Prima di tutto l'accoglienza e la disponibilità del personale. Poi sicuramente la location e la gestione familiare rendono il tutto più magico facendo assaporare la cultura e tradizioni del luogo. Pan cakes top 😁

Forse da migliorare la pulizia del bagno, le piastrelle erano un po' sporche forse dovuto al calcare dell'acqua. Però per il posto, il prezzo, il personale direi che non aggiungerei altro. Sicuramente ci tornerei.

The staff was amazing, every single person made our stay 10 times better with their approach and kindness. There was an old lady, I suppose the owner, who put flowers and offerings every single morning and would include our child into the experience. It was beautifull. We were sad leaving this place.

The bathroom could be a little more clean.

Einfach traumhaft! Wir hatten eine Villa mit privatem Pool mit direktem Blick in den Dschungel. Die ganze Anlage herrlich, das Personal super freundlich und die Lage der perfekte Mix aus Ruhe und der Möglichkeit mal schnell ins Zentrum zu fahren oder sogar zu gehen. Das Frühstück und auch das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr gut. Möglichkeit, gute Scooter direkt über die Unterkunft zu leihen.

Piscina panoramica stupenda con vista giungla. Il cambio delle lenzuola veniva fatto ogni giorno. Il giardino era ben tenuto.Personale disponibile.

Pulizia da migliorare. Forse il trattamento antizanzare sarebbe meglio farlo la mattina quando la gente è in giro a visitare e non il tardo pomeriggio quando i turisti rientrano dalle loro visite.

Posto molto rilassante, immerso nel verde e con Piscina. Staff gentilissimo, pulizia della camera ogni giorno, colazione inclusa (ci hanno preparato anche una scenografica floating breakfast), laundry, possibilità di fare massaggi nella spa interna. Ci hanno anche preparato una colazione da portare via per l’escursione e, il giorno della nostra partenza, oltre ad accompagnarci al porto, ci hanno aperto prima il ristorante per farci mangiare. Gentilissimi in tutto e per tutto, se torneremo a Bali alloggeremo sicuramente qui.

Suggerirei solo di aumentare gli orari delle navette da e per il centro di Ubud, mettendone una ogni ora, soprattutto dalle 18 alle 22. Al momento sono alle 18 e alle 21.

We love this place. We got engaged here in a villa, so had to come back and visit for our Honeymoon. The staff are alwasy extra mile and lovely, the food is really affordable and nice, and it has a lovely wee pool. Its peaceful and close to the main centre, and they offer daily shuttles. Will come back again and again.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft in Ubud. Man ist sehr schnell in der Innenstadt. Restaurants gibt es jede Menge in der Nähe, alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Shuttle Service steht ebenfalls 4x am Tag zur Verfügung.

Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt und der Garten wunderschön. Das Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Beste an der Unterkunft war allerdings das Essen. Es hat hervorragend geschmeckt und war preislich mehr als fair.

Un angolo di paradiso a Ubud gestito da persone straordinarie ! Iniziamo con l’accoglienza,che dire : molto calorosa,come entri al Tirta Arum ti senti coccolato in tutto,dal cocktail di benvenuto alla colazione vista giungla,per non parlare della possibilità di fare la colazione galleggiante nella magnifica piscina . Per quanto riguarda la pulizia diciamo ottima(cosa non scontata in Indonesia),pulizia sia della camera che delle parti comuni,che sono mantenute in maniera impeccabile. Noi poi ci siamo completamente affidati a loro anche per quanto riguarda i vari tour di Bali e siamo stati accompagnati da Adì ,che oltre ad un autista si è rivelata un ‘ottima guida rpronta a rispondere ad ogni nostra domanda e curiosità,quindi consiglio di fare i tour che propongono loro ,perché si è in ottime mani. Per concludere dico solo che si sono rivelati come una famiglia anche quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di aiuto dopo un piccolo incidente del mio compagno,ci hanno aiutati con cure e medicazioni in modo attento e premuroso e inoltre gli hanno anche fatto un « colazione di compleanno « molto gradita !

Todo. El lugar es maravilloso. La villa privada es grande, íntima, bonita y muy cuidada. El personal está súper atento a todo. No te falta un detalle. Te sientes como en casa.

