The rooms are lovley. With full attantiin for every single detail. Great staff and very nice snacks and drinks for almost all day. And the sea view... the top! Love it so much

We really enjoyed our stay at Baan Jai Dee. The hotel was peaceful, very clean, and beautifully maintained. The rooms were lovely, comfortable, and spotless, and the pool was very pleasant and relaxing. We also really appreciated the complimentary refreshments that were available throughout the day. The service from the entire staff was exceptional, but we would especially like to mention Aung, who takes care of the kitchen and refreshments. He is such a warm, kind, welcoming person and always made us feel at home. His wonderful attitude and hospitality made our stay even more special. We had a truly lovely experience and would happily stay here again.

We had a scooter during our vacation which made our trips convenient, but if you don’t have a car or a scooter, you would need a taxi to get it into the center

Really nice place, loved the view and the overall vibe. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly. Although they don’t have full service at the moment, but diminished to have all-day free snack and drink (fresh coconut, Beer!) which is a big plus!

We liked our stay here - very easy access to the beach (even though it wasn't clean), great staff, amazing views as you can see the sunset every evening, big pool and nice atmosphere.

We don't want to say anything bad as the staff were so lovely but the truth is the hotel feels more like an airbnb. The staff leave after 6pm so there is zero security, anyone can access the building from the street which we didn't really like..

המון מדרגות לחדרים ולחוף ממש מעייף, המיטה והכריות נוראיים לא הצלחנו לישון לילה שלם רצוף. הארוחת בוקר לא באמת קיימת (אין להם מטבח ככה שארוחת בוקר זה לחם, חמאה, ביצים קשות ועוד קצת ממרחים) המלון ברמה גבוהה אבל נמצא רחוק ממסעדות ובתי קפה באיזור ככה שמומלץ איך שמגיעים להשכיר כלי רכב אחרת אין איך לצאת מהמלון (הקבלה נסגרת ב6 ככה שהם לא יוכלו להזמין לכם מונית)

This was an absolutely terrible experience. The staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful and showed no willingness to cooperate or assist us in resolving the issues we encountered. Our overall experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. Instead of trying to find a reasonable solution, we felt that our concerns were ignored and that we were treated unfairly. We would strongly advise others to think twice before booking this hotel. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would certainly not stay here again.

De Zimmer sind genauso wie auf den Fotos. Alles sehr neu und modern! Man fühlt sich die ganze Zeit wohl und sicher. Auch der Pool und das Ambiente waren top! Sehr sauber und ordentlich.

Die Baustelle nebenan war beim Pool etwas laut aber das wurde beim Buchen und auch im Vorhinein kommuniziert also überhaupt kein Problem. Der Strand war nicht ganz so sauber und es gibt nur wenige Liegen und keinen Schatten.

What a wonderful stay, such a great location, the staff were amazing, it was so nice to have a beautiful air conditioned room to relax in while enjoying a fresh coconut or beer anytime during the day (and all free). The room was amazing and so comfortable and just steps to the water loved all the great touches too

There was no restaurant but there's so many amazing laces to eat close by so it really wasn't an issue at all

Od pierwszych chwil zachwyca niesamowita lokalizacja i widoki, których nie da się opisać słowami. Pokoje są przepiękne, bardzo czyste, doskonale wyposażone i prezentują się dokładnie tak jak na zdjęciach, a naszym zdaniem nawet lepiej! Widok z pokoju na cudowną, lazurową plażę i morze jest po prostu oszałamiający. Zasypianie i budzenie się z widokiem na morze, przy kojącym szumie fal, to coś naprawdę wyjątkowego. A zachody słońca? Najpiękniejsze na całej wyspie! Każdy wieczór wyglądał jak najpiękniejsza pocztówka. Część wspólna hotelu jest absolutnie zachwycająca i stworzona z ogromnym wyczuciem oraz dbałością o komfort gości. Na miejscu dostępnych jest mnóstwo leżaków, więc każdy znajdzie idealne miejsce do odpoczynku. Ogromnym, bardzo miłym dodatkiem jest również darmowy dostęp do przekąsek i napojów: babeczek, słodyczy, chipsów, owoców, kawy, świeżych kokosów, napojów gazowanych, a nawet piwa. Takie drobne gesty sprawiają, że można poczuć się naprawdę wyjątkowo. Ale zdecydowanie największym skarbem tego miejsca są ludzie. Aung i cały jego zespół dosłownie przychylili nam nieba. Ich serdeczność , troska i niesamowita gościnność sprawiły, że od pierwszego dnia czuliśmy się tutaj jak część rodziny. Stworzyli niezwykle ciepłą i rodzinną atmosferę, której nie da się zapomnieć. Wyjeżdżaliśmy wypoczęci, szczęśliwi i pełni pięknych wspomnień, ale jednocześnie z prawdziwym smutkiem, że musimy opuścić to wyjątkowe miejsce. Hotel jest obecnie w trakcie dalszej rozbudowy i adaptacji, ale absolutnie nie ma się czego obawiać. Aktualnie prowadzone prace budowlane w żaden sposób nie przeszkadzały nam w wypoczynku ani nie wpływały na komfort pobytu. Powstaje restauracja oraz dodatkowe pokoje, więc możemy sobie tylko wyobrazić, jak wspaniałe będzie to miejsce po zakończeniu wszystkich prac.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The rooms were all spacious and tastefully decorated and the communal areas were lovely. We spent most of our time at the pool. The hotel is still setting itself up but no loud noises or inconveniences. There’s no restaurant yet but they were super generous with snacking food (e.g. fruit, crisps, pastries) and drinks (e.g. coffee, tea, juice, beer, soft drinks). The service is what stood out to us - particularly Aung who looked after our every need and just generally a wonderful guy. We will be back and we will be saying hi to Aung and team.

