Kitchen set up was very basic and shower base plate wasn’t fixed properly

Overcomplicated entry. Kitchen was small and lacked basic utensils. Lack of extra bedroom as advertised. Unable to move around living space due to low hanging lighting when the sofa bed was out. Uncomfortable sofa bed.

Egy kicsit jobban felszerelt konyha nem ártana (pl. egy éles kés jó lenne). A hátsó terasz este nem használható egy étterem szagelszívója miatt.

Cuando llegamos no pudimos hacer el check in a la hora acordada por el alojamiento porque aún estaba el equipo de limpieza allí, y no pudimos instalarnos hasta casi una hora después. Las sábanas del sofá estaban llenas de manchas y arrugadas (yo creo que no las habían cambiado) y además quedaban pequeñas para el colchón que era. Es cierto que el equipo respondieron los mensajes enseguida, pero no me ofrecieron otra respuesta que cambiar las sábanas.

Al entrar la cama estaba sucia, sin hacer, no había toallas, no había papel de baño. La cama grande, está compuesta por dos colchones, uno de ellos al tumbarte te tiraba hacia el lado de fuera y era incómodo. Una lástima ya que la ubicación era muy buena.

Me gustó el diseño, la terraza, estaba limpio y la ubicación.

L’établissement est vraiment très bien situé pour découvrir Porto. On a tous à proximité. L’appartement est confortable et vraiment super bien agencé.

Rien ! Alors je dirais qu’un ballet ou un petit aspirateur pourrais compléter l’équipement pour entretenir l’appartement. Je dirais qu’il manque peut être un petit four d’appoint pour éviter de chauffer les spécialités portugaises dans le micro-ondes.

Konumu inanılmazdı. Her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Etrafında hem sabah için kahvaltı, pastene vb. Hem öğlen için alışveriş noktaları vb. hem gece için bar, restorant vardı. Konfor şahane. Aradığımız her şeyi bulduk. Çalışanlar gayet ilgiliydi.

Le logement est encore plus joli que sur les photos. Nous avons apprécié la qualité et le confort des meubles. C est tres bien décoré, les planchers de bois sont jolis et la grande terrasse est un gros plus. Le logement est très bien situé. Il est a distance de marche de tout. Il est au coeur de l'action mais il est tres bien insonorisé. Les grandes portes fenêtres laissent pénétrer le soleil. Si je reviens à Porto je vais relouer cet apt.

Imposible check-in, al final lo hicimos por WhatsApp. Éramos cuatro solo dejaron toallas para dos. El sistema de contraseñas para bien, pero nos dieron una mal. Recomiendo ponerse en contacto por WhatsApp, ya que solucionan los problemas de contraseñas.

Die ausgezeichnete Lage mitten im Geschehen, ruhig im letzten Stock mit Terrasse und eigenem Lift, Bad war top, Schlafzimmer top, sehr sauber. Optimal für Sightseeing und für zwei Personen.

Loved the location and the main bedroom is perfect with a very comfortable bed.

The sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable and extremely squeaky and you can feel the springs. Every movement made noise, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. There was also no proper mattress cover to keep the mattress in place, so it shifted around during the night. The TV is outdated without apps like YouTube and Netflix. The kitchen was quite small, but it was useful for reheating food and storing leftovers for the kids. It would be more user-friendly if it included a few basic essentials such as mugs and easier-to-use cookware. In addition, the supplies provided were limited, particularly the toilet paper and tissue paper. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but improving the sofa bed mattress and cover, providing a few more kitchen essentials, and supplying adequate paper products would make a significant difference for future guests.

Very stylish apartment located right in the hearts of Porto that’s great for two but not really more people.

Communication and checkin experience were very poor. Hard to reach the staff and get answers on basic questions such as how to open the door…

A great apartment in Porto with a very comfortable bedroom. The room can be made completely dark and noiseless, so it is easy to sleep well at any time of the day. The location is excellent, the interior is stylish and tasteful, and the small details made the stay even more pleasant. The Bluetooth speaker was a nice bonus and really added to the atmosphere in the evenings.

