Das Restaurant war an sich etwas zu teuer..

El desayuno de calidad y cantidad, preparación en el momento excelente, el lugar es súper acogedor una vista hermosa, el menú para el almuerzo y cena adecuado y cerca del centro del pueblo para visitar.

no tengo nada que comentar lo único es un hotel un poco difícil de movilización para personas con alguna discapacidad, por la cantidad de gradas.

La ubicación y el acceso a capaddocia espectacular, el desayuno no es buffet pero es espectacular, no sobra ni falta nada, todo comida local. Un hotel rústico en un lugar privilegiado.

Al no usar muy bien el inglés hubo errores de comunicación pero nos entendimos. El café no está incluido en el desayuno el cual mi sorpresa fue que no advirtieron al pedirlo y al cerrar la cuenta lo cargaron.

Habitación espectacular y personal muy amable. Lo único el desayuno, que empieza a las 8,30 hrs., un poco tarde si tienes excursiones contratadas, pues probablemente no te de tiempo a desayunar. Te ofrecen desayuno para llevar pero lógicamente no es lo mismo. El centro del pueblo está a 15-20 minutos caminando.

Cool cave dwelling

Çok samimi ve ilgili çalışanlara sahip bir oteldi. Çok güzel bir konaklama oldu bizler için. Özellikle Ahmet şefin yemekleri ve ilgili tavrı çok hoş ve nazikti. Otel odası temiz ve konforluydu. Bir daha Kapadokya’ya gidersek yeniden tercih edebileceklerimiz listemize girdi. Ve ayrıca otelin kahvaltısı harika bunu da söylemeden edemeyeceğim.

Güleryüzlü ve yardımsever çalışanlar ile kaliteli hizmeti alabileceğiniz, ailem ile son derece memnun ayrıldığımız bir mekan. Yemekler ve kahvaltı çok leziz, şef başarılı. Son derece temiz odalar vs. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.

Quaint and special. Beautiful location, high enough to watch the hot air balloons. Friendly and welcoming staff. Tuaba was exceptionally helpful, even arranged a pack breakfast for us as we had to leave vey early.

Breakfast start time was relatively late at 8:30am. Staff was cleaning the floor while we were sitting at breakfast. More English speaking staff would be helpful.

The location of the Hotel is superb. The Rooms were clean and comfortable. The Staff were very cooperative. The food was exceptional. Recommended for compulsory visit.The staff was very hospitable and kind specially Umit, Hassan and all other staff.

The hotel was undergoing renovations so the manager very kindly arranged for an upgraded room in a nearby hotel. The service was fantastic! We were there in off season so less to do and see in Urgup, but it was a pleasant stay.

Location and concept good😂

No wifi, no room heater, dusty becuase of renovation, breakfast given at a coffee shop 6kms away, all construction materials and rubbish infront of property, construction work noise throughout day, could not sleep during day. Pool steam room and jaccuuzzi not operational at all

The location and its view are amazing, particularly for the breakfast (included). The staff are incredibly kind and the service is really good. I loved the cave room too.

The wifi is iffy, the bathroom wasn't perfectly clean (and the shower could have more pressure). The beds could have been more comfortable too.

The staff was very friendly, breakfast was very delicious, the view from the terrace is fantastic, the room was spacious and comfortable, the shower was modern and there was warm water.

We could've been provided with more drinkable water (0,5 liter/person seems too little to me) and toilet paper. The maid also forgot to clean our room one day, which would've been fine, if it wasn't the person who provided water and toilet paper. Also, one of the lights in the bathroom was flickering, which was a bit unpleasant.

First of all a big shout out to the hotel owners Orhan and Veli!! They made our stay unforgettable. Anything we asked about they helped us with! Arranged a tour, found a free slot with another Air Balloon company after our previous flight was cancelled, called taxi to the airport etc... Breakfast was amazing. So delicious and prepared with love and care!!!! The room is quite simple, but if you would like to experience living in a cave with natural cooling instead of the AC, this is a great option and we enjoyed it so much!!!!

This family-owned hotel is a gem! It is located on a hill with a magnificent view of the city. The rooms are both clean and full of authentic decorative items. The owners have paid attention to all details inside and outside the rooms. Four of us booked two rooms and stayed only one night. But my family and myself had a wonderful time there. The breakfast was incredibly rich and tasty and we enjoyed it along with the morning breeze and the view of the city. Knowing that actual people thousands of years ago made these caves and also used the authentic items throughout the hotel made our stay so much special. We will definitely come back!

