Logement super bien situé, à quelques mètres de la plage et pas très loin à pied du centre. La vue était incroyable.

Haben das Büro für den Schlüssel nicht gleich gefunden. Dame kam uns dann hilfsbereit entgegen. Lage ist super, ca eine viertel Stunde in die Altstadt

Perfekter Ausblick vom Balkon, super Lage direkt am Meer, Restaurants, Supermarkt alles in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Het ligt op een perfecte locatie. De kamer was groot modern en had een fantastisch uitzicht. Omdat we heel laat aankwamen hadden we via de chat instructies gekregen voor toegang, dit was perfect uitgelegd en alles was zo voor elkaar. Tip: de supermarkt in de straat er achter is ruim en een stuk goedkoper met veel dingen!

Wat erg lastig was, was het parkeren. Je hebt geen vaste plekken en bijna alles is fileparkeren. Daarnaast parkeren de grieken als grieken en hadden we hulp nodig van de locale autoriteiten om weg te kunnen met onze auto. Onder de appartementen zit een sportschool waar ze met regelmaat gooien met dumbells, dit hoor je vrij goed terug in gedreun.

The side sea view is amazing, balcony nice and glas to see through the sea. Apartment large and even coffee left for morning. Parking areas around, next to the sea.

Man konnte von der Unterkunft fußläufig die Stadt erreichen. In anliegenden sehr guten Restaurant gab es 10% Rabatt. Die Unterkunft selbst war sauber.

Parkplatzsituation etwas schwieriger und die Rezeption mussten wir kurz suchen.

La posizione è eccellente. Con una passeggiata di circa 15-20 minuti si arriva in centro. Bella la vista mare dal balcone. Lavatrice a disposizione di tutti sul pianerottolo.

Gli asciugamani ci sono stati cambiati solo una volta durante la settimana invece di due. Poco spazio di appoggio in cucina.

Sehr nah am Strand. Unterkunft sehr sauber, groß, es ist alles verfügbar was man braucht.

Great location, just a 1-minute walk to the beach! The air conditioning worked perfectly and was not noisy at all. The staff was really friendly and kind! Great sunset view from the apartment!

Overall, everything was good and great value for money. The only thing I would suggest changing is the fridge, as it was a bit noisy.

Posizione davanti alla spiaggia

Nella descrizione e' indicata la presenza del posteggio cosa che non corrisponde alla realtà. Abbiamo posteggiato in strada con difficoltà, provato a chiedere indicazioni allo staff che ha risposto di non acere suggerimenti perchè "vengo in bici, non so". Nella struttura vi è un persistente odore spiacevole, bagno grande ma solo con doccino che non si può appendere e va tenuto in mano. Inoltre dalla palestra che sibtrova sopra gli appartamenti ci sono continui rumori. Nel complesso rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo.

La struttura era abbastanza accoglienza ma con delle migliorie da fare, come ad esempio la pulizia degli utensili in cucina e anche nell’ aggiustare la camera (i letti in particolare) non siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti. Ottima posizione, lontano dal casino del centro paese ma comunque con una bella passeggiata lungomare si arrivava facilmente, anche la vista della camera super apprezzata.

Migliorerei la pulizia e l’igiene degli oggetti presenti in cucina e l’ordine della camera in generale.

Apartment was a nice size with a big balcony which has furniture to sit and an air dryer. Beds were really comfy even though it was 2 beds pushed together (they didn't move). Lovely view of seafront and life. Nice clean beach on the doorstep and plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. A short walk is the old town which is very pretty with an old port.

It's a very busy place. Road is very busy. If you're looking for the old Greece with tavernas and dusty little roads, this is not the place. It's very built up and impersonal. Sea was rough so the lifeguards closed the sea for most of our holiday.