There were some issues with the entrance door to the building — after entering the code, the door did not always open on the first try, which was sometimes inconvenient. The terrace was very small and felt more like a formal feature than a real place to relax. This may also be because our apartment was on the ground floor. Communication during check-in could have been better: I was promised a reply via WhatsApp, but had to wait quite a long time, which made the check-in process less smooth than expected. Also, there was no washing machine in the apartment. Maybe this is standard for this type of accommodation in Porto, but for a stay of several days it would have been useful. There was also a hotel-style safe, but it was not actually ready/available for use, although we needed it.

It was extremely poorly equipped. 1 wine glass , cracked , 2 water glasses . I couldn’t find any bowls , cutlery or coffee cups . Very strange

Die Lage dieser Unterkunft ist perfekt. Direkt im Zentrum und bei geschlossenen Fenstern absolute Ruhe. Mit geöffneten Fenstern hört man im vierten Stockwerk die Straßenmusikanten noch etwas. Die Wohnung ist großzügig für zwei Personen nutzbar.

Der Check in war nicht gut. Drei Türen, drei Codes. Leider waren die Codes der Türen vermischt und falsch zugeordnet. Das dauerte eine Weile, das herauszufinden. Im großzügigem Badezimmer funktioniert die Regendusche nicht optimal. Viele Düsen funktionieren nicht. Die Küche ist sehr eingeschränkt. Man muss in Porto aber auch nicht kochen. Neben dem Essbesteck gibt es noch ein Brotmesser. Ein Schweizer Taschenmesser bietet mehr Funktionen. Die Terrasse sollte unser Highlight der Unterkunft sein. Leider waren von vier Liegestühlen drei unbrauchbar. Die Sitzauflagen und die gesamte Terrasse waren durch Möwenkot stark verschmutzt. Die sofortige Reklamation beim Vermieter brachte neben einer Entschuldigung nichts weiter. Sehr schade, denn damit passte das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis leider überhaupt nicht mehr.

Amazing apartment amazing location ( one of the best )

The apt was well equipped and easy to locate. Three minute walk from Cardosas underground parking Or Sao Bento train station and all tourist sites.

It was a very cute apartment in the heart of the city. The street that it is on has so many cute cafes and boutique shops. The elevator was a huge bonus as it is not very common. Loved the decor of this place.

Missing sheet for sofa bed and no milk in fridge for coffee and tea but being very picky. When contacted staff for sheet they responded promptly

self service check in on a poorly built application more than 20 exchange of emails, and still didn't get complete keys access (only 2 out of 3 codes) support team doesn't support, they copy paste words that are irrelevant to the questions, huge waste of time 1 towel per person for 5 days, no washing machine... 1 key for 4 people... after negotiation we managed to get 1 more.. zero attempt from the host to compensate for the list of issues

Perfect location! Only metres from Sao Bento Station and perfectly located in the heart of Porto. The bedroom is very quiet, the beds comfortable. The living room faces the street with it own balcony.

There were some minor maintenance issues but these didn’t spoil our stay.

Turned out to be a great location. Walked to everything we wanted to see or need. Large, comfortable, quiet room. Gorgeous couch/hide-a-bed. Street musicians out our window most days including the chicken man and his clucking chickens

Very tiny kitchen area. Hard to use. Lighting in bedroom was poor but they had desk lamp and reading lights. A challenge to find close parking to unload, but ending up finding one close for a few hours. Parked at farther location for Long term

The location of the accommodation is perfect for exploring the city and very close to the main attractions. Also it has very good variety of tableware.

I would like to have a couple of bottles of water in the apartment and hand towel. Sockets near the bed and sofa should be repaired as they are out of work.