We chose Evi to get the cave hotel experience and its affordability and let me tell you, Veli and staff exceeded our expectations with their hospitality- service and tips on how to make the best of our two night, three day trip. Place and accommodations were clean and homey and beds were comfy. Breakfast buffet was incredible too! Also appreciated that it was close to great wine bars.

Reception are far from rooms and on the roof..not very convinient, difficult to cool the rooms. Breakfast was very basic, not the turkish style as expected. Very weak Wifi connections in all rooms

Die hohe Lage am Hang bot einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Land. Es gab mehre Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen in den verschiedenen Ebenen des Hotels. Einzig kleiner Makel in den Räumen waren ab und zu die kleinen Steinchen, die von von der Decke fielen.

Their terrace is great with beautiful view; but their rooms have mood problems. Our room was not the worst one, but there was sand grains falling from the ceiling all the time. They didn't vacuum every day and by the third day, our sheet was so uncomfortable with lots of sand grains. Their breakfast was great. When they heard we would leave early and skip the breakfast the last day, they packed sandwiches for us which was a big surprise!

The standard room we got was unexpectedly dark and was situated on the lowest floor of the hotel and the farest side. We didn’t expect such a dark and far place. I presume that the other rooms in the hotel look and feel way better. There were lots of stairs and it was difficult to climb with children all the time. It was no place for children to play and consequently for parents to relax at the territory of the hotel. For the rest in was very nice breakfast and amazing view from the terras.

Everything is in Goreme, all the tours starts there. This hotel is in Urgup, meaning the pickup and drop off time will be affected (we were the very first to be pickup 40 minutes earlier) and we were the last ones to be dropped. Consider this.

I had a great stay. The breakfast was amazing, the views were spectacular and the staff was very friendly. In terms of location it was very well located in the cave city.

I dont think there was anything that I did not like about the Cave Hotel.

The entire experience was amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful they arranged the tours and the flight balloon for us and they were very very nice with everything. Also the cave room was amazing and they have the perfect bathroom and shower. It was a very nice stay and we felt like home.

Shower in the bathroom was broken, water flowed from the hose. Need to be fixed. Very little window. Little bit far from Urgup city center.

I booked this room for my friends who were very pleased with it. Also, I had to get a room for few hours the day we were leaving and found it comfortable & clean!

Door lock had an issue.....my friend had to call staff to open the door.

The outside seating area was not very well kept or clean. It's located on quite a slope which was not a problem for us, but need to consider this if you are coming with older relatives or young children. Also if you want to do a balloon ride or a moonlight horse safari, quad bike safari, you can get better prices by just calling up the excursion provider yourself rather than going through the hotel.

Banyo küvetinin camı kırıktı ve kanatları yoktu , otelde akşam yemeği yok yemek yemeden otele giderseniz aç kalırsınız otel sipariş vermemiz konusunda yardımcı olmaya çalıştı ancak Restorantlar telefonları güncel değildi . Araçla Ürgüp ‘e inip yemek almak zorunda kaldık . Kahvaltısı güzeldi ama odalar çok eski ve dökülüyordu . Otelin acilen revize edilmesi gerek. Çalışanlar yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü.

Herşey çok güzeldi İnternet sıkıntılı.

Öncelikle çok sakin sessiz huzur dolu bir yerdi. Çalışan personeller güler yüzlü ve ilgililerdi. Özellikle yerli turist ve yabancı turist arasında ayrım yapmadilar herkese karşı aynı ilgi ve özeni gösterdiler. Fiyat performans açısından gayet iyiydi. Tekrar imkanım olursa aynı yere gitmek isterim.

Otel çalışanları mükemmel. Bir isteğiniz olursa hemen yerine getiriliyor. Aile işletmesi, sıcacık bir yer. Konumu harika. Harika bir kahvaltısı var. Kesinlikle öneririm.

Eşimle beraber 2 günlüğüne kafa dinlemek için gittik. Özellikle şömineli oda rica ettim onlar da sağolsun yerine getirdiler. Kahvaltısı gerçekten çok iyiydi. Biz kahvaltı yaparken hemen odamızı temizlediler. Çok samimi ve içten insanlardı. Haftaiçi gittiğimiz için sadece bizim için oradaydılar. Yaza ailece gideceğiz. Konum olarak çevredeki birçok otele göre çok iyi bir yerde.

