Not main location - better to have a bike in this property - if want to do different activities.

Cette petite villa était super, confortable et très propre. La dame qui gère le lieu était très aimable. La localisation sur l’île très bien. La piscine et la vue sur la mer superbe. Nous avions l’impression de vivre sur l’île tels des locaux. Place de parking privative devant le bungalow. Celui ci était très bien équipé spacieux et lumineux.

The accomondation was very convinient. The bed been amazing. Good comfortable room, with good smell. Great staff been great. the room and the facilities been well maintained daily. The hamock on the personal terrace or the swimming pool area been great to chill. The style of the place and the small details been very well maintained and esthetic. Stayed there two weeks and probably been staying there more if I had a longer visa. Great place for longer stays, as it gives privacy and it is only 8 units on the property so it is very chill like having an apartment and yet it got hotel benefits like room cleaning. About Location: With renting bike great location. If not then need to take taxi to the more "busy" areas. by foot might be far to busy areas. What there is around the accomondation: There is "tops" mini market infront of the hotel and 2-3 restaurants around it. Also on the road of the beach line if you go north there is restaurants on the beach line that you can maybe get to them by foot, nice cafes and restaurants to watch the sunset and just chill next to the sea... Also during the day. Up to 8 minutes walking like 500 meters...

It isnt a central area, but if renting bike - then it is ok - if you look for activities. Close to the zen beach area and to thong sala... Like 5 minutes with bike to those more busy areas. The sea level is shallow at that beach so it isnt so much a swimming beach... Added a photo how it looked during my stay at may 2026.

It was amazing, very nice and comfortable villas, close to everywhere. You have everything you need to long stay.

Nothing

The room was spacious, with a lovely kitchen and adjoining bathroom. Emma was very welcoming and spoke good English. The pool is lovely with plenty of chairs for guests and there is a small beach with a swing to look at the pier and sunset. When we have more visitors I will definitely use Breeze Bay Villas again.

We could not find anyone for check out but other than that, no issues.

Lage, Ausstattung und Pool ein Traum. Die sauberste Unterkunft die wir je in Thailand hatten. Sogar die Bettwäsche duftete so gut.

Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren.

Lediglich der Wasserdruck könnte etwas höher sein, aber dieser war mit sämtlichen Apartments vergleichbar. Daher kein relevanter Punkt.

Tutto benissimo e pulitissimo

Großes eigenes Bungalow mit Poolaussicht. Sehr sauber, gute Ausstattung, freundliches Personal, gute Lage im Westen von Koh Panghan. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Large, comfortable bungalow with kitchen area. Comfy bed and good air con. Large fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle. Nice balcony area overlooking the pool. Safe and secure complex. Location good if you have a scooter as few minute drive in every direction takes you to restaurants + 7-11. Big Tops convenience store and good laundrette right outside. Nice quiet pool area.

Beach is not a sand beach you can visit, though you can step down and watch the sunset. We booked for sea view room and was not given one, I’m unsure whether only 1 in the complex would be sea view and the rest not. The kitchen smelled a bit funky but unsure why, not a problem with the door to bedroom area closed. Would recommend staying only if you have rented car/scooter due to lack of walkable places on main road.

Comfortable bed, very clean, nice pool, happy staff and very helpful.

Air conditioning was a little bit loud.

Excellent location. A nice konbini is across the street as well as a medicinal herb bar.

the rooms were very good sizes and there was a hammock on the balcony which was very relaxing. we didn’t use the pool but it looked good and clean and there is a shop right opposite.

didn’t realise it was a little further from things like restaurants etc. the host was lovely picked us up from the airport etc but there’s no where to store your luggage if you have a later flight like us just in the office where anyone could see our things and the host wasn’t there for check out so we didn’t know where to leave the key and our things safely etc.. our stay was lovely though.

Amazing value for the money you pay, room is very big, it’s clean and convenient location if you are comfortable riding a scooter.

Communication with the host was hard sometimes as there was no one around. Also roomservice was a a bit weird to us. We came back from breakfast and they were sitting around in the room, felt not nice taking up the space we paid for and all our stuff around. Could be a bit more professional when it comes to roomservice.
