Breakfast could have yogurt. No milk for serial. Fridge empty. Cream empty.
Breakfast as above.
It was comfortable, newly stylish and conveniently located for flying in/out of BZN. An excellent value.
nothing!
ארוחת בוקר טובה. מיקום טוב. נקי ונעים
Clean and Room was spacious to accommodate 5 of us. Breakfast was good.
New nice furnishings
To me the bedroom layout and comfort are most important. While the room looked modern and comfortable the air conditioning unit is down at eye level in the bed. Nothing worse than having ice cold air blowing in my face all not
Muy nuevo y cómodo
Está un poco lejos del centro
My wife and I came from West Palm Beach for a concert (Luke Bryan & Jason Aldean) in neighboring Missoula Saturday August 1st, but finished the last couple of days of our vacation in Bozeman. We stayed at the Springhill Suites and couldn't have been happier. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and the hotel clean and comfortable. They had a little bar inside and it was nice to sit and exchange stories with others traveling from near and far. The bartender (her name escapes me, but we were there on 8/3) was fantastic! We are Gold Elite members, and our stay here was enjoyable. We would stay here again if visiting Bozeman again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, friendly and clean place to stay in Bozeman.
Clean and updated and pet friendly
Not walkable to downtown for the price it was
Rooms was good and the service was great as well .....FOR SURE IN THE BAR AREA WITH WILLOW she gave us great service and was very nice and very good hospitality....
Had an amazing experience at this Bozeman location! Eleanor at the front desk and at the bar! Made checking in very easy and a hoot at the bar! High recommend this location!
Central location. Light and welcoming lobby with multiple TV’s. Walking path across the street.
Inadequate lighting in room.
Easy access to airport. Upscale and new. Add on parking fee … $15.
Our room was well apportioned and quiet, with a comfortable couch in addition to the bed and desk. We stayed during a heat wave in the high 90s but the air conditioning unit kept the room very comfortable. The sink and shower took a while to get hot for washing hands or taking a shower. Breakfast was a fairly standard offering. Alex at the front desk was A+
We have stayed here before and we appreciate the quick service. Breakfast is good and has a lot of options. They even have a bar set up in the evening. Of course plenty of space in our room. Always coffee in the lobby.
The room service is every other day. very tiny script said that you can request (it has to be requested at the front desk. Did not know that. The bathroom door is the sliding kind, just an fyi. Also, you used to have a view unobstructed of the hills beyond the freeway. There is a building now that partially obstructs the view, so if that is important to you make sure to ask.
Comfortable bed, spacious room and breakfast was good
They didn’t clean room every day. Also it was pricy.
It was very clean and comfortable
Hotel is pretty good. Nice. New. But the bar closes at 10:00 pm and when I walked in the hotel at 10:02 pm and asked the bar tender if I could have one last beer - her words were, I already closed out. So sod how Marriott uses AI to book rooms for a premium while offering a mediocre experience.
We travel frequently and often stay at Marriott hotels. When I made this reservation the price seemed a little higher than expected, but I figured it was the time of year families come to Yellowstone. As our checkin date arrived, we noticed the online prices were lower than the price I paid. I informed Alex, the front desk manager and she actually reduced our price to one lower than the online price. I would consider this excellent customer service. Kudos to Alex and all of the staff at this hotel!
Beautiful. Kind staff. Comfortable beds. Definitely would recommend it. Julie Bailey
Comfort and relaxing.
Clean, big room, good quality cotton bed linen. Quiet.
Breakfast ! Very limited selection . Plastic coffee and tea cups… not acceptable ! For a Marriott hotel very disappointing.
The hotel room was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I was very satisfied with my stay.
One thing I didn’t like was that when I used the key card to open the elevator or hotel doors, I kept getting small electric shocks.
It was conveniently located and very clean.
Nothing
Cleanliness
Was informed we had a first floor room, did not receive that.
The room was beautiful and very clean (and Im very picky about the cleanliness of a motel)! The bed was cozy, we slept so good. The location of the motel is close to town and the running track for the cross-country team we came with to access.
The breakfast was hot and fresh. Because I like a lighter breakfast, I was hoping for some yougurt/granola options. Also, the oatmeal was very watery.
Everything was very efficient. The person at the desk was great. Our room was really nice. The breakfast was fine and great thank you so much.
Front desk staff was exceptional as was housekeeping
The hot water could've been hotter in my shower, but it was OK
The rooms are very nice, clean, and comfortable! For a free breakfast it was good with a decent amount of options.
