Guter kostenfreier Kaffee, Zimmer sehr ruhig für Innenstadtlage

De locatie is fantastisch je loopt zo het centrum in. Bij het hotel kan je voor 10 euro p/d kaart kopen om in de buurt te parkeren. Echter de plaatsen zijn wel beperkt. Kamer was super schoon en badschuim aanwezig.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Its accessibility and proximity to the main shopping street were good.

Das Hotel ist hervorragend zwischen dem Bahnhof und der Altstadt gelegen. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sauber. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Obwohl die Reception nicht rund um die Uhr offen hat, ist der Kundenservice bereit und hilft, wenn man Hilfe benötigt. In meinem Fall habe ich bei meiner Abreise meinen Schlüssel im Zimmer vergessen. Herr Wieglus vom Hotel Mille Stelle hat ganz unkompliziert die Nachsendung meines Schlüssels in die Schweiz veranlasst. Nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür!

Persönlich war das Kissen für mich etwas zu dünn.

Graet location, nice rooms, everything was fine, apart from...

We booked 3 rooms. One of the rooms (number 211) was full of bedbugs. A friend and his son wanted to go to bed when they saw at least 10 bedbugs on the bed and on the wall. They made photo of 1 of them from near, they killed 3 of them before thev have hidden. They called to hotel number to ask for another room, no answer. They have slept on the ground on the corridor, but they could not really sleep, they have left at 3:00 a.m., driving back home for 12 hours without sleeping... We contacted the hotel the day after, sent a photo about only 1 bedbug, they wrote us politely that they checked the room, and there was only 1 bedbug, which came through the window, and it can happen, it is not their fault. It means our friend and and his son lied about the 10 bedbugs, and about killing 3 of them, and they just slept on the corridor for fun... Instead of feeling bed, saying sorry, maybe compensating them and killing them, they stated our friends were lying... Avoid room 211, it is affected by bedbugs! We wrote to booking.com, asking for full refund for that unused room, no answer, which is a shame. We were very satisfied with the other rooms, the hotel was nice, clean, with great location and price/value.

The location is convenient

The reception time is not enough, there is not hotel assistance on saturdays and sundays. The lift got broken in my last day there and I got stuck there for some minutes and nobody was in the hotel to help me, a miracle that after some minutes it opened by itself and I could leave, otherwise I would have stayed there for hours with out any help at all. It is hard to understand what the guy responding the hot line says thru the phone. The check in machine didnt work when I arrived and didnt accept the city tax payment and there was nobody in the hotel to give the money so I couldn't pay during my whole stay there but once I arrived back home there was a message saying I had to pay, if not they were going to add some fees to me because of the delayed payment (when the problem was on their side).

Excellent location, spacious room, everything is perfect. Free morning coffee is a bonus

Sehr nettes Personal , gutes Preis Leistungsverhältniss , super Lage , in 10 Minuten ist man in der Altstadt. Für einen Kurztripp sehr gut geignet

Muhtemelen unutuldu ama odamda banyoda ıslak havlu asılıydı, personelle de minimum çalıştıkları için kimseye söyleyemedim. Belki küçük bir şey ama titizlik göstergesi.

A uns 15 minuts caminant del centre històric; habitació neta.

L'habitació era excessivament petita, res a veure amb les fotografies vistes. No vam poder contactar telemàticament amb l'allotjament per solucionar un petit incident amb el check-in. No tenia aire condicionat, tot i que ens van proporcionar un ventilador.

Оплатил при бронировании номер,на месте нужно было оплатить сити такс, по факту пришли заселяться, электронная система заселения, и автомат просит оплатить полную сумму, но на мониторе был пр клеен номер телефона, по WA быстро решили проблему. Правда последующие два дня автомат не работал, не знаю как зеселчлись другие гости. Но рецепшен работает днем, заселение через автомат только в выходные и нерабочее время. Вода горячая шла только днем, вечером её небыло.

Das Zimmer war klasse, die Lage perfekt

Ich bevorzuge leider immer noch menschliches Personal. Mit dem Automaten hat es zwar super geklappt, aber der spricht leider kein einziges Wort mit mir.

Konum olarak çok iyiydi, yürüyerek gezilecek yerlere gidip gece geç saate kadar dışarıda kalabiliyorsunuz. Kahve ikramı ve şişe su çok ince bir davranış.

Klima olmadığı için gece ter içinde kaldık. Ve havlular güzel kokmuyordu. Yatak rahat değildi ve yastıkların içi boştu neredeyse.

Sehr nettes, schönes Hotel. Zentral gelegen. Sehr zu empfehlen

Betten knarrten

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, gemütliches und sehr sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon sowie Tageslicht-Bad (und interessant "ums Eck" geschnitten). Leider war ich nur für eine Nacht dort, das Zimmer lädt zum Verweilen ein. Gerne wieder!

Zentrale Lage, gutes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis

Habitació individual molt agradable, lluminosa i tranquila, i molt neta. Barri molt agradable amb cafeteries, supermercat i forn de pa aprop.

El coixí és horrible. De fet és el motiu principal de no puntuar-vos amb un 9 i baixar a un 7. Si us plau, és impossible dormir bé amb un coixí tan tou on el cap queda enfonsat. El matalàs també és una mica tou, però acceptable.

