- it was very unique to discover this face of Morocco - very safe and very quiet - easy to go by car - the view was so unique - the place is full of charm

- it was really NOT CLEAN. Full of dust, spider web, it can be acceptable BUT the commun washroom are VERY DIRTY, the carpet in the room is old and dirty, the bedsheet are pretty ok but not really sure if it’s clean and the duvet on top are mandatory because it’s cold but are not washed and it’s very digusting to put it on you when you know it’s not clean. The bathroom even the mirror is full of finger print The cleaning is something you need to be better

Ein Traumlage immer mit Blick auf den Toubkal. Frühstück war perfekt und die große Familie war sehr sehr nett!

Ganz besondere Unterkunft, von herzlichen Menschen geführt. Da wir das etwas größere Dreibettzimmer gebucht haben (empfehlenswert, wenn man etwas mehr Platz wünscht), war unser Zimmer auf einer höheren Etage mit einer weiteren schönen Terrasse, über dem Wohnraum der Familie, die uns jedes Mal freundlich empfing. Das Frühstück und Abendessen sind sehr vielseitig, häufig waren es deutlich größere Portionen als anderswo. Vielen Dank!

nicest breakfast in 10 days :) Superb location, authentic accommodation. Charming traditional decoration of the shared common room which had a great view on the Atlas mountains through big windows. A stay here indeed is an experience and an adventure. Next day as a surprise, we found 10 cm of snow outside .... :) Thanks!

Purtroppo la mia esperienza con questa struttura è stata estremamente deludente e poco professionale. Ho effettuato la prenotazione tramite Booking e la struttura l’ha confermata circa un’ora prima del nostro arrivo. Tuttavia, una volta giunti sul posto, l’host ci ha informati che la camera prenotata non era disponibile. Avevo prenotato una suite con vista montagna, ma la soluzione alternativa proposta era una stanza di livello nettamente inferiore e non conforme all’offerta iniziale, con riscaldamento non funzionante (con -7°C esterni). D'accordo con l’host abbiamo deciso di andar via, concordando che il giorno successivo avrebbe contattato Booking per verificare la possibilità di cancellare senza penale. Parallelamente ho inviato tramite Booking una richiesta formale di cancellazione, che è stata negata. Contrariamente a quanto concordato, l’host ha poi segnalato a Booking un mancato arrivo, fatto assolutamente non corrispondente alla realtà. Ho quindi contattato l’assistenza Booking per spiegare l’accaduto e chiedere il rimborso totale, avendo dovuto riprenotare altrove e non avendo usufruito del servizio. La risposta ricevuta da Booking è stata che, secondo quanto dichiarato dall’host, “tutte le camere erano disponibili al momento della prenotazione”, circostanza che posso confermare essere falsa. Una gestione così poco trasparente, unita a una totale mancanza di professionalità, mi porta a sconsigliare vivamente questa struttura.

The lodge is very beautiful, with a rustic style that fits perfectly with the surroundings. Aicha was amazing, extremely kind and welcoming. The dinners and breakfasts she prepared were excellent. With the stove on and the mountain views, it is a great place to stay even during winter.

We only had a small technical issue at the beginning with the air conditioning, but it was resolved.

Это просто необыкновенно красивое место, то что, будет в памяти долго. А какой персонал, чувствуешь себя таким желанным гостем, вкусно кормили, помогали с любым вопросом. Помогли и с такси и с гидом. Туда хочется вернуться.

Het verblijf werd ons geweigerd, omdat ik en mijn partner niet getrouwd zijn. We zijn aangekomen in de lodge en hebben er nooit verbleven, omdat we echt niet binnen werden gelaten. We zijn weggestuurd. We hebben ons geld terug gevraagd en dit nooit gekregen. Zeer jammer.

Erg mooie Kasbah met een fantastisch uitzicht op de bergen. Erg gastvrije familie en een hartelijk welkom. Het eten, zowel het ontbijt is rijkelijk en van hoge kwaliteit! Je kunt mooie wandelingen maken in de bergen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und geführt! Die Lage ist mit Blick auf den Höchsten Berg und der Schlucht atemberaubend. Das Abendessen was wir vor Ort gebucht haben war sehr viel, original Marokkanische Küche und sehr lecker! Das Frühstück was inkl. War, war perfekt!!! Alles sehr frisch und ausreichend! Unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen!!!

