Parkering i området var dyrt - men det er ikke hotellets skyld

Although convenient to everything, it was on a quiet street, so was quiet at night and the bar was also not busy. The room was clean and comfortable.

lo staff è apparso cordiale ma poco empatico. Ci è stato chiesto, il giorno prima, a che ora saremmo arrivati e abbiamo indicato l'orario (all'incirca le ore 12.00); tuttavia, quando siamo arrivati in struttura, alle ore 12.00, ci è stato comunicato che comunque la stanza sarebbe stata pronta per le ore 15.00. Al di là della poca flessibilità degli orari (check in ore 15.00 e check out ore 11.00) avremmo gradito che il personale ci avvisasse (già dal giorno prima) che la camera comunque sarebbe stata disponibile non prima delle ore 15.00. Piccole accortezze che, in un viaggio di piacere, fanno certamente la differenza (in fondo si trattava di una semplice comunicazione).

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026I absolutely loved this hotel and my room! The location is perfect - in the center of town and close to the beach. Everything was a 15 minute walk or less. The hotel was beautiful and I am obsessed with my room + little terrace. If I ever come back to Biarritz, I will be staying here again. Great and helpful staff too!

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel mit kleinem Garten. Schöne und saubere Zimmer mit vielen liebevollen Details. Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Nur wenige Minuten zu den Stränden und ins Zentrum. Zahlreiche Restaurants in der Umgebung.

Our room was small, but typical for many small European hotels. We still loved our stay.

Que la ducha estaba separada del cuarto con una mampara corrediza y se iba un poco de agua sobre el piso del cuarto. En ese mismo ambiente estaba el inodoro y eso puede resultar incómodo en algunos casos. Tener en cuenta que la recepción está hasta las 21 hs y luego hasta las 7am no hay nadie. Se ingresa con un código.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026L’emplacement. La terrasse dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Les produits locaux sont tous très bien sélectionnés. D’excellents fromages et jambon basques. Le saumon est succulent. Les viennoiseries sont croustillantes à souhait, le pain est frais. J’ai beaucoup aimé la sélection de brioches et petits gâteaux basques avec un petit mot pour indiquer leurs provenances. J’ai aussi réservé un massage et c’était une expérience géniale. Je recommande la masseuse, qui fait des soins sur mesure.
L’accueil à distance à partir de 21h qui est délocalisé à Bordeaux. La personne au bout du fil était désagréable et ne savait absolument pas ce qui se passait dans l’hôtel ni à Biarritz. Si bien que je n’ai eu aucune réponse à mes questions. Aucun service de taxi fiable. Il y a un certain amateurisme dans l’accueil, avec un personnel parfois aimable mais qui ne semblent pas être des professionnels de l’hôtellerie. Il y a pour moi de très gros efforts et progrès à faire de ce côté là. Les salles de bain mériteraient un certain rafraîchissement. C’est par endroit délabré.

Close to all amenities, Les Halles de Biarritz, restaurants and bars. We booked room with Juliet balcony and had lovely outlook over Jardin Public. Good size room. Comfy bed. Very clean. Minibar reasonably priced. Nespresso coffee machine in room which is always an added bonus. Good breakfast.

Slight downside was the toilet shower combination in the bedroom, but it’s an older building so they did make it so I didn’t have to share a bathroom with other rooms.