Check-In-Automat um 14:45 Uhr sehr unpersönlich. Unklare Beschriftung "Es gibt Probleme mit dem Drucker, wollen Sie trotzdem fortfahren?", nicht klimatisiert, Waschbecken nicht im Bad sondern im Zimmer, keine Steckdose in der Nähe des Bettes

Alles sehr gut organisiert, das Einchecken war einfach und problemlos, das Personal sehr freundlich. Es gab eine Münze im Zimmer, mit der man sich morgens Kaffee, Tee oder Kakao mit einer sehr guten Kaffeemaschine zubereiten konnte. Der Kaffee hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Hotel sehr sauber, die Zimmer klein, aber alles notwendige vorhanden.

Nur mit dem Kopfkissen hatte ich Probleme.

Needs a person on reception in the mornings. A supply of coffee/tea to greet the morning. Not coffee via a machine and a disc.

The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, Location was good and access to piblic transportation was very good, the area was calm and restaurant and supermarkets are near, bathroom was super clean, I also needed Iron and they brought it for me.

The hotel is in a pretty good location in thr center. It is clean and comfy :)

There was just a hiccup with the payment, they forgot to ask for it when we left and it was a bit of a struggle to send. But all good in the end however :)

Aamiaista ei tarjolla hotellissa, vaan lähiravintolassa. Huone oli todella siisti ja oli sisustettu hyvällä maulla pelkistetysti, kokoaan isompi. Ympäristö cosy ja hieman rouhea, ilmastointia ei tarvittu, kun ikkuna auki. Sijainti julkiseen liikenteeseen hyvä, asemalle pari pysäkkiä. Viihdyin hyvin sen lyhyen ajan huoneessa. Hyvin nukutti. Ilmeisesti hotelliin saattoi jättää myös matkalaukkunsa säilöön, unohdin kysyä tätä respalta, joka oli lähtöpäivänä kiinni. En löytänyt tästä infoa. Miksiköhän uloskirjautumisaika on usein jo klo 11? Ranskassa tuskin koskaan

Hôtel bien situé, entre la gare et la vieille ville. Quartier paisible. Gentillesse de l'accueil. Prix modéré.

A recepciós hölgy nagyon kedves volt. Közel volt minden látnivaló és a vasútállomás is.

Meleg volt a szobában ventillátor használattal is; légkondicionáló nem volt.

Good location, coffee was great, rooms were nice and clean. We were allowed to check in early and when we asked were given an extra fan right away.

It was difficult without AC or a pool during the heat wave, but we understand that's how it is in these beautiful old buildings here.

The hotel seemed nice, but the design of the single room was poor. It is fine for a one-night stay, but not for more. For the same cost, they could have made a much better arrangement for a small room.

Tolle Lage, schöne saubere Zimmer, Check in einfach unkompliziert. Der Kaffee hat sehr gut geschmeckt.

All was good, the cleanliness, location, room size. They had this key-machine to check-in if you come after 2pm or so, but after a few tries worked just fine.

Single beds were funny, unless you lay in the center line of the bed, they were soft enough and had a tendecy to lean sideways and make roll out. So all night while sleeping you are keeping a balance too.

Nah zum Bahnhof

Spartanisch eingerichtet, nichts für länger

Das Zimmer war jeden Tag sauber, die Handtücher getauscht, eine frische Flasche Wasser. Die Lage ist bestens. 2 Minuten zum Frühstück im "Schwarzen Walfisch" - sehr empfehlenswert - frisch, lecker und (für uns) riesige Portionen. 15 m weiter "Frieda": Klasse zum Sundowner oder zum Abend. Insgesamt nur 3 Minuten zu ÖPNV - die "5" fährt alle 10 Minuten und man ist in Nullkommanix am Bismarckplatz als Ausgangspunkt für den Bummel in der Altstadt.

Unser Fenster zeigte Richtung Innenhof. Die Bauarbeiten im Nebenhaus/Innenhof begannen um Punkt 7. Für Nachteulen nicht gerade ideal ;-) (Meckern auf hohem Niveau). Die Betten sind uns zu weich; da ist noch Potential.

Die Lage war gut. Fahrräder im Innenhof sicher, bei Regen halt nass- logischerweise.

Das Bett hat bei der geringsten Bewegung geknarrt.

De ligging, een hele mooie wijk. Ook dat wij een parkeerkaart voor het gebied bij de balie konden kopen , dat was fijn . Fles water en munten voor de koffie waren fijn .

Stayed for the second time here, very clean, very central, quiet and cozy. A free coffee from a machine in the morning :)

The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly. Enjoyed the coffee in the mornings and the daily one Liter of water. It is a great location. Makes all the main sites easy to walk to.

It felt like more like a youth hostel in the last evening. It was fine other than that.

Good size room. Very nice bathroom. Bottle of water each day. Free tea and coffee. Comfy beds.

Not sure why free tea and coffee stops at 8pm?

Aufgrund dessen, dass die Außentemperaturen sehr hoch waren, war es im Zimmer auch sehr warm. Ein Ventilator war im Zimmer, keine Klimaanlage. Das Hotel liegt ruhig, im Hotel fand ich es laut, da viele Gäste die Türen knallen. Ich bin vorzeitig abgereist.

Arrivés un dimanche, aucun problème d'accueil via la borne d''enregistrement. La chambre était : claire, spacieuse, calme, et confortable et d'une parfaite propreté. L'accès est très facile de la gare (arrêt du tramway et des bus à proximité), quartier tranquille et calme. La vielle ville est très proche ( 5 à 10 minutes à pied.). Très bon rapport : qualité, prix, situation.

Das Bett war leider sehr durchgelegen und unbequem.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable, sheets were cleen as well. Token and free water were good. Good sleep quality. Hotel area was quiet and surrounded by cafes and stores.

Check in time is a bit late and in result day is gone, would be better if find more optimistic way.