I wanna make it my home in Porto. It’s located centrally to most of the attractions within walkable distance. Spacious apartment, well designed with users in mind. I’ll stay at Myo Design home again when visiting Porto next time. Superb

There’s someone entered my apartment while I was out in one morning, probably the staff or cleaner just dropped by & checked. Overall it’s safe without an issue but prefer host could notify me in advance.

The first floor apartment was in an excellent location. Some good eating places nearby and a convenient parking place for our hire car. The living area was bright and well equipped.

The only negative was the bedroom looked out on to a very grotty inner courtyard. It needs a good clean and bits of rubbish removing.

A localização

The position of the apartment is fab, very central to the historic district. It's a big space and well decorated (though a little dark in the bedroom).

Unfortunately we had a couple of issues. The shower has a large marble floor made up of two big tiles. One was rocking dangerously We reported it but nothing was actioned. There were a few niggles. The plug socket nearest the bed wasn't working, the bidet doesn't drain (yuck), the tv isn't a smart TV (this doesn't sound much but when you are stopping eight nights it becomes important). Only one bath towel and one hand towel per person is provided with no laundry facilities. Because we were there 8 nights rather than 7 we were entitled to one change. Sadly the cleaning staff appeared at 5pm, by which time we are wanting to relax. Overall the place is good but lots of small things let it down.

Perfect location. Clean and comfortable. We loved it.

The online process for checking in was challenging because it only accepted limited file sizes. Can hear quite a bit from the street - music/singing in the living room area but quiet in the bedroom!

Perfekte Lage zentral in Porto. Guter Ausgangspunkt für alle Entdeckungen. Großer Balkon ermöglicht sonnen und gemütliches Zusammensitzen. Gute und freundliche Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitern.

Der CheckIn über die Webseite ist nicht zeitgemäß. Eine Bedienung am Handy ist nicht möglich, hochzuladene Bilder sind auf 1,5Mb begrenzt. Ein großer Topf für die Küche wäre cool, ansonsten ist alles vorhanden. Die Grundsauberkeit is gut, man darf halt nicht so sehr auf die Details achten😉

The property was generally in a good condition, it was very clean and comfortable inside. Lovely roomy lounge and bedroom. The apartment facilities was good. The location of the apartment was amazing, giving great access to all the attractions, bars and restaurants.

The balcony was not worth paying extra for, the rear balcony off the bedroom was into a dark dirty tiny alley with fungus growing up the walls. The front balcony off the lounge is very small, only just enough room to stand, there was no room to sit. The shower floor was dangerous, itbis made ofvtwo large tiles which are loose on the floor, and has a big step between the tiles which rocked under the feet. The safe was broken on arrival, but the owner showed no interest in getting it fixed.

Muy buena opción de alojamiento en Oporto. La ubicación es inmejorable, junto a la estación de tren y metro de sao bento y en la misma calle rua das flores, calle super de moda llena de bonitas tiendas y buenos restaurantes. El apartamento es muy amplio para dos personas (e incluso para 4). El sofá era muy grande pero no lo usamos. La cocina pequeñita y tampoco la tuvimos que utilizar ya que optamos por comer siempre fuera. Tiene balcones a la calle (rua das flores) donde siempre hay algún espectáculo callejero. Recomiendo totalmente este alojamiento para una estancia en Oporto. El acceso se realiza mediante códigos en algunas puertas y tarjeta en el apartamento (la tarjeta se encuentra en una cajita donde hay que meter un código para que se abra) Totalmente accesible desde la calle sin necesidad de subir ningún escalón. Hay ascensor. Cada apartamento se encuentra en un piso diferente y no se oyen ruidos de ningún tipo. Se consigue oscuridad total con el cierre de las contraventanas. Para mi descanso es fundamental no tener ruido ni luz y aquí se conseguía ambas cosas.

