Phòng rộng rãi, vị trí đối diện ga chính thuận tiện đi lại.

Phòng có mùi ẩm khá rõ, bật điều hòa sẽ đỡ. Tôi book phòng cho 5 đêm, nhưng đến gần 12h đêm thứ 3 tôi nhận được điện thoại từ lễ tân yêu cầu ngày hôm sau chuyển sang phòng khác. Tôi thấy điều này gây cho tôi sự khó chịu và không thoải mái.

一進去房間霉味很重，雖然有附一台除濕機，但本身霉味就很重，應該是要在客人入住前先除濕。 房間燈光很暗，把所有燈打開還是覺得偏暗，燈光都是黃光為主。 冷氣會間歇性的發出滴滴滴像時鐘秒針經過的聲音，雖然不大聲，可是早上淺眠一直聽到很惱人。 沙發看起來有點髒髒的

Địa điểm siêu gần ga tàu chính Taipei main station và bến xe buýt ngay trước mặt tòa nhà, nên đi đâu cũng rất tiện. Khách sạn có vip lounge chờ nếu tới sớm, có phòng giặt là và tự là quần áo. Phòng rộng rãi, có tivi, tiện nghi đầy đủ

Phòng đôi tôi ở thì không có ổ cắm ở cạnh đầu giường, điểu này khá bất tiện khi muốn sạc điện thoại.

床偏硬，梳妝台沒有鏡子，吹風機風量不夠大

地下道出入り口が目の前にあり雨でも濡れにくい。出入り口はエレベーターなのでスーツケースを持つ旅行者にはおお助かり。また、近くには飲食店、コンビニがあり便利。

バスタブがもう少し深いと嬉しい。又、浴室の水がトイレまで溢れる可能性がありヒヤヒヤしました。

친절한 직원들 덕분에 식당 예약도 수월하게 했습니다. 라운지가 있어서 편하게 식사와 수다 가능하고 세탁룸이 있어 여행중 빨래도 가능해서 좋았습니다. 대체적으로 청결하게 유지되고 있었고요, 에어컨도 빵빵하게 잘나와서 특유의 꿉꿉함과 눅눅함 없이 잘 지냈습니다. 또한 위치가 너무 좋아서 다시 타이페이 간다면 재숙박예정입니다.~ 메인역 앞이라 공항철도와 지하철, 기차까지 한번에 이용 가능해서 좋아요!

베개 솜이 너무 없어서 걍 맨바닥에 누운것마냥 잤네요... 지은지 좀 된 느낌은 있습니다만 청결해서 괜찮습니다.

部屋に忘れ物をしてしまいましたが、スタッフが連絡をくれました。たまたま、台湾に行く予定のある娘に取りにいってもらうことになり、助かりました。

最初、部屋に入ったとき、少し臭いを感じましたが、後からは気にならなかったです。

Location is excellent, right across the street from Taipei station, able to get around city, long distance, trains all over the country, direct train to airport. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, more than happy to watch for your luggage before you check in and after you check out before you head to a different location.

Finding the hotel can be very difficult. You have to go inside the building that is noted on the app, then take one of the elevators just pass the lobby and go to the 19th floor. Not all the elevators go to the 19th floor so need to pay attention. It’s typically the first two on either side will go to the 19th floor using, their airport taxi service will arrange everything for you so that it makes it easy, but be aware it’s more expensive than taking the train or finding another option or Taxi. The mattresses were fairly hard for me, but my wife slept well. The shower floor is elevated so if you’re tall, you either have to sit on the edge to take a shower or you have to bend over.

Great location and the reception staffs are super nice and helpful. Laundry room is clean and provided laundry powder. Lounge is cozy and have kitchen with big refrigerator you can use.

The family room we stay, the bathroom facilities were old, aircon for sure have some problem, it became very warm at early morning. It’s seems like system was turn off.