Personalen är så trevliga och hjälpsamma! Tyst och lugnt ställe där du omringas av berg, bara 15 minuter från Imlil. Hotellet hade mysiga rum, terass och klassisk berber altan. Enkelt att ta sig ut på berget, stigen upp börjar rakt utanför i princip.

Det blir kallt så fort solen försvinner! (11/2025) Wi-Fi finns, men det går inte alltid i raketfart! Kanske något dyrt att äta (på hotellet) i jämförelse med andra destinationer, och andra sidan fick jag en oväntad fruktsallad till efterrätt!

Bon emplacement pour visiter imlil. Les repas étaient excellents et copieux. Maison traditionnelle qui invite au calme et à la relaxation. Belle vue sur les montagnes.

Manque un meuble pour ranger les vêtements.

Velmi autentické ubytování mimo centrum Imlilu. Majitelka byla velmi milá a i když nehovoří anglicky, perfektně jsme se na všem domluvili. Skvělý servis, bohaté snídaně, k večeři jsme měli vynikající tažín, se dvěma zeleninovými saláty a ovocným salátem. Pokoje jsou menší, ale velmi útulné. K dispozici je velká společná jídelna a terasa. Parkování je možné na malém prostranství u mešity, kde se vleze 5 aut, pokud přijedete včas, zaparkujete. Je to na konci úzké silnice, která dal nevede. K ubytování je to 3 min. pěšky. Zatím nejlepší ubytování v Maroku!

Není k dispozici Wi-Fi a mobilní data nám fungovaly jen na terase, ale to není nic, co by nám zkazilo dojem z pobytu. Jen je třeba s tím počítat a dát si informační detox. Sem nejedete kvůli surfování na netu!

Among the best calm hotels I’ve ever stayed at, and the staff were very friendly and thoughtful Highly recommend it

Our stay here was wonderful. The accommodation offers great views of the Toubkal mountain and overlooks the whole valley with three different terraces - we could not get enough of the scenery. The owner and the whole family were so attentive and amazing, as well as the local food they freshly made for us every day. On our first day we also did a hike around the mountain to Imlil through the adjacent valley, which was beautiful as well. It was such a wonderful experience and I would recommend it to everybody who wants to visit the Atlas mountains.

Keep in mind that the accommodation isn‘t directly in the town of Imlil - which we didn‘t mind since we didn‘t feel the need to go there more than the one time on our hike.

Amazing house and fantastic hosts! We arrived pretty late, but the whole family was waiting to prepare us a wonderful dinner. Everyone was super kind and helpful. The place itself is full of local charm and traditional decor. Breakfast on the terrace with a view of Toubkal was just an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend.

La gentilezza di chi ci ha accolto, la struttura, come arrivarci, la camera e cena e colazione servite in terrazza e poi la partita a calcio con una pallina da tennis che nostro figlio Gabriele ha fatto con il figlio del proprietario. Si sono anche scambiati il numero (hanno 10 e 11 anni). Sicuramente torneremo a trovarli. Grazie di tutto

Ils ont refusé de me donner la chambre alors qu'elle était déjà payé et ils ne m'ont pas remboursé, sous prétexte que je n'avais pas mon livret de famille sur moi alors que nous avions tous nos carte d'identité avec nous. Une excuse pour escroquer les touristes. J'ai du me débrouiller pour trouver un autre logement qui nous on accepter sans problème de livret de famille.

Amazing views on thr Toubkal from the lodge. The hosts would be above and beyond to help us. Highly recommend having the dinner there, the couscous with chicken was delicious

We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was extremely helpful and generous. He cooked the BEST Moroccan cuisine we had during our stay in the country. Two people in our group of three are vegetarian,s and he accommodated us incredibly. If you're after a quiet and authentic family stay in a village surrounded by nice walks, look no further. We will be back in the years to come!

We had a really nice stay in this kasbah. The host was super friendly and served us with tea when we arrived, the breakfast was also super delicious. The view of the terrace was absolutely stunning as we were able to watch Toubkal summit in its glory. A great experience overall!

The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. The towels had some stains on them and the sink could have also been cleaned better. Also we didn’t have access to the upstairs beautiful traditionally decorated terrace as the room close to it was reserved by someone else. We would have wanted to enjoy some star gazing from that place but the first floor terrace was also great for that. All in all, these were just small aspects, but overall it was a great stay.

This place truly has a spirit! The view of the Atlas Mountains from the balcony is just breathtaking. Inside you have a cozy shared space with a fireplace fireside in an old and very well-kept traditional Berber house. The rooms are small but clean & nice interiors; beds very comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful; the dinner is delicious!

