We loved the tablets in the room that allowed you to control the lights, TV, AC, as well as order food and extra toiletries. We loved how close the hotel was to Volcano Bay. We also loved the late night pizza restaurant. Our flight was delayed coming in so we were hungry by the time we got to the hotel.

While this is entirely my fault, I was disappointed that a pair of Teva sandals that I forgot in the room after checking out didn’t turn up when I asked the front desk. The front desk staff was super helpful in calling security to see if anything was turned in (we had checked out at 11am and came back around 3:30pm to get our bags and car). I have a family member who has worked in hotels and knows that anything found is usually turned in to be given a chance to be claimed. I’m still hopeful that maybe they turn up. In any case, I would still stay at this hotel again.

The proximity to all things Universal and how you can enjoy the amenities of all Universal hotels. The staff was always extremely helpful and friendly. It was a great experience.

Great location good connection to the parks and have a rental in the lobby for car. The kids love the pizza and the price was amazing. And the bar in the roof was amazing cocktails.

Can do with a handheld shower host for the ladies.

The hotel was beautiful, and our room was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was also great, close to Universal, with convenient bus transportation from the hotel to the parks and back. The staff was generally very friendly, although one morning a breakfast staff member was quite unfriendly to my child. We shared our feedback about this during our stay. Other than that, everything went smoothly. A big thank you to the staff and also to the hotel manager, who came to the restaurant one morning and personally asked some of the guests how they were doing. We thought that was a very nice touch.

The pool could open a little earlier, as it would be nice to go for a morning swim. Otherwise, everything was great.

The first night (Friday) the rooftop bar was closed for a private event. Wasn’t made clear that surrounding hotels facilities were available.

The hotel is located in a great proximity to Universal parks , has complimentary shuttle and just 5 min walk to the Volcano Bay park . The hotel is nice and clean, the rooms were not super big but had everything we needed and were clean . The bath arrangement was convenient as the sink is separate from the toilet and shower The late dining options were very convenient as we came back late every day from the parks. The pizza at the lobby was very good ! And the Starbucks in the hotel was opening really early which was great to grab the coffee before the parks . We also used the self serve laundry room in the hotel, which was very convenient.

The rooms were small size and there was not enough room to have the clothes in a convenient way in our 3 girls room. First room that we received was on the 6 floor overviewing parking lot and had horrible noise. After the first night we asked to move the room and were moved to the 14th floor on the same side. (two connected rooms) The noise was still there but barely noticeable, so we were ok with it

Good location, good food/beverage options, excellent staff interaction. The tablet provided in room was a plus, very convenient!

Lack of available hot coffee options, having to purchase “plan” to access same. Not a fan of placement of sink area outside of bathroom, as well as awkward placement of toilet tissue holder.

Quarto estava com o chão bem sujo, e logo na nossa chegada a atendente da recepção não foi atenciosa. Ela estava totalmente sem vontade de atender, e de nos explicar sobre a acomodação. Além do fato de eu ter feito a reserva em um quarto com vista e a recepcionista nos colocou em um quarto aonde a vista dava para o estacionamento.

They decor of the place was amazing! Very beautiful, the food was amazing Great location, very relaxing. Very peaceful, love it. I will stay here again.

It’s a very simple yet upscale vibe hotel. They only have room service during certain hrs, but lots of self service options (for kids too)… Starbucks, pizza, salads, Asian, burgers, the food was very good! We never had to wait for an elevator. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I asked for extra pillows and they were at putt room in an out 5 minutes. Rooms were modern and plain, super clean. AC was cold. There were plenty of well thought out storage spaces for your luggage, etc. We were able to walk down the street to Volcano Bay and back and we never had to move our vehicle from the hotel. We weren’t able to experience the pool area due to weather but it looked brand new! There was also small arcade section. We are somewhat picky about hotels and would stay here again anytime!

Anentura Otel’de Bookings üzerinden ‘manzarılı’ oda rezervasyonu yapmamıza karşın girişte bize otelin ikinci katında otopark ve klimalara bakan bir oda verdiler. Aynı oda tipi için rezervasyon yapan arkadaşlarımıza ise 12. Katta gayet güzel şehir manzaralı odalar verildi. Odamızı değiştimek istediğinizde personel hiç yardımcı değildi ve bize verilen odanın ‘standard manzara’ya sahip olduğunu odamızı değiştiremeyeceklerini söylediler. İsrarımız üzerine ancak konaklamamızın ikinci günü odamız değiştirildi. Otelde konaklayan müşteriler ağırlıklı olarak yakındaki tema park ve civarlarında yemek yediği için 5 yıldızlı otelde ne bir kahvaltı/yemek salonu ne de a la carte lokanta yok. Tek seçenek fast food satan birkaç tezgahın bir arada olduğu bir food court.