台北車站の真ん前しかもバスタブ付きでこの価格とはコストパフォーマンスが良すぎです。

ビルの裏口にあるエレベーターはホテルがあるフロアに止まりません。コンビニはホテルの裏口側にあるので買い出しで少し手間があります。

La ubicacion

Adverti con un dia de antelacion de que mi reserva era para un sola persona porque no se cómo fue que figuraba para dos. Aun asi me metieron en una habitacion de dos piezas para CUATRO personas, muy incómoda para mi y logicamente mucho mas cara,que lo que esperaba. Se negaron a cambiarme.

台北駅の目の前 新光三越が隣 わかりにくいが地下街と直通のルートがある 景色がよい 設備がよい 冷蔵庫は冷凍庫もあるタイプ ウォシュレットあり ラウンジ、ランドリーあり 日本語OKのスタッフの方もいる

荷物を預けた後、チェックイン時間に部屋が準備できていなかったらしく、少し待たされてしまった 古いビルなのでホテル部分以外は若干薄汚れた印象 駅近だが夜間はかなり暗い箇所がある 台北駅から見てビルの1階、反対側にworld gymと地下街へのルートがありますが、 時間帯によってはビルの廊下は通れなくなるので注意(警備員さんに止められます) 早朝などは地下街側からの扉も閉じていることがあります

1. 空調漏水: 居住的前兩晚在第一間房都有漏水的情況，維修工人修過後只有短暫的改善，甚至在睡覺的時候被水滴聲吵醒。第三天前台幫我們換了房間以後，依然有漏水，只能再次請維修工人來修，才解決了漏水的問題。 2. 房間有蟑螂跟異味: 接著上面的換房，第二個房間進門後就有看見蟑螂，並且伴有強烈的下水道味。請前台來噴過除臭劑後有好轉，晚上味道消失。第二天上午9點左右味道又會回來，晚上又會減弱。因為我們白天在外面，中途又去北海岸住了一天，回來台北的時候只會再住一晚了，所以決定忍忍就算了。 3. 洗衣房不合理: 洗衣房寫的是開到23:00，但是每次在22:40後，就沒辦法用房卡開洗衣房的門，必須請前台幫忙開門。既然系統設定的是提早會鎖門，為什麼要寫關門時間是23:00？非常不好安排洗衣服跟烘乾的時間，也很麻煩前台的工作人員。 3. 烘乾機功能弱: 我們平時一次會需要烘乾7件衣服左右。每次我們都調到按照洗衣機說明書寫的，選擇烘乾100分鐘的，但是沒有一次把衣服拿出來的時候，衣服是乾的。最後一天上午我們拿著晾過一晚上的衣服去烘乾，繼續選擇了推薦的100分鐘烘乾，結果拿出來的時候衣服跟放進去前一樣濕，我們又到了該退房的時間，只能把沒乾的衣服到行李箱裡，上飛機，回家再重新洗。

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the MRT station, making it very convenient to travel around Taipei. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the ground floor of the building is filled with claw machine arcades, which was fun to explore. The room was generally clean, and once we reported an issue, the staff responded quickly and resolved it.

During the first two nights, water was dripping from the ceiling in several spots, not just one area. We reported it on the morning of the third day, and the hotel fixed the issue and placed a dehumidifier in the room. While I appreciate their prompt response. The staff were average in terms of service, though they were efficient when handling complaints.

Front desk staff can be more friendly. For example, many times we greeted the staff first “ good morning!” “Hello” and then sometimes they didn’t even reply us.

衣類の洗濯ができた。 台北駅直結だった。（とはいえ、駅構内、地下街はかなり広いので移動時間は考慮が必要） 寝るだけなら十分。

全くホテルの問題ではないが、Z地下街の出口2、4は階段のみ。エレベーターが間に１台あるが狭いので並ぶ。 新光三越はホテルが入っているビルの隣だが、Z地下街は三越にもホテルのビルにも直接出入りできなかった。（少なくとも私達は見つからなかった）その情報が事前にあればスムーズだったと思う。

Les photos ne ressemblaient pas vraiment, c'était beaucoup plus vieux et le balcon était en fait une minuscule véranda dont les fenêtres étaient opaques de saletés et ne s'ouvraient pas. très mensonger.