We can’t wait for the restaurant to be up and running so that food is a little more convenient.

Best location for sunset. Only 5 minutes from Thongsala Pier. The hotel is newly built and stylish every room faced the ocean. Swimming pool is huge, pretty good for morning swim. They also have a snack and drinks for free all day. I really love there fresh coconut. Staffs are nice and room is as, beautiful as the picture shown. Highly recommend.

Der einzige Nachteil, es gab kein Morgen Buffet/ allgemein Restaurant. Dafür gab es einen kleinen Selbstbedienungsbereich mit Getränken und kleinen Snacks. Alles Andere war toll und wir haben unsere Zeit dort genossen. unser Zimmer war direkt am Meer und man hatte auch Meerzugang. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, da es eher klein ist war die Atmosphäre sehr familiär.

באמת ששום הדבר. הדבר היחיד שלא אהבנו זה שלא יכלנו להאריך את השהות שלנו במקום כי הוא היה בתפוסה מלאה.

The hotel is beautiful, but the staff, especially Aung, was what made the stay truly exceptional. I can not suggest any way to improve, this hotel is fantastic from start to finish. The view is absolutely stunning, the location is perfect, so nice and quiet but with restaurants in walking distance aling the beach or a short taxi into town. The free drinks and snacks and the willingness of Aung to help with anything else we needed was a level of service I have never seen before. I LOVE this hotel!

The hotel also provides free snacks, fruit or even a BEER! , which is wonderful. It felt just like home. Watching sunset here is the best spot. I hope to return again.

The hotel was really nice and comfortable. The best part was definitely the magnificent ocean view. Every room faces the beach, so you get to wake up to the sea right in front of you. They also have complimentary snacks, coffee, and tea available at the front desk, which was a really nice touch. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! There was some construction going on during our visit, but it wasn’t noisy or disturbing at all.

החדר שיוצא לים אינו נגיש. ירידה מהלובי/בריכה של המון מדרגות. ספציפית הייתה לנו סתימה בשירותים לאורך כל השהות שלנו מה שפגע קשות בחוויה שלנו במקום. לצערי הבנתי מהעובדים במקום שהבעיה אינה חד פעמית - לא מתאים למלון המתיימר להיות 4 כוכבים.

I appreciated the fruit cups and fresh coconuts available during the day, as well as the other snacks and beverages provided. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The furnishings in the pool area really elevated the experience, I can't wait to see what it is like when renovations are completed. The landscaping is gorgeous and well thought out. The water pressure was fantastic!

The lights being off in the hallway during the day did make it hard to see where to put the key. Maybe these could operate on a sensor to still conserve energy. Pool towels weren't always readily available, maybe I just got unlucky, but a larger towel stand might help.

