La relación calidad precio, la animación nocturna. La comida en directo.

Los muebles de la habitación tenían agujeritos (cómo si tuviesen alguna enfermedad). En TI no sé incluían ciertos cócteles y marcas. Había poco personal en el bar de piscina y siempre estaba saturado. Tampoco se incluye el spa con TI. La niña de dos años no pudo disfrutar del club de niños (es desde 3 años) había poca variedad, cantidad y personal de animación, durante el día.las cortinas de la habitación no tapaban completamente la luz del exterior a la hora de la siesta. Además, había mucho ruido en la hora de la siesta, para dormir a la bebé. El colchón es muy incómodo

Todo!! El trato del personal excelente sobre todo el personal del buffet y los chicos de la animación!! La comida buenísima y en general muy tranquilo si buscas unas vacaciones para relajarte!! Sin duda volveremos!!!

La habitación nos encantó, nos dieron una junior suites con vistas a la piscina y el Mar, la verdad que muy muy bien. Calidad precio de lo mejor !! Lo recomiendo para familias con niños ya que los animadores son geniales!!!

Deberían mejorar la zona de plancha ya que pienso se les viene pequeña para la cantidad de gente que había!!

Me gusto que el hotel a pesar de ser viejo esta bastante cuidado y había bastante limpieza.

No me gusto que se repitiera tanto la comida, aunque estaba buena. Tampoco me gusto que la animación era muy escasa para los niños, nada de juegos en la piscina solo en el miniclub y porque Maria era una monitora muy competente y se nota que le gustaba los niños los días que ella no estaba se noto muchísimo. La animación para adultos solo se basaba en juegos un poco aburridos. Las noches la animación escasa y pobre.

El personal, sobretodo de recepción, nos atendieron súper bien.

En la piscina había muchos letreros de que no se podía fumar, pero había gente fumando.Deberían decirlo por el micrófono de vez en cuando o alguien que estuviera atento. Tampoco nos gustó que la gente deja las toallas en la piscina para reservar las hamacas y no habían suficientes hamacas. No pudimos disfrutar de la piscina como nos hubiera gustado.

No puedo decir una sola cosa que no me haya gustado ya que las instalaciones, el personal, la comida, las habitaciones, la piscina y la animación son espectaculares. Hemos estado muy a gusto durante nuestra estancia y nos ha encantado todo, quiero mencionar especialmente al personal del restaurante que trabaja sin descanso para que todo el mundo esté atendido. Además, la playa estaba muy cerca, apenas a cinco minutos del hotel por lo que ha superado nuestras expectativas con creces.

Todo es mejorable pero en líneas generales solo puedo decir que casi roza la perfección. Mi hijo venía un poco disgustado porque participó en un concurso de dibujo y no se lo devolvieron (normal por otra parte).

El hotel en general esta bien, el buffet muy variado y las habitaciones y el baño muy amplios.

Pues para ser una noche con cena y un desayuno y salir del hotel que el precio tan alto, 254€ una persona, eso me parece un poco caro.

Estubimos unos dias donde habia mucha tranquilidad. La comidad variada y muy buena. Laa habitaciones y el baño muy amplios. La limpieza, gracias a todo el personal de limpieza por todo su trabajo!!

Que para una noche solo con desayuno y cena valiese 253€, si que me parecio un poquito elevado el precio.

La amplitud de las habitaciones y la comida estaba super buena , poca variedad pero como te dicho buenísima.

No te daban botellas de agua a no ser que te fueses a la habitación, tenías que llenar un vasito por poner algo que no me gusta jejeje

La tranquilidad del hotel , había hamacas libres siempre , el gimnasio y la comida muy buena.

Por poner una pega , fui a coger una botellita de agua y el camarero no me la dio por no irme a la habitación , tenía que beber de una máquina que había allí. Ya de noche si te las daban.

La limpieza y la amabilidad de los empleados.

Mejorable es la comida en LA VARIEDAD. La calidad es buena en general menos en la carne de hamburguesas y rebozados en general (que dudo que hayan visto la carne). Mucho ultraprocesado (lo más demandado por los niños y no tan niños) y poca variedad durante los dias en lo "saludable"; pero siempre hay opciones diferentes eso sí. La animación deberíais revisarla. Los niños deberían estar mas presentes en el exterior con el miniclub.

