to get any rest. To make things worse, the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful throughout our short stay. The experience was so bad that we felt forced to check out early. We lost over $300 +and got nothing close to what was promised. This was by far one of the worst stays we’ve ever had. Avoid this place at all costs.

GREAT for beach/surfing activity, good restaurant on site this place is close to other eateries & staff was excellent very friendly, helped w/tours & transport :) They should have 1 pool for kids & the other pool for adults. Overall good stay comfortable hotel & late check-in is available!

The food is great. friendly staff, the room is clean and large but there are some small mosquito flying in the room.

A budget hotel with two pools and right on the beach. Can’t ask for much more from a little place like this . Staff are friendly and helpful and the food is good.

The location is perfect as it's right on the beach. Staff were helpful, but.....

Property is advertised as having a beach bar. It does. But just never anyone there working as bartender..! Staff were helpful but the rooms are dated . During our stay, it was impossible to sleep during the day as construction work was going on in the next door property. The breakfast (offered as inclusive in the room stay,) was pretty small and dismal.

upon checking in I asked to see the rooms, they showed me 3 different rooms and all of them are dirty, molds on all three bathroom like a lot the smell is so musty because of molds all over. I asked for a refund at least half because rooms are health hazard but the property owner did not approve any refund. I do not recommend this hotel due to health hazard.

The staff working there are amazing! They're very helpful. And the fact that it's a pet friendly property.

Upon arrival, they gave us a very old room beside a construction site! The room was tad worn-out out. Had to pay extra for a room upgrade and transferred to a proper cabana.

Breakfast was good. Room was large. Wi-Fi was excellent, TV reception was good. Lots of plants that made it very tropical. Very relaxing and quit. AC was great.

Room was a little dated and needed a good cleaning like the windowsills were dirty, Bathroom was small and had a lot on areas with black mold between the tiles and on the walls. Mattress was not the most comfortable.

I didnt like the staffs , i called them before booking , they confirmed me its the same but after paying it was not as agreed, ending up paying more.they are not accommodating even on a special mothers day , they just want you to pay more.dont book in booking.com also.

We booked 05/13/2024 for a mothers day celebration, i called the property to confirm if the amount im paying in booking .com is the same price with breakfast and they said yes, but sadly it was not as agreed , we paid our expensive tapsilg cost 275 each mine is bangsilog 275 with small 1/4 fried fish , for 4 person .the property is old i even ask the staff if there is a ghost and she just smiled , no hot water in the bath room , cant flash well. They have very small dirty pool end up ithcy skin. Me and my daughter felt sick before living the property , got sick for 4 days.

Young manager tried his best but is getting no support from owners. Read all the reviews of last 6 months - nothing been improved - only reason to be here is the direct beach access (and it’s an ugly section w almost hotel facilities on beach - plastic chairs no sun beds!

Everything - needs complete overhaul. Yet are constructing a new annexe within one metre of my room and workmen began at 7am. Bathroom is atrocious and even dangerous w poor electrics and failure to even fix the glass shelf above washbasin. Old shoddy wardrobe supplied with two pathetic, dirty and cheap plastic coat hangers until I complained and they replaced with three newish and stronger plastic hangars. No light switch or lamp or plug points next to bed. No remote control to operate a/c. Don’t be conned by “free breakfast” - coffee is instant and juice is powder - you pay extra for brew coffee and juice. Generally food is decent but not cheap.

Old rooms needs to be updated

The location at the beach is very beautiful. The staff very friendly. The room was big and comfortable.

The noise. I was there at Sunday. Everywhere noise. Loud music in the restaurant, karaoke in the Pavillion at the beach site. Noisy people at the billart table. It was impossible to sleep. The two weekdays were more quiet. The bathroom really needs some maintenance. The cleaning policy does not work. You have to ask explicitly, but even than there is no guaranty they will come.

The room we stayed in desperately needed a clean. The couch was dirty and old, you wouldn’t want to sit on it. The shower mixer on the toilet/bathroom leaks when turned on, the shower head is set high so enjoy spraying water over the rest of the bathroom because the shower curtain doesn’t reach the floor. Thought we’d have a late lunch at arrival, enjoyed an appetizer of fried chicken complete with a fly 🪰.

Daily breakfast is good.

The only “like” is the location close to the beach. All the rest is below level. We will never go there again.

It has a lot of entertainment. My whole family had fun. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The waves were friendly during the afternoon till sunset but not advisable to swim in during the morning.

We came as a group so the staff didn’t get all our orders for breakfast. She could have asked me instead. Two rooms were next to each other but the other room was at the entrance but it’s fine.

The food and serving size were superb. The family agreed it was worth it! The beach was impressively clean.

Some of the facilities weren't very clean, like electric fans and chandeliers above the dining area. Lighting by the beach was limited during the night.

Thé property is good

The rooms that were indicated in the site is not the same when we stay on that day. The property is not well developed. I’m not satisfied especially when there was sudden shutting down of electricity. There was no generator.

The Front Beach, nice staff, 24 hours refilling of water. Cold.and hot shower, the pressure of the water is great.

Very salty sinigang and enseladang gulay. I think the staff mentioned the cook was new. I think it would be better if the cook will taste his / her dishes before serving it to the quests.

The restaurant is not recommended We had to order foods from the restaurant and one of the dish it still raw for the bangus And the taste it just so so Quite expensive for the foods But the place is good so far
