Very clean and well cared for property close to a lot of amenities! Enjoyed our stay, no complaints.

Room amenities were good.

Facility looking beat up/tired. Time for a refresh, especially in common areas, hallways & stairs. Rooms smelled musty. Shower screen wall leaked creating puddle on floor at toilet.

Location was decent, beds were comfortable and the room was plenty big. It was surprisingly quiet as well, give the date on MSU's move-in weekend. Despite some problems with breakfast (see rest of review) the staff was unfailingly friendly and pleasant.

I expect that the overall experience would have been better, and the rating higher, had it not been move-in weekend for freshmen at MSU. The hotel was pretty much over overrun with students and families. And although it wasn't loud our raucous, the breakfast room on Sunday morning was kind of a disaster. Messy, out of much of the food choices, and seemingly neglected by staff--though I imagine that wasn't really the case. It brought the whole experience down several notches, and made the value much less overall.

Location was amazing… 12 min from the airport! Costco and Taco Bell are in walking distance and 6 min away from so many other food establishments and shopping centers!! Highly recommend! Oh not to mention the view from my mountain view room was stunning!

Good hotel, good location, quiet, all good only breakfast would not take it. But good for sleep.

The roo we had fit 6 of us. It's hard to find single rooms for large families.

The place had some worn things. Shower curtain was torn, our fridge didn't work, and the office chair had upholstery pealing on it. They did replace the fridge the next day. The hot tub water looked yellowish and was about 6" below the side filter. We didn't use it.

The staff were friendly but the building was run down and dirty. The breakfast was cold and lights in the sitting area shut off before breakfast closing. When I asked, they said it was on a timer and they had no control. You can close the doors on the breakfast when it's time to close. You don't have to shut the lights off on guests who are finishing their breakfast.

This place has the kindest and happiest employees!

We stayed at the Bozeman location and the hotel and room were very clean. The staff was extra friendly and helped us tourists with some dinner plans!

Good location. Pleasant staff. Given the hotel prices in the area, this was good value for the money. You get what you pay for.

Quite a few minor maintenance issues throughout the room. Damaged drape rod, towel rack coming loose from the wall, worn shelf edges, poor bathroom faucet. All minor stuff, but enough to give a shabby appearance.

Se anuncian como un hotel de cinco estrellas y he estado en pensiones mucho mejores. Las instalaciones son viejas y decadentes, la mayoría de servicios no funcionan (nevera, ascensor, lavandería, aire acondicionado ruidoso y molesto), si te quejas por carecer de esos servicios te miran con cara de haba y te dicen que ES LO QUE HAY. El personal es borde y desagradable. Las habitaciones son aun peor que las zonas comunes y la limpieza brilla por su ausencia en cada rincón, además de no hacerse la segunda noche tampoco porque supuestamente deberíamos de haber avisado que queríamos limpieza. Ni una triste botella de agua de cortesía en la habitación. El desayuno muy poco variado y de mala calidad. No le recomendaría este hotel ni a mi peor enemigo.

The location was convenient

The hotel was dirty and rough around the edges. The soap was out in both public bathrooms as well as the hand sanitizer for the lobby I told the staff multiple times and nothing was done. Lemon water Was broken at the top. The breakfast coffee cups were placed next to where people washed their hands and water was splashing on them.

Over booked.. needed two beds for two different people they changed my reservation because they overbooked one of us had to sleep on the floor. Just checked my balance and they charged me $70 over what I already paid

This is a good location hotel with clean rooms and a friendly staff. But the breakfast offerings were quite lacking. Do not expect fruit or quantity. We were there at 9:00 when the hours were 7-10 and most of the product offerings were gone and the serving room was a mess. There was only one staff member trying to manage things

This hotel is amazing. The room is big and clean, it’s only 14 minutes drive to Bozeman airport. It’s just next to Costco, very convenient to buy food and fill gas. The room is quiet, we got a sound sleep.

The breakfast wasn’t great. The toaster was broken, the eggs were watery and gross.. it gave more a continental breakfast than hot breakfast vibe.