I didn’t love that as a customer I was required to pay for parking when I had already paid to stay.
Seemed to have bad luck with the room I got and unfortunately didn’t notice first issue until after I unpacked. In the entry carpet had big tear, wood floor exposed. And yes they did offer to move me or give me rewards (don’t need) but I didn’t want to repack my stuff, then discovered the other issues. Bathroom corner shelf had metal rod jutting out. And couldn’t get hot water - yes I let it run but never got past warm. Housekeeping and maintenance don’t talk apparently. The lighting in room poor - too dark! Breakfast not very good. Just find the newest hotel built as they generally don’t hold up well.
The beds were comfortable and clean. Plenty of space for 5 people in 1 room. Big closet.
The front desk staff looked like he had just rolled out of bed and was at the beginning of his shift. His shirt was heavily rumpled, hair tangled, and attitude was short and rude. The next morning we came down for breakfast at 730 and most of the food was gone. Some things were never replaced. The replacing batch of eggs was soupy and very unappetizing. We spent a half hour between waiting and eating what was available and left hungry. One person in our party took a shower at 11pm and didn't have much hot water. Three of us took showers in the morning, and the third complained of not having enough hot water.
The cleanliness and decor is amazing!
The thermostat in the room could not be adjusted. It was really warm in our room, which made it very uncomfortable for sleep. There was also a lot of noise coming from the neighboring room and room above us, all through the night.
Just ok eggs were too salty and selection was did not offer healthy options.
AC unit in room was grinding and had to turn it off to get any sleep. They attempted to repair after 1st night but only made it worse. Rm 418
All good!
We could not have a king bed.
The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast fare. The dedicated breakfast area was ample so we were able to enjoy our breakfast without being crowded. There was a good variety.
More fresh fruit would have been good. Overall, we have no complaints.
Great service at the lobby bar. Good selection, friendly atmosphere. Beer was great, could use real straws; not the paper ones
Breakfast was like most hotel breakfasts. They did have real plates and silverware. The pool/ hot tub area was nice and relaxing
I wish we would have had a few more choices at breakfast. Yogurt with fresh fruit. A pancake machine would be nice also
Willow is badass. She is the best bartender ever. I appreciate her hospitality and commitment to making us have a good time.
Cleanliness, friendliness of staff, breakfast
Nothing
The double queen with sofa bed is perfect for a family of 4. Room is modern and great space. Happy hour was excellent as well. Highly recommend if you are in Bozeman.?
The property is very nice and clean. You are greeted by a friendly staff that is always willing to help. The pool and hot tub are very well maintained and the fitness center had tons of options. The location was very convenient too. It was never difficult getting in or out and we were always able to find a decent parking spot.
The beds and pillows, I fear, are not the greatest. I believe this to be a Marriot issue and is not necessarily an issue with the SpringHill itself as we had a similar problem at another Marriot on this trip. The breakfast options were also very underwhelming, and dare I say, gross. I attempted to eat the breakfast every morning of our trip and I think i only ate the Honey Nut Cherrios which weren't even Honey Nut Cherrios. There are plenty of awesome breakfast spots in town. Just go to one of those.
I can not recommend SpringHill Suites. It is one of the most quiet hotels I have ever had the the pleasure to stay out (sleep is so important to me) House keeping was always respectful especially when the do not disturb sign is present. I especially want to give special thanks and praise to Alex at the front desk. There was a mishap on reservation dates and she handled it so expertly and decisively. I found her to be very responsive and and extremely professional!! Springhill is very lucky to have her because she is an outstanding problem solver!
Staff member that checked us in had bloody nose and would lick fingers and touch our IDs and rooms keeps. Very gross!
The hotel is nice and comfy. The breakfast is just okay, but in line with the space age breakfast that most places offer. The charge for parking was a surprise as I have historically not had issue, but it is now listed on their website. Not all Marriott's in Bozeman charge for parking.
We stayed at this hotel last minute when our flight home was cancelled. From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcome. The front desk clerk Eleanore and assistant manager Ryan quickly got us settled and even provided a toothbrush and toothpaste. Our room was quite large. The sheets and bed were most comfortable. We heard no noise and slept well. We also enjoyed a drink and appetizers at the on site bar. There is a large breakfast as well. Will definitely return to this beautiful property!
Great location, spotless rooms, and wonderful customer service. They even offered grab and go bags since we couldn’t stay for breakfast. Highly recommend staying here!