El hotel es un tres estrellas, le han regalado una estrella. Es muy pequeño para ser un resort, con una piscina pequeña y un buffet repetitivo. La animación deja mucho que desear, lo único que mereció la pena fue la actuación de cetrería. Yo no repito en Ohtels.

Todo el personal super atento ,las instalaciones muy limpias,el buffet expectacular todo muy bueno y muy variado,habitaciones amplias y comodas y a parte ambiente muy familiar y se podia apracar delante del hotel de gratis

Por decir algo en el buffet el mobiliario haria falta canviar alguna lesa i silla y una mano de pintura en la fachada del hote x lo demas supero nuestras espectativas

Lo que mas la comida!

Habitación grande y cómoda. El buffet nos pareció que estaba muy bien. La piscina de toboganes está también muy bien, aunque dos tardes estuvo cerrada y no pudimos disfrútala.

Lo peor es que con la media pensión no te incluyen bebida, por lo que te obligan a gastar. No te dan ni agua del grifo, dudo que sea legal. Otra cosa que no nos gustó es que la piscina de adultos tiene el agua muy caliente, no resulta agradable y menos en verano con calor. Primera vez que vemos una piscina tan caliente.

Las camas tienen unos colchones de muelles que ni en una chabola! El bufette todo congelado y malisima la comida, por no decir que los platos y cubiertos estaban sucios. De cuatro estrellas no tiene NADA! que menos que un colchón decente. La piscina te llega por las rodillas no cubre y el agua estaba ardiendo! Sin duda no volveré.

AVOID THIS HOTEL -this hotel is in middle of nowhere the nearest shop is about a mile away plus the nearest bar and restaurant is the same so be ready to walk a lot plus there is only two bars aswel and they don’t play music so they are boring - there is no shop in the hotel - if your half board the drinks are really expensive in hotel €10 for a JD AND COKE. this place is defo just for the Spanish I think there was only 3 English families here and all rest Spanish - the staff are very rude especially the restaurant manager ISABEL she talks to you bad and is very rude she is not a nice person at all it’s mainly the female staff what are the problem all the male staff at the bar and reception are lovely and very helpful - be aware this hotel caters for Spanish and they seem to hate the British they treat u totally different and most of the staff can’t speak English which causes a big problem every time I had a issue which we had a lot I couldn’t talk to anyone so had to constantly use google translate which is not good surely they should be able to speak other languages especially on reception , we arrived at the hotel and most of the balcony’s have bird nests on them so all the balcony’s are covered in poo all they said was we had to put up with it as they a protected birds and they couldn’t disturb them , the animacion team are really good and make lots of effort and are good at there job it’s mainly the women in reception who are very rude and mardy every person I spoke to said they would never return again , the food is ok to be honest better than I thought but be aware u have to pay for drinks with your meal which is a massive con , the splash park and swimming pool is very good for the kids best part about hotel best rooms are on the front of the hotel facing golf course as it’s quieter plus the splash park is at the front aswel , I would never return to here no way we paid €30 in a taxi to go to Almeria and that was so boring aswel so glad to be home now disaster holiday

We stayed here for 12 nights in july and i would absolutely come again! We upgraded our room beforehand to the suite for around £300 and it was definitely worth it! We had a nice balcony with two doors to access it from the living area and the bedroom. We had a separate shower area and bath which was great. We stayed in room 1208 and i couldnt fault it. We were on the front of the building above reception and we could see the childrens pool from our balcony. The air conditioning was brilliant no issues whatever and lots of storage and clothes space. We were able to access itv, bbc, cbbc. We spent time around the large main pool and the childrens pool with the slide and enjoyed both! We never had any issues whatsoever getting sunbed at different times of the day and we also did see a lifeguard removing towels that had been I attended for a while. One thing i will add is the lifeguards might as well not be there. So please do not rely on them to potentially keep your children safe. They are sat on their phones the whole time, with the odd look up if you are lucky. We went all inclusive and enjoyed the food. Really nice salad bar! And different dishes every single meal time. Things were mostly labelled clearly which was good to understand what it was. The staff who work in the restaurant are amazing. Work very hard and efficiently under busy times, very friendly and lovely with my small child. We did not spend much time at the evening entertainment so i feel i cant give a fair comment on that. My child did attend the short mini disco most nights and did enjoy it. She picked up the dances very quickly. We loved the location as well! It took 15 minutes to get from the airport which was a massive win for us! 5 minute walk to the beach front Around 15 minute walk to two small supermarkets which you can get everything you need and a good amount of restaurants (includes a seafood, indian, italian, ice cream shop) Reception staff were so lovely and friendly! I think this hotel would be even better with a small on site shop to grab essentials and a park for children. But other than that i highly recommend this hotel for families