Love this hotel, while probably not the highest rated or highest price it does what it's supposed to. Rooms were clean, hotel staff was attentive and shuttle busses were always there to make getting to the parks a breeze. Dining could have been better in the lobby but it worked. Ate once and they delivered one out of five meals completely incorrect. Plus side they did have stir fry meal options that were gluten free. Room faced Universal Islands of Adventure and the view on floor 16 was spectacular. We just got home and already looking forward to going back when they replace Mythos. Let's hope it's a Legend of Zelda area!!

I stayed at the Universal Aventura Hotel for two nights in July 2026. I chose this hotel since the price was right, and I also wanted early park entry to the Universal theme parks. Checking in was an easy and friendly process (my room was ready well before 4:00pm). Walking through the lobby and hallway, it seemed to me that this hotel gives off more of a "modern urban apartment building" vibe rather than a "vacation destination" vibe. After requesting a high floor with a view, I was placed in an 11th floor room with a nice view of the Orlando area (I could see a tiny bit of Epic Universe in the distance). The room was nice and large, and I liked the automated light system (controlled on an iPad). The main perk of staying here is the proximity to Universal CityWalk and the Universal theme parks. I took the picturesque Garden Walk to these locations several times (I clocked it at about 18-20 minutes each way walking at a brisk pace). Buses are also available; note that when you take the bus, you are dropped off near the parking garages (and thus you have a farther walk from CityWalk/theme park entrances). Walking through the Garden Walk, you come out right at Margaritaville/directly across the bridge from Islands of Adventure. During my park day, I went back to the resort for a break/pool time. The pool here is very relaxing and pretty big. There is not much ambiance in the pool area, but again this makes sense with the urban apartment building vibe. I wouldn't come back solely for the pool, but it was actually a highlight of the hotel for me. I did not eat anything at the hotel besides a pastry from Starbucks in the morning. The food court area looked underwhelming, so I didn't even try to order food here. I did buy a $14 beer from the lobby bar, which was more than a little overpriced... but at least it was good. If I were to go back to Universal Orlando, I would probably try a different hotel. I liked my stay here, but I'm not rushing to return.

Das Hotel ist super. Der Shuttle fährt alle paar Minuten zu den verschiedenen Themenparks. Der Foodcourt im Hotel ist super und jeder findet hier etwas. Das Hotel bleibt unserer erste Wahl für den Besuch der Universal Themenparks.

Nous étions 4 dans une chambre suffisamment grande pour nous. La chambre était propre et les lits assez confortables. Le grand plus de cet établissement est qu’il fait partie de Universal donc il y a une navette qui passe vous prendre toutes les 15 minutes environ pour vous emmener aux parcs (City walk ou EPIC) donc très pratique. Il y a un Starbucks dans le hall pratique pour un petit déjeuner vite fait. Le restaurant du Rez fait des pizza mais moyen au niveau qualité. Il y a un rooftop qui cuisine quelques repas également et qui sont assez bon. Il y a aussi le restaurant de l’hôtel juste en face qui est très très bon à essayer absolument. Les chambres sont faites tous les deux jours, cela ne nous a pas dérangé mais il faut le savoir.

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de pommeau de douche dans la douche car du coup difficile de ne pas se mouiller les cheveux. En plus pas de gel douche pour le corps que du shampooing et après shampooing dommage.Le prix du parking qui est de 30$ par nuit ( un peu excessif)

The location is good. I stayed previously for work, but had a poor time with family. Weirdly shaped small rooms. The temperature control is all over the place. Housekeeping came every other day and at 330 pm? We told them we were leaving in 15 minutes but they never came back. We were able to get 4 new towels at least. Waited 40 min for a bus at Epic back. The pool is ehh. We got food from the pantry. The burgers were $17 for a hamburger the same thickness as the cheese from their pantry. If you want mediocrity but a good location, then this is the place for you. Read the reviews. I wish I had done a better job of reading reviews before going. I’d probably stay at the Sapphire next time.

The hotel is in a great location, is very clean, and staff was nice and helpful. I loved the pool area, games, and pool bar. The room was clean and had a great view of the coasters. There are good food options on site with a lot of variety. The shuttles were very convenient as well.

Beds were pretty uncomfortable but not bad enough to interfere with my sleep too much. The food was a bit pricey, and they charge just as much as the parks do for a bottled soda. $5.50 for a Coke Zero is insane!

The hotel has a great location, the room is relatively modern, and the restaurant options are very good.

The bathroom was the main issue. The bathtub drained very poorly, so after just two minutes of showering it already felt like a pool, and it took hours for the water to fully drain. It was pretty unpleasant. Housekeeping was also inconsistent, more like every other day than daily, and even on the cleaning day we had to remind them at 4 PM. For a hotel at this price, I expected much better.

