absolutely everything! from the moment we came to the hotel, the staff was caring and always welcoming. everyone speaks fluent english. the rooms were clean, properly equipped. they have a wide variety of hotel activities for all ages. theres a bar at the beach thats a bit more pricey, but the drinks were amazing. you can rent a paddle board for free with the beach staff which are amazing and helpful all the time! the food was very well cooked, the taste and ingredients were fresh. breakfast was huge and the selection was suitable for every country. we came back to this hotel twice more from our stay in thailand, and definitely next time again! thank you mybeach for a memorable stay

The location is great and staff are amazing

You should have elevators for going to the beach and having breakfast plus need to clean the beach at least the area in front of the hotel.

Clean rooms, excellent stuff and very good pool and beach .

Shower pressure was not amazing and hot water takes about 5 minutes to come- I asked maintenance team and they explained that this is how long it takes so open the water and come back in 5 minutes to shower.

Номера хорошие, бассейны тоже, коктейли в целом вкусные, персонал отзывчивый, месторасположение нормальное, рядом был 7/11. Больше рядом особо ничего нет, но нам и не надо было. Завтрак вкусный и разнообразный. Отель очень красивый, чистый и маленький, все близко, даже без лифта нормально, если вы без коляски.

Пляж во время отлива вообще не для купания, и в августе вода была грязная все время, наверно в сезон дела лучше. Еда не очень понравилась в ресторане отеля (кроме завтрака). Цены были высокие, а вкус так себе. Мы отравились, но не поняли до конца чем, ели мы в основном в отеле, поэтому может быть и отельной едой.

沙滩椅太少了，有很多客人喜欢放一个东西占座，一占就是一天。酒店也没办法处理，占座最多1个小时就好了 。1个小时不来就有权让给别人。

La plage n’est pas aussi bien que je le pensais. Le personnel est très professionnel, mais j’ai parfois ressenti des tensions sans trop comprendre quelles en étaient la source. Rien de bien grave en tous cas.

The resort is amazing but it is not because of the location but because of the best ever staff. Thanks to Ya-Ya for always keeping our room clean and Billy and Pen for helping with the baby. Special thanks to the chef Pad who was watching our baby so we could eat (and my son enjoyed his company so much).

Excellent Food & Drinks with a Beautiful Beach View. We really enjoyed the food and beverages at My Beach Resort. Every dish was freshly prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The cocktails by Mr. Berm were refreshing and perfectly paired with the stunning beachfront setting. Enjoying a drink while watching the sea made the experience even more memorable. The restaurant staff were attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service throughout every meal. Overall, the dining experience exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend the restaurant at My Beach Resort to anyone looking for delicious food, refreshing drinks, and a relaxing atmosphere by the beach. Five stars!

We had a wonderful night at the beach bar, chatting with Aof. Very personable and fun. Nice to hear the ocean while winding down for the night.

I was excited for my 5 day stay at My Beach Resort and upon arrival, I knew 5 days was not enough. This resort came with sooo many more amenities than I expected and the service was incredible all around. It’s modern, is located on a beautiful beach, has plenty of pools, and the service is amazing. The workers here are all so friendly and hospitable; it makes me feel bad that I have to leave and go back to regular life. And if in case you’re worried, they speak English here! The bartender Aof was super friendly and went out of his way to serve me as I was relaxing by the beach. He often checked up on me and made sure I was doing well. All of the workers here were like this and their hospitality alone is enough to make me want to return. Their app is really easy to use and they have a 24/7 chat where you can make requests (so much more convenient then making a call). If you are second guessing staying here, DO NOT SECOND GUESS AND JUST BOOK!

The atmosphere here is wonderful. There’s a lovely café where you can relax and take photos, along with a great variety of delicious cakes. The food is especially amazing, and the pizza is absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly welcoming and provided outstanding service. They took excellent care of every guest and paid close attention to every detail, making everyone feel valued. Special thanks to Khun Tis, Khun Cookie, and Khun Seen for their warm hospitality and exceptional service. #If I have the chance, I will definitely come back again!

Beautiful view from the room, quiet, clean and pleasant ambience, excellent food, friendly and helpful staff that makes you feel welcome and safe. The resort sits right on the beach and is located near all necessary facilities. Great value for the overall experience and amenities.

We had the most beautiful vacation ever. The location at the beautiful beach is heaven on earth. All of the staff is incredibly thoughtful and kind, always helping you out and super kind. Everyone is always cleaning the premises and making it things look tidy. The breakfast is varied with a great selection of fresh fruit and juices. Koy, Namfon and Pen were always really helpful and helped us with delicious vegan options. The bar at the beach has an amazing location with a wide variety of cocktails. Aside of that I truly had the best Indian head massage by Tanya! Our room was clean, the bed was super comfortable and as we chose the beach view room our view couldn't have been better and it was quiet so you could hear the waves. The prices were good in comparison to what you are offered. We wish we could stay longer because everyone made our honeymoon very special. Thank you!