Buffet repetitivo y de pésima calidad, además muy lentos a la hora de reponer. La comida en la piscina (pagamos 8,80€ por una ensalada César minúscula que solo llevaba lechuga, tomate y salsa que no era ni César. Reclamamos el pollo, queso y demás ingredientes y nos dijeron que allí la hacían solo con eso). Animación para niños muy básica. Dicen que el mini club tiene un horario pero si hay actividad en la piscina lo cierran por lo que nunca sabes si va a estar disponible o no. El chico de animación muy bien pero una de las chicas habla súper mal a los niños.

El trato

Me gusto mucho el trato del personal super amable destacando Raquel en recepción, Ivan en el bar de la piscina e Isabel en el comedor todos encantadores .Sin duda volveremos el año que viene.

El mejor hotel de retamar, super familial, calidad y precio! El personal de todo el hotel súper atentos, amable. Los camareros, el personal de cocina, el socorrista, Los chicos de animación súper amable todos, Los recepcionistas, chicas de la limpieza. Mención especial a Isabel la jefa de sala, que ha estado pendiente de todo nosotros sobre todo de que mi hija pudiera comer algo, a Patricia camarera, Malick de la cocina. La comida de lo mejor, muy rico, muchas variedades y reponen super rápido. Ideal para niños. Nos sentimos como en casa.

El menjar, l’animació infantil i la situació de l’hotel. La terrassa de l’habitació espectacular. Les màquines del gimnàs si que son noves i estan molt bé.

Les instal.lacions son molt velles, les portes de l’armari de l’habitacio no tanquen bé, el lavabo molt antiquat. Li falta manteniment exterior de l’edifici: una mica de pintura i repassar les fustes amb oli perquè es vegi més cuidat La terrassa de l’habitació només tenia dos cadires i de plàstic molt envellit

El horario de piscina muy limitado para ser hotel de playa. Llegamos a las 6, y entre dejar maletas y bajar ya estaba cerrada.

Firstly I'd like to say how clean the hotel and surrounding area is. Staff were friendly apart from 1 who is bar staff. The room we stayed in with my husband and our 12 year old son was very spacious and clean with plenty of room for us and cupboard space. The air con was amazing too definitely needed in the end of July! The food was good, we always found something to eat at every meal time. We ate at the snack bar at the pool a few times, although it is quite disappointing that they close between 1pm until 4pm, making the restaurant impossible to move, twice the restaurant was closed off and we had to wait 10/15 minutes until a table became available. The choice of drinks is great too, you can also get 4 different types of ice-creams included in the all inclusive. Sadly, I wouldn't recommend watching the entertainment on the evening unless you can understand Spanish. The hotel is very Spanish orientated - staff speak very little English so my husband would use 'Google translate' The kids show doesn't start until 9pm and the adults is at 10pm and then with it being in Spanish we didn't stay out to watch any of them. There is a hotel next door which has a little shop which we were able to use, there is 1 supermarket and a little side shop along the sea front and plenty of restaurants and bars. Apart from that - nothing. The room was lovely and clean on arrival, the maid comes everyday - we only wanted our room cleaned twice during our 7 day stay and it was pristine. You can use the hotels beach towels from the spa for €10 which is refundable. You can get small bottled water from the bar but I was told by the moody bar man "you can only have bottled water at the evening when you are going to your room." I did think this was ridiculous seeing as we'd spend over 2 grand to come here and being all inclusive? They also give you tokens for your drinks on arrival. So we are a family of 3 so we we're given 3 tokens. Everytime you went to the bar (only during the day) you would give them your token in return for a drink. The queue at the snack bar for food & drinks was quite hectic, it does quieter down during lunchtime when most are having an afternoon nap or having lunch in the restaurant. The pool was lovely and the area got cleaned every evening and every morning, finding beds wasn't a problem for us, but you do need to be down there by 9:45 as the beds nearer the pool side are locked of an evening. The pool opens at 10am until 8pm. They offered a rang of activities throughout the day ie water polo, darts and water aerobics. Our room was situated at the front of the hotel, it was peaceful at night time. For us having nothing much going on of an evening and the shows being in Spanish we wouldn't come back here, but we did enjoy your weeks holiday.