Li Loved the location of the comfort suites airport - university! The atmosphere around there was great! The rooms were very relaxing! The value was the best we could find! Super clean rooms and no problems with anything inside! No noise inside the hotel at all! Service was awesome! Our complimentary breakfast was delicious every morning!

One of our favorite Choice Privileges hotels we’ve stayed at! The hotel offers excellent value for the price, and the customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. Our room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and featured a comfortable sofa and high ceilings that made it feel even more open and inviting. The lobby was beautiful, welcoming, and well maintained. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly choose this hotel again the next time we’re in the area. Highly recommended!

Awesome stay! Close to everything and the homemade cookies were delicious.

From the moment we arrived, we experienced multiple issues that significantly impacted our stay. Upon entering our room, the overwhelming smell of marijuana was immediately noticeable. We also found what appeared to be stains and residue on the walls, as well as other cleanliness issues that made the room feel unsanitary. The condition of the room was so unacceptable that we had to leave the hotel and purchase our own cleaning supplies from a local store in order to clean the room enough to feel comfortable staying in it. We promptly requested a room change; however, we were informed that the hotel was fully booked and that no alternative accommodations were available. Unfortunately, the problems continued throughout our stay. Our room key cards stopped working on two separate occasions, requiring multiple trips to the front desk for reactivation. We were also not provided with enough towels for our party and had to request additional towels. After calling and being told towels would be delivered, none ever arrived. I ultimately had to go to the front desk myself after waiting approximately 20 minutes for an employee to return to the desk before I was finally able to obtain them. On Saturday, we specifically requested housekeeping service and asked that our room be cleaned. Despite this request, the room was never serviced. On Sunday, we made the same request again and once again housekeeping never came to clean the room. Having to repeatedly request basic housekeeping services and still not receive them was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. While issues such as room cleanliness can occasionally occur, what was most concerning was the lack of follow-through and customer service we received throughout our stay. We were repeatedly assured that a manager would contact us and make the situation right, yet we never received any communication. The repeated promises without action left us feeling ignored and disrespected as paying guests. The numerous issues, combined with the lack of resolution, ultimately led us to end our stay early and leave one day before our scheduled departure. What should have been an enjoyable weekend became a stressful and frustrating experience from start to finish.

We are staying in Bozeman mt and this is the absolute worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Our room was filthy disgusting when we checked in on Thursday June 18th . We called the front desk she said sorry but I’ll pass it along to the manager tomorrow still haven’t heard anything from the manager. We requested our room get cleaned today and so clean towels. We were gone for 12 hours and nobody came and cleaned. Or keys get demagnetized everyday so every even we have to go back to the front desk to get new ones. The customer support in this hotel is nonexistent.

Great location, staff was nice, and picked it because of its room rate. For the money, it was just fine - nothing fancy and definitely needs some upgrades (paint, new carpet, etc)

My wife and I stayed 6 nights in June 2026 in a King bed room. The room was prepaid. After the first night we had to change rooms because the thermostat in the shower was malfunctioning and water wasn't hot enough. The maintenance man could not repair it. We were asked to pack our bags and leave them in reception at 7am. We did so. Reception said the alternate room was occupied but would be prioritized for cleaning after check out time, which was midday. Next day, the weather became inclement and we returned to the hotel around 1.30pm. We had to wait in reception for several hours until late afternoon because we were advised our room was not ready. Housekeeping told us that was because the occupants were permitted to overstay after check out by a significant amount of time. When we voiced our displeasure at reception, the young lady was unfazed and was argumentative. Her male colleague yelled loudly across the foyer " If you want good service, go downtown and pay $700". Other customers within earshot were as stunned as we were. In response to a plea to provide customer service he said " That went out in the US 10 years ago." He was very aggressive and rude. We voiced our displeasure to the Manager in writing and sought apologies for the staff behaviour. Having stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world over 35 years we have not encountered the likes of it. The Manager did not see fit to respond, which suggests he either didn't care, or condone such behaviour. It really was like staying at Fawlty Towers. We would recommend staying elsewhere.

Good location near the Bozeman Sports Complex... 8 minutes away. Close to restaurants and big box stores like Target and Costco for any amenities you may need. Very friendly staff. Room was a good size and had all necessary items. Bed and pillows were pretty good.

