One of the nicer places to stay but still on the cheaper side. Not many other guests so felt more luxurious with having the pool area to ourselves. Staff could have been a tiny bit more accommodating but not a big problem whatsoever! Very clean and lovely stay.

Hotel was very nice. Clean and mostly in great condition. Great value for money There’s an onsite (basic) water park which we had early access to. There’s also a private pool for hotel guests The staff were nice and helpful The hotel was within a (longer) walking distance to some shops and restaurants. The onsite restaurant wasn’t great, but ok, inc for breakfast

Safe and friendly

The room was clean and spacious. The AC was great and bathroom large. The bed was comfortable, refrigerator medium size - perfect and wifi good. The food was excellent and staff super nice. This place is perfect family environment because it has a water park that put a lot of smiles on everyone's face.

First up the staff are excellent,they are friendly always smiling and greeting you.at the time they were having priblem with new wifi sevice being installed so no wifi but after asking the desk staff went out of there way and went to manager who organized a router for my room so i could get wifi to contact my son back in Australia. Stayed in south wing and only little probem was other guests kids using your terrace on ground floor as a thourough fair.maybe when busy have staff there to control kids.speacial mention to the security guard who was on dury when i was there such a nice and helpfull man.also as i said before the girls on frint desk and also staff in restaurant a well done you should be proud

This place is a ripped off! I booked 5 rooms and 19 of us.

Be careful as they promise to deliver but don’t. Sky TV included but not working for 10 days. Wifi doesn’t reach the room so not able to use. Very noisy as they allow day stays to have 10 people in one room. What is worse than all of this is that they don’t care as they are full every night with party guests.

Don’t book this property Firstly the staff attitude was Terrible there was no one that was professional all laughing / taking selfies in the lobbies and no one even greeted us at the entrance. Upon checking in the room we found that there were stains in the room , cockroaches, hair strands on the bed AND TO TOP IT UP WAS MOULD on shower heads and walls. We asked them to check it out and what they can do and literally said “we can’t do anything”. We asked to speak to the manager and we got told to wait for 3 hours. 3 hours later they said that the manager is not coming. After that they called us saying that he’s in a meeting. They kept making lies about the manager and who we could speak to. They were not helpful at all. All the descriptions on their cebu page is a complete lie. I have photos and videos of it. Disgusting place and staff. Would NEVER go back there again.

They gave my room away, my reservation was for 2 twins they give me a room but was with 1 king I needed 2 twins.

The staff are courteous and friendly. The place is clean and welcoming. My husband and I enjoyed and love this place. And would likely stay again in the future.

Very disappointed in the rating of this hotel, It was more like a 2 star rating. Bathrooms where very dirty, swimming pool was dirty and telephone room service struggled to speak English. Breakfast included was a few items from a Philippines menu and something as simple as eggs and bacon wasn’t included in the breakfast and if you happened to order this, you would be charged without being notified. Come breakfast time they would send you multiple breakfasts that you did not order for a room with one person and played dumb.

It was amazing and my grandkid’s love it.

The kids love the place except the WiFi is really low! To make the story short they can’t used the WiFi at all coz of poor signal!

It was surprisingly decent from years ago that we last stayed. We thought the place will be packed and needs more improvement given that it's been opened for a while now but the place still looks good and clean this time than before.

The water park is amazing with many options and super fun for the kids. Some places however were quite worn out. We were the only non Filipino guests which was nice because we could interact with local people and also discover some cultural differences. The room was clean, big and comfortable. The amenities kept to the minimum but nice. Service was friendly if not always fast. The private pool area for guests was really pleasant. The restaurant staff was nice and friendly. Only some food on the menu were available depending on the time.

My two daughters love the swimming pools. The only negatives are the cleanliness. The pool area is getting dirtier every time we stay here. They do not clean around the plants in the pool areas. The cabanas are nice but people dont know how to use trash cans. The play area above the dragons is falling apart. The artificial turf is horrible. The area needs a lot of maintenance. The common are bathrooms ... Well just dont use them...ewww.

Stayed for 2days . Upgraded my room in Pool side Smokin Room . Upon Check Out They Charge me 1000peso Penalty. For Smokin in the Room. They Told me that you can only Smoke OUTSIDE the room. Coz You Smoke Inside the Room I have Pay For the Penalty. Nobody Answer the Front Desk For 2days. They just Answer ONCE, i Ask Them why is Nobody Answering the Phone, they Replied in the Rude Way , telling Me EveryBodys BUSY

I like the south wing second floor nice view, has a privacy, quite place. I dont like the front staff the entrance, shes a bit strick, rude....

The property its self was fine. No issues with the room. When i wanted to go explore some i asked for a map if the area nobody had one. The finances family wanted to visit, but the resort only allowed a 30 minute guest stay then you would have to pay 350 to 600 per head depending on age. This made me the most angry. The wifi was a annoyance because you had to use a voucher that was good for 24 hours. So if you stay 10 days you need to have 10 free wifi vouchers. Was quite annoying. I dont plan to stay here again, once was good enough for me.

Private room/place. Separate from the day use facilities. Poor conditions regarding excess people in room, too expensive.

Service is excellent Room is nice and comfortable especially the huge swimming pool about a meters away from my room. Me, wife son and grand daughter enjoy much.