El check in online me pareció complicado, sobre todo, para añadir la foto del documento de identidad, ya que excedía de tamaño… lo acabamos resolviendo por WhatsApp pero perdí mucho tiempo en esto… Es necesario arreglar el suelo de la ducha (una gran piedra está suelta) El sistema de climatización es un poco complicado de utilizar. Tuvimos problemas porque daba error y nos comunicamos con personal del hotel a través del WhatsApp, quienes nos indicaron cómo resolverlo. Sin calefacción la habitación se sentía muy fría porque las ventanas no aíslan bien . No hay recepción ni personal en el alojamiento. Para nosotras no era un problema pero quizá para una pareja mayor sí lo sea.

La gestione della struttura da parte dell’agenzia è veramente complicata. Un check-in chiesto e richiesto anche dopo averlo fatto con esito positivo certificato da una mail di risposta. Abbiamo dovuto fare una telefonata per farci sbloccare i codici di ingresso. A parte questo, la struttura è eccezionale e la raccomandiamo vivamente.

El enchufe de uno de los lados de la cama no funcionaba. El radiador del baño no funcionaba. Se podría añadir una lavadora para estancias largas.

L'emplacement est parfait pour faire une majeure partie à pieds ou en transport. L'appartement est très confortable même pour 4 personnes (canapé lit dans le salon très confortable). L'équipement est complet, la décoration est soignée et le personnel est plus sympathique et disponible. Une jolie terrasse pour l'appartement du 4ème très appréciable. Le petit déjeuner est varié, de qualité et frais apporté chaque jour devant la porte dans un beau panier. La dame qui s'en charge est très sympathique et également très disponible. Le logement est sécurisé avec des caméras dans l'entrée et dans les couloirs et le système de codage est présent pour accéder à l'appartement. Nous avons également pris le service de transfert avec la société conseillée par le logement qui est irréprochable.

Sehr komfortabele und große Wohnung. Gute Ausstattung und die Lage an der angesagten Flaniermeile Nähe Sao Bento. Sehr schönes und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück jeden Morgen um Korb vor der Tür.

Absolutely wonderful in every way! Location could not have been better - the street offers many restaurants, shops and conveniences and the stroll to River and historic areas was easy. The apartment itself was magical - well designed space with great natural light. Vaulted living room with very comfortable chaise sofa and a huge terrace for sunrise lighting. The bathroom was large and shower was very nice. The bedroom could be made complete blackout and the bed and pillows were dreamy. The kitchenette is petite but offered everything we needed for our 3 night stay. We had the top floor and the lift was super helpful and appreciated. 10/10 and we travel a lot and have stayed in many places and also have our own Airbnb we manage. Take it from this 50s couple - you will not be disappointed with this apartment or location!!!

1- O banho cai pouca água. 2- A iluminação no quarto de dormir é muito ruim. Fraca e mal disposta. Prejudica muito.

El desayuno excelente, delicioso, sano y muy variado, Tita se comunicaba cada día conmigo para ver que tal estuvo el desayuno y para ofrecerme y coordinar lo que tendría el desayuno del día siguiente. Siempre estaba pendiente de cada detalle.

El apartamento es lindo, muy bien equipado, excelente ubicación y muy cómodo, por ese lado muy bueno. Sólo que no pudimos usar la televisión porque el tomacorriente no pasaba energía, igual que el tomacorriente de la mesa de noche (velador) del dormitorio. Pero como no necesitábamos ver la tele y había otros varios tomacorrientes no nos afectó eso realmente Pero tuve un problema el último día que me fastidió mucho y me costó mucho dinero: Mi vuelo de regreso era a las 20.35 y el check out del apartamento a las 11am. Le pedí de todas las maneras a Pedro que me permita dejar el equipaje en el apartamento y que sólo regresaría a buscar el equipaje sin utilizar ni los baños ni la cocina ni ninguna de las instalaciones pero no accedió, aún cuando no tenía otros huéspedes ese día Como éramos 4 personas y muchas maletas, se me dificultaba trasladarme para dejar en custodia en un lugar económico y tuve que pagar 70 euros por 4 horas de custodia del equipaje

Tout! C’était un superbe appartement très bien situé. Tout se faisait à pied et on se sentait comme à la maison.

