Away from busy city life. ocean view was a plus with a private pool. facilities and amenities were equiped and reachable via Bandara apps. For the muslim residents, their restaurant Sumpao labelled their buffet food with halal and non-halal which was greatly appreciated. Sumpao also changed their menu occasionally especially the cooked ones and if you feel like to order ala carte menu, the price is already part of your stay package.

The indoor jacuzzi may need to do cleaning and flushing because molds came out after the pump started. Facilities should provide more activities on land for the residents who would rather stay in the property such as Pickleball, Padel

The view is beautiful and the staff are friendly. I wouldn't recommend staying more than two nights.

ستاف الاستقبال وستاف المطعم وقت الافطار كان جدا سئ . غير متعاونون - المبلغ المدفوع مبالغ فيه بالنسبة للمنتجع - غير مريح كله سلالم واستخدام اكثر من لفت للنزول للافطار او للبحر او للوصول للوبي ما انصح فيه ابدا .

الموقع، تعامل فريق العمل، المنظر، سهولة الوصول للشاطئ

The pool rooms are just breath taking.

The gym could have been advertised more and perhaps better equipped with air con working. We only discovered it quite late in our stay.

Personnel pas très à l’écoute des critiques notamment Exel, on a eu pendant tout notre séjour une baignoire non fonctionnel et des soucis de plomberie mais aucun geste de la part de l’établissement

The toilet is too open no privacy if you have someone share with you the room, i feel the bed inside the toilet

I loved everything about this hotel from start to finish. I was blown away when I entered my suite and saw the pool. I loved to hear the crashing of the waves to go to sleep to. I spent hours just looking out at the ocean from my lounge chairs and really was able to relax and take time to myself while staying there

Die Aussicht unbeschreiblich schön. Man konnte vom Bett aus den Sonnenaufgang im Meer beobachten. Das Personal war so liebevoll und hilfsbereit. Der eigene private kleine Pool super zum wach werden morgens Der Strand super sauber und äußerst ruhig. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Die Wäschereinigung ist zu teuer.

Das Hotel hat wenige Zimmer, was den Aufenthalt sehr individuell macht. Der Strand war einmalig, unberührt und wunderschön! Mit der Rezeption kann man über eine App kommunizieren, prompte Antworten und jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt. Wir waren absolut begeistert!

I am very disappointed because they promote the room as a Villa with an ocean view, it was a room with a building/roof view and could see only very little of the ocean... When i tried to speak with the manager Kimberly to change the room to an actual ocean view one, she avoided me three days... until i gave up... Besides the top management, the staff, food and beach were great.

The AC didn’t work properly it was rather extremely cold or very hot, the shower pressure was very bad and the food in the restaurant had not healthy options at all and very processed and oily however there are few places nearby that have healthy options

Amazing hotel !!! Really recommend it if you’re looking for private pool villas and very accommodating staff with beautiful view we stayed in 304 which was completely secluded and beautiful panoramic villa ! Breakfast was delicious and staff are super nice. The app makes it easy to deal with guest requests ! The location is so romantic and the morning views are beautiful! Even the beach is clean and white sands and one of the best we’ve seen in Thailand. It’s not a big chain it’s boutique hotel. Affordable and delicious food.

House keeping stops at 2pm which is a shame which is a shame if you want a sleep in but no big deal. Bathroom in villa doesnt have much privacy. Villas aren't very big but just enough for a close couple.

Overall, the stay was pretty good and I truly enjoyed it. The breakfast was nice as well. I would like to suggest that the bathroom could have a partition separating it from the bedroom. Unfortunately, the bathtub is very close to the bed, and the water splashes onto the floor. We had to place towels on the floor to absorb the water. If there were a sliding door or a partition separating the bathroom from the bedroom, it would have made the stay perfect. However, I truly enjoyed my stay and the staff were very friendly.

The resort is so peaceful with beautiful views of the bay. The stairs ensure that you get at least a little bit of exercise in while enjoying fantastic food and drinks by the beach. We ate at the hotel restaurant breakfast, lunch and dinner. A great selection of local and international food. We could not recommend this hotel more!

Room's air conditioning was not well adjustable. Either too cold or too warm, automaation did not follow room temperature weel enough.

Od początku do końca czuliśmy się zaopiekowani. Cudowny personel, wspaniałe śniadania oraz room service i beach bar. W każdym momencie czuliśmy się komfortowo, a to wszystko w kameralnej atmosferze z dala od zgiełku.

لم اعلق في حياتي على اي موقع زرته او فندق سكنته .. ولكن موظفي استقبال هذا الفندق استفزازيين بشكل لا يصدق وخاصة فتاة تدعى wave انسانة غير محترمة وعنصرية تجاه العرب والمسلمين تحديداً ، والله اني ناصح لكم الفندق غير جيد بالرغم انني استاجرت اكبر فيلا بالمنتج ، الصعود للفلل صعب وتحتاج سيارة قولف ، الشارع الذي به الفندق من اقذر الشوارع في بوكيت كله بارات ومحلات لبيع المخدارت .

it’s very quiet, not a lot of entertainment, but that’s maybe why people come there it’s remote. We like that but we also like nightlife so that’s long way with taxi to paying 😎