I felt the rooms were a little small, blankets felt like hospital blankets very thin and rough, towels on rough side too. I tried to check kut on ipad but was unable too because I had to go downstairs to pay the balance instead of being able to just oay on ipad. There was only one woman working and it took longer than expected and we needed to get in shuddle to get the early entry. The bartol was bice but food options not really for everyone. Pool was small and nothing exciting. Gift shop employees were awesome and friendly, I like them a lot.

Não da para andar a pé pela região. Realmente precisa ter carro para ir ao mercado, farmacia, fazer outras coisas que não sejam parques. Tem uma praça de alimentação, mas é muito cara e comida média.

I would describe Adventura hotel as a very mid level hotel that is lacking in very key areas you would expect from a Universal resort property. Don’t let the “sleek and modern design” fool you, this is a very mid tier hotel. First, the amenities are very sub par. The quality of the food served at the Urban Pantry is essential cafeteria food charged at resort level prices. Think $15.99 for powdered eggs and cardboard toast. The only quality food they offer is the fresh oven pizza which is very good. The cleaning service is also very porous. They only clean rooms once every two nights and if you leave a single personal item on your bed they will disregard it entirely. The front desk will not inform you of this. In a five night stay I did not get my room completely cleaned one time. The pool is very drab and not impressive whatsoever. You’re better off paying more to stay somewhere else. Considering most people vacationing to Universal expect a resort level experience you will not get that here so be warned: yes the location is convenient and yes the price is reasonable, but keep in mind you get what you pay for and you will be disappointed by Adventura if you choose to stay here.

This is a nice hotel but it’s not a 10 out of 10 in my opinion. The rooms are small, ours had a considerable amount of dust in some areas, no convenient place to store luggage, the towels are scratchy, the a/c unit is loud (we had to turn it off to sleep), the beds are very firm while the pillows and blankets are thin. Our beds didn’t have fitted sheets. For privacy, we kept the curtains drawn at night. It can be a five minute wait for the elevators and the staircases are equipped with a fire alarm if you open the door — so you’re forced to wait for the elevator. And don’t be surprised if it’s too full or you have to stop at every floor on the way down. I agree with other reviews that the hotel staff are pleasant and helpful, the hallways were clean and never smelled bad, the location is convenient, Bar 17 has the best view of all the hotels, the pool was big and warm, the Starbucks was fast even when there was a line and the food at Urban Pantry was relatively decent — although the scrambled eggs weren’t really scrambled, more of a toddler’s attempt at making an omelette.

Nice environment, clean rooms, the hotel’s design makes the pool area feel like you’re in a wind tunnel. A few food options on site. We tried the pizza, which was not bad, but it was a bit greasy. Starbucks is on-site as well.

The hotel had signs to a garden walk to get to cabana bay. It Was really far and long in the heat. You can cut across the street and make the walk shorter.

Robots were aggravating. One was trying to get on an elevator with it full of people. It stayed inside the door for a good minute holding the elevator hostage. I push wait for next one button, but he still did'nt move. I'm sure better robots are available, or at least get the current ones software upgraded.

Falta de arrumação diária do quarto e transporte difícil para o CityWalk em determinados horários (o ônibus vem lotado do Cabana Bay, chegamos a ficar quase uma hora esperando um que permitisse nossa entrada no veículo.

Usually we stay in Royal Pacific or the Hard Rock hotel two of Universal’s “premium” hotels but for some reason the prices were coming in ridiculously high, literally twice the price of previous years so we had to drop down a level, with some trepidation. So glad I did, we had a wonderful stay, walking distance (if you’re relatively active) to the parks which we did a number of times but also free transportation if you wish, a lovely room, they kindly honoured my request for a certain level & view which really made the experience better. The pool was great, staff excellent, more slightly adult related so far more relaxing at night and around the pool. We bought Express passes separately and even with this we saved hundreds staying here compared to the other hotels, that impressed that I’ll probably opt to stay here in the future over the premium hotels.

We transferred to Universal Aventura for 5 nights after 9 nights at Disney. Following the manic, busy atmosphere of the Disney Hotel (which was fab), Aventura was like an oasis of calm and tranquility! There’s obviously going to be children everywhere, but Aventura is designed to appeal more to the older clientele, there was no real Universal overkill, just the shop and everything so tastefully designed and airy. The lifts were central and the wings all had their own colour so finding which direction you needed to go in was easy. Receptionist on check in was lovely. In fact everyone was that we met. Bar 17 at the top, views are amazing. Rooms were lovely, clean, beds comfy and all the gadgets appealed to a couple of big kids! Only negative was that the sink was very ‘gluggy’ and made loud gurgling noises throughout the night. I wouldn’t hesitate coming back again, it was absolutely fabulous ☺️
