Nothing everything was great

This is a truly lovely hotel. We only stayed one night but I truly wish we could have stayed a little longer. The building itself is gorgeous and the room was extremely comfortable and cosy. It was very spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast was very good and abundant. The location is excellent for visiting Pitlochry, which is a charming place and I hope to be able to go back one day to visit properly. The location is also very convenient to visit other locations. I highly recommend it and would love to be back one day.

Very nice place in a good location only glitch was the place was having alterations for a new dining room and so not able to get evening meal or drinks but plenty of other places were available but probably won't take long to finish and be perfect 😀

our bedroom was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Staff on the front desk very helpful and friendly.

the breakfast room felt a bit cramped and very busy for the number of desks. Difficult to access food/drinks at times.

Westlands is a very comfortable hotel, rooms lovely and breakfast enjoyable. I found all the staff very helpful and attentive.

Schöne Unterkunft im wunderschönen Pitlochry. Nette Mitarbeiter und gutes Frühstück. Zimmer war gut und sauber.

Ein schönes, zentral gelegenes und sauberes Hotel! Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal hier!

Der Frühstücksraum war, egal zu welcher Uhrzeit, sehr überlaufen und zu klein. Hier sollte das Hotel entweder mehr Platz schaffen oder flexiblere Zeiten anbieten.

Het hotel lag mooi en was prachtig. Mooie, ruime kamer, schoon en heel comfortabel. Alles op loopafstand, vriendelijk personeel.

Très bonne localisation, et personnel sympathique. Très confortable et silencieux. Le petit déjeuner en buffet est bien et il y a suffisamment de parking pour tout le monde.

La charge des véhicule est un point clairement à améliorer. J'ai voulu charger ma voiture mais à 1,7kWh, c'est totalement inacceptable. Deux jours pour recharger une voiture ce n'est pas OK. Le gestionnaire prétendait que durant la nuit cela allait monter mais même à 7 kWh c'est très faible. Finalement je suis allé sur les bornes publiques à 300m en trois heures c'était chargé.

The staff were all lovely, at the reception and at breakfast. Location great. Comfortable and quiet room, great shower.

We didn't think it seemed like a 4 star hotel, it was a little tired. Room, though comfy enough, was up 2 flights of stairs (no lift), it had sloping walls with only a velux window. Felt it was expensive for what we got.

Our 3rd visit to Westlands, as we find everything perfect for a stay. Staff are very helpful, cheery and efficient. Facilities excellent as is the breakfast.

The receptionist who checked me in that day was really friendly and efficient. I believe he upgraded me to a larger family room which was very kind of him. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, lovely and had nice toileteries. It was a warm day and there were little electric fans provided in the room which helped. The location was excellent! Very close to the town and to Pitlochry festival theatre and the dam.

I think this is a traditional hotel and hence it was fine for what it was.

There is no soap in the bathroom sink. It was expensive for drinks. £6.50 for a bottle of beer. There is no atmosphere in the area for drinks in the evening

This was a well located hotel for a stopover. good for exploring Pitlochry.

The hotel was a bit dated and looks like it needs a bit of a spruce up.

Westlands is a clean comfortable B & B only a few minutes walk from the centre of Pitlochry. Breakfast is was very good with a choice of everything thing.

Everything was good. Breakfast is fully self service which means it's very impersonal. My preference is to still have toast and coffee made and brought to the table.

Excellent location just on the edge of pitlochry and for us it is within easy walking distance of all local amenities and attractions.

We didn't realise that there wasn't an option for evening meals, although there is plenty of choice in pitlochry for food it would have been good for us to use the hotel/guesthouse this time.

The property is close to all the town without being in the thick of it. Beautiful grounds,breakfast was plentiful. The room was clean and spacious.

Przepiękna lokalizacja, blisko miasteczka - idealnie na spacer. Sam hotel bardzo uroczy, bardzo ładny pokój i łazienka. Czysto i bardzo przytulnie. Personel przemiły od samego wejścia. Duży parking z ładowarkami do elektryków. Śniadanie dość różnorodne. Bardzo miło wspominam ten pobyt i wróciłabym w to samo miejsce drugi raz.

Reception area was old and rather archaic in function. The staff were friendly but presentation was lacking. They recommended the bridge restaurant but the food was rather average. You walk by much nicer options on the way! No normal hotel amenities like bar or eating places

Sloped ceiling in bathroom (top floor) not suitable for tall people. No fresh fruit or berries available at 9.30am in breakfast buffet- only tinned peaches and prunes. A refrigerator in room would increase the value for money. These are small things - this is a great place to stay.
