Our room had a balcony, which we spent a fair amount of time on, overlooking the travertine. The bathroom had hot water quickly, and a very good shower. The staff, particularly Hayri, were very friendly and helpful. The dinners and lunch we ate there were delicious. The swimming pool was clean and refreshing.

The bed covers were a bit rough and scratchy.

Location was awesome. Morning view of baloons against the white mountains from the balcony room was great. Room was average, congested rhough clean. Staff were very friendly. They have a lovely green courtyard where we can relax which was very good. The hotel was very clean too. Pamukale is a walkable distance from this hotel. Considering the small township this is the best deal you can get in that area. I would say the breakfast was very average

The location and staff were both incredible. First, you are steps from the entrance, so it doesn't get much better than that. We watched the balloons (photo included) from our balcony while we sipped morning coffee. Second, and most importantly, the people were so nice to interact with. From checking in to dinners, chatting with the staff was both helpful and fun. They were knowledgeable and personable, making the stay excellent.

It was all good, so nothing here.

Qualità del ristorante non eccellente.

C’est notre deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel, idéalement situé juste en face du site de Pamukkale, ce qui permet de le visiter dès l'ouverture et d'éviter ainsi la foule. Le personnel est aimable et sympathique. Grand lit confortable. La chambre dispose d’un grand balcon avec une magnifique vue sur les travertins de Pamukkale. Pouvoir admirer les montgolfières depuis le balcon au lever du jour est un véritable plus. L'hôtel nous a, par ailleurs réservé un vol en Montgolfière. Le petit-déjeuner est assez basique, mais la belle piscine est très agréable. La possibilité de garer sa voiture sur place est également appréciable. Une très bonne adresse pour profiter pleinement de Pamukkale !

Hotel molt ben situat, just davant una de les entrades del recinte dels travertins. Piscina i jardí molt ben cuidats. Vam sopar molt bé al mateix hotel, al costat de la piscina. Personal molt agradable, especialment el Hairy, que va fer tot el possible per que tinguéssim una bona estada.

Perfect location

Very close to Pamukkale, minutes walk to entrance gates. We got a room overlooking Pamukkale and it was perfect for watching the hot air balloons in the morning on the balcony. Hotel staff all very welcoming and helpful. Room comfortable and has everything you need. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner and all the food was lovely. Parking spaces right outside the hotel was very useful.

Прекрасный отель, прям рядом со входом в Памуккале, мы приехали вечером, очень вкусно поужинали и ушли спать: с утра застали подъем шаров - это очень красиво и они взлетают прям у отеля, мы спустились вниз и пофоткались. Завтрак включен в стоимость проживания и он простой и отличный - шакшука, яйца, сыры и овощи! Потом к открытие пошли в Памуккале, так как пришли рано, то получили фото без толп. Остаток дня провели в отеле - плавали и ели! Очень довольны!

Tout était excellent ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour, chambre propre, piscine gébial et repas très très bon. L hôte est en plus sympathique et le personnel génial.

Location very near the town gate for Pamukkale. You can easily walk to the gate in a few minutes and even if it’s uphill from the gates to the top of Pamukkale, it’s not steep. We easily walked this with our daughter, no taxi is needed (unless you want to go very early before the town gate opens at 8am). Beautiful vies from the hotel and a good swimming pool.

The Hotel is really in the center with a nice view over the Pamukkale hills. It also has a small swimming pool, and a capability to dine at the swimming pool directly, which we actually had. The staff was really helpful, they served a good dinner in spite of the fact, that at that time we were most likely the only guests with this request.

Small family owned boutique hotel, perfectly located with amazing pool. The rooms were spotless, bed was comfortable, modern bathroom and nice balcony with view over the travertine terraces. The staff were fantastic; special mention for Hayel who looked after us the entire two days. Also met the owner who kindly shared a lot of information on Turkey and sold us a beautiful small carpet to take home as a souvenir

The views from the room were absolutely stunning. We also had the pleasure of chatting with the owner, who grew up in the local area and was incredibly friendly and helpful. He was more than happy to share his extensive local knowledge, offering excellent advice on places to visit, the best ways to get around, and attractions that perfectly suited our interests. His recommendations really helped make our stay even more enjoyable.

Very clean property, super friendly and welcoming staff, perfect location close to Travertines. Onsite dinner was lovely, no need to search after a visit up the hill. Pool looked lovely and very well kept. Breakfast a good spread. Highly recommend.