Hieno näköala tilavalta parvekkeelta merelle ja rantakadulle." Auringonlaskunäkymä". Hyvät, puhtaat ja siistit isot sängyt, tilava kylpyhuone, hyvät pyyhkeet. Pesukone yhteiskäytössä käytävällä ja oma kuivausteline parvekkeella olivat iso bonus. Erittäin hyvä siivoussysteemi: jos et halunnut tulla häirityksi, ei ängetty siivoamaan. Ihanaa kun siivooja oli pessyt muutaman astiankin ja extrakiitosta että wc- paperia täydennettiin! Siivoojalle erityismaininta siis. Muutenkin hyvin pidetty kiinteistö. Kaikki palvelut lähietäisyydellä. Erittäin ystävällinen ja hyvin joustava henkilökunta joka vastasi viesteihin todella nopeasti. Toimisto alakerrassa.

VIILEÄ vesi tuntui välillä vähän loppuvan kesken. Käytävällä oli päiväsaikaan ajoittain vähän äänekästä, mutta kun joku kirjoitti kuntosalin häiritsevistä äänistä, niin sellaisia ehkä kuului jos oikein kuunteli. Eli ne eivät millään lailla häirinneet vaikka juuri 1. kerrokseen niitä olisi pitänyt kuulua. Ulkona myös ajoittain paljon actionia, mutta ei siitä sisälle kantautunut meteliä kun piti oven kiinni.

Απαράδεκτη η λειτουργία γυμναστηρίου ακριβώς πάνω από μας, με εκκωφαντικούς θορύβους που τράνταζαν ολόκληρο το κτήριο έως αργά το βράδυ. Ούτε τις ώρες κοινής ησυχίας δεν σταματούσαν. Κρίμα που αυτή η κατάσταση υποβαθμίζει το κατάλυμα... Δεν θα ξαναπηγαιναμε.

O único ponto negativo, que não sei se será da responsabilidade do alojamento, foi o cheiro a esgoto muito frequente na casa de banho.

Bad business of the representative, I took an additional 75e to get into the accommodation early in the morning, for the day I paid properly through booking and left two days earlier than the reservation. And for most of the day, it felt like sewage in the corridors and rooms.

Super Lage direkt am Strand. Die Rezeptionistin war auch sehr freundlich. Die begehbare Dusche war ebenfalls schön. Auch wenn das Wasser leider gelegentlich nicht warm geworden ist.

Die Parkplatzsituation ist eine Katastrophe. Wir haben nur 15min entfernt etwas gefunden. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, jeden Morgen (frühmorgens) hat man die Reinigungskräfte im Gang sprechen hören. Zudem war es auch sehr hell, nicht für alle Fenster gibt es verdunkelungsvorhänge, ohne Schlafmaske kann man hier nicht schlafen. Und bei dem Preis finde ich es unlustig, wenn man nach 3 Tagen selbst Klopapier nachkaufen muss. Zuletzt noch ein Hinweis für diejenigen, die erwägen, dass Zimmer mit seitlichen Meerblick zu nehmen: es gibt auf dem Balkon keine Markise oder Sonnenschirm dh zb im Juni knallt ab ca 14h bis ca 20.30 die Sonne dermaßen auf den Balkon, dass man nicht draußen sitzen kann

Sehr gute Lage. Toller Blick aufs Meer. Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer war groß genug.

Ausstattung war sehr spärlich/ preiswert. Zum Frühstücken okay. Kochen wird schwer. Beim Duschen Temperatur einstellen war Glückssache.

Amazing location with a view of the beach. We loved the shower with great water pressure and a small window. Kitchenette was clean and staff were very responsive. Curtains also blocked out a lot of light so it was easy to keep the room dark, and building was fairly quiet.

No designated parking so we had to find public street parking.

Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral, sauber und super ausgestattet! Wir waren mit unserer knapp 3 Jährigen Tochter hier und aie hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein eigenes Bett zur verfügung bekommen, sowohl alles separat für sie :)

Całość dobrze wyciszona, dojazd na drugie pietro windą, ważna też rzecz to pralka z przygotowanym do użycia proszkiem do prania oraz miską, suszarka na balkonie. Położenie idealne - po drugiej stronie ulicy brzeg morza z piaszczystą czystą plażą, z możliwością korzystania z parasoli - duża ilość za dodatkową opłatą, do starego miasta z krętymi uliczkami i portem oraz przebogatym zapleczem turystycznym niezliczoną ilością sklepów, pubów , restauracji czy fast foody w odległości okoł 10-15 minut spacerem idąc bulwarem nadmorskim. Great location close to everything, and the room was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