"We stayed at My Beach Resort Phuket with high expectations, but our experience was deeply ruined by two major issues regarding quality and service. First of all, we booked and paid for a Deluxe Room with Pool View. However, the reality was that our view was just a solid wall located only two meters away from our window. This felt like a complete deception compared to what we actually purchased. Secondly, on our last day, we requested a 'Breakfast Box' due to our early schedule. What we received was completely unacceptable: three chewy pastries that were clearly leftovers from the day before, two tiny pieces of fruit, and a carton of plant-based milk. We expected a basic standard of quality, such as a proper sandwich and a juice, not dry, day-old food. It is a shame that a resort of this category fails so badly both in the honesty of its room descriptions and in basic guest care. We do not recommend it."

We came here to celebrate a birthday dinner, and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff surprised us with a birthday cake, which made the celebration extra special. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. I also have to say that the birthday cake was incredibly delicious! We were truly impressed and had such a wonderful and happy birthday. Thank you for making our celebration so memorable.

The breakfast was not up to a 5 star hotel. They had too few options and no gf bread. It was quite expensive at the hotel. Beach too rocky for swimming.

Fantastische locatie. Alles schoon, ruikt er lekker en het personeel is de hele dag hard aan het werk. Ze zijn ook mega vriendelijk. Het beste hotel wat we tot nu toe in Thailand hebben gehad. Bedden waren fantastisch en het ontbijt was echt geweldig.

Very beautiful view, the hotel is amazing, rooms are very clean and the people are very friendly, the location is great aswell, there isnt any loud noises.

Another one - central pool is awesome with amazing view overllokung beach and sea - we had kne of most beautiful sunsets swimming in pool looking over pool, beach and sea. One of best breakfasts j had had - so much to choose from and eating breakfast near pool, sea, beach - so scenic.

We had a pool-access room, but the pool connected to it was not the main central pool, but one located between buildings. It was quite cold and could benefit from more greenery to make the space feel more pleasant. The loungers before entering the pool were also not very comfortable and didn’t offer much privacy. Overall, since the central pool is excellent, it may not be worth choosing a pool-access room that only gives access to the smaller, less appealing pool.

Very clean, easy access to the beach. There’s also lots of chilling areas with a beach bar by the beach. The hotel stuff were so friendly. I’m impressed and will definitely come back to My beach resort❤️

Están remodelando algunas partes del Hotel, eso jode un poco, ruido de los arreglos, eso. Nada grave. El Bar Restaurante a la carta, es medio pelo y no es barato.

We had our wedding at My Beach Resort, it was 2 years in the making but the run up to it I just want to say a massive thank you to Nattita, she was always there whenever I needed to message her with any ideas or questions and she and her team completely brought our visions to life. We stayed at the hotel for a week, we felt so at home and ourselves and all our guests were very looked after. When it came to the day the detail and hard work that all the staff put in it was better than we imagined, the flowers, the decor, the food, AMAZING. We couldn’t have asked for a better day. Thank you so so so much to everyone for making the day so rememberable and beautiful 🤍 I wish we could do it all over again 🤍

Here I proposed to my partner and it was absolutely unreal the service Zeak gave was absolutely amazing and unmatched he was perfect and couldn’t have asked for more the whole duration of the meal . This is perfect and best value for money by far for someone looking to purpose it’s unreal honestly !!

We had the most incredible private beach dinner for our honeymoon at Cape Panwa Beach at My Beach Resort. The setting was absolutely magical, a romantic bamboo teepee beautifully decorated with fairy lights and flowers, right on the beach with stunning views all around. It felt so special and intimate. We were treated to four spectacular courses, each one delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, even taking photos for us to capture the memories. I was also given a gorgeous bouquet to take home as well as a printed photo of my husband and I, which was such a thoughtful touch. The whole experience was truly unforgettable. We had the most amazing time and couldn’t recommend it more highly.

We had a perfect holiday at this beautiful beachfront resort. The setting was stunning, with direct beach access and an incredibly relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. Our private pool room was excellent — spacious, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. What truly made the experience special was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. They graciously changed our room to match our preferred level of privacy and also accommodated a late check-out, which we genuinely appreciated. Lovely stay at this resort, the staff are very attentive and friendly and help with anything you need, the location is perfect and private right by the beach so feels very relaxing unlike other parts of Phuket. Would highly recommend to anyone! We ended up extending our stay by 1 night as we enjoyed that much :)

Fantastic experience with this hotel. It has breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Hotel staff are amazing. Being a vegetarian was no problem for the restaurant and I was able to eat most of the meals as they made sure I had a meat free option at every meal. The staff at the restaurant & the managers make sure that you are well looked after. They always know what you want and the bar staff are also very good and welcoming.

My Beach Resort was absolutely amazing. We came here to relax before going to Patong to meet friends and it didn’t disappoint. We had a pool room which my husband swam in every morning to start the day, it was beautiful. We relaxed by the beach drinking cocktails, swam in the pool and had the best time. All staff were so friendly and helpful always going above and beyond. The food was amazing also. The bar staff namely Aof and the other guys were great, so friendly and would keep the drinks flowing. Would definitely recommend and would love to go back.