Great hotel! Our flight was cancelled and we got a voucher to stay at this hotel. It was awesome! Room was clean and huge. The pool and hot tub were both a great plus. The assistant manager, Ryan, was fantastic! He helped us quickly and went above and beyond. We were able to get two pack n plays for our kiddos which allowed us to sleep really well after a rough travel day. I also don’t drink coffee or tea - so any hotel that actually has hot chocolate packets available makes me super happy!! Definitely recommend this awesome hotel!
Thought that the hotel was brand new but the bartender mentioned that it had actually been there for about 8 years. I think it’s just been kept up incredibly well. The continental breakfast was good too. The view of the fresh snow on the mountains was beautiful.
Super kind and welcoming, cute hotel room and lobby, just what we needed after a long day. Would highly recommend this place.
From the moment you walk in you can tell that this property is different than most. The attention to deal and the design of this hotel stands out in a city with some great options. The staff and amenities were all top notch.
Wife and I came over with another couple for the Cat/Griz game. Great game, great hotel. Very clean and comfortable and good breakfast in morning before we left. Price was very reasonable compared to the downtown hotels.
I came to Bozeman for work. If I find myself out this way again in the future, I will absolutely go back to SpringHill Suites. ALL of the staff I interacted with were warm and polite. The market inside was perfect for my needs when I didn't feel like going out. They had breakfast out and ready when I came down in the morning. The bed was comfortable, the room was a great space. I have 0 complaints.
The room was very nice and relaxing. I was able enjoy show and finish work on the desk. Would recommend for those who for business.
Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Location
Clean, easy to access and parking was great.
Not a thing.
Represented as refundable but wasnt
Very comfortable beds
Pool to cold
The reception agent was very helpful and professional

The room was nice. Clean and comfortable.
We went to the pool and the pool was freezing cold. Talked to the maintenence man and he said is was hit or miss on the pool heater. He said they were waiting on parts for it. We'll close down the pool. Also breakfast my son wanted waffles. The mix was out there but the iron to make the waffles was not. We got told by the kitchen staff that it was a mess and she didnt want her staff to burn there selves on it. Train your staff maybe on it. Also don't just say you don't want it out there because its a mess. Well that's part of your job. If you don't like cleaning up the mess get out of the kitchen hotel staff stuff. The keys would deactivate all the time. It was like they wouldn't read so I had to go back and get them reactivated.
Rooms were nice size and clean BUT they charge $15 for parking AND we booked a king through booking.com and they wouldn't give us a king "because you get what's available when you book third party" according to Kennedy I've used booking over a decade and never had this issue
Didn't get the king room we booked Kennedy insisted you get what you get when you use booking.com ridiculous, I will never stay here again or recommend it as I have never had this happen when using booking for the past 10 years. Parking was 15 bucks a day also ridiculous
This is a nice hotel. The room was clean and the staff were helpful. We enjoyed the tour of the Alpaca and Llama Farm near by. It is a must if you are in town for a few days. Unfortunately, the hotel will charge you $15 a day for parking. The parking lot is not shared with any other business so I am not sure why we have to pay an extra $15 for parking except for the hotel to make more money off its customers. Also, the toilet in the room is the basic size which means it sits low so it can be a little difficult for people to get up and down if you have knee issues or not really that mobile.
When I phoned to see if I had left my eyeglasses in the room, they weren’t even willing to tell me if they were found. I find this extremely rude and inconsiderate. To go to a website to find them did me no good at all. Very poor policy.
Quiet, clean and convenient.
This is a beautiful suite. A large area for 2. Comfy bed with mini fridge and sofa. The lobby is gorgeous with a bar. We didn’t get to eat breakfast because our flight was early. Great customer service. Close to the small town. Definitely would stay here again. Didn’t realize parking wasn’t included.
New, clean property.
No mention of parking charge.
Overall the place was nice and clean as it is newish. Needed to pay $15 per night for parking due to safety issues with transients but I don’t see any
Hotel was fine. Clean and well organized. My issue is the $15 dollar a day parking fee. There is plenty of room for parking, no garage, no security, etc. The Hilton across the street doesn’t charge for parking. Just factor this in when comparing hotel pricing. I feel this is Marriott taking advantage of customers and ‘nickel and diming’ on fees.
Room were clean. Beds were nice. I would stay there again.
Staff and property were fabulous. We stayed one night but it was just great. Rooms were clean and lobby area was in great shape. Convenient to the airport too.