It’s little bit difficult to find this place first, I would recommend to arrive there at daytime. Also the parking situation can be a little bit challenging sometimes.

Food was blend no flavor for moroccain food and expensive 20 pounds for a dish and a salad ,I don’t even pay that in England There is no shops near by ,you will have to get a taxi to imlil for a shop and food ext The lady that was serving us was lovely and very polite and very helpful

We traveled during one month in Marroco and this place was by far one of the best we stayed in. From the warm hospitality of Radja to the ambiance and comfort of the leaving room overlooking the high atlas and Toubkal mountain. What an incredible retreat!

The lodge was very very clean, it has a magnificent view with many rooftops, the service was good especially Khadija she was very nice and serviable. I would recommend this place blindly.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hostel with an incredibly beautiful view. The staff, especially Khadija, were super friendly and always willing to help. This place was stunning! The most amazing views of the mountains and it was so quiet and peaceful. The family was so friendly despite speaking little English It was still very easy to communicate and they were very attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, we were both vegan and had no problem eating. The tea and biscuits were a nice touch too. Super affordable price and the rooms were comfortable and cosy. All around a wonderful find! Thank you so much.

Felt super cosy. Like someone’s home we are welcome into. The staff was also amazingly kind and welcoming. Loved the view on the mountains.

It would be great to receive a message prior to arrival about where to park and how to walk up to the property as it wasn’t clear and there are no instructions. Also, there is not heating so it was a little cold in the main room especially in the morning for breakfast.

Beautiful location in a tiny village in the mountains, beautiful common areas and rooms - just like the pictures show. Friendly owners and other guests! From the (slightly inofficial) parking, stairs lead up to the house, so be prepared to carry your luggage.

First of all im so happy to visite that place to see those great people, their service was top and exceptionel way of dealing with the visiters. i really would like thank them again from deep of heart. to try traveling with my little family and living that special experience.

This is how you hack your stay in Imlil. The property is slightly outside Imlil, but that’s actually a pro as it’s quieter, more authentic, and has far better views of the mountains and valley. I kept extending my stay because I was totally enchanted by the coziness of the place, the absolutely incredible meals, and the breathtaking views.

The two ladies – one who cooks and the other who serves – are a fantastic duo, ensuring a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. They went above and beyond to accommodate my 5-year-old’s dietary preferences by providing a boiled egg for dinner and milk for breakfast every morning, without needing to be reminded. Their kindness, attentiveness, and the way they anticipate guest needs make the experience unforgettable. We miss their lovely presence and are so grateful for their thoughtful service. We loved hanging out at the beautiful terrace after a day of hiking! The people were so kind and made us feel comfortable. They make so nice food for you if you like to have dinner there!

Very hospitable hosts and amazing view from the terraces. The breakfast was very tasty as well. We saw beautiful night sky from there. Bare in mind you need to climb few steps to reach the accomodation from the parking lot.

What an absolutely stupendous view of Mount Toubkal from the balcony of this lovely family home. The owner and his wife are absolutely delightful and made us feel very welcome. A great place to stay if you don’t want to be in Imlil and the owner is able to organise guides for trekking. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. Thanks so much for everything.

Hands down the best service I have ever gotten at a hotel in all of my years of travel. Aisha, our host, was very accommodating and went above and beyond to tend to all our needs. She made us dinner, breakfast and lunch and those were some of the best meals our group had during our time in Morocco; she also recommended a hike for our group to do and let us use the shower after the hike even though it was way past our check out time. The place itself is as authentic as you could get in Morocco and as a Moroccan, it reminded me of my grandparents home growing up. The surrounding scenery is out of this world

Many thanks to Abedelaziz and the whole Atlas Kasbah Lodge team for their lovely hospitality throughout my stay. I was in Aguersioual/Imlil during Ramadan, and as food was dificult to come by, Adbelaziz would share some of the family's Iftar supper with me every evening. I remain incredibly thankful for this, as well as for the amazing soupe à l'orge. Furthermore, the view over the valley is unique and very memorable, and the village very authentic.

Be careful not to hit your head against the low doorways. Authenticity comes with a price. ;) But in all seriousness, everything worked very well for me. Thank you once again.

The place is just wonderful, the best place to stay in Imlil area. Don't hesitate to choose it! The host was so responsive to everything! My daughter stayed at their home while we climbed Toubkal and she felt right at home, they fed her and didn't want me to pay for it. I highly recommend choosing this place! Our whole group was speechless by the view from the terraces!
