Very central location to pamukkale travertines, extremely helpful staff, breakfast included

Exceptionally welcoming and hospitable staff who were happy to go above and beyond to help. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable with balcony views of the Pamukkale travertine. TOP location and surprisingly quiet. We walked to eat at local restaurants and it's only a 3-5 minute walk to the city gate entrance to the Pamukkale terraces and Hierapolis which opened at 8am (we bought tickets online the night before). They offered parking for our hire car and that worked well. The swimming pool is gorgeous and well-maintained. I enjoyed a refreshing swim. Breakfast buffet was good, with a range of juices, teas and lovely fresh fruit, though cooking staff didn't seem to have allergy/intolerance training so I was careful (gluten and lactose).

A small thing but all the linen and towels had a VERY strong laundry soap smell. It's lovely that everything is clean but too much soap is being used (or insufficiently rinsed). Cleaning staff sometimes forgot that guests are sometimes resting during the day and would occasionally shout to each other across the building. Small issues and we still loved our stay.

Very kind host. He took care of storing our bags from the morning even though check-in was at 2:00 PM. When we left, he personally accompanied us to the bus stop and brought breakfast forward just for us. Small things that say a lot about a great person.

Great location, very close to the site. Good restaurants nearby, a nice pool, and very friendly staff.

The condition of the property is poor. The windows were covered with panels, and overall the place needs a thorough renovation.

Die Lage war super, mit Blick auf die weißen Kalkberge. Das Zimmer war schön groß. Die Kinder fanden den Pool super und es gab die Gelegenheit sich bei der Hitze abzukühlen. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig.

Ідеальне розташування, якщо ви приїжджаєте до травертинів. За 200-300 метрів від готелю вхід. Чистий номер, неймовірно приємний господар, сам заселяв, та сам подавав щедрий турецький сніданок! Є парковка для машини.

Nosso quarto tinga uma sacada com porta de vidro. Nao tinha cortina. Cedo fomos acordados com a luz no quarto.

The host Hakan was one of the best person we ever met in our travels ever!! What a wonderful and generous person he was!! Provided a complimentary breakfast on the first day along with various small but meaningful actions!! The best person we met in our Turkey trip!! I highly recommend his hotel and he as person and his family!! Small but heartwarming activities make life/ travel really easy!!

Perfekte Lage zum Eingang der Sinterterrassen! Ein äußerst netter Gastgeber, das gleiche gilt für das Personal! Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück!

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, justo al frente de los travertinos de Pamukkale, Hakan, miembro del personal del hotel fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente de que nuestra estancia sea muy agradable.

Die Lage war sehr gut, wenige Minuten vom Eingang zu den Terrassen. Der Hotelmanager war sehr freundlich.

Die Zimmer waren sehr klein, spiegel im Bad kaputt, das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

The hotel is very well located. The breakfast is plentiful and offers a beautiful view of Pamukkale and the balloons. The room met all our needs, and the staff is very attentive and kind. We highly recommend it to everyone.

They were Very kind and welcoming here! We really enjoyed our stay. The terraces are a block away and there are a bunch of delicious restarants even closer. Wonderful location.

Posizione perfetta a pochi passi dall'ingresso dei travertini. Ampio spazio d parcheggio L'hotel dispone anche di una buona piscina. I proprietari sono simpatici e gentili.

Le stanze hanno porte e pareti vetrate che lasciano passare moltissimo chiarore durante la notte. Nella prima colazione nbon era disponibile il caffè.

Buona struttura ad un passo dall'entrata dell'attrazione principale di Pamukkale. Il titolare e tutto il personale sono sempre stati gentilissimi e disponibili per venire incontro alle nostre esigenze.

L' hotel è situato in una posizione comoda per la visita alle terme. È accogliente e pulito. Il personale è disponibile e molto gentile,abbiamo fatto il check out nell' orario previsto,ma ci è stata data la possibilità di usufruire dei servizi dell' hotel fino a sera . Inoltre alla reception ci sono state fornite parecchie utili informazioni per visitare la zona .Esperienza positiva .

Posizione perfetta vicino all'ingresso sud del sito di Pamukkale, raggiungibile a piedi. Bella la piscina, aperta fino a tardi.

Le stanze sono improponibili. Piccole, molto vecchio, con bagno piccolissimo e con poca manutenzione (rubinetteria incrostata e vecchia, dispenser sapone non funzionanti). Condizionatore vecchio e rumorosissimo, impossibile dormire con quel rumore (simile ad una motosega o un trattore acceso). Colazione poco varia, uguale per tutti, servita da personale che non parla una sola parola di inglese

Lovely place, owned by a family. The rooms are comfortable, and well-kept. The food is good. Perfect for families with kids – it’s quiet and a nice pool. Nice view, directly to Pamukkale.

The second-generation owner was very friendly. We paid a little extra for a late check-out so we could relax while waiting for our airport transfer. The next morning, we walked to a nearby traditional market. The airport shuttle dropped us off just a 10-minute walk from here. It's also close to restaurants and Pamukkale. 二代經營者老闆很親切且會說日語，我們加價延後退房放鬆等機場接送，隔天早上我們走路去了附近的傳統市場買水果=杏桃 桃子很便宜，這裡搭機場小巴下車後，走路10分鐘內會到，離餐廳和棉堡也蠻近。

Πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή! Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία και το προσωπικό ήταν απίστευτα φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό. 'Αμεση πρόσβαση στον αρχαιολογικό χώρο, στις τραβερτίνες και σε εστιατόρια. Παραδοσιακό πρωινό με τις ποσότητες να ήταν κάτι παραπάνω από ικανοποιητικές.

Οι χώροι ήταν καθαροί, ωστόσο μια νότα φρεσκάδας και ανανέωσης στις εγκαταστάσεις θα μπορούσε να απογειώσει την εμπειρία.

This hotel is perfect if you want to go up the pamukkale hill. The staff were polite and kind . The room was of good size . Breakfast was not good as food and fruit were left on the table before you sat down so there were fly's landing on the food.

Very good location. Less than 5 minute walk to the Travertines and Hierapolis entrance. Service was excellent. They allowed us early check in at 50 euro as we reach the hotel at 5am. My friends and stayed for a night. The whole stay was very pleasant and the breakfast served was simple and tasty with a nice background of the travertines. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location is another highlight, as it is very close to the North Gate of Pamukkale, making it convenient for exploring the area. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its charm, cleanliness, and excellent service.

We had an amazing stay. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay truly enjoyable. The property is well located, close to the Pamukkale travertines. The hot air balloons are also a nice sight to see in the mornings. Amazing breakfast.