​The only downside was that our room was very close to the gym in the building (either right above or next to us), so unfortunately we could hear the loud thumping of weights being put down

We had a wonderful stay at Meltemi Suites in Rethymno and would definitely return. The location is absolutely exceptional — right by the sea with a stunning sea view, yet in a more relaxed and airy area, away from the noisy crowded parts. At the same time, everything is extremely convenient: many great restaurants nearby, an excellent supermarket very close, and easy walking distance to the Old Town and the port. We stayed in a top-floor apartment with sea view and were extremely happy with it. The apartment was spotless, very spacious, bright, and beautifully maintained. The balcony was large and lovely, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. We were also very impressed with the cleanliness and housekeeping service. Towels were changed regularly and they even provide beach towels, which is a huge plus and very convenient when travelling. Overall, we were genuinely impressed with everything we found there — the comfort, the cleanliness, the location, and the atmosphere. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Rethymno! The hotel was exceptionally clean, in a perfect location close to the beach and just a short walk from the most beautiful part of the old town. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. They even kept our luggage for us after check-out, which was very helpful and much appreciated. A special mention also goes to the cleaning lady, who was always so friendly and polite. Overall, we had a great experience and definitely would come back again! Highly recommended.

Purtroppo c'è una palestra al piano di sotto che è aperta da presto fino a tardi perciò si sentono in orari poco confortevoli i pesi che vengono gettati per terra senza alcun ritegno. Le stanze sono poco insonorizzate, si sente tranquillamente la TV di quello accanto, anche questo purtroppo se si trova qualcuno maleducato che non tiene un volume consono negli orari notturni è un problema

Die Unterkunft ist absolut ok. Die Betten waren gemütlich die Lage Top! Jeder Zeit gab es einen Ansprechpartner. Unten gibt es ein super gutes Restaurant, das sich Nastoz nennt, nur zu empfehlen. Ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe, wirklich alles top! Was wir besonders schön fanden , ist das problemlose einschenken, dann der Fahrstuhl, der einen mit Code direkt nach oben bringt und man hat seine komplette Ruhe und dazu wenn man möchte noch jeden Tag Zimmerservice ( auch super nett ! )

Das einzige negative ist ein Dröhnen ( wir denken von der Lüftung vom Fitnesscenter , das mit im Haus ist. Hört aber um 23.00 auf ) und das es passieren kann , das man bei schlechtem Wetter mal kälteres Wasser zum Duschen hat, da ( wahrscheinlich Solarunterstützt ) ! Was ja eigentlich gut ist! Sonst war alles ok.

Die Suite war sehr sauber mit einer großen Dusche. Wir hatten seitlichen Meerblick vom Balkon. Es handelt sich um eine Art Bürogebäude, der Fahrstuhl ist mit einem Code zu bedienen. Parkplätze gab es immer direkt vor dem Haus auf der Straße. in der Nähe findet man Supermärkte, Bäcker usw., der Strand ist 100 m entfernt.

Zu Fuß sind es 15 bis 20 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum. Das Gebäude war ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es ist recht unpersönlich, während unserer 3 Nächte haben wir niemanden gesehen.

Although we haven´t met anyone at our arrival, we´ve been sent photos and detailed description in a message the previous day. It was very easy to follow. The bedroom had a balcony with sea view and there was small kitchen with living room. It was big enough for 3 adults and our belongings.

The only problem we had that the bathroom door didn´t close, but being all girls we managed, but I guess for some people it can be uncomfortable. Another suggestion would be including broom in the room, so we could sweep the send when coming back from the beach. Otherwise perfect :)

Die Unterkunft liegt nahe an der Altstadt, ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Strand muss man nur die Straße überqueren. Das Appartement ist gepflegt. Der Balkon ist relativ groß. Parkplätze gibt es vor dem Haus.

Η θεα στη θαλασσα ειναι εκπληκτικη

Τοποθεσία καθαριότητα άνεση χώρου.

