P&M Final Option Beach Resort

Being able to only walk a few steps and then being directly on the beach was probably one of our biggest highlights.

I like that its near the beach and its less crowded and less noise

Price point- not breakfast buffet, no live band as mentioned in their poster on thursday. The facilities were okay but in my opinion does not match the price i paid.

Great location and very accommodating and friendly Staff from Reception, Restaurant and Cleaning. Thanks to Live Band as well for allowing us to sing with them. Everybody enjoys our Stay at P&M Final Option and big thanks to Adrian for taking care my Kids, nephews, nieces and their friends for their night out party 😊😊😊

The food was sensational specially with the breakfast buffet where the restairant had a lot to offer specially with western food for breaky, the beach was not so congested with many people. The staffs were friendly and helpful.

The price was too dear for a standard room. Its not really worth booking for that price. I paid Php 9600.00/ night and we could have gotten a 2 rooms for that price. Unfortunately, those dates preferred were all sold out in the area. I did'nt like the room. It was too small, the bathroom had mosquitos. The staffs should be more attentive to each of the guest's order with F&B. The billing was inaccurate. So I suggest that customers should sign everytime an order has been made. Settle bills like pay as you order and check the bill each tine you settle your bills. Another thing, there are vendors around the area and we were scammed by a vendor selling king prawns. I didnt like the location, it was a bit far from the center of night bars. We cant go anywhere as we cant go drink driving. Tricycles charge Php 200 within a kilometer destination. Overall, if you will have to spend this much, its better to go South East Asia for the same price. Accomodation is so cheaper than Philippines.

I loved everything about the resort. The property was large enough to have time alone and small enough not be overwhelmed with a bunch of people. Staff was great. Location to the beach was great.

The staff really needs to figure out the mosquito problem in room 3. We had problems the first day there and the staff had to spray the room. Little mosquitoes were appearing out of nowhere, especially in the restroom.

If you want a quiet beautiful location, this is the place. Food was excellent. The staff was great. It has a nice beach with a beautiful view. Rooms are okay but for the price you can't go wrong.

If you like shopping you will have to travel but not too far.

The breakfast was very good,the maja blanca dessert was the one I love the most. It has the nice view of the ocean while eating.The staff was very helpful and polite.

The room was not spacious but it has everything that I need.

Food was GREAT! Rooms were nice. Beach was very nice.

Pool was a little small, but clean and convenient.

The whirl pool outside was great and the outdoor facilities, perfect for small events and hanging out or drinking with friends

the property is close to the market but far from the main hotel where the beach activities are located as well as the free breakfast offered upon booking. I booked the place in booking.com but there is no description that the property is 15 mins walk away from the place so we have to catch a tricycle everytime we have to go to the main hotel. A free shuttle should have been offered since we payed 36k for 2 nights stay. if its 5 mins walk then its doable but 15 mins would have been a pain since its a hot and humid weather.

Location was right in front of German Sunset Beach and another great surfing spot. Comfy bed, good breakfast selection, helpful staff, friendly front office.

Had some minor issues with toilet not flushing properly; room lighting is a bit dark (deluxe unit #9)

Everything! This place is great. The German Bistro had good food and real German beer. It is clean, the staff are friendly, the pool is nice, the view over the ocean is even nicer.

The hotel is nice, clean and very comfortable, plus it’s right in the beach. Looking out from the dining/bar area makes this a spectacular place to stay. Food menu is great as well with an excellent selection of German beers.

We liked the buffet breakfast, my nephews enjoyed the variety of food especially the german sausage.

Its a bit pricey for its location and offering. Its a beachfront property but the beach is not exceptional, its clean and well maintained but given that its not white sand, it didnt give that pristine vibe. There is no quick way of getting there but to drive from any direction.

Hotel is beach front and hotel breakfast is facing the ocean. The restaurant serves the best meals we found in this little beach town. People came from other hotels just to eat at their restaurant :) Our room was like something you would see in Southern California in one of the small beach towns along the coast. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was good size, and it met all expectations. The pool is also so much fun! We took 1 day off from the beach and lounged at the pool for 3 hours. Beautiful pool and only hotel I saw in the area that even has a pool. Great hotel and cannot say enough good things! Final Rating: 10 out of 10

Great family atmosphere. Comfy beds. The bathroom was sparkling clean. :) Watching the sunset at the beach was very relaxing.

Food is awesome. Entertainment every night. Clean room and facilities.

When I arrived they could not find my reservation and when they did they said they had no room. Called Expedia and then they gave me a dorm room. Nothing to brag about just a room with a bunch of beds and at the price I had to pay for the room, Breakfast you cannot get any more basic. The water is unswimable due to the dangerous undertow. My friends stayed at La Roca much better hotel and a much better price

Very accommodating staff.

Once you find the road it has a nice setting. Secluded and quiet right on the sand. Hard to beat. Rooms were nice and kept cool. Don't like the lecture about no food or drink brought in as snacks are always nice. Also a desk in the room would be nice, but otherwise I really enjoyed it

We enjoyed staying here. Definitely a recommendable beach hotel to stay in san juan la union.

The atmosphere is wonderful, the rooms are nice, mostly basic but its fine since you will spend most of your time outdoors. Nice pool, hot tub, the food is great, german beer! . Sufring, music at night live bands, and much more. I love the tables outside the rooms, its nice to sit, drink and enjoy the sound of the waves. The staff were so friendly and very fast to serve and help.

The staff are friendly, accommodating and easy to deal with. The room and food are great! The only downside is the size of the pool.. kindda small. There is a live band every night which is great especially if you're just chilling out. Great place to stay and unwind as the location is not so crowded. 😀

The Public areas of the resort are spotless, unfortunately on this occasion (we have stayed a number of times over the last few years) the room we were allocated was not as clean as it could of been. The Shower room really needs updating or at least re-grouting or bleaching regularly, Its just attention to detail. Other rooms we have stayed in have been spotless. Please find this review as constructive criticism. ps please place ashtrays in the smoking area, so people don't litter the beach.

Very high quality place for the price. Not close to the main part of San Juan with the main beach and restaurants and bars, but still overall a great place relative to the cost

I had a quick meeting at Sto Rosario HS and I found this hotel close to the beach and just walking distance from the national highway. The price is very reasonable. The food served is quite nice and I love their Tuna Sashimi.