Nada. Todo me gustó. Si hubiera que poner una pega que me estaban asignando una habitación que no era por algún error con otro cliente. Nada que no pudiera resolverse al instante.

Les villas avec piscine sont incroyables ! Les chambres sont spacieuses, tout l’équipement est là. La famille qui tient l’hôtel est adorable et au petit soin. Le restaurant et le petit dej est excellent. Les meilleurs pancake bananes de Bali ! La piscine de l’hôtel est grande, propre et très agréable. En dehors du tumulte d’Ubud, donc très calme. Des shuttles sont disponibles pour rejoindre l’hôtel au centre historique.

Si on doit chipoter : les interrupteurs et les prises dans les chambres sont inaccessibles du lit.

Het verblijf in Ubud en dan specifiek bij Tirta Arum was super. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en hielp met alles wat je vroeg. Addy maakte het verblijf zeer aangenaam door ons overal naartoe te brengen en goede zorgen. Hij vertelde in goed Engels over de plekken die we bezochten en over de geschiedenis.

Niets, alles voldeed aan de verwachtingen

Lo staff è sensazionale e di una dolcezza meravigliosa! La colazione con vista sulla giungla è da sogno e la floating breakfast (gratuita) è un'esperienza che rimarrà nei nostri cuori.

The staff was very helpful with planning tours/private driver and seeing that our stay was very relaxing. Putu and Grandma were the sweetest staff and always greeted us with a smile. You could tell Grandma cooked her food from the heart and it was better than any meal we had off the property in Ubud. The private villa was very nice and we used the outdoor pool and terrace daily. We would stay here again!

Nos sentimos acogidas des del primer segundo. El personal es sin duda lo mejor de ese hotel. Super atentos, nos hemos sentido como en casa. A parte, el hotel es espectacular, la piscina preciosa, su pequeño templo con sus ofrendas por todos lados, la vegetación, el desayuno, la habitación, la cama comodísima… una manera muy especial para tener nuestro primer contacto con Indonesia. The staff were really friendly, polite and respectful. We were surprised with a Honeymoon decoration. The accommodation was beyond perfect, probably the best stay we have ever had.

Le personnel est adorable, les chambres confortables et propres, le Wifi fonctionne très bien, la piscine est superbe et le restaurant est très bon! Petit déjeuner au choix ! À 20 mn à pied du centre dans un endroit super calme ! Je recommande à 100%!

We verbleven in een van de villa's. Prachtige locatie, net buiten de drukte van de stad, maar niet te ver vandaag het centrum. Mooie ruime kamers en een prachtig zwembad. Super vriendelijk personeel. De tuin zag er ook goed verzorgd uit.

De bedden waren erg hard. Het lukte niet om de airco van de tweede kamer goed af te stellen. Overdag en in de nacht was er om de zoveel minuten een geluid te horen. Dit was een generator welke elke keer aansloeg. Hier is wel naar gekeken en het is toen even gestopt, helaas kwam het geluid in de avond weer terug.

Private pool, our 2 bedroom villa was spacious, comfortable and clean, staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Location was good, surroundings were quiet but walkable distance into Ubud centre. Main pool area was quiet and pool was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very generous with fruits, choice of hot courses and pastries.

Nothing! It would be nice to have a bedside lamp for night time reading but it wasn’t a major issue!

TOUT . C était notre 1ère image de Bali et quelle incroyable image. magnifique villa avec piscine privée. Comme dans la jungle , des cocotiers , des arbres , des fleurs bref juste tellement beau. Très propre aussi. Mais encore plus merveilleux que l hotel il y a son personnel , notre chauffeur Andika qui est vraiment très sympathique , drôle et gentil. Les réceptionnistes et le reste des employés qui sont souriants , polis et aux petits soin. bien situé et calme. Le dîner était délicieux et le petit déjeuner flottant dans la piscine parfait. On recommande le Tirta Arum et on espère y revenir et y rester plus longtemps. Merci

Had a lovely stay at Tirta Arum. The villa I stayed in was clean, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient throughout my stay, especially Meyra, who was incredibly kind and attentive from start to finish. The location was excellent, with shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