Ne-a plăcut totul! Hotelul HAL-TUR, micuț, dar cochet, oferă turiștilor camere cu balcon, piscina, gradina și parcare proprie. Ceea ce face cu adevărat special acest hotel este personalul, începând cu patronul, continuând cu managerul (Hayri), foarte tânăr, dar foarte priceput și până la ultimul angajat, care ne-au asigurat un sejur de neuitat la Pamukkale. Ne-au dat informații despre toate obiectivele turistice, iar unul dintre angajați, foarte amabil, ne-a asigurat transportul cu mașina personală la unul dintre obiective. Am fost încântați să luăm micul dejun și o delicioasa cafea turceasca în balconul camerei, de unde am putut admira travertinele și filma în zorii zilei zborul baloanelor deasupra stațiunii. Totul a fost minunat!

Ein wunderschönes kleines Hotel mit super Lage und Blick auf die Terrassen von Pamukkale. Die Heißluftballons vom Balkon steigen zu sehen, war ein tolles Erlebnis. Ich würde auch dazu raten, den Flug über das Hotel für 120,-€ zu buchen. Die Ballons starten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man wird um 05:00 Uhr abgeholt und ist um 07:30 zurück. Frühstück gibt’s dann ab 08:00. Das Hotel hat ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Alle Angestellten sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch der Inhaber hatte Zeit, sich auf Deutsch oder auch Englisch mit uns länger zu unterhalten. Ganz besonders gut gefallen hat uns der tolle Pool und, dass der nette Mitarbeiter bei Abreise unsere Koffer in den Kofferraum gelegt hatte und noch dazu alle Scheiben des Autos gereinigt hatte. Das haben wir so nur einmal im 5 Sterne Hotel in Hamburg erlebt.

Die Zimmer sind klein. Ja! Aber absolut ausreichend und sehr gut ausgestattet. Und der schöne Balkon kommt ja als „Ausgleich“ dazu. Es gibt keinen Aufzug - aber es handelt sich ja auch nur um ein zweistöckiges Gebäude und die Mitarbeiter helfen gerne mit dem Koffer.

This hotel is about 100 yards away from the North entrance to the Pamukale travertines and the small row of shops and restaurants. It has free car parking. Ideally situated with its own pool – we found it a fabulous place to stay! The staff could not have been more helpful or informal. The manager checked us in, gave us complementary tea and explained how best to visit the travertines. The hotel is right by the site with views from our room over the limestone cliffs. Although small, our room was modern with a good shower, toilet, comfortable double bed, small TV screen, fridge, wardrobe, tea/coffee facilities and a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and travertines. The pool area is fabulous too. Plenty of sun loungers and shade and in fact we ate breakfast outside by the pool. We also ate our dinner there – good food at reasonable prices. I cannot too highly recommend the Hal-Tur hotel. We paid £215 for two nights. Whilst there do also visit Laodicea – 15 minutes away.

HAL-TUR ligt op een prachtige locatie recht tegenover de kalkterrassen van Pamukkala. In de vroege ochtend stijgen zo ongeveer voor de deur de luchtballonnen op. Een mooie tuin met een prima en schoon zwembad. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was beperkt, maar goed.

De kamer die wij hadden was vrij klein, maar wel met een mooi balkon aan de voorzijde.

Hotel sencillo pero con todo lo necesario para pasar un hermoso día exactamente enfrente a las terrazas de travertino de Pamukkale. Glorioso! El hotel es cómodo, baño pequeño pero moderno y funcional. Además, la comida del restaurante es realmente excelente Los empleados nos han hecho sentir cómodos en todo momento.

Lousy breakfast, lack of quality breakfast essentials. For instance no fruit or quality serial. Scrambled eggs and potatoes were cold, instant coffee. Towels felt like loafers, so did the bed cover, 1 roll of toilet paper per room.

Location, swimming pool and service and attention by Hayri and the team. Excellent hot water and bathrooms. First shower in a while that didn’t let water spill out into the bathroom.

Personal choice but the beds were firm as is most of the case across Europe and the Middle East for mid-range hotels. Room is small but outdoors is wonderful.

Location is perfect, right across the travertines and close to shops and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had dinner there one night and it was wonderful - outside in the yard with view of travertines, nicely cooked and served. They also have a very nice clean pool and pool area is really nice to sit and relax after day of exploring. The breakfast was very nice as well.

