I really loved the simplicity of the apartment and the attention to detail, especially the beautiful Muses theme. The central location was perfect, while still being in a safe and peaceful neighbourhood. The staff were always kind, helpful and available whenever needed. Extra points for having a washing machine and dryer on the rooftop terrace!

Nothing in particular — we had a very pleasant stay and everything met our expectations.

This spacious apartment had all our family needed for our stay in Athens. All five of us had comfortable beds and it was spotless. There were fabulous restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

We loved it!

The property was very clean and pleasant, the service was very friendly, the location was great, about a 20-25 minute walk to the city center, a 15-minute Uber ride to the beach, a well-stocked shop 3 minutes from the apartment, every room we slept in had air conditioning, the apartment was spacious and well-equipped, the kitchen had everything we needed, the apartment was very modern and made a good impression, there was a TV in each bedroom, the garden was very pleasant, the apartment was perfect for 6 people, the area where the apartment is located is quiet and safe, we highly recommend it!!

There were a few flaws in the property, but they didn't affect our final rating. We think this is due to the high booking season, which could be fixed in a jiffy. It didn't hinder our use of the apartment significantly. We had a problem with the bathroom door handle sticking and the toilet flush button was broken, but it was still usable. The shower drain was a bit clogged, so the water took longer to drain. The sofa in the living room wasn't comfortable, but we'd read about that in previous reviews. Nevertheless, we had a comfortable time in the apartment.

Good location, close to bus station .

The kitchen is not very equipped. There are no basics such as salt, kitchen towels and the pan was sticky and worn out.

Location was very close to the city centre. It was a 10 min drive and 20 odd mins by foot. We had the city centre on one side and the Glafarda beach on the other both 10-15 mins by driver. Grea location to stay.

The property was at good location. You can reach to Plaka or museum in 10 min and uber really works well. So loved the location and apartment was clean and big.

Minor things like they should keep dishes soap :). Also one night people party till like 4 am in the morning too loud couldn’t sleep. So the quiet hours are not really quiet.

Sänky olohuoneessa kohtalainen sekä ruokailu pöytä liian pieni ja ahdas istua.

We were a group of 30 and we were able to get the whole building, the roof top with the grill was excellent. We liked the house as it is. The host were very friendly even when we had some problems with locking the keys inside the apartment...

Sehr gute Lage, großzügige Wohnung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die äußerst freundliche und gute Betreuung durch das Team des Anbieters: Alle Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet, kleinere Defekte in der Wohnung sofort nach Meldung behoben. Auch wenn der Austausch bei uns rein über E-Mail (ohne persönliche Kontakte) erfolgte, fühlten wir uns sehr gut aufgehoben und betreut!

Pokoje bardzo czyste, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, blisko do komunikacji. Cicho i spokojnie. Kosmetyki były, ręczniki również. Nawet żelazko i suszarka do włosów się znalazły. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Pokoje sa bezobsługowe, ale wszystko jest dobrze wytłumaczone można w spokoju brać tu pokoje.

Cisza i spokój i zawsze wstałam wyspana.

Very clean apartment in a nice neighborhood away from all the tourists.

The building was a bit noisy because of other travellers talking loudly while going up and down the stairs. There was no elevator (just in case you have big luggage to carry)

Aunque hubieron platos, utensilios de cocina, etc., hay cosas que mejorar. Para cuatro días de estancia solo nos dieron un rollo de papel higiénico para 2 personas, pero por suerte vimos a una limpiadora y nos dió más. El jabón de manos estaba casi vacío y mezclado con agua, había horno pero ningún guante de horno ni paño para sacar las bandejas calientes. Los cojines decorativos tenían pelos de otros huéspedes pegados, el balcón sucio, pelos de otros huéspedes en el protector de cama… dió la sensación que el piso necesitaba una buena limpieza profunda.

We had an apartment on the first floor. One of the rooms faced the main street, which was quite busy, while the other faced the courtyard. The beds were not very comfortable. Overall, I cannot say that the apartment was bad, but it certainly does not correspond to a rating of 9.

I enjoyed every bit of it, but the staff's loyalty and kindness were truly special! The owner is such a lovely person. If you are going to Greece, look no further—this is the only hotel you should book

Pas de table pour s'installer correctement à table juste une grande tablette et tabourets de bar alors qu'il y aurait largement la place de mettre une table et 4 chaises. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas eu au moins du sel et quelques dosettes de café ou autre. Nous sommes arrivés lors de Pâques orthodoxe et tout était fermé donc impossible de faire quelques courses et aucun restaurant ouverts dans le quartier...en arrivant et nous n'avions pas eu d'information par le propriétaire pour anticiper...

We chose to visit Athens during our school spring holidays (March 5–12), which turned out to be a great decision, as it was completely off-season. Initially, we chose the accommodation based on price (a good Black Friday deal), but later we realized we had also made an excellent choice in terms of location. Everything worth seeing in the city center was within walking distance (keep in mind that the “walkers” were children aged 3–11). About the apartment – it is spacious and bright, although at first it didn’t seem so (until we opened the window shutters). There is a large, bright living room and two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds). It was perfectly sufficient for a family of five. Overall, the apartment was clean and had all the necessary household items (from a hairdryer to a washing machine).

The apartment (two bedrooms) is nicely decorated and consists of all the utensils you may need and even more. It also has a lovely mini backyard which is super convenient for relaxing in a good weather. Everything was perfectly clean. It is easy to reach the city center (bus 15) or by foot or bus from the apartment. Host is also kind and always available for help.

Only thing I have noticed is that the door handles inside the apartment need to be replaced or changed since they are very loose.

The area is very quiet, easily reachable, the apartment is specious, tidy and overall good to relax after strolling and exploring all day. The host is very attentive and helpful. I received clear instructions before arrival and entered the apartment easily.

The Mattress in one of the bedrooms is sunken in the middle. My friend complained about the sofa bed, it was very hard to comfortably sleep on it. Also there was a problem in the bathroom door knobs, sometimes it stuck and it was hard to open from the inside. The patio was not cleaned enough and we did not have the chance to sit there. It just needs some maintenance work to be done, that's it.

For a group of 4 was comfortable for a few days. Place was clean. About 15-30 walks to places of interest. There is a bus stop close by (generally passed on time to leave but it rarely comes back on schedule). Our apartment had a small balcony where it was nice to enjoy coffee in the morning.

Apartment was nice, quite big, well-equiped for whole family 1-week stay. Self check-in was easy and flexible. Host was also nice and easy to communicate.

Ubytovanie je umiestnené na výbornom mieste. Pamiatky na dosah pešo, takže ušetríte na cestovnom. Promptná komunikácia s ubytovaním, všetko fungovalo ako malo. Dokonca nám zaslali highlihty pre návštevy pamiatok.

Vybavenie kuchyne na varenie bolo postačujúce, ale pri dlhšom pobyte by niektoré komponenty chcelo doplniť. Neprišli sme na to ako funguje mikrovlnka, ale to bola zrejme naša chyba.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Blisko do centrum. Do metra ok 800 metrów. Dostępne ręczniki. Kuchnia wyposażona w podstawowe naczynia. W pobliżu mini market i piekarnia. Spokojna okolica. Jak najbardziej polecamy.

Lokalizacja jest jedną z najmocniejszych stron tego obiektu

Rozkładany narożnik w salonie nie nadaje się do spania oraz wysoki stolik który jest bardzo nie stabilny