We must admit to being a little sceptical before flying out to this hotel. We should not have worried, however, as it turned out to be a great hotel in a quiet location. The rooms were very large, well furnished and very clean. The staff were all excellent, very friendly and helpful. Some had difficulty with English, but we managed with our limited spanish. There were always sunbeds available around the pool, the food was good, mostly spanish style and very tasty. The weather was a little too hot for us, so we didn't venture out much - just one half day trip to Mojacar, which was lovely. We also walked into 'town' one evening and had a lovely Indian meal. All in all we really enjoyed our one week holiday.

Bottled water only available at night time and the bar men ask “are you going to your room?”. What does this matter? I’ve got a baby who needs bottled water for formula, tell him to wait until night time! We’ve paid for all inclusive so why not give bottles of water to families with babies? Or just bottled water in general. Word of warning family room right above entertainment stage and so loud at night x

The availability times of the food and restaurant was based on all inclusive but we were not all inclusive so often were left with little food options outside of meal times. Also there was no room service and we were not allowed to take food in our rooms. No tea/coffee facilities in the room

El ruido, no entiendo que pongan las actuaciones al aire libre, cerca de las habitaciones, se hacía muy difícil descansar. La animación muy pobre, para los niños pequeños que les ponga 4 canciones y ya.. creo que hay muchas opciones y que se repitan cada noche las mismas canciones. La comida horrible, mala calidad y nada variado. Los postres tenían buena pinta pero luego eran decepcionantes.

Todo estuvo genial, lo que más nos gustó fue la piscina de toboganes. Muy cerca de la playa y del paseo marítimo. Mucho aparcamiento fuera en un descampao eso es un gran punto también

On a plus we had free upgrade to a suite.....Now for the negative the food very competitive and cold. Out of 10 days staying there we had to grab our own water from the buffet restaurant each evening as we were continuously ignored by some staff..although not all. On the day we were going home, we were declined to pay to stay in our room until pick up. Being all inclusive also denide lunch at the buffet restaurant. We were literally jumped upon in the restaurant and the staff saying we couldn't have lunch. Very rude and embarrassing. Was a long day from breakfast until our pick up 7.30pm. Our room was 1302 from the 13th June.. WE WONT BE BACK .

Nos gustó la amabilidad de todo el personal, se portaron genial con nosotros y nos hicieron la estancia más cómoda.

Solo recibíamos botellas de agua por la noche con el todo incluido, dos por persona y encima pequeñas solo cuando tenerlo ibas a la habitación . Tengo dos gemelos de 3 años y teníamos q adaptarnos a eso o pagar después de tenerlo todo incluido. El zumo de melocotón para los peques tampoco entraba, y a veces no había ni zumo cuando lo pedíamos. En el comedor hacía más falta personal, a veces no daban abasto y teníamos que esperar mucho para la bebida o los platos limpios. En la piscina había zonas donde olía fatal y tenías que retirarte.

Que no hubiese un parque infantil, y que la piscina infantil cierre pronto, ya que hace calor en Almeria y a los niños les chifla los toboganes.

Todo me ha gustado, las habitaciones, la limpieza, en especial el camarero Baltasar trabajaba con alegría y el chef Amadur un chef excelente nos preparó una paella especial para nosotros ya que no podemos comer nada que contenga cerdo ni carne que no sea halal muchas gracias Amadur ( muy amable)

La único que nos desagradó es la chica de Gimnasio que está a la entrada se llama Sandra, le falta empatía , fue borde con.mis hijas , no contesta a los saludos y mira con mala cara, en una de las veces tuvo que intervenir el chico moreno de Animación que se hace llamar Boy Happy para lidiar ya que la situación se estaba saliendo de los límites. A esta chica hay que hacerle cursos de reciclaje en cuanto atención al cliente.

