L'hôtel est à 500m de la mer dans un quartier calme. Le gros avantage de cet hôtel c'est le parking gratuit et le bon rapport qualité/prix

La literie mériterait d'être changée.(matelas très mou). Une couette dans une housse avec 28°dehors sans un drap pour simplement se couvrir c'est l'habitude de beaucoup d'hôtels quelque soit la saison et avec le "réchauffement climatique il faudrait peut-être envisager des chgts dans la literie !!

Hôtel idéalement placé pour visiter Biarritz Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Un vrai hôtel familial équipé simplement mais suffisamment pour un séjour court.

Sur un séjour long la chambre est petite et ne permet pas de circuler simultanément à 2. Cela ne m'a pas dérangée car je ne suis restée que 3 jours.

It was extremely humid, mold in the room and full of mosquitos when we arrived.

El trato personal y la limpieza en general ya que había leído algunas reseñas que indicaban suciedad pero nosotros lo encontramos todo limpio. Además preguntamos varias dudas y nos contestaron con mucha amabilidad

Que cierra recepción por la noche. Al viajar sola con menores prefiero si hay recepción toda la noche El ruido que se oye si alguien de otra habitación se ducha o camina Las sábanas eran con relieve y poco cómodas

L'emplacement à 500m à pied de la grande plage est idéal.

La chambre était très propres mais pour le prix on s'attendait à un peu plus de confort, de plus jolies finitions, notamment dans la salle de bain.

El hotel es atiguo pero la habitación aunque sencilla limpia y cómoda. El cuarto de baño también sencillo pero equipado con todo lo basico incluido secador de mano. El desayuno variado pero sin excesos. Y el personal muy amable.

La habitación un poco pequeña y sin aire acondicionado, pero si que tiene ventilador de techo por lo que no pasamos calor.

El hotel es muy acogedor y con mucho encanto. La ubicación es perfecta para ir andando al centro de Biarritz en 10min. La zona es muy tranquila. El personal no habla español pero fueron encantadoras y muy amables. Repetiré si vuelvo a Biarritz.

L'absence de climatisation associée à une rue extrêmement bruyante (1 voiture toutes les 10 secondes même au milieux de la nuit) empêche totalement de dormir l'été (et ce n'était ́ pourtant pas une période de canicule).Le ventilateur est vieux et bruyant et ne suffit pas bien évidemment. Chambre très petite, literie ancienne et défraîchie Draps et taie d'oreiller inconfortables : quelle mauvaise idée cette matiere rugueuse. Le prix est bien trop élevé en regard de la prestation (limite scandaleux)

L’emplacement est idéal.

L’hôtel est un plus vétuste que les photos ne laissent apparaître. Le petit déjeuner manquait de générosité (à 9h, il ne restait plus grand chose). Le bruit dans la rue et par un groupe d’espagnols dans l’hôtel en pleine nuit nous a empêchés de dormir.

Hard to find something nice

Old refurbished, tiny spaces, no lift for upper floors.

Das Haus ist alt, aber innen schön renoviert und gut in Farbe,und hat seinen eigenen Charme. Wir wurden überaus freundlich empfangen. Das sehr große Familienzimmer mit vier Betten kam uns mit unseren vielen Gepäckstücken sehr entgegen. Es war blitzsauber und wir hatten viel Luft zum Atmen. Die Betten waren ausgezeichnet und die Mitarbeiter des Hauses extrem herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das war alles viel angenehmer als die kleinen Kaninchenställe der internationalen Hotelketten in Strandnähe. Der Fußweg zum Strand betrug 15 Minuten - kein großes Problem also. Wer mit dem Stadtbus der Linie 5 vom Bahnhof anreist, sollte sich nicht wundern, dass man eine recht lange Stadtrundfahrt mitmacht. Das liegt an der Konstruktion der Stadt, die im wesentlichen aus ewig langen Einbahnstraße besteht. Ich würde wieder hier buchen, wenn ich in Biarritz zu tun hätte.

Mir fällt nichts ein, was zu beanstanden wäre.

