Rich & Free Hotel - Zhongshan

非常老舊的房間和衛生間，與網站照片很不符。其次我住的房間，浴室地漏發出惡臭，關上浴室門時聞不到，但是早上洗漱打開時簡直讓人不能忍受。

Clean room and friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed - no back or body pain after sleeping. Free coffee in the lounge/patio area, which is a nice place to hang out. The hotel was generally well maintained. You can leave your luggage if you want to explore the city before your flight.

Wi-Fi is really, really bad. Very slow and constantly cuts out, making it difficult to plan our travels. We were reliant on wifi as we had limited data. This was a down side. We asked the staff to fix it and was kind to take action. However, the wifi remained slow. Shower curtain is far too short. Water gets all over the bathroom floor, toilet area, and sink. We had to use towels and bath mats to wipe everything up, so we needed fresh ones every day. We had to ask the staff to clean the room even when it is not necessary. A longer curtain would easily prevent this. The walls are very thin so you could hear the elevator going up, going down and opening and closing. Extra isolation would have helped this. Cigarette smell from smokers below came into our room even with the windows completely closed. The room was advertised as having a “patio,” but our room didn’t have one. Pillows weren’t very comfortable. On the other hand, it was comfortable for my partner. It is flat and low. So it ias dependent on you preference. No full-body mirror. However, I noticed this in accessible/public toilets around the city as well, so it seems to be more of a local norm and wasn’t really an issue for us.

It was within walking distance to Chifeng street and Zhongshan metro station. Service was very good too, staff very earnest and eager to help

Pillows were way too soft. Walls quite thin, the neighbours made a din the whole night on my first night there so I had a hard time sleeping

I had a really nice room on the ground floor that was perfectly sized for me as one person (and would be for 2 people as well). It was clean and spacious, and the air conditioning was working perfectly. The staff member who did my check-in was very, very kind and helpful and also helped me to remove a bug from the room (that I must have brought in from outside, as the room has no connection, e.g., a window, to the outside). The 24h reception brought me great comfort, and the room was very well cleaned when I asked for that. At the reception/arrival space, there is a coffee machine and snacks for free for each guest, which is a nice addition, and the room also has a small selection of tea and coffee (instant) and comes with water bottles. The location was very convenient. All in all, a great hotel!

壁が薄く隣の部屋の音が響きやすい。部屋のトイレの音も丸聞こえ。

Bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer war neben dem Liftschacht und der Lift war eher laut. Bett zu Kurz und Hart.

1.床鋪舒適好睡，冷氣夠強 2.浴室水量大，熱水穩定 3.雖然飯店離捷運站有一點距離，但附近的公車站剛好有要搭的路線，所以不是大問題

1.無窗房型，一進房就聞到很重的霉味；後來把冷氣改除濕功能後味道才好一點… 2.可能是低價房型，房間位置在一樓員工區，說不上的怪 3.浴室燈光在洗手台正上方，照下來臉都陰影，可以考慮在鏡子前加裝燈源

The room only had two towels for two guests, and both of them were torn and worn out. Another downside was that the hotel uses the same product as body wash, shampoo, and hand soap, which felt very low quality. The biggest issue was the poor sound insulation. The room was extremely noisy, and we could clearly hear sounds from outside throughout the night. Our sleep was interrupted several times because of the noise. Overall, I expected a much better experience.

是乾淨又便宜的一家旅店，前台哥哥蠻親切友善的，會很詳細解答問題，大廳有餅乾咖啡可以吃，

房間的床太軟、浴室整間是那種玻璃霧式的，裡面開燈，房間會感受到燈，有點不習慣，距離火車站沒有想像中近，拖行李走的路線道路不太好走

The room was too small. Client were told to keep their luggage at the reception because there was not enough room for luggage. There was no form of closet for clothes

Hotel is near lots of restaurants. It is close to a subway station and mall. It has a 24h supermarket nearby.

Hotel password is not ideal. I decided not to use it.

This would be a great hotel if they did something about the mold problem :( The first room we were given had TONS of mold, the staff was kind enough to show us two more rooms and we took the one with less mold, but still there was mold in the bathroom. Outside of the mold issue, the hotel was comfortable and we felt like the staff was very kind and went above and beyond. The rooms are small but the beds are comfy, there is a desk, and our room had a balcony with a washing machine which was very convenient. The location is great and we’d stay in this area again as it had great restaurants walking distance (vegan too!) and it was easy to access public transit lines. Special shout out to Wilson at the front desk, he was always so kind and conversational :)

The mold problem :(

Great location, walking distance to HuaShan creative park, Weekend farmer marker. Easy to move around. Friendly stuff.

the room is a little small. hard to put luggages around and natural sunlight is limiting. Bed is okay but overall can be better.

Great location, very friendly staff, clean room.

Bed was a bit hard and room was very small (no room to open up a suitcase let alone 2). But was otherwise good value for money and was all we needed for our last 2 nights in Taiwan!

Es gab kostenlosen Snacks in der Hotellobby und das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und aufmerksam

Man konnte riechen, dass in den Zimmern vorher geraucht wurde. Außerdem waren die Zimmer sehr feucht - zum Glück war dort aber ein Entfeuchter aufgstellt, dieser war innerhalb von nur ein paar Stunden randvoll mit Wasser.

El personal y la ubicación es perfecto. La habitación muy divertida decorada de tetris.

La habitación era para 5, pero teníamos dos camas q, aunque grandes, quedaba un poco ajustada para los 5.

Outstanding service from the staff! They were incredibly welcoming, always ready to assist, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable and smooth during my stay.