We stayed at Ohtels Cabogata from 25th June to 2nd July with our nearly three year old son and had a fantastic week. We booked through Jet2, who rate the hotel as 3+ stars, but having stayed there, I genuinely feel it deserves a full four star rating, which is why I’ve rated it 4/5. We normally holiday in Fuerteventura, but after finding it quite chilly and windy during our last visit, we decided to try this area instead. The weather was perfect and we’d absolutely return. On arrival we were upgraded to a Junior Suite, which was a lovely surprise. The room was huge, spotlessly clean and had two king size beds next to each other, giving us loads of space as a family. The air conditioning was excellent, which made sleeping really comfortable, and there was a surprisingly good selection of TV channels, including CBBC, which was a lifesaver with a nearly three year old! We had no issues with noise either. Despite the evening entertainment running quite late, we couldn’t hear a thing from our room. Check in was quick and easy and the staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived. Every member of staff we came across was friendly, happy and helpful. There were a couple of occasions where we struggled to understand each other, but we were in Spain and completely respected that Spanish is their first language. We always managed to work it out in the end. One thing that really stood out to me was how safe I felt. I always worry about leaving our belongings in hotel rooms when we’re on holiday, but I genuinely didn’t worry once during our stay. The whole hotel had a really safe, relaxed atmosphere and it meant I could completely switch off. The highlight of the holiday was definitely the splash park and water slides. Our little boy absolutely loved them and wanted to go every single day. He’s still talking about them now! The splash park closes for a while during the hottest part of the day, but we actually found this worked perfectly as it gave us the ideal opportunity to take him back to the room for his afternoon nap before heading back out. The pools and splash park were spotless throughout the week. Another huge positive was that there was no sunbed reserving. On almost every all inclusive holiday we’ve been on, people are out at the crack of dawn putting towels on beds. There was none of that here and we never struggled to find somewhere to sit, which made the atmosphere feel so much more relaxed. We mainly stayed around the splash park rather than the main pool, so we didn’t join in with the daytime entertainment, although it always looked like people were having a great time when we walked past. We also didn’t make it to the evening entertainment or mini disco because they started later than our son’s bedtime, but we knew that before travelling. We’d rate the food around 4/5. There was always something for our toddler and we never struggled to feed him. The food could become a little repetitive and there wasn’t a huge amount of variety, although we’re admittedly quite fussy eaters. Dinner doesn’t start until 8pm, whereas we’re used to eating around 5.30pm. However, we knew this before booking and completely appreciate that later dining is part of Spanish culture. Drinks during meals are table service rather than self service, including soft drinks, which was a little different to what we’re used to. The all inclusive drinks were what you’d expect, although they did a really nice non alcoholic lager. One small disappointment was the pool bar food. The all inclusive snacks weren’t available all day, with the included food stopping for a few hours around the middle of the day. You could still buy food during this time, including items that would normally be included in the all inclusive package. For us, this meant getting dried off and changed to go into the restaurant when we’d have preferred to grab something light by the pool and carry on enjoying the afternoon. It certainly wasn’t a deal breaker, but it’s worth knowing. The hotel itself was spotless and our room was cleaned every day to a high standard. The only real downside for us was the WiFi, which was slow and often didn’t work. We also thought a small hotel shop would have been useful for essentials, and there wasn’t a kettle in the room, although hot drinks were available from the bars. The beach is only a short walk away. It’s a pebble beach, so beach shoes are definitely worth taking, but the sea was lovely. Outside the hotel there isn’t a huge amount to do, although there is a shop & small supermarket, a pharmacy and other essentials within walking distance. We needed paracetamol for our little boy during the holiday and the pharmacy was only around a ten minute walk away. We also spent a day in Almería, which was lovely. A taxi cost around £25 each way, which we thought was very reasonable, and there are plenty of bus stops nearby if you’d rather use public transport. For the Taxi we just downloaded and used “Freenow” which operated like Uber. Another thing that was excellent value was late check out. For just €30 we were able to keep our room until 5pm instead of checking out at midday. Travelling with a toddler, this was worth every penny as it meant he could have his usual afternoon nap before we headed to the airport. We can understand why some reviews say the hotel is geared more towards Spanish guests, but we were staying in Spain and didn’t see that as a negative. Everyone made us feel welcome and we completely respected that Spanish is the main language. Overall, we had a brilliant holiday and thought it offered exceptional value for money. It’s perfect for families with young children, but would also suit couples and older guests looking for a relaxing break. If you’re looking for nightlife or lots to do outside the hotel, this probably isn’t the place for you. However, if you’re after a clean, friendly hotel with great facilities, a fantastic splash park and a genuinely relaxing atmosphere, we’d definitely recommend it. We came home with a very happy little boy who is still talking about the water slides, and we’d happily stay here again.