The hotel is fairly basic, but at the same time it fully meets the expectations for this type of accommodation. The price is a little on the high side, but understandable given the season. It’s about a 12-minute walk to the town centre and the ocean. Parking is conveniently available in the hotel courtyard, and breakfast is offered in the morning. One thing to keep in mind: the shower is quite small, so taller or larger guests may find it a bit challenging to use comfortably.

El hotel necesita una reforma, y las habitaciones son ridículamente pequeñas. Reservé el Hotel con bajas expectativas en vista de las valoraciones de la web, pero aún así me sorprendió lo pequeña que era la habitación. Apenas se podía abrir una maleta. Además el Hotel está en una calle ruidosa, por lo que tuvimos que cerrar la ventana para dormir, pero el ventilador favoreció que no pasásemos mucho calor.

Struttura storica con giardino in un contesto molto piacevole, la doppia camera per 4 persone ampia e confortevole, i letti comodi. E' presente un deumidificatore in camera, che, in assenza di aria condizionata, è stato utile per mitigare le alte temperature di questo periodo.

Non e' proprio in centro, camera non pulitissima e soprattutto bagno davvero minimal, troppo piccolo. Direi in generale rapporto q/p non mi ha soddisfatto.

we stayed in the recent heatwave, we knew no air con but a fan provided... however when we arrived back at 11pm the fan in our room didn't work, no breeze no fan and about 38 degrees, I did call the hotel number as no night reception but was told sorry can't help so no sleep really then left early before the room became unbearable again,

La habitación muy antigua con muebles y acabados de hace 30 años; sin aire acondicionado (te dejan un ventilador pero que a 40 grados no hace nada); camas que te hundes; hormigas en el baño; a 40 grados y unas sábanas gordas; fuimos con una niña de 4 años y un bebé y nos mandan para la 2º planta sin ascensor; mesita rota que al mínimo golpe se caía; la ducha tenía una cortina de hace años que no da sensación de limpio; 2 enchufes en la habitación pero uno ya era para ventilador; habitación muy pequeña; 175€ una noche, no lo vale este hotel de 2 estrellas! Calidad- precio malísimo. Una experiencia muy mala.

Расположение отеля хорошее, 10 минут пешком до пляжа и центра. У отеля есть собственная бесплатная парковка это нас и подкупило. По поводу номера : чистое белье чистый санузел, однако номер очень маленький.

Нет кондиционера только вентилятор, рецепция работает только в определённые часы, мы приехали немного раньше не смогли войти дверь была закрыта пришлось пару часов гулять. Следующий раз буду бронировать отель с рецепцией 24/7.

Die Lage perfekt zum Zentrum. Frühstück gut.

Der Charm von früher wäre mit kleinen Renovierungen sicher wieder zu erreichen.

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Das Frühstück fanden wir sehr gut. Es gab einen Parkplatz am Hotel.

Das Zimmer hat den Scharm einer Jugendherberge aus den 70ern. Es ist winzig. Noch winziger ist das Bad. Ich bin durchschnittlich groß und schwer, aber selbst ich musste mich quer auf die Toilette setzen. Auf knapp 2 qm wurde ein Klo, ein Waschbecken und eine Dusche gequetscht. Und alles hatte seine besten Jahre schon vor langer Zeit hinter sich gelassen. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Selbst Anfang Juni war es kaum auszuhalten. Für mehr als eine Nacht nicht zu empfehlen.

La ubicación a 10’ andando del centro en una zona residencial. La habitación y el baño eran amplios. El propio hotel tiene un pequeño parking gratuito (si pillas sitio) y si no en la calle también puedes aparcar de forma gratuita.

Lo peor ha sido el ruido. Las paredes y el techo son de papel. No dormimos nada por la fiesta que tenían en la habitación contigua y en la de encima. Se escuchaba TODO. Y lo mismo con las pisadas del piso de arriba y cada vez que tiraban de la cadena. El hotel necesita una obra de insonorización completa.

Das Hotel hat sein "Flair" von frühere Zeiten, man muss einfach nicht moderne "Annehmlichkeiten" wie Minibar od. Klimaanlage erwarten, dann ist es nice. Parkplatz ist auch meistens gleich vor dem Eingang vorhanden.