The entire hotel needs some TLC, and was overall very worn. Breakfast was basic and the equipment was old (lid fell off the oatmeal and other hot food.) Had to put down our own chairs for breakfast one morning, and the coffee was completely out in all areas within the first hour on another morning as if someone didn't show up for their shift. It happens.

My bed was broken in the center causing it to cave in and the hot tub was not working.

Room was filthy. Hair in breakfast food. Pool and hot tub were green and smelly. Staff was amazing though.

The hotel is perfectly located for navigation in and around Bozeman and made our 2-day trip to Yellowstone easy with the drive to the North Entrance. Room had a nice shower but there is just a partial glass wall. There is no door, which I’m not a fan of, but that’s a personal choice. Staff was friendly. Walls and carpet need updating.

It’s rated 5 star. It’s nothing close to that. Beds are hard, blackout curtains are ripped up, couch is very worn, elevator and hallway dirty, housekeeping is terrible. The staff complained about housekeeping so it’s an ongoing problem.

Curtains that are just for looking at but do NOT close so the sun wakes you at 4am. Door card readers that don't work and it took 4 trips to reception and staff coming to the room to issue new cards. Breakfast is buffet style and when we arrived around 8.30am most tables needed wiping. The selection of food was poor as was what was left.all served on paper plates with plastic cutlery. Not great for the planet. I had a mini muffin and the last pot of yoghurt and hubby had scrambled eggs with a pale muffin. As we were leaving I saw one member of staff bring more eggs out.

I had been traveling all day and felt like I had been eaten by a pack of wolves and then dumped over a cliff. So, needless to say, all I wanted to do was check in then flop into bed. The desk clerk was cordial and efficient, she quickly dispatched me to my suite. No disappointment. It was clean with no odd smells or tacky issues like stains, slow drains or sloppy electrical outlets . Just a comfy king size bed. I slept like a baby. Thanks Bozeman, for the great stay!

We did have trouble finding someone at the front desk when we arrive very late ~2 AM. However, the front desk staff were very helpful overall. The beds are comfortable and the showers are hot. Breakfast was also good. Recommend it.

The room and staff were great . The breakfast was good also . We were in Room 115 since we needed accessibility . We were able to negotiate our walkers easily in the room which is important to us . There was an adequate number of plugs for our CPAPs and to charge our devices.

We have stayed here many times over the last 5 years when we visit family in Bozeman. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. It is definitely one of the most affordable/best deals in an otherwise expensive city to stay in. The breakfast is adequate, but nothing to rave about. The veneer on the bathroom doors are starting to delaminate from shower spray, but other than that the rooms are in good condition. The King beds and pillow are comfortable. We keep coming back because it the best deals in an for your money in a pricey town.

There really isn't anything. It was very conveniently located.

Positive: friendly employees, quiet air conditioning heating system, great breakfast waffles! Needs improvement: filthy hallway carpets, room needs refreshed, painted. Powdered eggs at breakfast were awful! For the cost of the room, we would not stay at this property again. The potential is there to update it to a very nice place to stay.

Clean rooms. Standard breakfast. Easy check in. About 15 min drive from campus but easy. Have stayed here many times during our trips to see our kiddo at MSU.

There was an issue with the handicap accessible room that I had called ahead about. Emma was very accommodating and worked on fixing the issue. I do think the rooms that have a walk in shower should be noted so future questions can be answered without having to visit all the handicap accessible rooms. I was very grateful the hotel had a wheelchair available so I didn’t have to bring one from home or rent one while I was in Bozeman.

Bathroom shower, the room had an unpleasant smell We had maintenance guys come into our room they thought it was not occupied. The reception desk called the room to say that we were supposed to be in a different room. I was charged $50.00 twice and I still haven't had a refund. The breakfast have me diarrhea I was sick all day after I had breakfast.

Great service and the room was very nice. The only thing I can mention is there pet fee is the highest I have paid at a comfort inn or any other hotel I have stayed in.

Front desk was extremely nice. My room was nice and crispy clean. This location is away from the freeway so it was so move and quiet buy the freeway was close enough that you were back on the road.