Jelikož do Thajska jezdím už roky tak opravdu mohu srovnávat a v návaznosti na zakoupení tohoto ,,nejlepšího pokoje‘‘ a služeb vs realita mi připadá, že předchozí recenze musel psát někdo, kdo byl buď v jiném hotelu jako my, nebo byl nějak kompenzován.. Ubytování jsem objednával dost z předstihem a vše bylo popsáno jako HOTEL s barem u bazénu a v našem případě pokojem u moře (takto je/bylo vše nafoceno). Realita? Po příjezdu zjistíte, že v celém komplexu probíhá rozsáhlá rekonstrukce, bar je zavřený a pokud Vás napadne jít na danou pláž u hotelu, tak tu zase pro změnu nikdo moc neuklízí, takže taky nic.. Rekonstrukce probíhá od cca 9 rána do večera a to jak u bazénu, tak kolem hotelu včetně bočních schodů, po kterých jdete k moři. Jelikož toto místo bylo naši 3 zastávkou naši dovolené, chtěli jsme si v klidu těch posledních pár dnů zrelaxovat u bazénu/moře v rámci hotelu. Bohužel jediná možnost, jak neslyšet hluk rekonstrukce jsou sluchátka s potlačením šumu, nebo déšť kdy na chvíli nikdo nedělá. Cítíme se podvedeni a nebyli jsme sami, ale daná paní manažerka, se s nikým o nějaké kompenzaci nehodlala ani bavit, někteří i tak raději odjeli (vím o 2 lidech, kteří jim peníze nechali a raději se jeli ubytovat někde jinde). Bohužel v našem případě se jednalo o 8 dnů, kde cena byla dost vysoká a tak jsme to museli nějak přežít. Kromě výše popsaných ,,zážitků‘‘ Vám tento hotel ještě nabízí – Řemeslníky, kteří v době své pauzy využívají Váš stůl a lehátko co máte na terase, ale není čeho se bát, pokud jim řeknete, tak Vás pustí i sednout.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. There is a complimentary breakfast, snacks and drinks area, which was a great addition to the stay. The room, location and view were amazing and experiencing sunset on the rooftop is magical.

There was some construction, which was announced beforehand and didn't impact our stay.

The location was absolutely incredible, just a short walk from the beach, with stunning views all around. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. We had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.

Beautiful hotel. The rooms were spacious and lovely, and the bedding was very comfortable. The sea view was amazing, The staff were warm and attentive. The hotel has expansion work, but it is not bother us at all. Our room is quiet.

We were extremely disappointed with this stay. Only after booking with no cancellation option did the property advise there was construction “next door”. However, this is not true. The actual hotel is still under construction & we arrived to the sound of jack hammering & angle grinding. It’s all around the pool & recreation area and we even woke up to it on the Sunday morning! The reviews here appear to be for a former hotel. This lack of transparency feels dishonest. When we raised the issue, staff admitted that the construction has been going on for quite some time already and will likely continue for the foreseeable future. Another major problem was the misleading photos. The hotel advertised rooms with sea views, but our actual view was of a roof and a tree. Only by walking to the side of the room could we catch a glimpse of the ocean, which is far from what was promised. Also the patio is shared with all the rooms on that floor with a short nib wall & a small pot plant to divide. We were highly disappointed as we were expecting a few relaxing days at the resort but had to arrange a day trip off the island as we couldn’t relax with construction workers & noise all around. The price charged is not for a hotel still under construction & to not be clearly notified of this and given the opportunity to change is dishonest & unfair. Another thing to consider is that this is not really a swimming beach - it only gets about knee deep. Don’t stay here…we checked and visited - there are far nicer hotels for similar prices down the road that have no construction.

לאחר בדיקה מעמיקה במידע החשוב ובכל המידע הניתן מבית העסק סגרנו את המלון ללא החזר כספי, לאחר מכן קיבלנו מייל שיש שיפוצים בבר הבריכה וצמוד למלון הגענו לאתר בנייה על המלון, בונים מלון צמוד למלון אווירת אתר בניה פשוט כשהגענו הזדעזענו, בתגובה קיבלנו תשובה של שלחנו מייל( סגרנו ללא החזר כספי כן) מבאס

The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home straight away, they catered to our every need and helped us with renting a moped. The facilities were brilliant, the pool was large with a stunning view overlooking the sea. We had a balcony in our room also overlooking the same amazing view. There was some construction work being done at the time of our stay but this made no difference to how much we enjoyed the hotel and its facilities. There is a complimentary coffee corner where you can enjoy chilled soft drinks, snacks and coffee which was a really nice touch; this included fresh coconut! I would like to emphasise how friendly the staff were, always smiling and checking in to see how we were and if there was anything else they could do for us. I imagine once all of the work has been completed it will be a luxurious 5 star hotel! I highly recommend anyone visiting Koh Phangan to explore staying at this hotel as it was the best hotel experience out of all the hotels we stayed at during our 3 week holiday across the Thai islands. Thank you so much to the hotel and its staff for making it the best stay we could have asked for.

Beautiful views, you can hear the beach waves sounds in the spacious room. We particularly liked the swimming pool, one of the biggest available on the island, excellent if you are a sports swimmer who wants to swim long tracks.

Rooms in the main building have beautiful see-views. The staff is very cooperative and flexible.

The poolside rooms were more like furnished garages than hotel rooms.