Στον επάνω όροφο στεγάζεται γυμναστήριο με αποτέλεσμα να ακούγονται τα βάρη που χρησιμοποιούν.

πήγαμε με την νυχτερινή πτήση απο ηράκλειο και φτασαμε αργα τη νυχτα στο κατάλυμα . τα κλειδιά τα πήραμε σχετικά ευκολα αλλα το ανσασερ δεν δουλευε και αναγκαστήκαμε να ανεβουμε 3 οροφους με τα ποδια φορτωμένοι με τις αποσκευες μας. το δωματιο σχετικα καθαρο . εκανε κρυο το βραδυ και δεν ειχαν κουβερτες να σκεπαστούμε . το μονο που ειχαν ηταν 3 πικε κουβερτακια . εμεις 4 ατομα ( ενα ζευγαρι και 2 φιλοι) αναγκαστικε το ζευγαρι και κοιμηθουν με το μονο κουβερτακι οριζοντια ..... η πορτα στη τουαλετα δεν εκλεινε εμενε ανοικτη. η τηλεοραση δεν δουλευε ουτε το wifi .... ειχαν 2 κουπες για 4 ατομα . ειχαν καφε σε καψουλες αλλα δεν ειχαν ουτε ενα μπουκαλι νερο στο ψυγειο. το νερο στο ρεθυμνο δεν πινετε. δεν θελω να αναφερω την σηζυτηση που ειχαμε την επομενη μερα με την κυρια στη ρεσεψιον. ειναι η πρωτη φορα που γραφω σχολιο για κατι αλλα ενιωσα οτι μου κλεψαν τα χρηματα απο την τσεπη. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ ΑΝΤΙΕΠΑΓΚΕΛΜΑΤΙΕΣ ΚΛΕΦΤΕΣ!!!!!!!

Άνετο διαμέρισμα! Απίθανη θέα. Είναι ακριβώς όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες! Μπορεί να μην διαθέτει πάρκινγκ αλλά δεν δυσκολευτήκαμε καθόλου γιατι βρίσκεις να παρκάρεις γύρω από το ξενοδοχείο!

Ενα ανετο και καθαρο διαμερισμα παρεχοντας ολες τις ανεσεις. Βρισκεται σε πολη καλη τοποθεσια με απιστευτη θεα.

Easy check in. Good size room with great sea view. Great location, free parking on street, found parking slot easy (mid of november), appr 1,5km walk to old town. Near supermarket. The kitchen had the necessary equipment and the beds were comfortable.

Some mold in bathroom

Hyvä sijainti. Siisti. Asunto käytiin siivoamassa ja jopa tiskit tiskattiin. Rethymon on hyvä paikka asua. Rannalle lyhyt matka. Hyvä market lähellä.

Astioita voisi olla hiukan enemmän. Myös rantapyyhkeet voisi olla asunnossa.

Η τοποθεσια πολυ καλη . Διπλα στη θαλασσα με θεα προς τα εκει . Περιπου 1.5 χιλιομετρο απο την παλια πολη .Δε χρειαστηκε να παρω το αυτοκινητο ουτε μια φορα καθως ηταν κι ευκαιρια να περοπατησω . πολυ καθαρος ο χωρος και αρκετα ανετος .Θα το ξαναπροτιμουσα .

Στο μπανιο το νερο συνηθως φευγει απο την ντουζιερα , οποτε χρειαζεται το κλασικο συστημα πετσετα ,που δεν ειναι και το καλυτερο .Αν θα μπορουσε καπως να διορθωθει ,θα ηρταν πολυ θετικο .

Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ ωραία. Το διαμέρισμα πολύ ωραίο ευρύχωρο με όλες τις παροχές. Το μπαλκόνι με ωραία θτ τη θάλασσα. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να σε εξυπηρετήσει. Όλα ήταν υπέροχα. Το συνιστώ.

Strict policy on towel replacement only after three days of stay. Dirty towels left on the floor after the second night were ignored and a kind request for replacement was declined with reference to this unacceptable policy.