Ristorante molto buono, e colazione varia. Spiaggia privata con kajak e altri servizi. Un punto a favore lo staff, davvero gentile e premuroso: la mattina del compleanno hanno anche portato un dolce con candeline completamente a sorpresa.

Posizione un po’ dislocata (circa 15 min dal centro) ma in realtà dipende se si cerca movida o tranquillità.

I had one of the most wonderful vacations. My room was beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean, and the view was absolutely delightful. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the swimming pool was long enough for me to comfortably do my daily laps. It was, by far, the most pleasant and tranquil vacation I have experienced. I initially planned for four days but extended my stay because I simply did not want to depart from this paradise. My sincere thanks to the team for their daily care and warm smiles.

Our staying was perfect! Everything was good! Especially food, the hotel has a lot of awards, maybe a little bit expansive, but very delicious food!) we were with baby, 9 month, and everything we need was on site. We chose the room with private pool. It was ideal decision for vacation with baby)) The staff is very pleasant and attentive, I would especially like to thank Baibua and Zein, and the manager Julia is ready to resolve any problem!

Everything was good, the room, the food, very lovely personal. I stayed 7 nights with my family and we have many activities available. Billy and Koy from the personal were the best. I am sure i will come back!

MBR is a high end resort on Cape Panwa beach. Beach is secluded & quiet. Resort is kept to a high standard. Staff are very helpful & polite. In particular Aof who works behind the bar made sure our drinks were flowing when we got there & finding our bearings. He was so helpful with advice & tips.

My Beach Resort Puchet it îs a very nice hotel with a long sandy beach. But the gemstone of this hotel are the personal who are lovely and always smiling.

We had an absolutely amazing dinner at My Beach – truly one of the highlights of our time here. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special, but what really made the experience unforgettable was the service. Our personal waiter, Zean, was exceptional – attentive, warm, and incredibly professional without ever being intrusive. He made us feel completely taken care of throughout the entire evening. The atmosphere is beautiful, right by the beach, and the setting alone already creates a perfect vibe. Combined with the delicious food and outstanding service, it turned into a truly memorable night. A special thank you to Zean for making our dinner so personal and enjoyable. We loved our stay at My Beach Resort. We wanted to find a quiet place to relax and unwind for the end of our holiday, and were happy we chose My Beach, as it has a very peaceful and calm atmosphere. Our room was modern, included convenient touches such as universal power plugs, and was kept very clean and tidy by our housekeeper Oh. They provided lots of water, and really nice quality shampoo and conditioner. You can also request extra items via the hotel app. The bathroom was huge, with a bath tub and really spacious shower. The staff were lovely, kind and friendly. They very generously upgraded our booking to an ocean view, which we are very grateful for, as well got to enjoy beautiful sunsets looking over the water. It's definitely worth booking a room with one of these gorgeous views. Thank you Nok for your warm welcome in reception! The facilities were great, including two pools overlooking the beachfront. We enjoyed some of the free activities on offer, such as kayaking at the beach and Thai boxing. (There were heaps of daily activities that sounded great and we wanted to join, but we ended up being a bit too lazy!) The hotel also offers a free daily shuttle to Phuket central, with a very comfortable van and good driver. We looked forward to the buffet breakfast every morning, especially the fresh fruits, rotating juices and range of hot dishes. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant each night as well, as it was very convenient and had stunning views over the pool and oceanfront, with amazing sunsets. We were grateful for the large menu, with delicious vegetarian/vegan options. All the meals were very yummy. The staff were so helpful and friendly, thank you to Cookie, Duan, Namfon and the whole team for looking after us. Although the location is around an hour from the airport, we thought it was worth it for the relaxed and peaceful getaway, and had a wonderful time enjoying the hotel and beach! We thought it was great value and would recommend others to stay.

We had a beautiful private romantic sunset dinner on the beach at My Beach Resort. It was beyond what we expected! When we arrived, everything was set up with flowers, lights, plating and a spectacular view of the ocean and sunset. The seating and dinner is set apart from the resort so it does feel quite private. The hotel staff had helped us plan the timing of the dinner so that we would have great sunset views prior to arrival. It was smooth to coordinate and communicate with them. Jane was our server for the evening. Jane was very attentive, efficient and helpful. We were given appropriate space and time during our dinner but were checked in on at the right times. Jane also took beautiful photos and gave us a souvenir photo which was thoughtful. The rest of the staff, Billy and Koy were also lovely in preparing the foods, the drinks and in the service we received. The food was spectacular. Appropriate portions, tasteful menu (we had the Thai menu). The whole experience was an absolute dream. Would highly recommend! Would definitely consider having events and ceremonies at My Beach Resort. Fabulous oasis with exquisite service, food and drinks!

We found this place at the last minute as our trip arrangements changed slightly. But safe to say it exceeded expectations. The staff are excellent, the location is great amd the facilities are everything you would need. This hotel is excellent value for money compared to other places in Panwa.