On a eu un problème avec la porte d’entrée mais l’hôte l’a réglé tout de suite.

The apartment is very spacious and has plenty of wardrobe space and drawers. Location is perfect, everywhere is within walking distance. Furnishings are good quality, there is plenty of cutlery and china. Access is easy and there are numerous cafes and restaurants nearby.

It would have been much better to have had a kettle. It was very difficult to make a cup of tea using a pan to heat the water. Some fresh milk would be great, and some instructions on where to buy some. The balcony at the back is a waste of time, it looks onto a wall with a window and there is rust and what looks like fat running down the wall. A miserable area. The front balcony is much better but very narrow. Breakfast was very poor. 2 very yellow soft croissants, jam, orange juice, 2 chewy buns. Not worth the money. Could get a much better breakfast at one of the many cafes nearby. We’re glad we had only booked it for the first morning.

The apartment was very clean, tidy, spacious and great location

There was nothing we didn’t like! Would have preferred kettle instead of just a coffee machine and also only two coffee pods in the apartment for our 3 night stay.

The apartment was very comfortable and centrally located to all the main sites in Porto. The terrace was especially nice to be able to relax after a day of site seeing. We enjoyed hearing the street musicians as they entertained the tourists. Another thing we appreciated were the heavy glass doors that blocked out the street sounds when we were ready to go to sleep.

El alojamiento está en pleno centro de Oporto. En la Rua das Flores una calle llena de comercios y restaurantes muy animada y a 5 minutos de todo

La situació i distribució, apartament molt ample i espaios per 2 persones.

Cuina molt petita, falta una mica de espai i ensers per cuinar. Terrassa poc cuidada, si plou tots els mobles i cuixins de la terrassa es mullen. Falta una mica de netega mes profunda en general.

Lage sehr gut zentral in Metro Nähe. Alles auch gut fußläufig erreichbar. Wenn man weiß wo die Wenigen Lebensmittelläden sind kann man sich sehr gut selbst versorgen. Im Umkreis sehr viele Restaurants

Tenía muy pocos enseres y la cocina era muy pequeña , no había casi espacio para cocinar o fregar los platos.

Просторные апартаменты в старом городе. Но учтите, что фото не соответствуют реальному интерьеру. Изменился цвет стен и часть мебели. Шумоизоляция в спальне хорошая, в гостиной - хуже. Достаточно мест для хранения вещей.

Мы были разочарованы коммуникацией с Пабло. Он отвечал на вопросы только первый час, вечером я поинтересовался оплаченным завтрак ом, и после этого Пабло пропал со связи на сутки, перестав читать наши сообщения. При этом завтрак утром следующего дня мы не получили и не имели понимания о том, будет ли завтрак на следующее утро. Потом Пабло сообщил, что были проблемы во взаимодействии с командой, занимающейся завтраками, и пообещал возместить завтрак, которого не было. Прошло уже 5 дней, деньги за завтрак так и не вернули, на сообщения не отвечает. На просьбу о позднем выезде Пабло ответил отказом, чемоданы оставить на хранение нельзя. Хорошие апартаменты, но из-за персонала от отдыха остался негативный осадок. Завтрак скудный.

La posizione è perfetta, centralissima, tutto è raggiungibile a piedi (sconsiglio la macchina perché non necessaria ed il parcheggio è complicato). L'appartamento è molto bello ed arredato con cura.

La cucina è molto piccola e poco accessoriata. La pulizia è migliorabile, la casa era molto impolverata, su oggetti e pavimenti.

Beautiful apartment, very well decorated. amazing location.

Description is misleading. The balcony on the first floor apt gives onto a light pit. We didn’t mind since the apt was beautiful but I would have been v disappointed if the balcony was my main point of interest. Would be great to include a dish towel in the kitchen.

The location is perfect and the apartment really nice and clean. I hope I will come back.