Ürgüp evi otelde 4 gece konakladık. Çok sevdik, çok rahat ettik. Otel sahipleri çok samimiydi. Kahvaltıları çok çeşitliydi. Temizlik konusunda çok iyilerdi, oda her gün temizlendi ve istemememize rağmen temiz havlular bırakılmıştı. Çok memnun kaldık, yine gelirsek mutlaka burada konaklayacağız :)

Personel ve otel sahipleri inanılmaz ilgili, her sorunu çözmek için gayretli, güler yüzlü. Kahvaltıyı bizim ricamızla yarım saat erken başlattılar. Hiç sorun yaşatmadılar. 9 kişilik bir gruptuk. Sorunsuz 5 gece geçirdik.

İki gece konaklama yaptığımız otelin konumu çok iyi her yere maks 10 dk uzaklıkta otopark sorunu yok sakin bir zamanı tercih ettiğimiz için temizlik çok iyi oda mis gibi kokuyordu ancak hotels.com üzerinden ayrıcaklı üyeler için verilen herhangi bir ayrıcalık göremedik,

La estadía fue espectacular, El hotel reúne lo que se busca en Capadocia: habitaciones en cuevas restauradas con un toque muy elegante y de detalles de diseño, espacios al aire libre para uno de los mas increíbles desayunos con el avistamiento de globos en la mañana, un restaurante con hornos y cocina típica que te hacen sentir como un invitado en casa. VELI el anfitrión es una persona increíble y noble; con mucha paciencia siendo nosotros unos huéspedes complicados por el hecho de no saber hablar ingles; pero Veli siempre se las ingenio pacientemente para hacerse entender. Fueron demasiado detallistas y tolerantes. Detallista: a la hora de la cena nos puso música Colombiana. Tolerantes: nosotros como latinos somos culturalmente muy alegres y bulliciosos y eso a veces puede generar incomodidad, pero esto no fue problema allí. Veli es de esas personas que quisieras invitar a tu casa siempre con toda su familia. EXPERIENCIA INCREIBLE!!!

O kadar çok sevdim ki burayıı.. Döneli 1 hafta oldu tekrar gitmek istiyorum harika bir ortamı var çok güzel, nezih, otantik.. Odamızın önünde kendimize ait bir oturma bölümü de vardı sanki evimdeymişim gibi hissettirdi bana. Akşamları kapının önünde oturup kahvemizi içip sohbet ettik. Kahvaltıları desen zaten şahane her çifte özel serpme kahvaltı getiriyorlar muhteşem bir terası var manzarası harika.. Kapadokyayı gezmeseniz bile gelip kalın öyle güzel bir butik otel. Odalar sıcak tertemiz. Çalışanlar aşırı tatlı güleryüzlü resmen aile sıcaklığı.. Turasan Şarap Evine çok yakın yürüyerek 5 dakika mesafede. Arabayla gelecekseniz her yere çok rahat gidersiniz. Zelve Ören Yeri, Paşabağları ören yerine arabayla 15-20 dakika uzaklıkta. Merkeze 10 dakika uzaklıkta. Otelin önünde küçük bir park yeri var. Veya biraz aşağısına da park edebilirsiniz. My friend and I stayed in a cave room - the room was large and had enough space. The best part of the hotel was the amazing breakfast and the view from the terrace (absolutely worth staying here just for the view!). However, the service was a bit hit or miss and there wasn't always someone available if I needed something. For instance, when checking out there wasn't anybody around and it took a long time to find someone. The door handle on the room was also completely broken meaning that often it took up to 3/4 minutes to get in or out of the room.

Turkish hospitality is at its finest display at this tastefully decorated cave hotel. With an amazing view of the city, Urgup Evi is a great pick! Not to mention the great breakfast. Also it is a short walk (8-10min) to downtown.

Unique experience.....

Cave hotel was amazing ..very clean .breakfast was better than anywhere else we have had in Turkey .owner was very friendly and helpful .only drawback is if you have hard time walking uphill it wouldn't be an ideal choice.

Everything was very well organized, beautifully designed property which located right next to original caves being utilized by ancient civilizations looking right over the city Urgup.

Urgup evi hotel was such a nice place. The rooms were unique to the area, hollowed out of the rock to form cave rooms. Breakfast here was again really good. The staff were very nice and extremely helpful, helping us with tours and guides and local knowledge. If I had to put a negative, it is all downhill to the town so uphill back but the positive being it is only 7tl in a taxi. Great place and if going back to cappadocia would definitely stay again.