Me gustó todo en general

Lo que más me gustó fue el personal, exceptuando una mujer mayor que había en barra que era muy desagradable, pero por los demás todos los chicos un 10 tanto personal de barra como animadores etc

Para mí parecer relación precio bastante alto para lo que ofrecen, largas colas para pedir en el todo incluido fuera del horario del buffet, la comida sota caballo y rey, y para colmo a las 7 cortan la comida del todo incluido hasta empezar en buffet a las 8, he ido a muchos todos incluidos y no es así no tiene nada que ver

La comida es estupenda, de buena calidad y abundante. El hotel no está masificado, sino que se puede disfrutar de los espacios comunes sin dificultad

We came on 13th June and loved it. Room was 1260, we got upgraded to a junior suite and it was great! Nice room, great showers (2 of them), balcony was great overlooking the golf course and we saw flights coming in. Food was brilliant, lovely Spanish food. We tried Spanish speaking at every mealtime and it well received. The Spanish holiday nationals people at the resort were amazing and really friendly. At the pool, there was loads of room and the staff were fab (Happy was amazing) , I would also like to point out Josie who was great and made us smile all holiday, she really helped me with my Spanish. The manager came round every morning, he was really nice. It was that good we will come back next June, see you soon

El jefe de animación y que había mucha gente fumando porros a todas horas , no me parece para ir con mis hijas a unas vacaciones familiares

We have just returned from a fabulous holiday we had two good weeks in the sun,Just a few things to mention which will help make your mind up if it’s your type of holiday. You have got a good selection of branded drinks big bonus, good selection of free ice lollies, cornettos, chocolate ices on stick, crisps, nuts, water on tap to fill your bottle up. You can also get a small bottle water after 10 pm.You can hire pool towels at 10 euros which you must pay cash and get your money back when returned, one euro to change towels, you also get shampoo shower gel. All these things I was trying to find out before I went and couldn’t find anything on Tripadvisor so it’s on now lol 😂 Right now get on our holiday the hotel is very Spanish entertainment was in Spanish, Didn’t bother me We found a lot of Spanish guests spoke some English and we did mix with them. The food was ok but we don’t live in a perfect world so you won’t please everyone, all the staff were amazing we had some good banter with the bar staff which was good.Jossete,Robert,Yerai, Pluben, I think I spelled there names right if not I apologise, The entertainment staff were really good got you up doing all sorts of activity. On arrival booking in we was met by Marat he was also fabulous spoke good English, he managed to get me a walk in shower which was great because of my knee cap had gone 5⭐️

Just come back for a weeks holiday with my family we absolutely loved are time here desk staff and bar staff very friendly and helpful. Kitchen and restaurant staff was great food was lovely always something to eat which isn’t always the case on an all inclusive. Entertainment staff was amazing very friendly love to get you involved but if it your not up for getting involved in the games they don’t pressure you happy boy was brilliant for day entertainment and the night entertainment he could have a laugh and joke with everyone great guy and was brilliant with all the kids would definitely go back to this hotel. Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach where they have a night market and few restaurants and bars. We ranted some bikes out from the hotel and had a ride round the town found a few parks that’s would be about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Was a nice quiet town with lovely people real enjoyed our time there

Atención del personal excelente, habitación muy amplia, cómoda, buffet excelente, comida variada y de calidad, de 10. Aparcamiento en la puerta y de fácil acceso. La animación del hotel es buena.
