Friendly staff and super clean Room

I like the door bag worker who helped me load my belongings.

I am extremely frustrated with how this payment situation was handled by the hotel. Before checking out, I specifically explained to the property desk staff that my Booking reservation stated that payment was supposed to be made in person. Despite this, I was told that I had already been charged through Booking and that the payment could take 3–5 days to process after checkout. I was also explicitly told that I did not need to make any payment directly to the hotel. I relied on the information provided to me by the hotel staff. If there was a misunderstanding regarding the payment arrangement, that should have been clearly communicated to me before allowing me to stay. Instead, the hotel allowed me to complete my stay and then demanded payment afterward while threatening to report me to the Embassy. I find this extremely unacceptable, especially considering that I was acting based on the information provided to me by the property’s own staff. This entire situation was caused by a failure to properly communicate and handle the payment information. I should not have been placed in this position after specifically asking about the payment and being assured that no payment was required in person. The threatening manner in which this was handled only made an already confusing situation significantly worse.

The staff were great very helpful and friendly

The apartment was AMAZINGLY spacious! The location is absolutely on point just around 2–3 km from Nana Plaza, with a 7-Eleven right next door, which was super convenient. The lobby was big, clean, and well maintained, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a 1-bedroom apartment (1BHK), and we ended up staying for almost 5 days. The extra space definitely made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, it’s a BIG YES from me, and I would happily stay here again the next time I’m in Bangkok. PLEASE NOTE: 🍣 There’s an AMAZING veggie sushi place right across the street. If you’re into vegetarian sushi, do yourself a favour and try it absolute food-gasm! 🤌😂 Definitely one of the little bonuses of staying here.

The lights are way to dim in the apartment. Need to Re-Design the lighting.

Room type, staff, daily cleaning, location all just OK Unit was clean but very old, needs a good refurbishment asap

The pool, sauna are great, room was clean and staff very helpful, you can do your own laundry for 80 baths.

The gym has great equipment but lacks of maintenance, some rust here and there, some broken cable that needs to be replaced

The studio room was fantastic!

The breakfast room wasn't as good as expected. No bar or meeting room

Tv reception and channel selection was poor

De locatie vlak bij het Emporium was geweldig. De kamer na een upgrade van 500 baht per dag was echt geweldig en had zelfs een keukenblok (wat ik niet gebruikte want in Bangkok eet je op straat!). Omdat het laagseizoen was, was de prijs ook affordable.

The room is spacious, with basic amenities available. There is a bathtub to soak after a long day. The on prem laundromat wirken well for me.

The shower hose was too short. I had to bend or kneel down to wash my hair.

まず部屋が割と広い。冷蔵庫あり。クーラーよく効く。バスタブあり。お湯も熱い、水圧良い。金庫あり。TVあり。ベランダで喫煙可能。近隣に日本食レストランや日本食スーパーあり。BTSの駅まで歩いて１０分ぐらい。

TVのうつりが悪い。せっかく日本のチャンネルも入るのに。

Odalar fotoğraftakilerle uyuşmuyor. Odada rutubet kokusu var. Dus ve lavabolar hijyenik degil.

Läget , mycket bra , personalen mycket bra ,städat och rent i rummen och i hotellet.

Poolen var skitig och framförallt i barnpoolen var mosaiken lös och borta , fanns många vassa kanter. Alldeles för stora kuddar . Vi fick två kuddar var men de var så tjocka att hur man än låg så vaknade man med känslan av en whiplashskada.. kunde ju fått en tjock och en tunn kudde..

De ligging was voor ons perfect, vlak bij trein station.

Het ontbijt was erg sober voor de prijs Dat was een tegenvaller. En links en rechts wel wat achterstallig onderhoud bij zwembad losse tegels in de lift en bij de douche.

excellent location

building is a bit dated. we were initially checked in in a room with very poor ventilation, the stench from the sewer smelt so strong we couldn't sleep well. alternative was provided the next day when we reported it.

Central to Bangkok and the BTS was convenient

I ticked booking.com's breakfast included, only to be told by the hotel it wasn't. booking.com and the hotel failed to reply to my requests to explain. I ended up paying for my breakfast and that of my partner on the first day. Guess I was lucky because it was the worst breakfast I've ever had in over 40 years of travelling.

Fint stort rum, lugnt område men ändå nära till allt.

Vi valde detta för att vi ville ha balkong, det står balkong och det syns en stor balkong på bilderna. När vi kommer dit är det en balkong men mer än halva balkongen står fläkten för luftkonditioneringen vilket gör att man får plats att stå precis 1 person. Rummen och korridorerna har en konstig lukt och mycket är nedgånget. Frukosten var inte speciellt bra, jag som inte är jätteförtjust i thaimat till frukost kunde endast välja stekt ägg.

Leider war das Studio Zimmer nicht gleich mit dem Bildern bei booking . Es hat sich heraus gestellt das es drei verschiedene Arten gibt. Was sich in der Optik unterscheidet die auf den Bildern abgebildet sind. Auf den Bildern ist es sehr modern und in real sah das Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen aus

Hotellet ligger i centrallen i Sukhumvit. Sängen och sängkläder är jätte ekväm. Stort rum. Frukosten är okej( även samma mat varjedag)

Hissen är så liten. Frukosten är samma mat varje dag.

The staff all everything is perfect .. helpful and friendly.thank you sk much for housekeeper who clean the room when my checkin on 09-11 jan we forget the shoes i dont expect to get it back but when i go bavk and ask for the shoses they still keep for us. Thank you your team and your responsibility for our request .. will come back here every time if we visit BKk.

Hot shower was take to long time to work.

Nice big room with two bedrooms with each separate bath. Really good location near Emporium and the Skytrain.

The hotel needed a general renovation and especially the pool had many loose or missing several tiles. Also the breakfast was under the expectation for a four star hotel.