While the rooms were very clean, they could use some updating.

We loved this small, family owned hotel! It is in a fantastic location across the road from the Pumakkale Travertine’s. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make us feel welcome and giving us relevant information to the area. We were also happy to be recognised as Kiwis!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Located on the edge of the town with open views of the Pamukkale travertines (of you have rooms on that side). We stayed in 'garden view' rooms, and that was fine. Nice little balcony with table and chairs to sit outside. Bed was comfy. Place was clean and tidy. Short walk to restaurants and bars. The hotel also serves meals, but we didn't try their restabeyond breakfast. Parking is available at no cost to residents. Easy access to Pamukkake and and Hieropolis (which is one site and one entrance fee). All very much worth the effort. We arrived early for the Pamukkale travertines to avoid crowds and then spent the rest of the day wandering around the extensive ruins of Hieroplois, which on a sunny spring day was fabulous We had a ekatively inexpensive chicken kebab wrap from one of the Hierapolis eateries and were happy with it.

Breakfast was pretty basic. Rooms are tiny but comfy. Bathroom even smaller. The swimming pool was empty when we visited (late April 2026).

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel à Hal Tur , idéalement situé juste en face des célèbres terrasses de Pamukkale. La vue est tout simplement incroyable, surtout au lever et au coucher du soleil. Le personnel est vraiment remarquable : toujours souriant, disponible et d’une grande gentillesse. Ils ont été d’une aide précieuse tout au long de notre séjour, que ce soit pour les conseils ou l’organisation des visites. Le gérant est extrêmement gentil et nous a aidé à éviter une arnaque d’activité. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est une belle surprise : les plats sont bons et le cadre est chaleureux. Un vrai plus après une journée de visite. L’établissement est également très propre, bien entretenu et parfaitement situé pour tout faire à pied. Une belle piscine bien entretenue est à disposition et avec une vue imprenable. Honnêtement je pense que c’est le meilleur emplacement possible ! Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter pour un séjour à Pamukkale !

We had a most excellent two night stay at the Hal-Tur hotel. The location can not be beat. It is directly across from the gorgeous terraces and Hierapolis. The service was by far the best part though. Hayri and Hayal provided expert service from check-in to breakfast and dinner. We loved every minute of our stay and cannot recommend this property enough.

Emplacement idéal, très beaux extérieur, chambre petite mais bien aménagée, personnel à l'écoute (Nous avons pu laisser nos valises à 7h00 du matin pour aller faire notre visite). Le seul petit bémol c'est qu'il donne sur la route et que l'isolation phonique n'est pas au top, donc un peu bruyant.

Ubicación privilegiada frente a los travertinos de Pamukkale. Vistas impresionantes desde la terraza de los travertinos y del amanecer con los globos. Estaba muy muy limpio. Comodísimo para aparcar el coche y para acceder andando a la entrada de los travertinos, los bares, restaurantes y tiendas.

El desayuno era pobre, de fruta solo había melón, no había ningún dulce ni bollería, no había platos calientes tipo tortilla, revuelto. Además, se olvidaron de hacernos la habitación y cambiar las toallas. Un detalle que no nos gustó es que no regalen las botellas de agua como en el resto del país.

The location was great and the staffing was very nice.

The room was very small, they didn't clean the room and we stayed 3 days. The road was very noisy all day and night so it was difficult to sleep. Overall the place was ok but we paid too much for the value.

The best feature is location looking out on the terraces, especially if the balloons are flying in the morning, an amazing sight.

One of the employees, Hairy went above and beyond to help us out. He made our stay extra special. The owner was also very friendly and spent time talking with us and shared some of the history of the area and hotel. We would stay there again.

Clean family run hotel in an excellent location, older room but renovated bathroom. The hotel has everything you need, in front of the travertines with good parking. Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, good mattresses and sheets. The bathroom shower had good water pressure. The staff suggested the best route to take to see the travertines and shared other information about other activities. Our room was right behind the reception desk and the bathroom venting opens into the busier space between the entrance and restaurant, so it was a bit noisy but OK. We ate on site for dinner, and it was good – the Cappadocia wine was also nice. Take bug spray – there were several mosquitos in the room and outside when we were there in mid October.

The personnel was extremely nice and always available to satisfy our needs. A special mention for the hotel owner: a very kind and enjoyable person, who is also continuing a long family tradition (from 1920s) of selling beautiful handmade Turkish carpets.
