Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Very good hostel, central to sights, close to subway, beds comfortable., clean , friendly staff. Note you can get 7..30 pm bus to see pandas 10 RMB can pay cash or Alipay get bus from were big panda is climbing wall near subway station. Or you can take subway then get bus .

It was also very social and the staff organised lots of fun activities. The rooftop had a great view and was a nice social space.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026This is by far one of the best places we have stayed in China. The staff are extremely friendly, and helpful. The location of the property is perfect. So close to everything. A pool table, bar with excellent prices, and they organise great activities - we joined the dumpling making and it was so fun and great meeting other people, and now we can go home and make dumplings!! The room was very clean. Beds comfy and lots of hot water. Everything you would love about a hostel. I was travelling with my two children and they enjoyed it so much. Thank you.

Instal·lacions força deteriorades. Llit realment incomode. Sorollós, s'escolta el carrer però el que realment molesta és el sorolls que venen del passadís. Sabem que és un hostel,però hem estat a altres i pel que hem pagat aquest no ens val la pena.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026This place was awful. It says is for families but do not believe that. Is full of drunken youngsters and adults who don't respect the rules implemented at the property. Noisy not because the bar upstairs or in the desk area, but in the corridors. In other properties you hear doors opening and closing, but here is the doors that don't open correctly, plus people misbehaving in the middle of the corridor, speaking loud as and swearing. The property has cameras and they don't do nothing about it. I had to step out of the room and ask for the noise to be lowered which worked for an hour. Then they continued. To the point I went out again and asked for them to be quiet. They agreed but once I went into the room, they started to sing. They give you earplugs. I didn't take it as a compliment but more as a we don't care attitude. When we reported the situation to the manager, we told the lady at the desk if she could the manager know, but then every time we appeared at the desk the manager was not there and we didn't receive an apology at least. Seriously. If you have rules. Implement them. Don't ignore them. The installations were outdated, and the bathroom had mould. Beds uncomfortable. Not recommended at all.

A huge thank you to Kaia, Ella, and Kelsey for making my stay so special. They were all so friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The hostel has a fantastic vibe, making it super easy to meet other travelers and feel at home from the moment you arrive. We stayed in a private room, which was clean and comfortable, and the location was absolutely spot on — very convenient for exploring the city. One thing we especially appreciated was the quality of the programs and tours they organized. Everything we joined was very well arranged, enjoyable, and reasonably priced. The room rates were also fair, making it a great value overall. The atmosphere was good, and the staff helped create a positive experience during our stay. Overall, though, we had a very good experience and would definitely recommend it to travelers looking for a well-located and affordable place to stay in Chengdu
The only reason we would probably try their newer establishment next time is that this location feels a little tired and could use some refreshing in certain areas.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026Near the station, a little bit trick to find. GPS sends you to the end of an alley, but the entrance is in the street with a yellow sign. The room is not too spacious so if you are travelling with big luggage’s, forget it. We travel with 2 medium backpacks (42 and 35L) and 2 small backpacks (daily use) and it was ok. Bathroom was ok too, nothing exceptional and NO weird smells. Thumbs up for that! They clean your room every day (fresh towels and 2 bottles of water)
Some places in the building have a strong smell of cigarettes. But at least it doesn’t go to the rooms or room corridors.

Cambiano gli asciugamani ogni giorno e danno in dotazione anche lo spazzolino. Presente possibilità di fare lavatrice e asciugatura (sia in asciugatrice che all'aperto). Grandi!

Местоположение идеально, от метро близко, сама станция метро на пересечении двцх веток,очень удобно добираться до достопримечательностей. Внутри все было прекрасно, кровать чистая,удобная, уборка по запросу, чистые полотенца и свежая вода всегда доступны. Есть зона отдыха, есть крыша, все прекрасно. Нам с семьей очень понравилось.

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026위치가 춘시루역과 가깝고 여기저기 다니기 좋다! 청소도 깨끗하게 잘 해주시고 시설은 호스텔에 필요한 건 다 있음. 세탁기 사용도 가능(세탁 5위안 건조 17위안)해서 여름에 와도 좋을 듯~ 숙소 건물에 엘베 있고 직원들도 영어 잘해서 중국어 못 해도 소통에 문제 없음. 기본 이상은 하기 때문에 다음에 또 청두에 혼자 간다면 재방문 할 듯!
일주일 이상 지냈는데 몇 번이나 12시 넘어서까지 로비에서 떠드는 게스트들이 있어서 이건 호스텔 측에서 주의가 필요할 듯... 이건 내가 로비와 가까운 방이라서 그럴 수도 있고 나도 헤드폰 끼고 있어서 크게 거슬리지는 않았는데 어쨌든 주의는 필요할 듯. 아 그리고 수건을 제공하는데 너무 낡아서 바꿀 필요가 있을 듯하다.