The day use pool is very very crowded and you have to pass this area so you could get inside your room. The bathroom smells awful and the toilet does not flush. I asked them to have the bathroom clean and the guy who was tasked to clean was so irritated. During breakfast, the male staff was not wearing his shirt (half naked) and only wore it when we went inside.

Got one of the rooms on ground level with direct access to the pool. It was very cool to have the pool directly accessible from the room. You can walk out the back door of the room and jump into the pool. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and very responsive. They always showed up immediately when called. The adjacent water park was also very cool in a special way. It was open to 11PM and as a guest of the hotel you have access to the water park for free. There are a few interesting although not extremely long water slides, a number of pools, and a few warm jacuzzis in the water park. When we were there, there were very few people in the park at night, and virtually no staff. It was very fun to slide down the slides as many times as we wanted without any restrictions. It was almost like having a deserted amusement park all to ourselves. - like a scene from some kind of apocalyptic movie. There is a very nice food court thing right outside the hotel property, a billiards place and a number of other interesting things nearby as well. Overall we had a good time … and didn't really leave the hotel property. It is not 5 star luxury, but it was a lot of fun.

The room was directly at the pool area. It was secluded from the busy waterpark. Breakfast was sent to our room. Overall, we had a great time. The only downside was the extra charges we had to pay since we decided to get a cottage to set up a party by the waterpark.

Service was prompt and the staff are very friendly. Great pool for adults and kids. But the place has a garbage smell from time to time and I don’t know if the facility is aware that customers are complaining about it.

We loved everything. The only thing that could be better is the WiFi, having only being able to connect one device a day was a little annoying.

Need to improve on food. There is only 1 restaurant available and most food are not available.

Very nice place. Wonderful swimming pools. Easy to relax or spend time with family and friends. The price for visiting guests is too much. Also if you pay for 3 or 4 guests per room thats how many free breakfasts you should recieve. 2 free per room is not good for big family. Although positive is they deliver breakfast direct to the comfort of your room.

Fantastic place. Especially for families. Close to the mall. And close to nightlife and food. Ill be coming back again. Rooms nice. Air con works well. Except usual complaints. Cold showers and dodgy shower heads. Slow wifi. The price of breakfast is too high. I expect more for 190 pesos. 2 complimentary breakfasts per room is useless if you bring a family.

The worst hotel experience I have ever had. Small ants everywhere most of the staff was rude, the only restaurant they had we had to ask them to take our order several times because they were sitting behind the counter playing on their cell phones. you could not order a drink at the bar without buying the whole bottle of liquor and you had to carry the bottle with you every time you went to the bar and then they charged you for a glass of ice and coke. the only good thing about my stay there was the Mo2 club right next door to the hotel. I will never stay there again and I do not recommend this place to anyone

It was a fantastic get away for my wife, son her mother ,auntie and nieces. They all had a great time swimming and relaxing. Theread is a mall near by also. The breakfast was very good but some of the dinner meals are so so . Other than that for me it was worth the price for the fun they had during the holiday season. Also the room on the ground floor by the pool was great .Eating breakfast outside and enjoying the morning.

The facilities were much more than I expected. Stayed in the south section, accessible only with the key card. Large pool, clean, very nice. Lower rooms are right at the pool edge, great for watching your kids from your own patio. I will stay here again if the need arises.

Property was an excellent place to rest and relax. However, the cafe left something to be desired as their menu was small and they were out of several menu items each day when we ordered.

The hotel is nice. It has a soacious and clean rooms. The pools are nice and they are kids friendly. It is close to shopping malls.

Booked two rooms, one in the south wing which was very nice and new. Love how quite it was in that area and we truly enjoyed the exclusivity. Also booked a family room (2rooms in one) on the waterpark side and it was huge. Very spacious with a balcony for each room. The waterpark does get crowded with the day users but I think it didn't matter much to us as we have the option to just chill at the south wing pool. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider going back when in Cebu.

This place is amazing. The south wing has its own privet pool so you do not have to fight the crowd in the main pool that is open the all. The room was great and breakfast is served in you room. The disco next door is happening place also. The SM mall is only a short taxi ride away if you want shopping or a variety of food to eat. I will be staying there again next time I am in Cebu.

Im giving this hotel full marks... very courtious staff... very comfy rooms and perfect safe place to swim with our kids. Plenty lifegaurds around pools. Only downside would be breakfast..im used to lots of fruits and coffee and a buffet style breakfast..here its a plate served in your room ..ok, but not enough for a big fella.

The hotel was good and amenities were good but the staff were horrible, they need training. They don't even smile. There is no compromise, for them black is black , and white is white, and that's it! And for a 3star hotel, it's overpriced! Only one person running the kitchen that morning, just imagine I have to wait ages for my cup of coffee because according to them only one person is serving. It's disgusting!!! Never again.

Nice well kept rooms and very clean hotel overall. The South wing rooms are equal to or better quality than a Holiday Inn level hotel in the US. Facilities overall are good. Restaurant in hotel is good but limited menu. MO2 is the only restaurant nearby and its more like a sports bar with live music. Major malls are within a short taxi ride (or jeepney/trike). Security staff is good and very vigilant.
